This is the week we have all been waiting for and in preparation to fully accept our Christed Self to be ignited. The challenges leading up to this point have been beyond unbelievable for each individual person, and they are still continuing.
The energies of the 12-12-12 were absolutely amazing which represented the gateway of acceleration to help us walk through new doorways that have never before been created. The important part of these doorways is to allow the energies to enfold within us. At times, it may have created painful experiences to be acknowledged as the past timelines were being removed and transcended. To make this more intense we experienced a New Moon on the 13th of December which allowed us to continue the walk into our new existence.
This week we experience the best of the best on the 21st of December when it was prophesied that it would be the end of the world as the Mayan Calendar ended. Not so, as most of you know by now. In fact, it is the beginning of a whole new world for each of us if we allow our consciousness to fully accept the fact that we are becoming Awakened Beings. This is the day that the Christed Consciousness will be infused within each of us. It is up to our own individual self in how we are going to accept this frequency within our lives. It is not an easy process, because what we don’t take care of will be taken care of through our Higher Self. There are many individuals that are still very much unawakened and will not be able to handle the incoming energies. It may result in chaos as we experienced with the tragedies in Connecticut and China a few days ago. We must be vigilant within ourselves to be the best we can be by allowing our Higher Self and I AM Presence to be fully integrated within our physical self.
So please know that if you have been challenged physically, emotionally, or mentally, you are not alone. In fact you have more company than you ever thought could be. It is a beautiful time to fully feel the inner reflection that we are and walk again amongst many masters within Oneness.

We come to you as the Unified Whole Command and we are happy to announce that the Brotherhood of White Light along with the Spiritual Hierarchy are now speaking from the Unified Whole of the 144th dimension. It is at this time we come to you in Oneness. The command itself is being guided by Master Thoth, The Great Divine Director, Albert Einstein, Lord Adama representing the Inner Earth Beings, Mikos representing the Christed Intergalactics of the Inner Earth City within Portho Logos, the Ashtar Command, the Angelic Hosts represented by Archangel Michael and Faith, the Lady Masters guided by the Divine Mother and the Ascended Masters Guided by the Divine Father with all Councils of Light fully activating in this presence of Light from this moment forward. Join us and come into the Oneness this week. We are all transitioning into more aspects with the creation of the Unified Whole and what a beautiful moment in time. We send you this frequency of Light to fully increase your potentiality on the Earth. Gaia needs you and so do we.
The preparations for this week have been long coming. Each of you has been working very diligently in the Innerplane levels to come to the creation that you are presently. You have been preparing your bodies for this acceleration for some time and now is the time to fully receive. During this phase there have been many moments of tears, fits of frustration, and dysfunction happening within your Being. It is now time for you to realize that YOU are the Divine Being you have been searching for and you do not need to search any longer.
We did not say this was an easy transition but through each moment allow yourself to feel the beauty that is YOU. It will enfold within you if you allow it to be so. Each individual will accept it differently and some may only feel it in a moment’s notice and then step back into their old awareness. This week is a trial for the true Christed Being that You Are to be fully accepted into your physical existence. The true essence will occur on the 21st. Let’s take a step backwards to see how you are doing.
Since the 12-12-12 energies, how have you been feeling from moment to moment. We don’t want you to look at the entire six days and say, “Well, I feel pretty good”. No, that is not our request. We would like you to go deep within yourself and take a look back on each span of time, possibly in one hour increments of how you are accessing the energies through your Being. This is going to help you go further into your Inner Core of Acceptance. Look at yourself step-by-step and see how you have improved upon your energies.
Now this means that you need to look at your emotions, your mental thoughts, your reaction to others, your judgment of yourself, and the interaction as each of these have been combined within you. Are you allowing yourself to work through the processes of the Seven Rays of God. This means it is time to fully realize how you work with your WILL & POWER, LOVE & WISDOM, CREATIVE COMPASSION, HARMONY & BALANCE, ACCESSING YOUR WISDOM THROUGH YOUR THIRD EYE, DEVOTION TO THE SELF, and CREATING A STRUCTURE OF MAGIC WITHIN YOUR LIFE.
The aspects of these first seven rays are so very important to allow the full totality of your energies to be intertwined within each of the Rays of God. We believe that by accessing them you will find your essence to be fully activated in several ways. You will be able to remove the timelines and feel the new frequencies that are coming to you. You will accept the lifetimes that you lost which are very important to your pathway presently.

Utilize the colors within your body; they are associated with specific chakras but we do not feel we need to get too technical. Use your breath to fully access the colors within your physical essence and everything will flow into place without you thinking about it or accessing it in a particular fashion.
We share this knowledge because we believe many are struggling trying to put everything into perspective of what they are feeling or thinking, and there is no way that you will be able to fully accept the Christed Self to come into your creation if you don’t relax through the process. This is extremely important to accept as much light frequency as you can without overloading the physical essence. We cannot have everyone going off balance as there is going to be energies of others that will be doing so.
We also ask of you not to worry how deep you can go but allow your Higher Self to guide you through the process. He/She is your guide through activating the Higher Essence of your Soul’s Creation and not the Physical Mind. Surrender to the fact that you are going deeper than you ever have before and you will accept more happening within you. It is the power of your creation that will help you to acknowledge more of what is occurring. This will allow you to go into deeper levels.
We know that there are many levels of spiritual connection and not everyone is going to be on the same level. That is a major part of the process of allowing your own essence to enfold within you that is most comfortable and not let the overloaded energies to create havoc within your existence. Each individual person must be gentle within themselves to allow this process to be the level that they can handle.
This frequency of the Christed Golden Flame will be integrated on the 21st of December during the sunrise. It will continue for a three day period through the 23rd at sunset. During this time individuals may find themselves visualizing and creating in a new way. You will feel the euphoric feeling of love and completeness. Make sure you keep pen and paper handy so that you can jot down your feelings, thoughts, or creations as they will come quickly and may leave as quickly. The more essence that you can hold onto, the more you can create. But it must be grounded completely within each individual.
You are the Torch Bearers and need to realize that you have a responsibility to hold this Light within you. Your thoughts must be pure, your light must shine, and you must rise above the others around you that do not fully align with your Light Quotient. You will know if they do not. Take a moment with a breath and step into an elevator to go to your next consciousness level that you have received in a meditation. Then take that energy and ground it back within you through your Earth Star. This will help you to accept others that may not be resonating within you.
We share this knowledge because there will be ones that will be affected by your Light quotient even though they are bringing in their own light quotient. And your light quotient can affect them adversely to the core and bring up those timelines when you did not get along. You must fully access this energy to help you through the process.
It is a powerful time and there has never been a mass consciousness like this before. You must first take care of yourself in order to help others. All your masks of care taking, and covering for others must be removed. For some that will become stronger has they do not want to change. They think they do, but then it becomes insurmountable for them. You come along and will be hit with their lower light quotient and it shall bring you down. This is not easy at all within the physical body. Many of you will feel these energies, and it is up to you to embrace your highest Light Quotient in the process. Eventually the others that do not align will want more of what you have, but you must not let them interfere within your auric field. They must do it themselves.
This is exactly what is happening on the planet right now from the unawakened to the newly awakened to the Ones that have been walking this path into the Ones that are Highly Seasoned. The Highly Seasoned Ones must take heed of these words as it can bring you down into your physical third dimensional reality which will make you feel very uneasy and not balanced. What happens through this process is that once you rise, you can fall but then the acceleration again can become difficult as you take on others energies. It is because each of you are so loving and want to help, but the most important aspect during this period is to fully accept your own totality and what you are receiving. That is how you can help on a deeper level.
So take this time on these days to allow this energy to flow within you, accelerate your physicality, and see your new reality as the old one will no longer exist. As the Christ Consciousness comes within you of the Golden Flame, feel it moving into your Heart Center and become the Buddha, the Christ ~ the One who infuses the Light and shares it with others without words or details. It JUST IS..
We walk with each of you during this time of Creation. We are just as excited to see the awakening in each of you to go to a deeper level of your Core. We extend ourselves into your Light in all ways.

After the activations of the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse last week, we are still processing the changes we are going through. Some individuals are feeling it differently than others but each of us is being challenged and prodded to be more of our Higher Self and I AM Presence within the physical body. It is now time for us to continue working through the activations as we are being prepared for the activation of 12-12-12.
On December 3rd there was a planetary alignment of the planets of Mercury, Venus, and Saturn with the Giza Pyramid which means that it is the first activation of December creating an electro-magnetic pathway from the center of the universe to the Great Pyramid – opening a Gate that has been closed for 2,737 years. It is a very subtle energy but aligns within the planetary system to create the opening of the Christ Consciousness to be fully activated by December 21st, 2012.
This energy will take us a step closer in activating our Higher Self and I AM Presence to be more fully integrated within the physical body. This can cause more disruptions if we are not ready to receive the higher frequency, but the good part is that it is being engineered through our Higher Self/I AM Presence essence. Please know that each individual will only receive what is being programmed from their Higher Essence. This means that we need to delve deeper into our tools, work with the higher realms to receive the assistance that we need in order to feel the balance that it is necessary. We are being asked to stand amongst the first group of individuals, we call the Torch Bearers, to be a reflection of light to the Ones that will be following in our footsteps.
This is not an easy process and every individual no matter what level of initiation they are working through will be challenged deeply. The individuals that have been on the pathway longer than others are going to be put into a state of complete transformation to assist the planet. If you are one of these individuals and are being challenged physically, please know it is not a virus of this Earth; Lord Melchizdek called it a Cosmic Virus which means all of our timelines are coming together to be released and it can be very painful within the body. Then you must clear it within your emotional and mental levels for it to be fully cleared. We are fully activating our crystalline structures; it has never been done before in mass consciousness so there are no rules of how or what to do for ourselves except to connect with our Higher Essence. That is the only way that you will feel better through the process. There is a light at the end of this tunnel, and it represents our Divine Creation within the physical body.

We come to you in the presence of the Unified Whole Command under the direction of Master Thoth, The Great Divine Director, Albert Einstein, and several other important figures in the Earth’s history. Our numbers are growing into Wholeness from Ascended Beings from many planetary forms of life that are choosing to come into Oneness under the direction of the Command. It is an exciting time for all of us as we are coming together just as the human race is awakening at this very time.
This week is a very important one to fully be in your Power as the challenges will become greater as the days pass by into December 21st, 2012. Today, on December 3rd there was the first planetary alignment of the Giza Activation within the planets of Mercury, Venus, and Saturn. This means that the pyramids around the globe are now in full alignment of electro-magnetic energies to allow the entryway of the Orion Constellation within Planet Earth. This frequency is the first of the physical activations to occur which is very subtle. Many individuals would not sense any electro-magnetic charges within themselves except to allow the balance of the Masculine and Feminine divine to be fully incorporated.
With the Lunar Eclipse and the Full Moon on November 28th individuals are being asked to fully step into their power by acknowledging the old parts of themselves that do not fit the present circumstances. This may seem like it is happening very quickly, but in truth, the planetary alignments are allowing for the transference of the energies to be integrated within each individual as their Higher Self and I AM Presence is directing the energies. What you are experiencing within yourself individually, is not what every person is presently feeling. It is different depending upon your pathway of initiation, what your pathway means, where you are on this pathway, and if you are ready to step into leadership roles. You have been preparing all year for these events to unfold within your lives, and now is not the time to be shy about you are experiencing or where it is taking you in future moments.
Every person upon the planet in these moments is being challenged. We will tell you that the Ones that are stepping forward are going to be accelerating through a transformative process that is unmatched to anything else that they or anyone else has experienced. The Lunar Eclipse allowed for the darkness to arise which could be in the physical, emotional, or mental bodies. Now this is being activated through the Etheric Body as it represents the old timelines in which you may have been extremely ill, possibly did not survive, or your were mentally or emotionally challenged. It has been a time when you are seeing yourself in a different light, accessing the old remembrances or flashes through dreams or meditations, and then it feels like you are right there again. But yet, you are within this body you inhabited in this lifetime. There could be moments of recall but yet you know what to do for yourself. And if you don’t, then it is imperative to listen to others who may be able to assist you. Once you walk through the Dark Night of Your Soul in which you feel everything is falling apart, but yet you realize that is not your reality; YOU AWAKEN UNTO YOURSELF.
So now you go back and use some of your old tools; pull out a meditation that helped you a long time ago, speak to a friend who may be going through the same symptoms, and utilize the frequencies of Light to assist you in walking beyond the reality that is encasing you. It is important to realize that when these elements appear, holes can result in your aura. Ask for each of us to help you in your dream state if you don’t have a good meditation or a person to assist you. The power of vibration is the healing way of the world presently. Just allow yourself to fully meld within the creation of your I AM Presence, feeling this essence to be your essence completely within your body, your heart and your mind. Then, and only then, can you fully accept your Light Body.
The levels that each individual is experiencing are different. None are two the same; and as we explained earlier, it depends upon your mastery skills and learning the process of a healthy psychology soul. These challenges that are happening presently are not about you as the Mind or Emotions. It is about your Soul and how he/she has held onto the many levels of pain and lower energies. It is seeping through your aura form the Etheric Body to be fully transformed by the Light of God that You Are.
So continue with your processing through this week. It is taking you into deeper levels of yourself to fully accept your Divine Essence within the physical creation that You Are. If you are feeling good and have no qualms about anything in your life, be prepared as it is coming. Every individual will feel that a part of them is dying, because it is a necessary process. We are in the phase of acceleration when an individual must realize that they cannot exist in the same manner. This is a deep movement that will be happening within each individual. The more people that realize the process now before 12-12-12 and 12-21-12, then the more prepared they will be.
It is a beautiful time and we are all coming into the Creation of Oneness. If you think about our beginnings together, that is what we want to experience. It is all the moments in between that we have to take care of to either remove or embrace. Call upon your Higher Self along with your I AM Presence to assist you. Work with your own highest essence before you sleep and when you awaken. You will thank yourself that you have done so. And by the way, so will we. The more that arrives now, the more that we can help along the way.
Due to the lateness of this update this week, we are changing our venue for the Frequency Update. We apologize for not providing it in a timely manner but due to energies shifting, bodies healing, and allowing the new frequency to be fully in place, Meleriessee has been unable to put out the information. On this update we will talk about the 11th Gateway and what it means for each of us along with a special message from the Unified Whole Command on the subject.
On November 22nd, 2012 we are entering into another portal of Light to take us into deeper levels of ourselves. This month has more activations that are readying each of us to go into the depths of our soul to be more fully ready within the physical realm to hold onto the Light Frequencies that are going to occur within the planet. It will depend upon your physical creation within your spiritual essence in what occurs for you individually, but in truth, what this means is that the deeper your awareness the more in-depth frequency you will receive. So what happens when your body is hit with lower vibrational energies? You experience it through your four-body system until it can become One Body of light. And usually, you need to experience it in all four bodies. The order that this happens depends upon which ones are the strongest and the weakest. The stronger body of the Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental levels will deal with it first. It usually happens in this way. Then the one on the end of the chain will be hit the hardest. If you have been doing this work for many years, then you probably have strengthened all of these bodies which mean that it is now time to fully accept the physical body as One Body of Light.
Through these activations of this month many individuals will be challenged very physically within their structures. It is a time when the timelines are coming together to create the total existence of your reality and the physical essence will house all the other bodies, it needs to shift and change into that new reality, and fully accept the Light Body as One Body of Light.
All of the bodies are coming into One Unified Field of Reality to fully accept the next wave of frequency which happens to be the last wave of the 11:11 cycles. This Gateway of 11;11 occurring on November 22nd is going to be a massive change within each person upon the planet. So whatever you are experiencing presently, step into it further. Utilize the higher vibrations to assist the bodily functions and know that when you are feeling physically ill, not to use the word “sick”. It will make you feel worse. We are being challenged presently through the physical essence and when that happens all your timelines are coming together to be fully released.
So, we are being challenged to be better, to be more whole, to accept our highest divinity within us. The body is going to ache, it is going to hurt in places you thought you had healed, but it all must be released. We know, because this happened to Meleriessee in the past week as she walked into a public place that had some lower viral energies and her body was challenged. What she realized through the process that this attack actually was a gift because the parts that were weak physically are now becoming stronger with the work she is doing on the higher vibrational levels. She has not had to feel this type of energy for several years as she thought she had moved beyond getting “sick”.
Per Dr. Lorphan, the InterGalactic Healer of the Great White Lodge of Sirius, “You must not allow yourself to go down the pathway of feeling badly of what you have attracted. You are a strong being of light and the parts of your cellular memory within the body that needed to rise above with the rest of you are now being released. Utilize your skills of high vibratory communication through visualization of the Rays of God to assist you in raising the physical essence to meet your spiritual enlightenment. The challenge is great but the rewards are even greater because the upcoming activations will take you into more depth than you could ever image. Utilize only natural remedies as anything else will cause more holes to occur within your cellular structure. Be strong through this process and you will see a different being appear within you.”

If you are not being challenged physically, then your structure is very strong and you probably are releasing through your emotional and/or mental levels. Utilize the same philosophy of the Rays of God, spectrums of light, and higher vibrational energies to assist the removal of the old elements.
This is our preparatory stage of development as we are about to walk through another entryway of Light that is beyond anything that we can imagine. The more we can do through this process within ourselves, the more we can hold it on December 21st. This doorway represents our mastery in its highest frequency so what does not fit your pathway of Mastery needs to be removed no matter how deep the challenge must be.

COSMIC ENERGIES FROM THE UNIFIED WHOLE COMMAND

We come to you in the consciousness of the Great Divine Director, Master Toth, and Albert Einstein. We thank you for listening at this time to your own hearts and Divine Creation that is accelerating within your Being of Light.
We know that some of the challenges each of you are facing seem insurmountable but in truth, they are just a small hill to climb in the process of mounting the highest aspect of your Divinity. The process is great but the rewards are even greater as each of us comes together in our full aspects aligned into One Being of Light.
The cellular structure is being broken apart like a huge volcanoe. As this occurs, an individual needs to know what is needed and what needs to be forgotten. The Solar Eclipse of this month has created these elements to break apart into a new reality and sometimes an individual feels as if they are re-living some of the old aspects. This is no longer true. The parts that need to be removed will be done through accessing the highest parts of your divinity by allowing the lower parts to be removed.
So in Meleriessee’s case, she is removing old aspects in many timelines in which she did not survive. It is part of the cellular structure and in order for her to move into the next phase of her existence, it must be done. It comes into play with the mental mind of surrender from these timelines. As she has worked with the higher energies, she has allowed the healing to occur. It does not mean that she is not physically feeling it because parts of those timelines need to be fully accepted by her newest divinity of light that she has integrated within her. We use Meleriessee as an example to help others to understand that it does not matter what level of consciousness you are incorporating, these elements will be happening to everyone on the planet.
We all know that everything happens for a reason so take a look at what you are experiencing. Go beyond the feeling of the pain, whatever it may be, and accept the transition that is occurring. Every lightworker at this time that is intending to go further into the development of their Light Body is feeling at a loss and not sure what to do. The transition needs to happen in order for the New Reality to be fully accepted. Without the acceptance then we cannot step into the doorway without the old elements in place. That is when catastrophe can result within the structure of the individual. The energies are becoming increasingly more powerful and you as a Being of Light have asked to be one of the Light Workers to work with this light into the earth and others. You are the first wave of beings that are being challenged into deeper levels of your consciousness within your physical existence.
If you are going into these depths, congratulations. You are among the first and will show others how it is being done. You are one step in front and allowing this frequency to be fully embodied within you.
Those that are not feeling it as much need to go at a slower pace. We understand that this process is anything but easy. It is very difficult and can be so challenging. Each individual must feel it as they should and allow these frequencies to flow into a new existence of your reality.
So this is the preparation stage. The 11:11 Doorway of Mastery will allow each individual to step into a higher level of their initiation phase. As we have explained, the process to get to this point will determine where you are going as an Initiate. Some may have just left the Hall of Ignorance, some may be just walking into their awareness, and then there are those that are further along. There will be increased light frequencies within each individual and upon the planet. This is one activation when the Love and Light vibration will be increased deeply so it is time to fully accept your Divinity in a new way of Existence.
When we share what you will be experiencing, please know that this is a personal experience. What we want for everyone is to feel their essence in complete Oneness of their beginning, angelic self, galactic self, Mutli-dimensional self, and human self. It is all coming into this creation. That is why the challenges are great as all these elements are coming into play. It is a very powerful time to allow the totality of your Beingness to be fully accepted into your physical reality.
So take time on this day to fully accept all these parts of yourself to come into your creation. Those of you that are being challenged will be feeling elements different throughout the course of the day. It is a time to fully accept all parts of yourself to come into your True Essence. You deserve it and it is time to do so.
So when you connect see yourself going through the Gateway as the frequency is spinning around you, brining all parts of yourself together, as you feel your True Essence expanding within your physical body. See the Mental, Emotional, Etheric and the Physical Bodies all becoming One Body of Light as it was in the Beginning.

This is the transcript of our first meeting with Lord Adama for the series: The Telosian Way of Being. Let’s take a deep breath. We are going to center ourselves so that we all meet in the Mount Shasta with our intent. Just allow your intentions to be your deciding element even if you may not know where it is geographically from your location. Just imagine yourself going to the majestic mountain. We meet at the top of the summit, at the very top of Mount Shasta. We gather together. We are just going to intend that we’re going to move down through the mountain, into the core of the earth and we are going to meet in the garden which is the lowest level of Telos.
Let us just walk around the garden and feel the essences of the flowers and the beauty that is here. Birds singing. You can hear water running, the waterfalls in the distance.

We have on the outside of us, the Inner-Galactics, Ashtar Command, Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, Arcturians, all the Great Beings of all time and Divine Structures. We are also met by the Angelic Essences.
We have been in council for several days trying to decide what is our best way to fully assist each of the Lightworkers to move more deeper into the processes of their own creation of their Divine Essence..
12:21:2012 is going to be a huge shift and within the shift, it’s going to be very important that every individual understands what they are going through beforehand. So we want to be of greater assistance than we already are. We know that visiting the New Earth Cities is assisting everyone deeply and we’ll continue this after the New Year, in 2013. We may also revisit some of the cities once again but we’ll finish with them first.
This program that we want to bring share with you will assist each of you in finding some unanswered questions on this pathway with us as these changes occur. The Lemurian way of Being and living is allowing these changes to unfold. Then, when something comes to you that needs to be created and you already have made plans, how do you handle yourself, this is our first lesson today.
Melereissee is remembering our discussions in Telos. This morning in her sleep state, as she awoke, she had a remembrance of something that was about to occur and through my interaction with her today, she knew that we needed to speak. We were about to go to a new city and we needed to make a change at this time because the next 90 days is crucial. We’re also at an ending point from one city to another. So the first lesson in the rule is “How do you shift into a new thought, or a new creation that you didn’t think of except within a timeframe of a few hours earlier? How do you adjust, this is one of the most important roles because we need to be adaptable. This is completely necessary.
We want to bring forth these teachings, this program to each of you and others, that would like to listen in or be a part of it, to understand within themselves the changes need to be made. If these changes are not made, December 21st will not go very well for you. Possibly, not exactly on that specific day but definitely afterwards.
So if each of you are here, being part of these lessons, and you bring these frequencies unto yourself, just think how powerful it’s going to be for others. If you share what you’re experiencing with another, of how you have made these changes, you will see a direct result occurring. We want each of you to realize that you are not walking into this program, without knowing what you are doing, because each of you have been with us and have accepted this. We would not make the changes unless each of your Higher Self’s has said it was OK. And since you’re already coming with this on the cities, you’re going to be getting an added frequency to assist you in accepting the down-to-earth energies of the 5th Dimensional level.
Some may think that the 5th Dimensional level is so far away that they do not have to worry about that but this is not so. The changes that are going to occur geographically around the world are going to be affecting everyone, and it is important for individuals to realize that you’re making a contribution to assisting the planet in these energies. So I ask of you, if you can share with another or post it on your networks and say how much you have accelerated through this program, you’re going to do a great justice to many lives, many souls because this frequency will blend within each of us and beyond.
So that is the importance of this program. The depth of this program is going to help initiate you on a deeper level that your Higher Self has already deemed it is appropriate. So, I want you to relax. I want you to enjoy yourselves here on these teachings. It is going to be like if you walk through the doorway and came in to the tunnels from Mount Shasta into Telos. We will guide you into these teachings. I am unable to come to you physically but this is the next best thing that each of us want to do for each of you.
So let us arise, and hold hands for a moment. As each of us hold hands within each other, within masters within initiates, within students within teachers, within teachers within students as each of you is teaching each of us at the same time. Let us make a pact within each other that in these moments we shall never loose our sight of our Oneness and what we are trying to achieve in these moments. I ask of you to blend in within your Hearts and allow this light ~ this frequency to come to you in this moment. As you’re being blessed, by being here with us in Telos as many other Telosians are now joining us. You’re known very well among the community even though you may not realize this. Each of us loves you deeply just as much as you love us and would like to be with us. This is because of what we are doing presently ~ we’re joining hands-within-hands to allow this to occur. So our hearts are open unto each other. Let’s take a moment and feel this energy with each other. As we bring in many different levels of society, many different levels of frequency of inner-Planetary, of the Solar, the Galactic, Universal, Multi-Universal, the Inner Earth as we come together as One Being of light.

Please follow me. We’re now going to leave the garden, walk down the garden pathway. You’re seeing vines along your right-side, as we walk into a grove of palm trees they represent the essence of tropical energy. Then we’re going to walk through this beautiful garden and see many more flowers; you will see streams running down each side as we walk down this windy pathway ~ just for a few steps. Then we walk down a set of stone steps into the Lemurian Retreat House. To the right side of the Retreat House stands the Lemurian Healing House. Some of you may have visited here to travel in your sleep state to receive healing.
This is our meeting place, gathering place, and retreat place. We also have cabins where people do come and they stay here. They leave their residences here in Telos or other cities to experience the essence. Now you’re going to feel as the air opens up, it’s going to be changing from a more tropical energy which is intertwined, to more of the Mount Shasta energies, of the frequency of the pine trees and lots of groves of bushes and it is beautiful. The sky is high and you’ll see Hawks and Eagles flying above along with many Ravens and Crows. There are many types of birds that are flying around as we now walk into the entranceway.
The Retreat house is an octagonal type of building, there are steps all the way down from the land which means individuals from the Retreat House can go up the steps and sit and you’ll see there are benches and there are areas to sit while enjoying the flowers and the land. We have many beautiful relics that represent the spiritual hierarchy of Lord Buddha, Krishna, Quan Yin and angels. It absolutely represents all creation right here. We have created this here because we wanted to remember the Earth energies and the Spiritual Hierarchy, because we are all part of that essence.
As we walk down the steps into the doorways of the retreat (the doorways are like French doorways that go all the way around), we now are going to step into the retreat house. When we first walk in, you’ll see that you’re at a higher level, like a balcony and you look down, there is a railing which is where our conference room is where we will meet for each class. You can return here at anytime to work on any part of yourself. Please ask us to assist you. We can take you to the Lemurian Healing House and we can also take you to the cabin area for you to rest for a while and to rejuvenate yourselves.
As we come down, you will see there is a winding staircase which is going to take us to the left in a spiraling motion all the way down to the bottom. There are three levels. There is a second level where we meet for ceremonies when individuals are going through healing processes, we may go in there sometimes on some of the weeks. Then we go all the way down to the bottom to the first level where there is a lobby entrance. Within this entrance there is greenery with water that runs in the middle representing an atrium that goes from the top of the ceiling to the bottom of the floor. You’ll see that there are doorways that are going to opened up into the hallway area. We are actually underneath the earth right at this point. We are going deeper than we were at the first level of Telos. This helps us just to feel the essence of Gaia, with the frequency as we walk into the room. It is a very large room. There are many areas of rooms around the main entrance hall in a circular fashion but we walk into this huge room which is about 200-300 feet in width. This huge room has many banners which have many different colors which represent the different rays of God which represent the frequency of the Light. We walk into the area which looks like a living room setup. We don’t believe that everyone should be sitting in a hardback chair. We want everybody to be comfortable. So all around the room are chairs, couches, cushions, or you can sit on the floor if you want. Just feel the essences of these energies.
In the middle of the room is sunken floor which is where our speakers will present their teachings so that everyone is up a level above the presentation area. Here we have our ability to transmit to you frequencies of Light. We are going to be accessing different areas from this room that will take us into Corridors of Light to assist in the process of activating these energies.
We are giving to you, through these classes, an ability to walk into the retreat house and really experience what you would experience if you were coming on a physical journey for a retreat into Telos. We also may be meeting other individuals from other cities that may join us and their energies are going to be combining with each of us.
So, as I step down, each of you should find yourself a seat in our beautiful living room area. You see candles all over the place. We believe in the candles. There are many colors of the frequency of banners. Allow yourself to just sit for a moment and we are going to just receive the healing energy in this room.

Welcome, Welcome to the Lemurian Retreat house. This is our initiation to open your energies up for you to feel as if you are in a fully trustworthy place where others are experiencing the same as you. We want to take your soul on a journey which is going to represent the totality that you are and to allow that to unfold within your physical body. Each of you is a part of these vibrations on a weekly basis. Each of you comes to the temple. You receive frequencies of Light from the Divine Mother & Father God. What we want for this program is to put those elements into practice. Not just an attunement that you receive and now are healed. That may be true but sometimes it is not true. We want each of you to feel the completeness that is you, because this is what we need to assist in this time of great change. The time of great change is going to be bringing essences of elements you’ve been thinking about, that you want to accept in your life style. We know it is a transition that you can come here and you could feel these essences, these beautiful energies and to incorporate within yourself, to fully open up your heart and that’s what we are going to do this evening. We’re going to give you an attunement to help you open up your heart, to fully be able to see within yourself what it is you’ve been missing in the totality of your essence. This is the same initiation that we will give to you if you come into Telos physically. These are the parts of the same initiations that we have given to each of you, as souls, when you travel in your sleep states. Of course, it is not always remembered. And that is because there are elements within you that don’t allow you to remember or you are not ready to fully receive it.
During this next three-month period, we’re going to work with you individually and collectively. Your Soul has opened up a doorway for you to access these energies. Whether you feel that you’re Lemurian, Atlantean or whether you feel that you were here at that time. So each of us has parts of ourselves that need to fully feel the recognition that We Are. This is our goal to allow you to recognize the essence that you are and then to work through it in your physical world. Others need to see how you are; others need to see how you don’t react, or how you stay in the full completeness within your being. So yes, you’ll go through a great transformation through this process, depending on where you are and what you need to work on. But the most explicit part that you will receive, is allowing your Heart to be in a deepness of your Soul within your body as we walk through a stage of completion, allowing your I Am Presence to fully be your guide. We are not saying that you don’t allow this presently, but your mental thoughts and your emotional feelings get in the way of this process. So this will be a connection for each of us. When we cannot meet due to the other elements happening like a Full Moon Ceremony, in the retreat we will continue the following week. I have asked Melereissee and Mike to share a list of the elements that we are going to be working with and the names of the masters that are going to be coming forth. This will be brought through later this evening and shared with each of you through the internet so that you can get an idea of what you are going to be working with. It will be important to recognize if you have issues in this area to put them down on a paper and get them out of your mind. Be prepared when you walk through, that you’re going to change through these processes. As always, it may not always be a first time event; so it will be important for you to listen to the recording each time thereafter.
We’re very happy that each of you is on this call with each of us, and we are happy to extend this energy through the New Earth Consciousness Circle Of Light because it truly is a Circle of Light.
We are now going to dim the lights in the room. You’re only going to feel the candle light; you’re going to see the essence of the illumination of the light in the room. At the top of the room is a reflection and it shows the water that is running through the entire retreat house. This water will reflect the periods of movement. Allow yourself to just feel the essence of the water as you feel the energy surfacing from the top of the room. It is now going to spin downwards into the base of the room. Allow yourself to accept whatever colors or frequencies that are coming through your Being. This room not only represents the 22 rays of God but it represents all Rays of God which goes way beyond what your physical mind can extend. So the many colors of many colors are blending within each another. Use your intuition and breathe in these frequencies as we are now going to work with opening of your heart. Receive the best optimal experience for this initiation.
Breathing deeply ~ feel the essence of the colors blending within you from the top of your Crown all the way to the bottom of your feet into your Root, into your Sacral, into your Solar Plexus, allowing it to blend in your Heart, in your Throat, in your thymus, in your Third eye, and into your Crown. Feel the essences of all the Great Masters with us, all the Angelic Beings, all the Inner Earth Beings, all the Inner Galactics, and all the frequencies of Light, as we bring forth this frequency.

The middle of the room represents the 144 Dimensional levels. If you were to look at it, it is a hologram which is a frequency of essences of colors & bubbles of light, coming down from the top swirling. And if you’re looking through your Third Eye, it would be like a projection screen as you feel this calm of light coming down in the middle of us here where each of us are sitting. Now it is going to filter where each of you are sitting.
Allow yourself to receive what colors, and what frequencies are important to you. You may see a specific Master that is assisting you to open up your Heart more fully. With this we’re going to go back into our Lemurian heart. Each of you has experienced Lemurian energies even if you came here only for a short time. This is the pure expression. If you could take all your essences of 144 dimensions and from feeling your Formlessness of Angelic Being you are, into the Galactic forms, and the Human Forms, feel it spinning and just put it in a ball of light. Feel that Ball Of Light coming to you from the Hologram as you feel it in the palm of your hands. You cup your hands together and allow that ball to be within you. You’re going to take a deep breath. Now feel that ball of Light coming into your Heart. The colors upon colors are going to be spinning with you as you breathe in these frequencies and allow them to blend within you. As you open up your Heart, allow it to expand within pockets of your Cellular Structure and in your Physical body which is how thought forms and essences of this life time are held within you. Then let’s go beyond this process as we want the Divine Heart to be opened for all lifetimes, for all essences. Allowing the Divine essence that you are as the Male and the Female to accept these elements blending within you. Colors upon colors bring forth the frequency of light.

Now feel the energies circling around the room. You are part of the room. You are part of these frequencies. The hologram now changes to include each of you. It moves out the circumference of the hologram, from the top of the ceiling all the way down to the walls and to each of you because you’re adding your Heart’s Essence. You’re being initiated into the Oneness that we bring forth in this Retreat House. Once you come in, each time you will feel your essence as it comes to you and allows you to remember who You Are. Now allow this frequency of light to be fully within you.

Now the hologram changes. It’s going to be a reflection of illumination of colors upon colors. As you look into this hologram, I want you to fully see the reflection that is within you.
What words do you feel~ Do you feel joy? Do you feel ecstasy? Do you feel serenity? Peacefulness?
What are the components that are deeply within your Heart, because this makes the basis of your Light. This makes the frequency of the ability of bringing in your Soul’s Essence from the highest 144th dimension into this body now. This is going to assist you when you are having periods of going through transitions, you tap into this level and it is going to assist you and make the change necessary. Feel that essence now unfolding within you. As it becomes You, you are not only feeling your Heart but you’re feeling all parts of your body. We’re now going to ask the Cellular Structure of the body receive this frequency.
As the room is vibrating in a very high energy, you allow this vibration to just run through you. This is imperative for you to move your vibration into a higher ray and allow these frequencies, swirling colors of light within the room. Now they are all switching as you see others around you with their essences. You may want to dance within their Essences. Let’s all get up and dance within the frequencies of everyone that is here. There are Telosians, there are other Inner Earth Beings, there are the Inner Galactics, the Spiritual Hierarchy, the essence of All That Is in this moment. Feel that. Feel that Divinity that we are together. And allow whatever someone else has, bring that to you now. Breathe it in and allow that essence to be within you because this is a part of you that you need for the Heart and the balance. This is your initiation in the physical body to remember your Lemurian essence but also to remember your Beginning essence. What it was like for you in those frequencies of light as now they spin within you representing the Sparkles of Light and that is you.
Let us just take a moment and breath as you feel these essences blending within you.
We have a special message coming forth.
We are the Divine Mother & the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun and we want to thank each of you. Thank you for accepting this world, accepting this essence within you, because it is going to assist you when you walk away from this Retreat House, when you walk into your own world, you allow this frequency to run through you without even doing anything. It’s going to emanate out of you, because that is the beautiful quality of this frequency of light, to allow the illumination to run within you and then in circles around your field as others will experience What You Are, Whom You Are. Allow this initiation Now to be fully within all parts of your body.

We are the Angels. We are the light. Embrace your light. Embrace this essence within you. Allow these to come through you in a frequency to Accept.
We are One Being Of Light.
We are the Divine Mother & Father God. We are the Angels. We are the Formlessness. We are all Lifetimes.
We are the Unified Whole Command of the Light of Oneness.

We are One. We are Light. Open up your Hearts onto it and allow it to be expressed within your Physical, within your Emotional, within your Mental, as you Accept It.

Breathe deeply. Breathe deeply and allow these essences to be fully within, fully within in the completeness that We Are together.
Let us all feel the essences now. It is time now for us to leave the Lemurian Retreat House. Let us stand up and reflect within each other.
I am very grateful, as Lord Adama speaking for the Telosian Council of Light, and say thank you deeply for what you have brought forth until this time. I know that you’ll receive great rewards for receiving these energies, allowing them to be intertwined within you and to ground them deeply. Take time in the next week to put your feet into the ground and put your hands to the ground. If you could put your feet in a body of water, especially within nature, allow these essences to blend fully within whatever is around you. Put it into a stone and allow the stone to go into the air with the beautiful essence that you have brought and opened up onto yourself. Let it go into waters, let it go into lands, it does not matter where it will go. But it will go. It does not have to be an expensive stone, it can be a rock that you see and ask the rock that “If is it OK to intertwine your energies with theirs”. I’m sure, they’ll say “Yes”.
So, let us just rejoice within each other. Let us rejoice that we have come together in this way as this is your initiation of Opening up your Heart Essence unto the Lemurian way of being.
Breathing deeply, it is now time for us to exit. Each of us from the lower level will come up to you as we want to acknowledge each of you for taking this walk with us. We know it is going to assist the planet greatly and assist each of you individually of getting through any elements that you have been trained to deal with on your own. You are not alone; you are all here with us. As we leave the room, we walk up the staircase, the circular staircase that goes up to the third floor and we see the beautiful atrium and the water running down in the middle feeling the fountain and the essence of the water just going through the entire structure of this building,
We are now to the third level. We walk out the door and see many elementals and animals. The pure Lemurian Way of Being is just right here. We walk up the stone steps. Now I am going to ask each of you to gather together. You could leave from this point forward. You can come in at this point forward. You can come in through the garden, and down the walkway. Whatever way you would like to do it will work. Let’s gather together as we create our Group Merkabah together. I’ll travel with you to the summit.
Take a deep breath. We feel our group Merkabah. Many Masters are with us. Many other Beings of Light are with us. Others are all waving on the staircase and they cannot wait until our next visit with each other. Feel ourselves spinning upwards- upwards – upwards and upwards out of Telos beyond the core the earth as we feel ourselves coming upwards. Then all of a sudden, we are at the summit, all gathering together.
I want to shake each of your hands, give you a hug, a kiss on the cheek and say “thank you”. I give thanks to Melereissee & Mike for allowing this work to be done, and I thank each of you for participating greatly. I look forward to our next visit with each other.

The 11:11 Gateway is once again upon us. It is the final 11:11 date occurring prior to the actual Event of the 12:12:12 for which it has been ushering in, as such it will once again present us with the opportunity to accelerate ourselves unto the Mastery Pathway more fully.

So many wonderful and, at the same time, challenging energies are occurring as we quickly approach December 2012. From our perspective, the conclusion (end) of the great galactic 5200 year cycle will be a time of great mixed energies. Many from the Team of Light have spoken of it on our weekly calls. Lord Adama, who is currently offering “The Telosian Way of Being” 10-week seminar series, has channeled a message that some of those who have heard it are finding a bit unsettling.
Why?
Because most of the New Age community wants the infamous date of 12-21-12 to simply allow them to step into a new life of joy, freedom, bliss and oneness…without having to take any personal responsibility for “getting there from here”.
What does that statement mean exactly? It means that inside each of us, or rather outside each of our physical bodies, but inside our grander bodies, is our etheric body, where we hold all the energy stamps from every single moment of our eternal existence. (The short story: it is a lot of energy from both what we all are calling “the light” and “the dark”). And that is what some of your old timelines or pastlife experiences were all about.
And that is because we are human…on planet earth…and you cannot get a shot at being human on planet earth unless you are well versed in the experience of duality…and you can’t be well versed in duality unless you have been fully experiencing the dark side of duality…and….that means: as a perpetrator of or being in serviceto the dark.
We know that many do not want to acknowledge this as being part of the grander essence of who they are…and we wish we could wave that magic wand too….to just make it love, and light, and bliss.
But that is not why we are here on earth…yet. For it is what we are going to create on earth, it is the New Earth Terra Christa. But to get there from here we need to alter ourselves first, so that we can then effect a change to the outside world.
As we think of the energies of earlier this month for example, we had a huge hurricane on the East Coast of the United States. The indigenous native peoples of the world would have viewed such an animated storm as the gods being angry at them for something they had done. That is, they would have taken personal responsibility for the storm as something they caused to happen.
Well, is that so far fetched? Could human thought and emotional energies of ridicule, hate, envy, jealousy, cruelty, control and manipulation of each other actually be a physical energy? An energy that gets discharged into the very atmosphere of planet earth? An energy that then has to be cleared?
There are advanced quantum physics scientists who believe there may be truth to that concept. We would add that It even may be that the denser the energies are in any given location, the more that the earth may need to clear those locations more forcefully than others.
Which gets us back to the concept of our responsibility to “clean ourselves up”… Almost all the amazing channeled messages we offer have some element of us acting to raise our vibration and clear away timelines. Well, this all serves the goal without specifically mentioning the dark energies.. We all are, in doing this work, taking responsibility for our own energy fields. We are “cleaning ourselves up”.
It is a great surprise to us and to many on our calls, that we do have these lower energies as part and parcel of our humanity…but it is just as great a surprise when we realize just how powerful we are at removing them. You can feel the difference, and that is a very powerful and affirming feeling.
So yes, challenges and mixed energies will become even more prevalent as we move into 2013 since all those who consciousness opens to become more aware will need to experience this process. This is why the Team of Light wants to assist as many Lightworkers as possible to raise and fortify their energy fields at this time, so you can pave the way for them. This is why everything that is in this month’s newsletter is designed to allow you to learn more deeply about the 22 Rays, understand your Soul Psychology, Ascension Science and what it takes to Walk In The 5th Dimension as a human being.

My role today is not new; I have always chosen to speak at very opportune times of transformation and today is not any different.
My goal of this time is to share with each of you the importance of your Soul’s lineage within this Earthplane and creation of accessing the timelines necessary to create a highly motivated system of assisting others to learn as each of you have done. The critical time has arrived when the energies are not allowing an individual to have weeks to figure out where their new interests lie or how to go about creating the changes necessary to affect others:
THE TIME IS NOW.
I am working very closely with individuals that we feel are very important to press upon others as Gaia is undergoing her transitionary stage. Which by the way, is the same stage you are going through. Each living and breathing cell and atom upon this Earth is going through a similar experience; the difference is that your reality allows you to know something is happening within you even if you are unsure in each moment how to go about and make the necessary adjustments within your life. We do not have the time to worry about why you are feeling different and not aligned with the energies you were, or the physical conditions you are feeling as your body goes through the process. The most important element is that YOU ARE CHANGING and to get off the pity party through the process.
Let’s face it ~ you are a powerful Being of Light that is coming out of your shell of forgetfulness even if you are unsure how to remember, you actually are doing so. The lineage of your Soul’s growth is beyond the comprehension of your mental mind and must be accessed through the Divine Being you are. You are also being challenged to step up and acknowledge the gifts you are receiving but at the same time learning how to do so within the humility of your essence. It is all a balancing act, you see, and at this time, the frequencies are not allowing you to be balanced. They are pushing you and prodding you forward into all that you can be. Staying stuck in the same arena of consciousness is not going to help. If you are feeling you need a change, why by heaven’s sake (yes, you the Angel of Change) need to make the necessary adjustments. I do not care if you are unsure; make the first step into your new awareness.
Oh, by the way, the awareness changes constantly so you don’t stay immersed in the old ways so be prepared to change consistently. It is about feeling the fluidness of life and the expression designed through your Higher Self within the body. It is just the mental and emotional attitudes that need to be dropped as they will not serve your purpose either. Blending all of these elements will allow you to fully accept your destiny as a sovereign being of light commanding all that is accessed through you and within your physical existence.
So let’s get back to why I am sharing with you today. NOT MUCH TIME LEFT, MY FRIENDS. We are in the most highly attuned acceleration phase of this planet and you, are the driver of this acceleration. It is essentially important to have everything in order. Your thoughts and emotions must be of the highest conditioning process and if they are not, well, it’s time for your Higher Self to step in and show you the way.
We have less than 60 days to the events of December on the 12th and the 21st. There is not much time to prepare so remember these thoughts: the more time you take now, the more you will be prepared. I am not talking about shouting from the rooftops what everyone else needs to be doing. I am expressing to you “What is inside of you that needs to be addressed”. And if you think you have nothing to understand within you, then your lower ego is fully in place.
The energies preceding the events of December 12th are to prepare you for the doorway of your ascension within your physical body. It is an unprecedented moment of creation by the Source to allow these frequencies to be fully active within the human fields. Now this does not mean that just because you want it, it will be so. The work must be done; the old timelines must be removed or else you will create the same mistakes you made in Atlantis and Lemuria. Those timelines are going to be so prevalent that the awakening population will think they have revisited the continents to perceive their life in the joy and bliss that they always desired. But underneath there are components that will not allow the true essence to shine.
The Ones that are unawakened will move further into their abyss. Please know that what you are not releasing will arise to the surface. It is going to be a very amazing time but very challenging for some individuals. We must allow ourselves to know that change must happen. Well, that is why you are here, right? To be the best you can be while inhabiting the physical essence of who you are now.
So let’s prepare together for the change in your life. Go deep within yourself and find the parts that do not fit. You already know what they are; you have dreams about them, you feel your insecurities, or you are too pampas to see the mirror in front of you. All those mirrors will be cracking, my friends, and if you are not prepared to pick up the pieces that fit and remove the ones that are lacking self forgiveness, love, inner peace, loving expression and the list goes on and on. Remember, these are all within the you hiding away in the deepest parts and you will not know if you are ready until you bring it all up in your present state of awareness.
There is so much more to this story, but I cannot share it at this time. I will be “popping in” to speak quite often during this six week process and will extend to you more knowledge of what the frequency of 12-21 will mean for the entire history of Earth’s frequency.
Until then, please know I am here to assist. Call upon me and I shall walk with you, look in your mirrors, and allow you to see all the parts that truly are ready to be acknowledged and put away forever.

“We need to know you are serious about your commitment in working with us. It is absolutely imperative. We have been turning away souls for this reason because they are not ready to understand what it is to be in a 5th dimensional body or environment, let alone be fully accessing it for themselves.
“This is an opportunity for growth. The end of this year is going to change people’s lives and some may not be so sure what that means. It depends upon the individual person’s consciousness, awareness, and the work that they have done. Let’s face it ~ everyone on this planet walks unto a Mastery Pathway when they awaken. It is part of the process. Accessibility is the key to availability. Once you allow your consciousness to access the energies, then the rest will follow ~ you will be totally available.”

I know that the information may have seemed harsh to some, but it is a very strong reality that we must face within ourselves ~ our own creation. We, in Telos, are deeply honored to work with each of you. We have been doing so for many years. Our relationship with some of you is very personal and especially from my own essence. As I sit here in the Teolsian Command Center with the Telosian Council of Light, it is with deep honor that we can talk so candidly with one another.
Our work has been ongoing but the true depth of it is just beginning. It is important for us to weed out the ones that are not serious about their own pathway. This Golden Year has been crucial for these elements to come to the surface. I thought long and hard with many here in Telos about the last transmission we provided to the public. Many see us as the most beautiful place in the Universe and actually, I could not agree more deeply. But these are very important times and it is with this transmission that I honor each of you.
We have found since our last speaking engagement with Mel and Mike that over 50% of the souls that are arriving to work with us in Telos have taken us very seriously. They are allowing themselves to speak to us about what they desire. Some may not realize the depth of their work that needs to be done and that is okay with us. We need honesty and integrity as our doors cannot hold the amount of souls that want to enter just to enjoy themselves. This is all good also as we know it is important to relax and experience the finer moments of existence. We truly can serve that essence for each of you.
What we truly had problems with is the souls that want to come here and expect us to heal them in a moment’s notice and then they walk away as an ascended being of Light. It does not work that way as we must work together. Many of you, which is more than we ever realized, have stepped forward and done exactly what we have asked. I applaud you and look for more to do the same.
It is at this juncture of time with the activations happening faster than anyone can realize that individuals are now jumping forward to healing themselves on a deeper level. It is imperative to realize that these elements are important, but we must not allow the information that is being provided to push you into areas you may not be ready to accept in your reality. We are here, and we are not going anywhere. We still need you to communicate your desires and if they are to just relax because you are tired and feeling as if the energies are too much, we welcome you to come for an evening of your slumber. It will assist you deeply. All we ask is to state your reason, and we will abide by that request as best as we can.
You see we have many individuals here in Telos helping each of you. Everyone is so very excited to have more souls wanting to remember their roots so we are working double and triple time to assist each of you. Walking through our doorways is definitely a step in the right direction and you will be transformed. We just ask that you take one step at a time to allow the energies to enfold within you. We keep a progress report on every soul that requests to be here and you become very important to us. We know that the work we are doing together is assisting the planet to arise into its higher vibrations as each individual goes through the initiation process with each of us.
It is a very exciting time and I cannot deny that. We are extremely happy to see the awakening occurring within the planet and each of you. We expect more to be doing the same at the time of acceleration in late December. I would like to share a few words in what this means for each of you and us.
The activations that are occurring within November are preparing you for the necessary steps in December. It is extremely imperative to allow your higher essence to be your guide. Working with the Light is what you are being trained to do as you will go into deeper depths of your awareness and wisdom to accelerate yourself and others around you. Ceremonies are very important with strong intentions on the specific activation dates. We know many individuals around the planet are gathering for these events and if you feel so inclined, it is important to step forward to connect with others. But remember, you are accelerating quickly so you may find that the groups of people you have connected with previously no longer align with your energies presently. This can change with each activation depending upon the energies that are occurring for you personally and globally. You will need to be with soul-minded individuals during these activations especially for the December acceleration phases.
Some may ask what dates are important. Let’s list them for you:
November 11th, Sunday ~ This 11:11 day is the beginning frequencies into the New World Activation on December 21st. It will affect everyone on the planet so it is important to take time with a meditation or quiet time with yourself or others to fully activate the doorway. I believe there is more information coming from Mel and Mike on the details of this event as it is imperative to be ready with your intentions and being guided from your Higher Self.
New Moon, Solar Eclipse, Nov 13th ~ This moon is going to assist in the process of allowing your Divine Presence to be more active within your physical reality. The solar eclipse is always a very powerful time so allowing yourself to be activated through the Solar energies of the Great Central Sun through RA the Sun God, and our Solar Logos, Helios & Vesta will assist. This activation will complement the frequencies you are feeling through your Feminine & Masculine Divine being fully active. Working with the Pearlescent Ray of Integrating the Male & Female Within which represents the 10th Ray within the Sacral Level on the 4th dimensional chakra grid will assist greatly.
November 22nd , Thursday ~ The Gateway of the Master Cylinder is now being opened for the final acceleration of the 11:11 events through Solara of Nvisible.com. We, in Telos, will also be working with these frequencies preparing the Mt. Shasta area with the frequencies for the 22nd Crystalline City of Light to be fully activated on December 21st. Walking through this doorway will assist in allowing the vibrational energies that you have been trying to activate to fully come into fruition within the physical level will occur.
Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse, Nov 28th ~ All of the energies that you have been activating in the month of November are now going to be emitted through your Being for acceptance or removal of your four-body system. This Lunar Eclipse is going to be associated with the OM Wave frequencies within Mt. Shasta so we will be working with Mel and Mike to create a ceremony concerning these energies. Again, it is a time to fully accept your Feminine and Masculine Divine in a full acceleration within the physical body so this Full Moon will be very helpful for the Gateway of the New World
Our work here in Telos, is becoming much more focused with Meleriessee and Mike, because they have done the work to acquire these vibrations within their physical body. This is why they are located in Mt. Shasta. I mention this because it is going to be imperative for each of you to realize that it may be time to relocate due to the vibrational changes within the Earth. I want to share more about what is happening within the gridlines but that will be another transmission.
We are all changing greatly, and we must accept that there are challenges. If we do not allow acceptance to be our guide, then those challenges within the physical structure will manifest in tenfold creating an unpleasant experience. I know that many individuals are sharing about the beauty of this event in December, but please remember that it is not all going to change immediately. You must make it happen; you must do the inner work and get deeper than you ever have done previously. Remembering your Lemurian timelines will assist you greatly. You have held onto the timelines within your Soul’s travels that have not allowed you to be what you were before. Now is the time to do so but you must allow it TO BE.
The fifth dimension will not become a physical reality immediately; and we are not moving into the New Earth yet but we are growing with GAIA so all parts of herself can move into that expression. Each of you are a participant of this occurring as we need as many Lightworkers to understand the process NOW because many more will be awakening.

What Is The Unified Whole and Why Is It So Important To Connect With Them?
The Unified Whole represents the “beginning of our essence” and going back into ONENESS. It is a conglomerate of energies that represent the 144th dimensional reality including each of US.
We are at a time in evolution that every soul has the capability to go within the Oneness that we are all part of within existence. This means that time is not linear and each Being of Light has the capacity to walk into this reality from the Zero point to the 144th dimensional reality. It means that every aspect of lifestreams, beings, and souls have the accessibility to leave the old elements behind and only bring in the highest knowledge associated with those lifetimes or experiences in human, inter-planetary, angelic, and formlessness — that we all have been through the ages. This includes the Spiritual Hierarchy and all the beings that are part of these energies. The Brotherhood of White Light is already within this Oneness but it is our conceptual understanding that they reside within a certain dimensional frequency.
Within the 144th dimension all existences of Earth, Inner Planetary, Multi-Universal, and Cosmic include the entire God Force of Divine Mother and Father God exist within this realm of creation. Their knowledge and teachings are available but they have left behind their Pantheons of the Past. This means that we are not accessing the parts of them associated with religious sects, dogma, and elements that do not fit into the essence of Wholeness or Unity.
Within the Unified Whole we are working with the Creation of Unity and Love without the individual personalities that have gotten in the way previously. They served their purpose but do not assist as we ascend with Gaia into the New Earth energies.
We, at Walking Terra Christa, were apprised of the Unified Whole exactly one year ago and it took us some time to fully understand the concept. We want to thank a dear friend named IAM, a brilliant young man in Mt. Shasta, who was our messenger. He shared with us how to connect with the higher frequencies of the Unified Whole through Master Thoth and Meleriessee was asked to be their messenger along with IAM. The lineage is being gifted to us as IAM is no longer existing on the Earth plane, and we send him love and blessings for walking into our world.
We have taken this knowledge into our work completely as we found it was a very important component to existing in the higher realms while living in the 3D-4D earth consciously. It literally takes us out of the world of duality which allows the accessibility of Oneness to be a physical reality and not within consciousness of feelings or thoughts.
If you have ever listened to any of our calls, we connect with the Unified Whole by opening up the energies through this consciousness. This is a very important part of connecting with the higher realms as otherwise we can easily receive aspects of each of the Ascended Masters or Light Beings which are not in Oneness.
This is an important element as there are many lower forms of Archangel Michael, Lord Sananda, St. Germain, Master Kuthumi, and Lord Adama just to name a few. It is imperative to connect with their highest essence and not parts of themselves that may be coming from an aspect of their personality that was embodied on the Earth or otherwise. This also means that lower entities that try to enter a person’s consciousness during channeling will not be able to do so as they will not be within The Unified Whole.
There is a council that overlights the energies of the Unified Whole, called Unified Whole Command. It is directed through Master Thoth but we have found out recently that his higher self is The Great Divine Director, and another aspect is Albert Einstein. They will be blending their energies completely on December 21st, 2012 as One Unified Being just as many others are doing. Connecting with them separately within the Unified Whole brings forth their highest aspects and does not pertain to their lower aspects at all, only their individual aspects in Oneness. We, at Walking Terra Christa, Mel and Mike have been asked to be the spokes-people for the Unified Whole within this consciousness and are part of the Unified Whole Command. This post was started physically with IAM last year and continued through this year. We are honored that we have been apprised of this information as it has made our life change greatly allowing the forces of Light to be within us each moment. When it is not, we notice immediately through our thoughts, feelings, and how we interact with others or others. We have come to realize that the expression of Oneness that each of us desires is truly within us but our third dimensional reality has not allowed it to surface.
We created a protection decree that allows us to access these energies continually which is what we utilize on our tele-calls and classes along within our personal life. We call upon the energies in the morning upon awakening, when we go to sleep, when we leave the house, and when we return. Walking into the public allows the lower frequencies to attach themselves to our fields and they are not always entities, but thought forms and directed lower energies to try and stop us from performing our work as a Light Being. Some of these can be from the lower energies that are working very hard presently to stop individuals from ascending into the higher realms which include the non-Christed Extraterrestrials that have tried to control the forces within our planetary systems for eons of time.
We know that protection is important but working with the Unified Whole takes protection to a whole new level of awareness. It will also help to accelerate an individual’s field by allowing the energies that are from their Higher Self and I AM Presence to fully accept the physical reality. It is a gift for us to have this knowledge presently.
To call upon them utilize this decree by saying each word aloud:
[ Feel the energies of the 144th Dimension as it is a clear shift in frequency. Note, you are encouraged to also tap your fingers to your leg, a table or your thumb to forefinger which helps feel the increase of the frequencies. It also assists the frequencies to be more aware of you. We now continue with our protection energies: ]
We call upon Lord, Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma to infused within us a Platinum Net. Breaking deeply feel this net come around your four body system; on the outbreath, feel it being removed all with all debris in your entire field.
We now call upon the Violet Flame of St. Germain to transmute any discordant energies; and call upon Paul the Venetian, with the Pink Flame of Active Intelligence to bring forth compassion and love in the four body system; together they represent Vibratory Communication.
[ Feel that running through your body. ]
We now call upon Lord Buddha to infused the Golden Flame of the Christ Consciousness up through our Earth Star. It spins clockwise and creates a dome of protection in the shape of a pyramid to the Soul Star. On the outside of the pyramid mirrors are placed that represent the 144 dimensionals of Light. Anything that is not of this frequency will be retracted to the Source.
[ Then call upon any of your teachings, masters, or guidance of light to assist you. You can stay there as long as you want.When you are ready to return to your 5th dimensional body, state the following to bring the energies back down: ]

The activations that you want information about that will be occurring in November are going to regulate the frequencies for individuals to fully accept that there is something more to their lives than just what they are feeling. All of these activations are a step into the Gateway of 12-12-12 within a preparatory stage of development.
The essence of understanding about the Mayan Calendar encompasses more than many individuals realize. It is a potential of understanding to allow the Christed Self to be born into each human being upon the planet. The acceleration of the planet is taking effect deeply as we speak and will continue to do more through the process. For those that have been on this awakened state of consciousness, these dates are only going to push them into deeper levels of understanding which is the same truth for all of humanity. The point being is that the individuals who are working within a Pathway of Mastery will step ahead of everyone else. This means that individuals that have a knowledge and expertise are being asked to go deeper to assist other individuals. There are actually waves of consciousness occurring within an individual at this time, but it is up to their free will in how this consciousness will appear in their lives.
There is a deep knowledge that needs to be expressed in the type of individuals that awaken unto the planet and allow that vibrational level to flow within them.

November 11, 2012 is a day when an opportunity will present itself to individuals that want to go further into the depths of their understanding. As always the 11:11 activations are doorways for growth and opportunity. It is important to realize that these doorways are activated through a person’s subconscious mind to allow the conscious mind to receive the message that an opportunity is presenting itself to them. Not all individuals truly take advantage of this opening of frequencies in the way it should be done. There seems to be a commonplace attitude that it is just another number. We believe that many people are receiving these messages through the clocks, on signs, within the media, etc to help them be aware that an opportunity is being presented to awaken them into a new reality.
This day on 11-11 is not different except on a much deeper level. The degrees of acceleration are increasing through openings that are being guided from the God Force. You see, humanity needs to wake up and what a perfect opportunity to allow this to happen through a time sequence. 11:11 actually means to come into Oneness as it is represented by the binary system of 4 digits being the same. There actually occurs a time sequence of no time to occur so the frequency stops for one second of 11:11. Each individual that stops for that moment within 11:11 will allow their Higher Essence to access their physical creation by acting upon the frequency of the ONE. This is why so many individuals are feeling these frequencies within their lives.
The day of 11:11:12 represents the same no-time zone. 2012 is the year of the Golden Era when more people have awakened into a new reality than has ever occurred before. This means that the percentage of individuals in this year will see 11:11 more often. Since November 11th is 30 days before the Gateway of the New World is opened, individuals will be prepared to awaken themselves into a deeper level of understanding than they have ever felt before. Some may say it is a warning sign; but in actuality, it is a moment of pure acceptance that there is more to themselves than what their mind can understand.
This also is a time when each individual that chooses to have an awakening will remember the essence of their Angelic Self. 11:11 has always represented to the Angelic Presence and this day is a moment to allow that Angel That You Are to be fully activated within the body. There will be a remembrance and allowing the thoughts and emotions of the Angel that You Are to fully embody your physical existence. Your Angelic Timeline will then be fully activated. It is going to be quite a very powerful moment for humanity.
It is essential for individuals to be prepared on this day to walk through another doorway of awareness by allowing their Higher Self/Highest Essence to walk with them side by side. Now for individuals that are newly awakened, the Higher Self will present themselves in a different manner; i.e., dream states, showing the clock energies, feeling elation, joy is within them, etc. For the other individuals that are working within their pathway of mastery, they will go deeper and will be guided not only by their Higher Self but their I AM Presence. This is being engineered by the higher frequencies depending upon the person’s awareness. The more that the individual has accepted their pathway and is working on their Inner self, the deeper the knowledge will come to them. It is an appointed time of entry to prepare the physical body to receive more frequencies in preparation for the gateway December the 12th.
This entryway is also going to assist individuals to walk through the following 30 days in the altered state that they achieved on the 11-11 date in November. It is being geared by a person’s ability to be on the pathway of Light, to accept that Light within them, to work through their initiations, and move into the deeper realms for preparation into the New World. The ones that are not on a mastery pathway will feel more elation and also have moments of realizing that more needs to be done. It truly is an awakening day for everyone upon the planet.
We ask that you apprise all individuals awakened and unawakened that this is a day of awakening. It is the first doorway to walk into the entryway of 12-12-12. Preparations need to be done for each individual person. There will be many that will not feel anything different as this is because their bodies are numb from the pain they have endured. This is where we are going to be assisting within the planet to help the souls that are lost from themselves.
We suggest gathering with others whether long distance or in close groups to connect with the energies that occur at 11:11, 1:11, and again at 11:11. All increments of “one” are very important. The best time to connect is in your 11:11 time zone and the energy will run its course throughout the day. Meditations should be done representing the ONENESS and connecting to the GRID of the planet to put everything into motion as we commune with every one of you through this day.
We must remind individuals that this is the first activation during a 30 day cycle and going about their business during the day will cause the deflection of energies within them. This is not something that we want as the more energies that are involved, the merrier it will be.
The 11:11 day is a pre-requisite for the activation of 11:22:12. Many of you realize that “22” is a master number and represents the initiation process of allowing the Gateway to be fully opened within an individual’s physical consciousness that relates to Mastery. This means that each individual that fully activates the energies within themselves with the other activations of 11:11 and the Solar Eclipse of 11:13 representing the Feminine & Masculine Divine Energies being activated, will take them into the deeper initiation process that they have been undergoing. It does not mean that each individual is going to jump initiation phases but there will be a quickening of energies that will occur.

There are three Phases of Development in reference to an Awakened Soul within the Human Construct. They are:
HALL OF IGNORANCE
HALL OF LEARNING
HALL OF WISDOM
The Hall of Ignorance represents mankind; unawakened mankind; those that have no clue that they are beyond just their physicality. There are fully within the third dimensional world and are considered Unaware people, they are asleep in reference to their higher consciousness, have a tendency to blame others for their problems, they do not look within, they are egotistical, they are addicted to their things in life: drugs, alcohol, dysfunction, etc and do not see there is a way to get out as they never look within to their problems.
The Hall of Learning is when an individual starts to realize that there is more to themselves than their physicality, their body, their mind and their emotions. Many individuals just waking up in the last 20 years represent this level. It includes those that have many gifts as the Indigos, Star Children, Crystalline, Golden, and Rainbow children. They can make things happen easily and effortlessly without the physical world’s outer creation. They have strong psychic gifts. This level can also pertain to individuals that are in the self-help programs; they learn the skills to change their thoughts, like “The Secret” teachings; but it does not go beyond that until one day they are met by a master or master(s) usually within the physical world, but Spirit can also have this affect on these individuals through their dream states and visions. This is when they awaken up to themselves and realize they have much more potentiality than they ever realized, but with that realization comes responsibility.
The Hall of Wisdom is when an individual becomes an initiate; they walk unto the pathway of Mastery; learn about teachings of the Masters through the ages, search within books and knowledge for more information. They learn that there is much more to being aware than psychic abilities; they become very involved in global healing and accelerating that healing as they become more aware themselves. They are a master in training.
Now there are several sublevels within the Hall of Wisdom. It includes the initiatory process but each individual has free will to go as far as they choose. Some will stop and not move forward. When an individual gets to the 4th initiation, they have stepped unto the process of Mastership. Now this can include individuals on the self-help level; it depends on what they want to access in their lives and how they want to go about doing it. Each step of the ladder is an acceleration of the Light of the Christ. Individuals are becoming the Christ within.
Once an initiate decides they want to continue, then they accelerate themselves to receive more frequencies. When they reach the 5th initiation, their Higher Self is their guide. There is no turning back and the initiate is indoctrinated into the Brotherhood of White Light. But there are requirements and prerequisites to stay within the Brotherhood. They must follow the rules of selfless service by serving themselves first. They must go through each of the initiation processes to fully accept their own mastery within.
Now many get to this space and hold themselves there. It means that they can help individuals but truly do not step further upwards into the ladder. Everyone has the ability to acquire this level but not all choose to do so.
THE TYPES & CHARACTERISTICS OF INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE CATEGORIES OF THE HALL OF LEARNING AND THE HALL OF WISDOM
When an individual starts to realize there must be more to their life than what they are living, they leave the Hall of Ignorance and walk into the Hall of Learning. This level is massive as it includes many types of individuals such as: Self Help students, Newly Awakened Lightworkers and/or Rainbow, Crystal or Indigo’s, who possess many gifts and share them with others. (They can create teleportation, telekinesis, are mediums, psychics, healers, etc.) As Newly Awakened Ones, they do not necessarily take responsibility for their actions; they can be very controlling with energies, lower entities can be in this space. The Universe is at their command and they feel the will to do whatever they want it to do. They have free will but also may lack compassion or responsibility about what they are doing or creating. It is on a momentary basis and can fall and crumble just as much as it can be built. The lower energies are typically guiding them completely. Some stay in this area for a long time and other individuals see that there is a deeper level to who they are as a being. (This area of expertise would be considered the lower aspects in each of the Seven Rays of God for those of you studying them.) These Ones are bringing forth the dynamics of Universal existence, but there are too many other influences that are getting in the way of their full progress. Not to say that these individuals are not powerful; in fact, they probably are very gifted in many ways but they don’t use it with Universal Laws. This school of thought I put forth is to help individuals to see that there is a deeper reasoning process with what they possess which helps them to wake up even more through the process.
When the Learning phase has been initiated, and an individual sees that they must go further in their studies, they walking into the Hall of Wisdom. This is where an initiate starts to walk the pathway through their Higher Self and not just their intuitive self of the physical body.
The types of people include self help teachers, gurus, and individuals that follow higher learning. They have now walked into the pathway of mastery as an initiate. They teach about responsibility and learn that everything has a purpose in life. The initiate that is growing through this learns about the Spiritual Hierarchy and the reasons behind why things happen, they apply the teachings to their life and step unto the initiation pathway. Each step on the pathway will take them deeper unto their mastery within.
Once an initiate has walked into the 5th initiation, they are accessing through their Higher Self. THIS IS WHERE MANY STAY. They feel good; they have accomplished a way of being that satisfies them as compared to where they were, so they don’t move further, they think this is the epitome of everything. Most Lightworkers are in this space. They do not go further through the process. This is where the deep work gets deeper. Some may go further; but if they are not ready to handle what they need to acquire, then they will feel lost. The Higher Self will slip backwards, and they will see-saw through the initiations they had already gained.
When one moves to the 6th initiation, everything is stepped up deeply. The initiate is now inducted into the Brotherhood of Light on a trial basis. They come in and out of Shamballa in their dream-state for teachings and wisdom. This is the hardest initiation as there is more responsibility which is put upon an individual in this level.
Once an individual moves into the 7th initiation, then they are fully inducted into the Brotherhood of Light. Now you can be at the 7th and not be fully indoctrinated into the Brotherhood. You must prove your worth to be part of the organization. Many masters do not make this level and filter back into the 5th and sometimes the 4th level due to the extreme responsibility that is put upon the soul to act within their highest wisdom through the physical existence.
This correlates with the dimensional frequencies. Second and third dimensional beings are unawake, fourth dimensional awaken but still fight their process including the old demons within and around them, fifth dimensional beings see that love is the only answer but their full I AM presence must be accepted within the bodily structure still. Some choose to stay at this level as they do not realize the potential to move through the processes. It must be understood that mastering the first seven Rays of God are a pre-requisite for this level. Many are not able to go deeper with that work but still access their Higher Self in certain periods of time. Nothing is guaranteed within the ascension process and this is why so few have done it as yet.
Many will not make the 5th dimensional level even in their consciousness by 12-21-12. Some may feel it and go back and forth through the process. Ascension is truly the full activation of the physical merging of the Lower Self with the Higher Self. It can be done on a consciousness level and yet not be fully actualized within the physical.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE GATEWAY INTO THE NEW WORLD FOR DECEMBER 2012?
I wanted to share this information to the public arena and have chosen Meleriessee, as the messenger to apprise individuals of where they might be in the ascension process, so that it can be see that more work needs to be done in order for more awakened souls to walk physically into the arena of the 5th dimension. The level of physicality is something needing to be realized; that it is a Learning Process and a Privilege to acquire it. People cannot simply say that they are arriving in the New Earth just by being positive and showing love in many ways. This is a major part of it but the true depth of this information is about interacting with others on a personal and professional level.
Many individuals are deepening their skills of awareness and allowing the energies to fully infiltrate within their physical existence but the process goes much deeper than they realize. The depth of the work needs to be done in order for every individual to fully accept their physicality which allows the lower mind and emotions to no longer exist in that world. It has a lot to do with the Cellular Memories within the Physical Body and the Etheric Body to co-exist with the Higher Self and I AM Presence. These memories can be painful and erratic which can cause an individual to not be able to access the “LOVE BUG ENERGY” each moment. Then, at this point, there comes a creation of division between all the four bodies instead of them merging into the One Light that each of us has the ability to create.
I believe it is time to share this information in depth because individuals need to take a look within their essence and see where they might be holding other parts that they thought had been taken care of previously. The process of initiations is necessary and cannot be side-stepped to move into the New Earth frequency. At this moment in time, November 8th, each individual is being prepared for these cycles of rebirth. It is up to each individual soul whether or not they will walk through the process. We know that the energies are going to split starting in December and moving forward towards 2013, 2014, and 2015. The Christ Consciousness will be the consciousness of the New Earth and this earth is going to either reflect or deflect that essence. It will determine the cause and effect that happens within the planet and how it is going to change.
Individuals that choose to accept their new roles as deemed appropriate from their Higher Self’s will fully have the capability to access so much more than they realize. Some have gone through these processes and still have a lower self activating within their higher self. This is a dangerous combination as the warriorship attitude results in the process which then causes great confliction. There is no confliction on the New Earth frequency so all these elements are going to be weeded out.
I know you want me to share my views on December 21st on the effects upon the planet. I will tell you that there will not be major destruction of the planet as previously foretold. There will be areas that will have tremendous upheaval and this goes along with the individuals that are accessing the panic, fear, and uncertainty within their world. This six-week period is a warning signal for each person to fully step into their own essence as the Earth is now going to be allowing that frequency to permeate within her essence. It is important to be in places of power energies; vortices in order to connect with the integration of the changes that will be happening. Many will not be happy as what they think will arise out of them is like a bad virus that has been brewing for eons of time. The more positive an individual allows themselves to be, the more powerful the energy for them.
I suggest that each person takes this time to fully activate their Higher Self and accept their divinity of Light that they are. They will be affected because what does not serve the energies will be expelled from the body. And many people upon this planet hold within them a seed of de-struction and dis-ease within which flows into the Earth. So we require as many individuals as we can muster up to understand this process; the better Gaia will accept her new Divinity.
This is just the beginning of the frequencies. It is not going to happen all at once as it will be a process time to integrate the essences for each human being upon the planet. Now is the time to learn more about your inner self and walk with others that are doing the same. The Mastership Pathway is available to each and every one who chooses to walk within it. The challenges are great, and the rewards are greater. But it goes into the depth of your soul to be able to access the changes and allow it to happen.
We have many new awakened individuals upon the planet who are very gifted and want to share their gifts. But this pathway must be acquired through great responsibility and diligence within their spirit to allow the changes to come first within and then share with others. It is a most imperative stage of development.
The Ones that are doing this work now are being considered for leadership roles within the New Earth and within the Golden Cities of Light (in which there are 22 of them). They are areas that represent the 22 Rays of God and will be considered the High Priests and Priestess Domain upon the New Earth. There are many other cities of light that are also part of the New Earth energies but these cities are the Domain of the New Earth Brotherhood of Light and are considered the High Order of Oneness and all the other cities will be the Light Cities underneath of the Golden Cities. The 22ndCity of Havalannchee will be the highest frequency of light representing the Platinum Ray which is going to be ignited on December 21st over the Mt. Shasta, California, USA area. This city is aligned with Shamballa and will house all the Spiritual Masters of the New Earth. The other 21 cities fall under the domain of this Crystalline City of Light.
I feel it is important to share as much information and to as many individuals that it is possible. The Gateway to the New World on December 21st is just our beginning. It will be an internalization of mass consciousness that has never occurred previously and we want to share as much information as we can to help everyone through this process. It is very exciting for each of us within the Unified Whole and the Spiritual Hierarchy that Heaven on Earth is occurring now. It is imperative to understand that it will not just happen and individuals must be prepared for their own awakening of Light in each moment.

On October 29th at 3:52 pm EDT the full moon occurs in Taurus. This is a time to fully create the balance and structure that is needed for the next level of energies that will be arising on the Earth. It affects us from the peace-loving energy of Taurus as we are in the energies of Scorpio which can be emotional and highly electrifying. It can be a very passionate and exciting time but it also will teach us to be more careful in our dealings. This is also preparing us for the upcoming energies within the month of November with a Solar Eclipse on November 13th-14th and a Lunar Eclipse on the next full moon of November 28th visible in the southern hemisphere.
Weather conditions this week are causing disruption around the globe especially in the U.S. East Coast where the hurricane, Sandy, hit the coastline in New Jersey and New York on the 29th. This not only causes physical disruptions but energy patterns with the winds and rain continually for many hours. There have also been disruptions in the earth with an earthquake in Canada which caused some havoc in Hawaii but it was not as bad as anticipated. In reference to Solar Flares there was a huge CME on October 28th but its target was hurled into space.
Cosmic Level ~
This week it is very imperative for individuals to find their own inner balance. As has been discussed about the Full Moon energies, there are conflicting energies that are going to be hurled right at everyone’s core essence. So it is essentially important to take full advantage of this full moon to completely release old elements that are cropping up in your awareness whether it be with relationships of a personal nature, family members, friends, or your neighbors. It does not matter who it is going to be as it will appear within your awareness this week.
This is not a bad element to have happen as it is only preparing you for more acceleration that is deeply needed for the transitions in December. We know we have discussed previously about the December 12th and 21st activations, but we will not know more until the time grows closer due to how people are interacting within their personal agendas.
This is something that is essentially important to realize as we personally cannot move through the changes until the agenda’s of one’s self but be fully open to the public so to speak. In reference to the word “public” we mean that it is necessary to be fully open in all avenues of your existence and this means in all your dealings with others. The old facades need to be broken down so that you can find the TRUE YOU.
This is also representative of the weather patterns this week. Each time there is a huge current of frequency that can cause destruction upon this Earth, it is representative of the energies that are housed within that geographic area. The lesser the degree of frequency, the more balanced the outcome will be, and the more intense of the situation and how people react to it, the more destruction that will result. Remember these patterns within the weather are being activated in more ways than one and it is up to each individual to fully accept their Divine Responsibility within their divinity to integrate the challenges with the best of their knowledge.
So that brings us back to the present discussion of the SELF. What is happening in your life and how are you handling it? Are you taking care of the issues by taking care of elements within your Being. Remember you are the creation of your reality, and these energies are mirrors for each of you.
This week is an opportune time to fully acknowledge the parts of your Being that need to be recognized. Are you taking time to accept your gifts and what you are doing within the world? This is where the energy needs to start. Then you can look at what needs to be removed. There are many more elements that you are going to attract in your life when you realize the potential that you have within yourself, but you must start with the best parts of what you know works for you. Sometimes, individuals learn to release what does not serve them, but they really do not accept their true potential. In learning the structure of what works within your circumstance, then you can weed out the parts that are not in full alignment with the basis of the matter. Once you learn to do this with everything you are encountering within your life, you will see a huge change in your reality.
We have given you Steps 1, of accepting what you know, 2, letting go of the elements that do not fit into alignment with the first step, and now, 3, moving into a new aspect of your-self. First, when you acquire the first two elements, there is a clearing and a focus than can happen. You may feel renewed and rejuvenated. Allow that feeling to flow within you. Then, it is time to take some steps into a new way of doing or creating. You may feel an inspiration within you that it is time to fully accept your new power. And, you will sense a Beingness within you to fully accept your life is going to change.
It is important to realize that as humans you tend to forget the process. You can get stuck in the reality of the emotions or the thoughts. It is imperative to move ahead by realizing you are a Divine Being of Light ready to charge ahead. You must also remember that the frequencies are going to either assist or de-assist you in this process. The only element that is going to allow the new beginning to be manifest is your Divine Presence. We cannot stress enough how important it is to connect with the Source of Being that you are and remember that your body, your mind, or your emotions do not mold who you are, but your Spirit and your Soul’s Essence does.
This week it is very imperative to start a daily practice of connecting to your Source of Light if you already do not do so. It can be done through breathwork, visualization, chanting, or singing. Yes, singing. It is very important to bring music into your life. It lifts the spirit, but also allows your essence to shine brightly. It creates the light within you by working with the Harmony of the Spheres. Movement is very important every day and should not be forgotten. When an individual becomes stuck in their present reality, it is because the fluidness has not entered their consciousness. Always moving is very important through breathing and experience of light frequencies. Without it, it becomes lost in the moment, and then that is when the issues arise.
So remember, when the energy becomes inactive, it means that you as a person are not accessing your Divine Presence within the physical body. This is how atrophy sets in and the human condition becomes just that, human and nothing else. An individual forgets that they entered humanness with the express frequency of their Soul’s Essence. Tune into her or him and you shall see a completely different world arise at your midst.
We walk with you through the process of Divine Intervention within your Physical Essence. It is our pleasure to see you arise to each occasion of beauty, joy, purity, and light that You Are.
This week we are transitioning the Sun Signs from Libra to Scorpio. Within Libra there is balance or at least we try to create balance in our relationships, environments both personal and work related, and all interactions with others. Moving into Scorpio is the essence of “I Want” which means that we are no longer ready to sit back and accept things for the sake of balance and harmony. This also creates individuals to look more deeply within and get to the ‘heart’ of matters. This can be a very intense time as we switch energies. Let’s look at it as we take the balance of Libra and blend it with the intensity of Scorpio to be the peace-maker but yet not allowing ourselves to be taken advantage of in any situation.
We are also preparing for the Full Moon energies on October 29th which is right at the end of this cycle we are speaking about which will be in the sign of Taurus representing “taking care of ourselves”. Take time this week in preparation for this moon cycle as we always have a tendency to feel the energies before each cycle begins. We will be facilitating a Full Moon Ceremony on Walking Terra Christa on Monday evening, 5 PM Pacific.
Solar Flare Alert ~ The Earth is being hit with an X-Flare starting on October 23rd which is expected to be felt in Asia and Australia although it may be the result of more solar flares coming which has been the norm in the past few days. So if you are feeling tired, dizzy, irritable, and not just YOU, then you know you are changing through this process of renewal. Take time to rest, take cleansing baths and showers, meditate, and connect with your Highest Presence to assist in the process.
Cosmic Level ~
The energies this week encompass all that has been written and so much more. Each passing week gives each initiate a perspective of a deeper reality that is currently being presented to them, and we ask you to look at your thoughts and feelings this week. It will serve you on a higher purpose to acknowledge what needs to be looked at to clear and what elements need to be embraced for your higher pathways about to enfold.
Each passing moment of this year that is remaining is truly that statement “passing moments”. They are moving quickly with the pace of the clock ticking in the background as each of you are preparing through your Higher Self’s and your physical bodies to be in full alignment. Each moment is crucial to these elements that will occur within your reality.
We say these words with great conviction because we want each of you to understand the process of continuance that you are going through to support these moments of change. It is no mistake that you are having fears arise or feelings that you did not think you still had. They are a pure reflection of your energies shifting into the higher essence that you are incorporating within your full body system. We urge you to take these moments and go deeper with each reflection. If something comes up that makes your feel uneasy within yourself, then that is a reflection that you must take time to understand. It is arising for a reason within your consciousness to prepare you for the next step of your evolution.
Please know that everything you say and do, how you act, what you are feeling, and experiencing within your life are the mere reflections of what needs to be accepted or removed. You, the maker of your destiny, must make these decisions within yourself in preparation for the next phases that are occurring.
In essence this is exactly what you are going through with changes, fluctuations, and energy shifts either through your own inner work or with the assistance of the activations that are occurring within the Earth. Many new individuals are awakening unto these energies which are going to make them feel very uncomfortable within their physical bodies. This past week with 10-21-12 was an Activation Day to assist individuals who need to be awakened more to the reflections within themselves. Many senior members of initiation are beyond these frequencies as they are holding the Light to pass through them unto the Ones that need to accelerate themselves in a new and different way so each of these smaller activations are assisting in the Planetary Awareness of seeing the world in a new and different way.
This week shall be another preparatory stage for the Full Moon energies as these activations occur to remove the inner layers within the Cellular Memory to fully accept their I AM Presence more actively within their physical existence, but it cannot be done without seeing the Inner Reflection. This is the dichotomy of the present state of awareness. In the first stage an individual feels different, full of love energies, and allowing that essence to flow through them. Then, in the next stage the love energies intertwine within the lower essence to fully reflect within the individual. So at first, there is a surge like being in Love with Oneself; and then, that loves grows into the areas that need assistance. So the old energies can arise out of the system to be purified within the four-bodies of Physical, Etheric Emotional, and Mental so the Full Body system can be acquired.
This process is important and should not be ignored. Trying to mask the lower feelings with the higher feelings will only allow them to be hidden deeper into the cellular structure until one day it will burst open into flames of anger, hurt, and deep depression. We share this information as this is what is happening to many individuals upon the planet. We must not mask the feelings, but allow them to surface and be purified into the Oneness of Creation that You Are.
This is the week to prepare for this stage as with the onset of the next full moon on October 29th, 2012 the frequencies of this purging will go to deeper levels than ever felt before. Each week the vibrational level of the Earth is shifting into a new paradigm of frequency and it cannot be measured in terms of how to deal with it until it arrives.
This is the week to fully acknowledge the depth of what you are NOT and change it into WHO YOU ARE. It is not an easy process; this we know. But in so doing, you will be preparing yourself for more acceleration upon the event of 12-21-12.
It is our time to walk with each other and you have chosen to be the Way shower upon this Planet. The process of initiation and acceleration is not easy to handle, but you would not be reading these words if you were not ready.

As many of our faithful subscribers and followers know…the two of us did not create and build this business alone. The Team of Light is truly our Board of Advisers. And we know that is a strange assertion. But it is true. All the Ascended Masters (Lady Masters too…) and the Spiritual Hierarchy… all those who represent the Christ Consciousness, want us to assist you. So they assist us.
But it is just as strange for us sometimes as it is for you. Lord Adama the High Priest of Telos, the Capital City of the Inner-Earth Agartha Network of the former Lemurian and Atlantean civilizations, is an Ascended Master who has dedicated his life to assisting the upper earth beings. The upper earth beings are his brethren, his family in Light. And he works very diligently and passionately along with the Telosian Council of Light, his beloved partner Galactica, the King and Queen of Telos, and everyone else of the Christed Realm, to teach, educate, and remind the upper earth population of who they really are. It is why he asked us to bring forth the seminar series he called “The Telosian Way of Being”. It is a very important course because it delves deep, just as any spiritual program or personal development program attempts, into what you are required to do to get past the illusions of who and what we as humans on the upper earth often feel is our reality. Yet, as an Ascended Master working with the other Ascended Beings to teach this course, his approach is much better at teaching you how to be you.
Have you ever heard the term “Makyo”? It is a term from the practitioners of Zen Buddhism who desire to learn to meditate but do not wish to get lost in the illusions and vivid dreams that one can experience while meditating. Those experiences can draw one into a sense that the reality of the meditative world is more attractive than the material living world.
This is exactly why Lord Adama wants you to know and understand the difference. Many wish to escape the reality of the 3D world, especially those who are here incarnated as Starseeds, Lightworkers, Wayshowers, because the 3D world often seems very harsh to them. They often feel pulled to seek an easier path that does not involve dealing with the confines and control of our current societal culture. So they reach out to “Makyo” either within their own dreams or in their daily living, as if the 3D world was not really something they should be concerned with and deal with, or by outright drug/alcohol use and escapism or through joblessness and/or being a wanderer or transient, with no daily foundation in a 3D setting. After all, the 3D world requires responsibilities and commitments within a system, but a system that is unfair and biased, not at all in oneness.
Lord Adama wishes this were not so. He fervently wishes that these gifted and magnificent beings of light were instead able to anchor themselves and their light more fully upon the earth, the material earth, the real reality, so they could both transcend and transform that reality into one that nurtures and energizes them to be in community and global unity. And he knows that most do not feel this is possible; that most are resigned to the “fact” that there simply is not a “way” to do so.
He has a “way”. It is the Telosian Way. The Telosian society makes the material world work for them. They make community work for them, they make being in union, in unity, in oneness with your neighbor work for them. And he knows it is real and can be done. And done very well.
So he channeled a message to speak about how important this Way of Being really is for humanity. And in this channeled message he plainly states his frustration and he plainly offers a suggestion that you join him in the seminar series.
And that is why we, just like you, are sometimes uncomfortable with the whole aspect of doing this type of ethereal work and having Ascended Masters on “our Board’. In his message, it sure sounds like a sales pitch for the course to us. And we are the ones here on the upper earth, in the 3D world offering the course. So it makes us very uncomfortable. But at the same time, we have to admit, he is so right about what he is saying about 12-21-12, the work of being more aware of how to “ascend” is very important.
So he asked us to do this course, “The Telosian Way of Being”, to deliver that “way’. In this course you will be forced to face your illusions, forced to become aware of a greater reality that is beyond your eyes and ears but often encountered within your dreams. Not your escapism dreams, but your concrete dreams of a better world, a more peaceful and compassionate and inclusive world.
We want that kind of a world. So we are allowing the sales pitch. It is that important.

Why now? Why is it important to learn how to “Walk on Terra Christa” now? Is there really going to be a shift as we move into 2013?
If you have even been remotely following the prophecy’s of the Mayan calendar and other esoteric teachings…that is, the real material and not the media hype, then you know that the world’s level of humanity and evolution is shifting at this very moment. The world is not ending but shifting. The question is: are you ready for that shift?
We talk to people everyday who believe in the shift, they can see for themselves it is happening. They love humanity and they desire to spread love and light wherever they go. They can’t wait for a world where there is no longer a controlled financial system, no longer a constraint on peace and prosperity for all, where they can work and live their passion and not have to do the grunt work for someone else in order to pay their bills. They love the idea of enlightenment for all of humanity.
We do too. But this particular huge immense and magnificent shift that is happening, is not going to deliver that way of existence to humanity…
What it is going to do is open the gateway for humanity to create that way of existence for themselves...because whether humanity is ready or not…that gateway is going to be fully open. And with that opening comes a huge immense and magnificent shift in human consciousness. And that global consciousness will stop supporting a controlled system of any kind. So as certain as the sun does rise, those types of systems will start to fall…
And can you imagine what that will be like? Especially for those who are-not-prepared? To give you a glimpse, imagine moving to a foreign country where no one speaks your language, where they do every thing different and you have to learn everything about how to live, interact and get along with them…
Starting to get the idea?
You can wait. But why put yourself through something like that when you can be prepared.
The way-of-being of the Golden Era is indeed going to be different…but not at all what the media hype behind the date of 12/21/12 is all about…
It is going to be about consciousness initially, and then learning to live in that new consciousness. And learning how to do that, is no small thing.
It is the expanded consciousness of what it really means to be human and walk upon Gaia. What does it really mean? Well, to start with… you are not just “human”. And it would serve you well to figure out just what and who you really are…to figure out the all of you that is not human. It would serve you well to expand your consciousness to include what you think you are not: Angelic, Intergalactic, Elemental…and so so much more, including all the former timelines of your being human.
That is why you should not wait. And we have some great seminars to assist you. It is why we are doing this work ourselves – so we can all be prepared.
