Lord of the Great Bear Star System ~ A Source of Divine Light

Many lightworkers do not connect with this amazing energy and it is only because his presence has not been made well known. But that is going to change this week as he will be our Guest Speaker in the Clarion Temple of Oneness.

The Lord also known as the Logos of the Great Bear Star System is the higher aspect – the cosmic level of the Lord of Sirius and the Great White Lodge, who is the higher aspect of the Solar Logos, Helios. This also includes the star systems under the Great Bear Constellations of Arcturus, Sirius, Pleadius, and Andromeda. He also aligns his energies within the dimensional frequencies from the 20^th through the 36^th level which represent the Christed-Extraterrestrial Beings of Light.

He is a majestic being that many do not know about his essence. He is the overlighting energy of the 21^st Ray of God, Eternity and Divine Structure “Learning to Access Spiritual Harmony of Light Within”. This ray becomes the 21^st chakra in the 5^th dimensional chakra grid that is aligned within the Third Eye with the colors of Blue Gold.

Working within the 21^st Ray will help in accessing and healing of All Timelines whether they are active or inactive. This opens up the doorway for Clarity and illumination; thereby, accessing the ability to perceive all dimensions as One Source of Light.

Understanding the Role of Being a Messenger for the New Earth

Since the beginning of my pathway there have been many new discoveries that I have encountered. I always took the high road to my spiritual growth and attainment. It is with this understanding that I share how this has affected my life and the world that I inhabit as it molds who I Am.

First I want to say, that since the onset of the Unified Whole Command writing the Frequency Updates, it seems that myself with Mike Hayden of Walking Terra Christa have become the messenger of Oneness for these amazing Beings of Light. I was introduced to a man called, IAM, that was the messenger for the Unified Whole. I am eternally grateful for the day that I met IAM, a young man that would change the way in which I communicated energies to others. IAM was very special and he shared to us about the Unified Whole Command which was overseen by Master Thoth and in which all masters that wanted to release their pantheons of the past and join the track of Oneness would be invited to join. He also asked me as Meleriessee to be an additional messenger of the Unified Whole Command as there were no others that could tap into this frequency. I, of course, accepted my role and Mike and I were inducted as Earth Members into this amazing group consciousness.

Unfortunately, IAM is no longer living on this earth. His world of accessing many dimensions at the same time left him with an ungrounded state of being. His was newly awakened and very powerful with his gifts but did not know how to take care of his baggage of this lifetime. That is why this work is so important for us to share; to help the ones that come in as Starseeds and do not understand how the ways of the mastery works upon Gaia. I believe there are many that are going to be needing guidance in how to allow their energies be grounded within the physical world as we are within such a strong transitionary phase.

My meeting with IAM took place in October of 2011 shortly after arriving in Mt. Shasta. It was also the time when Mike Hayden and I myself would partner together to create Walking Terra Christa. The Unified Whole Command is our guidepost of information of light entering the planet as it represents the Spiritual Hierarchy, Intergalactic, Inner Earth, Angelic Hosts, Divine Mother and Father God, and all God Force activities working within the Christ Consciousness. We realized that work with less than this frequency would put us in harms way of the many lower energies that want to stop GAIA from ascending and each of us living within her consciousness. They have helped us tremendously to understand what Oneness represents in the physical context and not just in our thoughts, emotions, and actions. We have learned how to integrate the highest levels of vibration within a physical body and in our environment. Any less than that would take us back into the world of duality both personally and professionally.

This is why we are living in Mt. Shasta, California as it is considered one of the most powerful spots in the World. I traveled here extensively doing ceremonies for many years, and it would mold the opportunity for me to relocate when it was synchronous for all elements to come into place. Lord Adama, the High Priest of Telos and Saint Germain orchestrated the plans for me to arrive and for Mike to do the same unbeknownst to both of us what was occurring. Then IAM came into the picture to widen the horizon.

We stepped into a world that only a few would understand. We did not even realize the depth of our work together and the pathways that our Higher Self’s had chosen for us. But in time we would learn, and this we have done. We were asked to not interact with others within Mt. Shasta as there were many different energies and we were being guided by the Team of Light headed by Lord Adama within the Unified Whole Command to be the best we could be. Lord Adama said we were under “quarantine”. We were told to create ceremonies, go through initiations with each of the Lord and Lady Masters to assist us to become the Best We Could Be. It was challenging and continues to be so.

I would not have chosen it any other way. In fact, upon my arrival I had no idea why I chose to be here except I wanted to be closer to the Telosians living in the mountain and New Jersey did not hold a frequency I could handle. I was literally dying in New Jersey by accelerating my light quotient and not wanting to exist physically. It was time to make a change. Having Mike arrived helped me to be grounded, and I was to lower my light quotient in order for us to be together until he could accelerate himself. This he has done in a way that Lord Adama shared “No one has done it in quite the same way”. We work with the teachings of Joshua David Stone and I am ordained under his organization since 2003. In fact, we communicated quite often as he became my mentor for this work. I also volunteered for his Wesak Events here in Mt. Shasta for a few years.

So when the Unified Whole Command asked me to write a frequency update for the New Earth changes I felt it was important to do so. All the work that we have done in the past 18 months molds who we are today and what we share. It is powerful work and we live it consistently. Living in Mt. Shasta can be difficult on its own due to its powerful magic but compounded with the level of dimensional work we do, it is like none-other.

Through the process of the messages I found that they needed to share the truth of Oneness from their perspective. We adhere to this truth as we are their messenger of Light unto this Earth. We know that not everyone will understand the message or the underlying tones associated with it. I was one of those individuals a few years ago that was sure that this Earth would split into the New Earth just as the Sirians experienced with Planets A and B. I learned after arriving that it was changing and it would not occur in that manner due to the lightworkers upon the planet.

It was at this time that I realized personally that the work I have done and preparing for this pathway has been arduous but so rewarding. I cannot tell you what I had to go through to be in this stage of my life. I experienced many levels of duality, loss of jobs, loss of housing, living where I did not want to live, traveling and experiencing heights of awareness that were being offered to me, two major death experiences that would reshape my existence, and several healing modalities, sweat lodges (12 in one year) to just be able to sustain myself upon this earth, along with a full physical integration of the essence of Divine Mother and Father God known as the Cosmic Great Central Sun. The one pathway that saved my life were the Ascension Teachings brought forth by Dr. Stone. I learned to breathe, exist, and be on the pathway of mastery while learning how to grasp the magic and beautiful gifts that were shown to me.

We, at Walking Terra Christa, are taking the lineage of those ascended teachings as our structure but then arising to the ability to utilize the higher vibrational levels in achieving the goals of mastery upon this earth. We work on many levels to assist individuals to follow the same pathway and we know that this is not for everyone. It is the HARDEST PATHWAY that one can choose and not every one is ready to do so. I have been teaching ascension classes and groups for over a decade before I arrived here and saw many individuals come and go out of my living room. But they left changed because of this work as it gets right to the core of God and our essence.

So now with the Unified Whole we merge into a completely new reality. One that was based on the other but does not hold the old timelines of the teachings. They become more purified in the message with a sense of deep truth. This truth comes from the consciousness; I am only able to give these messages because of my pathway to arrive in this state of conditioning. Without all the challenges that I endured, I would not be here today sharing and writing my personal essence.

So I hold reverence to the Unified Whole and allow their message to be as pure as God’s Light is to each of us. I do not hold back the message although at times I feel it is harsh. Master Thoth the overlighting energy with the Great Divine Director shared with me this morning that I must speak my truth just as they do. So that is the reason for this writing. I flow with the energies and allow them to speak from their Truth which is the Truth of Oneness. We need guidance in how to get through these accelerations and we don’t need to be told it is going to get better at this moon or cycle. We need to understand what is behind the frequency of light upon Gaia so we can be prepared. It takes a lot of work, study, and introspection to acquire mastery, but it is necessary for the 5^th dimensional world.

We are experiencing the 5D energies etherically as they filter from the Etheric Earth as that dimension is very real. But we are still within the duality and it is up to us in how we experience it. Mt. Shasta is full of many types of people and represent all life forms living right here. We have learned how to interact, how to protect ourselves, living in magic and sometimes bad magic touches your doorway of light.

You then learn how to stand up to it without aggression, but with living in a higher vibrational state. Lord Adama and the Telosoian Council of Light have taught us how to do this. But we are still living with the duality so we must learn how to change it by being better, more than we ever thought we could be, and accepting our role as an initiate or Ascended Master upon this earth. This is the only way that we are going to move from the 4^th dimension into the 5^th. And sometimes, we have to Fake It Until We Make It. So that is what Oneness Consciousness is about ~ learning the rules of being in mastery, walking in love, but actually feeling it deeply through all parts of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies as One Body of Light.

So the messages from the Unified Whole Command will come with all of these elements in one package. They are showing us how to live without duality but being honest about the transitionary phase which is shown each week. I strive to give only the highest and the best information from the higher frequencies into our reality. I needed to share this background information as it helped me to understand it along with others that are reading the weekly posts.

Utilizing the Pink Flame ~ Understanding the Process of Creation by Accessing the Power of Divinity of the Self

Active Intelligence represents Creative and Physical action within an individual’s pathway. This ray has a dual purpose as it represents the energy within the Heart Chakra reflecting within the color of Deep Pink. The Ray Chohan is Paul the Venetian along with St. Germain who is now the Mahachohan (Oversee‑er of All the Rays).

On a planetary level this ray represents the color of Yellow within the Throat chakra which truly reflects the characteristics of this ray through communication and getting right to the point. As we have learned to accelerate our energies, it becomes the Deep Pink within the Heart so that an initiate is utilizing the same characteristics of this ray but allowing the energies to be diffused within the Heart Center by utilizing compassion, tolerance, and devotion for the specific project or creative movement that is necessary.

In order for each of us to receive what we desire we need to work from the Heart Center which is why this ray is so very important. Not only does it infuse the qualities of creating in a focused manner, but an individual is able to utilize it within the flow of compassion and love while being able to manipulate the energies within a softness that cannot be found on the planetary level.

Members of the third department are the organizers of the Hierarchy. They are the souls both in and out of incarnations who “get things done”. Their method of approach to the spiritual path is through deep philosophic and metaphysical work until realization is reached. Thomas Edison is an outstanding example of a third ray type. Third ray types that are activating within the planetary level tend to be perfectionists and independent. They may ignore everything but their pet project which they will do with great precision. On the negative side, they have the potential to try to make everyone partake of their own perceptions. They are very focused, concrete, logical, clear minded, and organized; however they are not always aware of consequences.

This is the perfect example of why accessing this ray within the Universal Level is an essential aspect of the Pink Flame within the Heart Center. Utilizing it will bring forth the qualities that an individual wants to aspire with the ability of acquiring deep Compassion, Tolerance and Devotion in the Self and Others. This is manifested into Accuracy of the process which allows elements to flow; creates higher energy and accessing Common Sense in each moment along with integrating an individual’s Divinity Within. This represents the qualities of Gratitude, Charity, and Reverence.

The third ray deals with the quality of active intelligence. This department in the spiritual government is headed by a position termed the Mahachohan, who is now St. Germain. The work of the Mahachohan concerns itself with the flowering forth of the principle of intelligence on Planet Earth. The Mahachohan is the embodiment of the intelligence aspect of Divinity. He has also been called the Lord of Civilization, and gives the world its thrust forward on its path of evolution.

The Mahachohan works with energy in a very concrete way. His work involves making things happen in a grounded sense. He manifests on the earthly plane with the will of the Creator. The first two departments (Ray of Will and Power; Ray of Love and Wisdom) do this but not in a concrete way. The Mahachohan manipulates the forces of nature and is largely the source of electrical energy, as humans know it. Energy flows to him from the Heart Center of the Planetary Logos. We start to understand how important working with Saint Germain is for the initiate. We always knew and honored his reflection of the Violet Flame but now he represents the entire focus of the Seven Rays of God.

Utilizing this ray within an initiate’s pathway will assist in allowing the power of manifestation to be acknowledged and create a new way of doing things. We constantly need to shift our perception when something is not working so utilizing the Ray of Creative Activation will assist in making the manifestation grounded. It allows the blending of being focused but having a sense of fluidness and beauty to be integrated within its essence.

This ray is one that every person should be using in their daily life either for personal or professional reasons. It is very powerful and brings forth the ability to increase the potential of success in all endeavors.

New Earth Frequency Update ~ Transitional Healing ~ April 4th, 2013

As the weeks roll by, we are still going to be hit with higher frequencies and changes within our lives. This week represents allowing the energies we have experienced previously to be fully grounded within our physical existence. The Spring Equinox was an energy surge that many individuals may have felt more deeply than 12-21-12 and rightly so. The planet was in a state of preparing for the Spring to occur even though the challenges that we incurred during the 1^st Trimester of January, February, and March were to prepare us for the increased frequencies of light.

So the Equinox arrived and now it has passed through us. What do we do with the energies presently and how do we continue when the upheaval is still occurring within our lives? Make no mistake about it ~ this last full moon was another interesting energy surge to make us think bigger, be better, and find the courage to keep moving forward. What I am finding with these energies presently is that no matter where we are within our pathway, the conditioned ones or the new awakened ones, each of us is being challenged greatly to get deeper into the Core of our Essence. And that core is ever changing no matter what your intention may be.

Master Kuthumi shared this week in our Monday evening, Clarion Temple of Oneness, about the Regeneration of our Essence to prepare for the Lunar Eclipse and the Festival of the Christ which are occurring on April 25^th, 2013 which will also be the Full Moon (to listen to an excerpt of this call and buy the MP3 download, see Walking Terra Christa, Master Kuthumi . This week is our time to allow the changes that we incurred in last week’s full moon to be accepted within our cellular structure of the physical body allowing for the regenerative process of these cells.

Make no mistake about it, when you work through the higher frequencies of light, you do regenerate your livelihood within the physical body. It is the process of anti-aging as the deeper we become intertwined with our spiritual essence, the healthier we become as a human being. Our food changes, we are utilizing plant-based herbs and minerals for our well being, and walking away from the conformed society of healing our bodies, minds and spirits. This, in itself, is going to assist the body in transforming greatly. If you have not seen any of these changes occur for you, continue with the higher ascension work and you will start to see dramatic improvements.

As our emotional and mental levels start to shift into the higher self, we then start to change our physical reactions within the body. So it is important to realize that the changes you have incurred during these powerful activations are assisting your body to receive more Light Quotient within your Being. This process can be unbelievably powerful and sometimes very debilitating, but so very life changing.

So my advice at this time is to relax into the energies that you have received. We will be coming into a New Moon on the 10^th of April which we will once again be filling the Rainbows of Lights Dispensation. This is ongoing through the year and it is important to tap into what colors of the spectrum you are receiving. They are coming to you for a reason. Even if you do not know what they mean, utilize them within your breath, and accept the transformation that will occur for you. It is important that each of us be in preparation this month to experience another resurrection. We will be celebrating the Festival of the Christ which is the first of the three Wesak festivals. This represents removing the parts of ourselves that will not be able to stay within the light frequency as we raise our vibrations during the Wesak event in May. We believe that it is important to continually purge and regenerate ourselves during the month of April so that when the Lunar Eclipse comes in late April when we will be more prepared to walk through yet another doorway of the Christ Consciousness.

COSMIC LEVEL ~ UNIFIED WHOLE COMMAND OF MANY MASTERS OF LIGHT

Greetings Beloved Comrades of the Light,

This week is truly representing the effects of Spring to allow the new born self to become accustomed to the new energies that are occurring. The transitions that each of you are experiencing are taking you into new heights of awareness within your four-body system so that you can be fully activated within the next step of your evolution.

It is important to take these moments and fully accept what you have experienced, notice the differences within your body and your emotional and mental levels as they will tell you how you are adjusting within the totality of your existence. The changes that have been occurring within the planet are beyond what we can really express and the most important part is having each of you understand what you are creating within each moment. Make no mistake about it, the challenges of the last full moon compounded the energies of the Spring Equinox and now is the time for you to take inventory again of where you are situated. This means to understand the frequency you are now incorporating and how you are adjusting to those energies.

Every time there is a surge of vibration within the planet and each of you individually, you must adjust your body to hold those levels of light. This is an adjustment within itself as in some moments you may feel quite balanced but in others, you will feel vibrations moving through you, your head may seem fuzzy and off-center with your thoughts, you may have vertigo, or ringing in the ears. It affects each person differently depending upon the level they are incorporating and how much of it is actually being received. There is a misconception in the mind when you start to feel the frequency running through you as may have a tendency to want to meditate or fall asleep. The levels of vibrations that you are receiving are not all being accepted at the same time. It may take quite a bit of integration to fully allow the energies to be incorporated within the full body system. The surging of energies through your arms, third eye, heart chakra, or other areas are a testing ground. When you meditate or fall asleep, it means that the body is accepting the frequency as you, the soul, exits for a little while.

Notice how you feel after such an experience. Many of you will have grounded more energies than you ever thought you would be able to and relaxing the body is the only way to allow the integration to fully occur. Another way to assist in this process is walking or exercising if you have the energies to do so; taking a bath and allow the vibrational level within the cellular structure to just relax and rejuvenate.

We offer these suggestions so that you can allow the frequency that your Higher Self is intending to be within your physical structure. It is also imperative to realize that parts of the body that are weaker will gravitate towards the essence of vibration in order to heal more deeply. So we do suggest that you take some moments of self-care to fully allow the energies to change.

The other aspect you may want to be aware of is that as it enters the emotional and mental levels, issues can arise as a result of the integration. You may feel emotional, drained, happy, or sad and have thoughts that you thought were gone while experiencing moments of euphoria. These are all symptoms of allowing the frequencies to be fully activated within your Being.

This is a time of great transition so this week you may be feeling many of these elements centering within you. Take the time to reflect and see where the confliction is occurring so that you can take better care of accepting the frequencies. This will alleviate any emotional or mental energies from taking over. Remember, you are accessing your Divine Self but at the same time you are removing the lower ego and mind from your consciousness. Sometimes the thought process within that level may not be very excited to be leaving. Again, it is up to you within your own individual self of what you may or may not need at this time.

Transitional Healing is the most challenging to get through as it can happen at any time within your day as you are experiencing the nuance of initiation within the physical level. At the same time, GAIA is also integrating the same essences so the planetary consciousness is also going through many challenges. Some individuals may not realize what is occurring and being on the ascension or mastery pathway is very helpful as there are reasons of why you are experiencing these changes.

Take some moments to fully reflect on what you felt like before the activations, how you were affected during the integration of the energies, and then what is happening as a result of these changes. It is like being in an earthquake and being shaken up through all parts of your body, and then having to adjust to the process once the energy has been grounded. Some areas may need healing, others have adjusted perfectly, and changes result within the composition of the body.

These frequencies of 2013 are going to be felt in this manner. As we move through the month, we will experience more of the same focus pertaining to the dark side of the soul being revealed in order to create healing. The Lunar Eclipse with the Festival of the Christ will be a period of resurrection. It is important to take time for yourself before the actual event on April 25^th so that you can be more fully prepared for the ensuing energies that will be occurring. The transition will be much easier to accept which allows for the pulsating energies to be accepted by your Body, Mind, and Spirit.

We do not want to scare you in any manner but to be prepared for the changes. You are going through them presently and the more care you take on a day-to-day basis, the easier the transition will be. Breathe and accept the challenges; know what works and what does not; allow the resultant energies to guide you through the process as you surrender within your Soul’s Essence to know you are being challenged to become a better person activated with your Higher Self fully intact.

It is our joy to walk with each of you through this process of transformation.

The Light is always in front of you, step with it, and the unknown shall be familiar and loving to your soul.

New Earth Frequency Update ~ March 26th, 2013 ~ Balance Creates Synchronization

We have just experienced the most powerful Spring Equinox that has ever occurred within GAIA. Not only was it intense during the acceleration, but preceding the event could be life changing depending upon your own pathway.

We have spent the last three months preparing for these energies with high activations occurring continually with the moon cycles and other planetary conjunctions. It prepared us to receive the highest frequency that was possible for each individual. Every lightworker on the planet was taken to a new level of their consciousness whether they were fully aware of the changes or not. The Spring Equinox was unique as it made us look within ourselves to see what needed to be changed in order to receive the next level of awareness. The timelines are being ignited from our Etheric body to help us move along the process as we become mutli-dimensional beings. This is a challenge within itself as it is affecting us through the four body system so it can become one body of light.

So now we have arrived at a new juncture in our pathways. It is time to reflect on where we were before, what we experienced during the transition, and allow the transformation to fully take place. We are being asked by Spirit to remember our humble beginnings and allow those essences to be embodied within us. The challenges are great so if you are having a difficult time of assimilating what is occurring, you are not alone. It depends upon the level of healing that an individual is processing within themselves and how honest they can be of their own ability to get into the depths of their soul’s history. A lightworker that is newly awakened may feel quite overwhelmed with the challenges that they are facing and it takes a strong commitment to fully stay on this pathway. It is taking us deeper into the depths of our souls and the challenges never stop. They will continue as long as we strive to be the best we can be.

The Ascended Masters within the Brotherhood of White Light have been conveying these energies to us for a very long time. They want to assist us in this process, but they cannot totally understand as no species has ever acquired this level of acceleration in a group consciousness. Each of us individually is on many levels within the initiations, and it is a different experience for everyone depending upon our consciousness, life situation, and the contract we signed up for previous to our incarnation. Some may feel the need to catch up whereas others may feel they are tired of all they are going through. I urge you to keep trekking onwards and upwards.

There is great responsibility to step into this pathway, but it is a rewarding job when you communicate with the Higher Beings as they talk with great emotion to the work that you have done. Our time is coming to be with each of them in Oneness on the New Earth but we have a lot to do in the meantime. This earth is not ready and will not be for quite some time. So we have to be challenged in order to shower the way with our Light and Love quotient in order for the One’s that are following us that will be able to accomplish it in an easy and swift manner. We have to live in-between worlds of Duality and Oneness. It is part of the plan so that we can remember one day the journey that we took and how successful it was for everyone involved.

This is why this Equinox was so very powerful. We must hold as much light as we can in order to assist GAIA in her acceleration along with the humans that just might be ready to wake up. GAIA is readying herself to merge with Terra Christa, her male counterpart, and we are assisting in this transformation.

If we can think of our challenges in this manner of assisting her, then isn’t it all worth it? Look how much we have changed as a species. Yes, we still have a long road ahead of us but it is much smoother than it was just 5, 10, or 25 years ago.

So what is our next step in this process of acceleration on Earth? It represents balancing the opposing energies. Reflect back one month ago and the challenges that you encountered during the month. How did you get through them and would you do anything differently? What tools do you use that truly assisted you? These elements are creating our foundation of our new reality. We will be going through highs and lows continually through 2013 so we need to reflect each time to help our lower minds accept the higher thought processes that are occurring.

On Wednesday, March 27, 2013 we experience a full moon cycle at 2:27 AM, Pacific, 9:27 AM GMT. This moon represents opposing forces of Libra within Aires. Libra represents compromise and Aries represents taking care of the Self. So now we put into practice what we have learned in the last cycle of acceleration by creating balance and being in the flow. 2013 represents Synchronization, and now we are being tested to allow the light to guide us through the uneasy areas ~ Being in the Flow.

COSMIC ~ UNIVERSAL WHOLE COMMAND OF MANY MASTERS OF LIGHT

We have just gone through a tremendous change in consciousness from the higher realms into the Earthplane levels. The Spring Equinox was better received than we had hoped. We believe it had to do with the lack of exposure within the media and not centered upon the doomsday effect as what occurred on December 21^st, 2013.

This not only means about the changes but incorporating them within the consciousness of the planet. Spring is always a very beautiful time of the year as the blooms will start showing from the ground; but that is not the question here. We want to say that within the planet as a huge consciousness the energies were well received. In the Southern Hemisphere they are moving into the Fall Equinox which still represents growth and abundance. So it does not matter where you stand within the world, you are being affected greatly by the changes that are occurring.

Change is inevitable at this time and it depends upon your own ability to know thyself and how deep you are willing to travel to find the beauty of your soul’s history to be awakened into your consciousness. This truly brings it to a point of reference. Those that are not as challenged as some are definitely not willing to understand the process of what mastery may mean for them. They may not even know they are on a mastery pathway but have come into this world with great gifts which they term as having mastery. Not so, my Dear Ones.

If you as a Lightworker are utilizing powerful gifts into this world but yet do not know who your Higher Self is, not willing to go into the depths of healing to be a better person, or are willing to find balance within your Feminine and Masculine Divine, then you are on the wrong side. You are tapping into timelines when you were quite gifted in a world that did not perform on the Universal Laws. Many of the extra-terrestrial communities out of the Galactic Whole have been gifted with these abilities, but they are not working in harmony of the One.

We share this knowledge because many individuals are waiting for their lives to get better. And that’s what they will do is – wait and wait and wait. Mastery represents responsibility and gifts are not given to an initiate, they are earned deeply and honestly.

So we ask you? How did you feel about this equinox? Did you feel the pressure of wanting to change, awakening with dreams that seemed very unreal, and then feeling it within your physical body? I am sure most of you experience this; possibly not every day but periodically. It is because your Etheric body is healing so deeply and wanting to merge within the physical essence. It cannot do so until the debris is removed of the old karmic ties that need to be acknowledged and healed. This is true mastery ~ allowing the essence that you were to become who you are now and then knowing that the merge cannot be achieved without the removal of the energies that do not fit presently.

We ask you again ~ How did you feel this Equinox? If you felt happy, go lucky and ready for spring to blossom or autumn to effect change, then we say to you, you are not ready yet for the change. We bring this information forward not to judge as everyone has free will. But those that want to be more, must aspire to the highest mountain that they can climb. We share these energies as a lesson in awareness. Learning what you are experiencing, how you can get through them easily and effortlessly, and seeing the progress happening within you is the best advice we can give at this time.

This equinox brought many emotions to the surface along with the thought forms associated within the emotions. The Masculine and Feminine traits are coming more into balance. The power of these energies was created upon the Earth to awaken individuals into the aspects that do not fit who they are presently. So it is a personal experience in what is to be awakened. The more you learn about your Soul’s Purpose and Essence, the more you can reject or accept into your awareness. The timelines of the past and future crossed simultaneously to create the present to be balanced within each person that was ready to go deeper into themselves.

Presently, the challenge is to balance these elements that were brought to the Light. Aspects that were not accepted readily need to put into Wholeness as they do not fit an individual’s Highest Purpose within their pathway. Remember, this is different for each soul embodied upon the Earth and there are no judgments of an individual’s pathway good or bad. Our purpose in these updates is to share how a person that chooses the Mastery Pathway can best help themselves to move further to create the Divine Love, Power and Wisdom of the Three-Fold Flame. It is the choice of each Lightworker to stay within their present circumstances or to go deeper within their initiation levels. Our goal is to assist everyone in understanding this process and just because you are a Lightworker does not mean you desire to walk in Mastery. Initiates can stop and stay within a certain level while being very content and happy. Learning to be an ascended master is a long pathway and only the strong can survive.

So in essence what we are saying is that this equinox represented these changes to occur. In order to walk into the 5^th dimension on a physical basis, you must decide to be on the Mastery Pathway. You can be attuned in a consciousness level but it does not mean you will be able to create your Body of Light with the Three-Fold Flame activated. Our desire is to have every One of YOU to step into this role and that is why we bring this message in such a direct manner on this day. There is no time to waste. The physical existence of your 5th dimensional self is awaiting you to be acknowledged.

Yes, we are intense because the time has come to get down and dirty within yourself. Look within and understand what fits and what does not fit for you. We have the power to do MORE with one another. We reach out our hands to each of you – but you must acknowledge your Self Worth by sharing your Light and Dark essence with us. We will help you get there, but you must acknowledge what aligns in Wholeness and what will be rejected within that frequency.

There is more to come. This Equinox was the first of many accelerations for this year. The next frequency to be prepared for is the Lunar Eclipse on April 25^th which will represent expressing the Light to shine in the darkest areas of the Soul. We express to you that it will take you deeper into the depths of your essence to learn who you are, what you are to create, how to find the aspects that stop you, and bringing wholeness to your existence upon this Earth.

So it seems we have a lot of work to do with each other. Each of us in the Unified Whole Command had to go through the same process of admitting what we have done in the past may not serve the Greater Whole. The equinox was just the beginning, but you are not on this journey alone. Every human being is going through this same process no matter what level they are existing within their initiation and ascension process. It is going to get more challenging the more you resist – it will persist.

So that brings us to this week. We have laid down all the rules and what can happen if you do not do it. But what about the other side of the coin. What will occur by accepting to be more of yourself?

Well, accessing your Higher Self and I AM Presence is essential on a daily basis and many moments within that day. They are going to assist you in feeling their energies physically and you will be able to flow through the day even if it becomes a challenging one to endure. Laugh at yourself, smile deeply, and know that this is just a testing period. You are the maker of your destiny with your Higher Self and I AM Presence. You cannot do it without them. This is the first element you need to realize and then go deeper by allowing the changes to happen within you. Learn from your dream state and meditations what you need to do next. You have these abilities. We would not be speaking to you if we did not. It is our time to shine together and we so look forward to see the transformative process within each of you.

Preparation for the Spring Equinox ~ Lord Adama, the High Priest of Telos

The Spring Equinox will be another three-day gateway into the Christ Consciousness energies which could be very powerful and has the potential to create an imbalanced state of equilibrium for individuals that may not be prepared. Lord Adama shares a very powerful meditation to work through the 12 Rays of God into each of the 12 Chakras helping to ground the Christ Energies into each of us individually and collectively for GAIA.

We gather in our group Merkabah to the City of Telos underneath Mt. Shasta. We arrive in the Garden of Telos as Lord Adama meets us on the pathway into the forest to the Lemurian Retreat House.

Greetings,

I AM Lord Adama. Please follow me as we walk together to the retreat house with the Telosian Council of Light and all the beautiful beings of Telos. Let us walk through the forest as we see the Retreat House walking down the steps into the entry way and down the spiral staircase into our meeting room. Each of you know where it is; walk into the room that is set up like a living room. Find yourself a very comfortable seat. We have the chairs in a semi-circle facing the stage. I am going to step down onto the podium.

Welcome. Let us take a breath and feel the energies that are occurring in our retreat house in this moment. We have asked for the initiation for all 12 Rays of God to be placed completely on the border of the room.

Straight ahead, which is behind me, you are going to see the Blue Ray. These are columns of light with vibrancy of energy of the Ray. We will follow the room in a clockwise manner. The Blue Ray represents the Will and Power; feel that igniting. The Golden Yellow represents Love and Wisdom; the Deep Pink around the right, is the Creative and Active Intelligence; The Crystalline Light is Ray 4 with experiencing Pure Joy with Harmony and Balance. Ray 5 is the Green, Gold and White colors all blending together. There is probably more of frequency of the green than there are of the Gold and White. This is the Science of God and accessing our Higher Knowledge. Ruby Red inflected with Gold is our Inner Devotion. Deep Purple with Violet represents our Divine Structure and Ceremonial Magic. This is a very important ray. Ray 8 represents the Sea Foam Green. We are now all the way around the circle right behind you perpendicular to the stage. Sea Foam Green is the Higher Cleansing Ray and it helps to resurrect at a higher level. Ray 9 of the Blue-Green represents attracting the Body of Light. Ray 10 is Pearlescent and that represents our Integration of the Masculine and Feminine. Ray 11 is Pink-Orange which represents our Bridge to the New World, walking from the old self to the new self. Ray 12 is the Anchoring of the Christ Consciousness.

Now what we want to do is feel these column(s) of light igniting their energies. Feel that essence of the activation of these rays swirling and swirling around the room.

I want to really explain to you some of the aspects before we get into activating the energies of the rays. Take a moment to feel the swirling of colors within your Chakras from your Crown all the way to the Root centering in your Heart with all these essences.

We have come together this evening because we want to assist each of you as deeply as we can to allow the balance of the higher energies to come fully within your physical existence. Some of you may think that you are doing so but with the energies of the Spring Equinox it is going to become even more challenging.

During this trimester we have been experience a leveling off period, if you can believe that statement. I know each of you feels the energies of each New Moon, and Full Moon along with the Rainbow of Lights Dispensation that has been occurring is really accelerating you in a deep way. What happens for each of you is that those timelines or aspects that are in your Etheric Body are being ejected into your consciousness. Now it can be entered through your physical sense, you may have been going through ailments. It can be ejected through emotional feelings or mental thoughts because the Etheric Body holds all these elements. It is your Soul’s Essence to travel from timeline-to-timeline. This is why it is very beneficial to come into an Earth body, because you have the availability to work through these aspects of yourself that you want rid yourself of what some would refer to as karmic debts. This is exactly what is occurring but now in this timeframe, the karma is rectified almost in a moment-by-moment basis depending on where you are in your spiritual thought process and believe system. It depends upon each initiate and each person on the planet.

Let us take an example by thinking of someone that is very spiritually unaware, but they go to church. They believe in someone else telling them in what needs to be done. They are not stepping unto the path of awakening but they are a God-expressing soul within their physical body. Their karma is going to move into a level that is much less accelerated than each of you, because you have chosen to go through these acceleration phases by allowing yourself to be awakened.

As you see, there are good and not so good aspects of being an Initiate upon the Pathway of Light. Your soul has chosen to walk through these processes and to experience them. It is almost like having a movie screen in front of you and your thoughts and feelings are flashing on the screen as a mirror image. They truly are not sustained in who you are presently, because you have been working on those elements. If you have not been processing the issues not as much as you would have liked to, they are still going to come up for you. The important part is for you to acknowledge what they are and look at them as we have been sharing by being able to ascertain, “Is this something I need to understand more or can I use the Violet Flame; can I utilize the Unified Whole; can I use the White Light; or can I express the Pink Light within me to feel the compassion and balance?” This can be a very confusing cycle and this is exactly what you have been experiencing in this first trimester.

With the introduction of many of the energies, your Lower Self does not have a choice. Your Higher Self is the commanding agent for these elements to happen within you so within your Lower Self you are activating your Higher Self as much as possible. The events that are occurring within your physical body may seem like it is an old ailment but it truly is not. Your emotions may feel like something you experienced previously. It is not something that you need to hold onto. Your mental thoughts are coming up to the surface, but yet, a part of you knows that you should not have those thoughts. So you are walking a tightrope in which one side represents the dark energies of yourself, the other side represents the light energies of yourself. As you are walking that tightrope you can fall into the abyss of the dark side on the left but then you find that the rope has a glowing energy so you reach for the rope in which you find yourself aligned once again. When you fall on the side that is purely light located on the right side, you feel the bliss, ecstatic, or excitement with an essence that you can do anything that you choose. But yet, you still continue to walk along that tightrope which is what you are going through this trimester. Whatever your Higher Self needs you to look at, you will be faced with it. This represents your present awareness of accepting the Light and Dark within you.

We want to assist in bringing forth the highest possible experience for each of the activations that are occurring. The Spring Equinox is just another phase. This is the first acceleration of the highest point of energy of the Christ Consciousness for this year. There will be others. In truth, if all the elements of the Christ Consciousness were embodied upon this Earthplane from the 49^th dimensional frequency, most individuals would not be able to survive. You have to understand that souls come to Earth to heal as each of you has done. If you can be compassionate towards others, as they are going through their timelines and not knowing how to get through them, it will assist you greatly. You have tools to work through and there are more coming every day to assist you.

The more frequency of light that comes into the planet, the more availability of modalities appearing, energy systems, and vibrational frequencies are all part of the open doorway that is now occurring for the Year of Synchronization. Previously, we have not been able to bring forth these energies onto the planet. So it is a wondrous thing that is occurring, and I am very happy as, Lord Adama, that I have been given the opportunity to work with each of you through this process. We, in Telos, have learned so much from each of you. We have learned what it is like on the 3^rd dimensional realm when you were previously in a higher realm from Lemuria and Atlantis. We have learned the struggles that you go through, the personal experiences, and how much a challenge it is for you to receive this frequency of light in your physical bodies. We, in Telos, have not always been on a 5^th dimension; Lemuria was not on a 5^th dimensional level but it was a land of purity and light. So we still had our issues to deal with which is a lot of your timelines that you are going through presently.

As Gaia ascends into the higher frequency of the 5^th, the 4^th dimensional represents the duality which is so apparent right in society. So many changes are happening upon the upper planet that need to made. They cannot be done all at once as many would like them to be. So each of you walking this pathway are becoming the leaders for the New Earth, but you are experiencing what it is like to go through these trials and pathways. What happens when you are walking along a road and all of a sudden a huge tree falls in front of you. You cannot go left and you cannot go right, so what do you do? You break up the branches, and this is exactly what you are doing right now.

If any of you have been part of the Methuselah Teachings, this is exactly what we are assisting with. We are breaking up the old roots that no longer serve an individual’s purpose in order to incorporate the depth of the God-creation within each of you to be activated. So the roots that you have are not dying away can be nurtured, healed, and rejuvenated with your God Essence. To explain, as a body ages, this is what happens; because each individual has the death wish coming into a human body which is part of that process. So each of you are going through that availability not to have the death-wish, but to have the wish of eternal life within yourself which can be created within the physical body. If you choose not to extend your life, that is your choice. But those who want to do so, like each of us in Telos have the availability to create those aspects. But you must allow yourself to let go of the aspects that are happening for you presently.

I will tell you that as you move along your pathway and ascension process, changes result within your life. What you experienced a couple of months ago, can be completely different than what you are experiencing to your previous timelines. Until they are activated by thoughts, feelings, other individuals, or remembrances in your dreamstate or day-to-day living, they cannot be removed. This is due to the fact that they are put in that holding pattern until you are ready to fully look at them, change them, and create new timelines to come in. We also want to create those timelines that will replace the old ones. Just like when you release an element, you need to bring something inside your Heart of a compassionate nature so it fills up the space. Otherwise, there can be a loss. This is what happens with many individuals when they go through changes and they do not allow themselves to feel the purity of Light and what that transformation does for them. There is an imbalance for them that cause the timeline to be ignited in the Etheric Body. What we want to share with you is how to go through the Wheel of Rebirth, and not have to do it the way it has been done for eons of time. You now have all the availability to be in complete harmony of your Eternal Self within the physical body just as all the masters have done.

The other element that I want to share is to prepare you to balance these energies. Let’s go back to the old roots. If you have all those old timelines that are still igniting within you, when the higher frequencies come in whatever your Higher Self feels you need to receive, you will be overloaded. This is why some of you are having extreme problems in your physical bodies. Because those parts of yourself, those dark spaces, those times you died in a certain way are now igniting some feelings in your physical body. You need to be healed not through drugs; you need to be healed through herbs, elements of the Earth. It may take a little bit longer to get through that process but what the drugs do is masking the problem. What happens to that? The energy goes back into the Etheric Body until there is another event for it to reappear. So if you find yourself going through problems that you had in the past, this is why. If you don’t work through the Earth oriented tools, then you are not going to be part of the earth. This is because it is a manufactured product. The basis of it may be at another time it worked to create the healing, but the chemicals along with the other ingredients that create the toxins within that drug will enter your system. There is an automatic feedback that happens with this so we want to share this information tonight because many of you may be going through such symptoms. It is very important that you utilize all your tools of healing to help you through the process ~ Very, very important.

We want to share with each of you the fact that we know you are having challenges. Where are you having difficulty? What areas do you see coming up for you still? We want this experience of the Spring Equinox to be the most optimal available energy for everyone. But we also have a dual purpose with this. The more you can balance within yourself, the more you are going to help Gaia wherever you are located. That frequency of light coming through you is going to blend into Gaia and to others that you are associated with, you have been close with, even others that you may think about but you don’t see any more. Interactions with people that you see in your daily life whether it is in nature or in a store, office, or walking down the street in a city. Individuals are affected by other individual’s energy. This is why children are so receptive to the frequency of light in a highly evolved individual. It is important for you to continually learn how to ground these energies.

As we move through this year, these increased frequencies are going to affect many individuals in adverse ways. So if we can reach even just a small majority of people to help them to disperse through their own roots, into the ground. If you think yourself as a moving tree; your branches represent the frequency of light that is in your auric field ~ the light frequency. The more we help to activate your chakras with the higher rays of God, the more you are going to be able to expand those energies through your branches and leaves. This is exactly what we want to assist you with to give you an understanding that the acceptance of Light is very important within you.

The reason we continually give you the 22 Rays of God is because you may not be able to take but a small portion of that ray energy within yourself because of the pockets of dysfunction and memories. Some you may not even know that they are there. The one thing that is important is to pay attention to your dream state. It is very apparent right now upon waking or going sleep that you are going to be in both worlds very easily. It is important to really pay attention to what needs to be transmuted and put into wholeness. What needs to be accepted? Because there can be elements that you need to understand. Remember your dream state can be convoluted. It does not mean that what you are dreaming is exactly true. You need to take particles of those dream states and try to do a self analyzation of what it feels like which can be done through your Higher Self. Allow your Higher Self to give you light forms, visions, or thoughts. Working with your Higher Self is the most important communication that you can do through these transitions. It is more important than trying to channel a master because your he/she is trying to give you ways to communicate with your physical self of how to best clear up the frequencies that are going on within you.

Remember, we are becoming multi-dimensional Beings. This is an acceleration that has never been done except in small circumstances to other highly evolved masters. So within this structure you are going to be receiving flashes, thoughts, and memories from all the timelines from good and bad. You may even think that it is a good timeline when all of a sudden you see that the good is there but then there are particles of it that you need to remove through the process of allowing your Higher Self to work with you.

So I ask you to ask yourself, “How often do you connect with your Higher Self? Are you working through your Higher Self daily? Do you wake up in the morning and connect with your protection prayers and your Higher Self? It is essentially important because your higher self is not going to become used to being in your physical body until you have an internal dialogue. So that dialogue of your Higher Self becomes the dialogue of your Lower Self. It has to be an exchange that is flowing. This is why we are gathering before the Spring Equinox so that we can share with each of you how to activate your God-Self within the physical through the Rays of God.

I, as Lord Adama, with Lady Galactcia with the King and Queen of Telos embrace each of you for accepting your divinity further. It has been my pleasure to be able to share these essences with you, because we believe through the Rays of God is the highest acceleration you can allow to be embodied within you. You can try all the other processes; you can try to rid yourself of the thoughts and the emotions. You can make yourself be frustrated by utilizing the 3^rd dimensional ways, but we guarantee by working through these frequencies and energies, you will feel the balance, the love, and you will have great reverence of yourself and of God. You will be able to tap into the higher knowledges, you will be able to have the harmony you deserve, and most of all you will be able to create and manifest your pathway and your life.

New Earth Frequency Update ~ March 9th, 2013 ~ Many Endings Create a Beginning!

This has been a whirlwind of a week and as promised by many of the Masters, through our teachings that this is just the beginning. March is truly proving to us that what needs to be removed and stripped away from our present consciousness will be done presently. As we are moving towards the Spring Equinox it is being shown to be another state of creation within our existence.

If you look at the planetary structure, we are preparing to take what we learned from the Full Moon in February to fully change our way of living concerning our inner self. It is a perfect time to take inventory of what is not working so that we can accept the new changes that are about to occur for us. This takes quite a bit of inner reflection and not every individual has the capability to do so without proper training. Learning how to be our own best critique is very important especially during this month. Elements are arising within and around us to help us move into a more defined pathway of light whatever stage of growth you may be experiencing.

Every time there is an interaction with another individual we must look at ourselves. Our mirror images are much stronger than they ever have been before to make us look deeper within ourselves. Communicating with others right now can be a dialogue with our inner self as having a reaction towards another individual will trigger something within ourselves that needs to be addressed. Many individuals do not realize this and since we are in the world of timelines being crossed to be realized, this is exactly what is occurring. We are learning how to have balance within our lives and until we can do so in each moment, these elements are going to appear for us to address.

This also takes us into the energy of Mercury Retrograde which means that what does not serve our Highest Purpose needs to be changed and rectified. So the old elements of the past are arising for each of us to become more integrated and allowing the Oneness of the Self to emerge. It definitely is not easy but the Universe is helping us to acquire the ability to totally reflect within so the outer reflect can illuminate to others around us.

The power of these energies is unbelievable as we look at what has happened this week in the world of finance. Changes are going to happen and we must learn to look deeply so that we can adjust to the world around us every day. So we cannot be lazy and slack backwards into an existence that no longer serves our reality which is changing each moment. The movements and the power of the energies presently is beyond our ability to measure them except in our personal experience of the Self. This is going to mold the balance that is necessary on our planet as GAIA is shifting with each of us.

The New Moon energies arrive on March 11^th which brings in the Feminine Divine more closely in alignment once again. It is here to prepare us for the Spring Equinox of the 20^th which will be the 2^nd phase of the Christ Consciousness being imbued upon the planet. We cannot deny that we have not been in the preparation phase in the last three months. The power of the energies is beyond our comprehension so, yes, we will bring more to our reality from the heavens of light. And, no, the world is not ending in the way we thought it would. But it is a new beginning. It is a time to reflect within ourselves “where our endings lie so the new beginnings can manifest”. We cannot sit idly by and allow the changes to happen to us but move through our own changes. This will assist us to transform with the tides of movement and create our new reality of Light.

Take a moment on the 11^th to allow the Rainbow of Lights (Video: Rainbow of Lights Dispensation) to enfold within your being as the Elders Surround the Throne of Grace bring another surge of colors-within-colors activating the Rays of God physical upon Gaia. Then take time to ground the frequencies for the Spring Equinox and then the full moon cycle at the end of the month, March 27^th, 2013. It should be another surge of powerful energies arising within the next 10 days.

We are all in a very magnificent time of growth. As we watch each of you experiencing life in a different way of being than you ever have before, it is a moment of pure reflection of the times when we shared with each of you in a different manner. We speak not only as the mentors that you have followed but as the colleagues of Light as you truly are doing the walk for many Light Beings of the Universe.

We have watched and waited to see the fruit of your efforts become the purity of your Hearts and Desires. We have walked with you as you prayed for the healing of your souls to be of more assistance to this Earth. We watched you as entered this plane of existence, we call Earth, from the moment of your birth time and time and time again. You returned with newfound knowledge of your humanly existence but wanted to be able to interject more of your spiritual essence. So you returned time again to re-learn the lessons and apply them to your present existence to re-write the karmic debts so then you would be able to accept your essence within a higher dimensional state. You are tired, and want to see the truth be revealed upon the planes of GAIA. You want to know that the end is in sight and how much more can you endure without having the ability of flying high and experience the essence of a Divine Being Manifest upon a planet that was thought to pure in the depths of darkness.

We are at a most crucial time of history within the structure of the many Universes as part of what you want will be realized very soon, but it is a long journey to transform a planet from complete darkness into one that is fully realized into the Hierarchy of Light. When you chose to be here in this time frame, you knew how long it would take and that the journey could be long and arduous. But, yet, you probably have forgotten those moments of our discussion. You want to believe that it is all going to change immediately and the ascension process is NOW. Well, in retrospect, it is NOW but what are you doing for yourself to make it an easier pathway of transition?

This is exactly what you are experiencing presently. Wherever your truth lies in these moments, it needs to go deeper into your belief system. You must acknowledge yourself as a Supreme Being of Light, but there cannot be any lower thoughts interfering with this process of your Divinity being fully created in a humanly way of life. It is time NOW to understand that the conditioning within your mind and body needs to be readjusted to accept the new way of existence. This is what is occurring within this month of March within this year of 2013.

The energies of duality are being actualized within every living function essence of this planet. You have arrived to do a job but yet you are probably not fully prepared to do it in the way as you have been taught in the Schools of Learning within the Spiritual Hierarchy. There is still more training that needs to be done and wherever you are on your journey, this is not the end of it all in bliss and harmony. BUT IT CAN BE.

The frequencies of Light that are coming into the planet presently are allowing for this awareness to be unleashed into each human being that wants to accept it. What is occurring presently is the battle of duality is still at hand to make sure that some will lose and some will win. But we do not take that statement lightly. WE WANT ALL TO WIN.

There is no other way for us presently as we acknowledge the depth of our souls within your souls. What you acquire within yourself is a direct response of the work we have done with you and it is not done yet, but must be actualized within a higher state of existence. The power of your ability to make these changes is within you, but you must acknowledge the parts of yourself that are lost and forgotten. What needs to be remembered is that you are a Sovereign Being of Light lost in the midst of karmic timelines, and it is time for a new being to emerge out of your midst. It is time to fully embrace the Light that You Are, but you must realize the sacrifices that come with this pathway.

Just admitting the mistakes you have made and the people you may have hurt along the way will help to adjust all the other elements that need to come in place. Your gifts are awaiting and they are not wrapped within your Lower Ego. They are being given to you through your Higher Self and I AM Presence to be unleashed when you are ready to accept them fully. Everything that you have been feeling, the physical changes, emotional challenges, and the thoughts permeating within you that need to be purged are due to these alliances of the past trying to make you Lose but yet in the end you will WIN…Why, because we have your back. You are the leaders, the ones that will walk into the New Earth but the time is not yet. The journey is just beginning; we want you to know that there is still so much more to accomplish.

So when you allow the energies of the Feminine Divine to fully come into your being once again for the Spring Equinox, accept them. Don’t question why you need to flow from one moment to the next and allow the old thoughts to be gone completely through the process. Don’t fight the body when it needs to rest or eat as the higher vibration is assisting by your mental mind of the Masculine Self is your detriment if it is not aligned with God’s Will. His Will does not want you to suffer or be in pain. You have done enough of that to yourself in the past. Now is the time to allow the Will of God to be your Will of Light. Embrace it deeply and see how you can make the necessary changes in your growth process.

This is what we are experiencing presently upon the planet. You will want to deny that the beauty is not coming but the more you allow yourself to flow into it, the more you will accept your Destiny of Light. This time before the Spring Equinox is very crucial in allowing the duality to not exist within you and accept the presence of your heart expanding into the power of your Light.

Expand it, embrace it, and allow it to flow. Feel it move through you. Fight it and the fight will get stronger.

We embrace you for taking this challenge of the walk into the New Earth. You are not alone as we share your joys and your pain. Let us rise together in the ecstasy of the moment as we knew it to be long ago. Do what is necessary to help yourself in the process. That is all we ask ~ to embrace your Divine Self as you create this walk upon the New Earth. You are the pioneers of Light showing others the way. It is the chain-within-chain of Light that we are together.

New Earth Frequency Update ~ Feb 28th, 2013 ~ Equilibrium of Light

We are still feeling the effects of the Virgo Full Moon from Monday, February 26^th. What a powerful energy we are receiving. This moon represents our balance so the past can be gone and the future may be revealed. It has taken us into a tailspin of energies that will affect us through the four body system. Some of us experienced releasing old timelines from previous lifetimes that were ignited through our Etheric Body before the full moon and others are experiencing those effects presently. Whatever is the case, each of us is expanding deeper into our Higher Essences for them to be the defining factor in our relations with ourselves and others.

What are some of the symptoms? Intense energies, tiredness, cannot get enough sleep, extreme headaches or other areas of the body reacting, because they are being infused with the higher energies of light. Our multi-dimensional bodies are trying to interact with our physical existence of the NOW. It is important that we take care of the elements that do not serve us as it is changing very quickly which we are learning to move through it all.

The power of these energies cannot be measured by anyone as we have never experienced it before within any planetary function. We are the pioneers moving into a new paradigm of experiences as we are trying to ground the energies. The rest of this week we need to take time to allow what we are feeling to be fully activated within us. When we have the periods of extreme uncertainty, it means that we need to take further steps to feel comfortable within ourselves. We cannot stress enough how important it is to act within your Higher Self motives and remove the programming that has kept us stuck in dysfunction for way too long.

The fact that we may feel uncomfortable is because we are the new-born essence finding our way in a world that does not support the upgrades that we are receiving. So it needs to happen for each of us in the way that we can handle it. The Emotional and Mental bodies are on overload as they are not accustomed to feeling and acting in a new way. We are the Children of the Light and must act accordingly. Going too swiftly or slowly is not going to serve any purpose. The most important pathway is “what is right for you in this moment”.

Express yourself through your feelings with compassion and love. It is very important for us to speak our truth but understanding the other’s point of view. It must not be in anger or aggression of the lower energies, but allowing the beauty of who we are to illuminate out to the world around you. Connecting with the Mental body is essential, but it is important not to get into the states of “worrying” to the point of being judgmental to the self of why, how, and if statements. Instead use the breath to connect with your Higher Self to activate the Divine Essence you are into your physical creation. Allow yourself to be in an awakened meditation continually.

As Dr. Joshua David Stone always said, “Fake it till you make it.” Use this technique to help align you with your Higher Essence within the physical body. Eventually it will become a practice you don’t even have to think about. Then the emotions will flow much easier especially in times of high energy exchanges like we are feeling presently.

It is important to utilize your Higher Self continually. We are now in Mercury Retrograde which is a testing ground for allowing your higher essence to be your guide. The cycle of Mercury in Retrograde can be challenging to communicate to others but think about how much better you will feel by accessing your Divine Will continually. We, then, will not feel as challenged with the planetary interactions as we do when living in a physical world only.

Think about it ~ if you are living as if you are meditating, it is going to affect all of your life circumstances including working with computers, and all mechanical ways of communicating. If you are traveling during this time, do not let the understanding of Mercury Retrograde effect the way you are living, but use it as a tool to rise above it. It is a perfect time to work through the old timelines that you have been trying to remove out of your consciousness. The world of communication becomes very acute during this cycle, but we don’t have to be enmeshed within it. We can use it as a tool to move through the energies as we are doing with the higher vibrational changes.

2013 will have more of these challenges to help us walk into the world of the 5^th dimension. Most of us do not realize the depth of our essence that needs to be changed in the process. We are going through a cycle of Rebirth. Take an inventory of where you are presently to understand what needs to be changed and allow the energies to help you do so.

Each of these weeks going towards the Spring Equinox is assisting us greatly even though it may feel as if you are being challenged continually. Nothing can stay the same and if you are on this pathway, “Congratulations” as you are going to help many others that will follow.

March is going to prove to give us more of the same so it is important to understand that each stage of growth there will be a short period of integration which will take us to the next level of advancing our physical bodies to receive the higher essence. Embrace the change and it will embrace you.

COSMIC ~ UNIFIED WHOLE COMMAND OF MANY MASTERS OF LIGHT

What a beautiful week it is! Each of you are experiencing such an expansion of the Light emanating from the Higher Forces of Light into the planetary existence that it probably has been quite challenging physically.

Grandmother Moon has been holding these frequencies for the past two weeks which is a direct result of what you have been feeling within your bodies. As the energies have shifted greatly, between the Sun and the Moon they aligned within each individual person a new expression of balance. These essences were ignited last week, continuing through the Full Moon of this week and allowing it to settle into each individual person.

What does this mean? More equilibrium is occurring within the Masculine and Feminine energies. It is common knowledge that physical humans have a tendency to be imbalanced in either the Mental or Emotional bodies. This is due to your previous timelines that are being activated along with the lifetimes of karma you have endured. It has nothing to do with the fact that you are a woman or a man. We want you to understand that fact.

Where are you in your balance of the subtle bodies of light? Do you have a tendency to be emotionally centered or masculine-oriented in your approach to life? Do you think quite a bit before you speak along with worrying about every detail and needing more information for each task that you perform? Are you more flowing and allow your Feminine Divine to assist you in the process of solving problems through your intuition? Do you cry at the drop of a thought or emotion? Or do you think about it deeply?

These are the elements to think about this week as the energies are taking each of you into a deeper level of yourself. It is important to realize that what you are feeling or thinking is important but the flow of ideas must come from the Mental body into the Emotional body so that it is aligned in its true identity.

A perfect example would be: You are thinking about a project, something to study, or a problem that needs to be solved. So you sit and write an outline of a list of items you need to consider. This is coming from your Mental body. Do you then stop and reflect on who to create the process for the work you need to do?

If you are running in a Mental level, you probably would re-write the list, cross out things, and ponder for a long time. Then you are not quite sure how to get started so you just jump into the process without looking at other variables.

If you are within the Emotional level, you might feel the thoughts intuitively but then become emotional of how to get started. You know you can do it but the thoughts are not coming to you, but you see the vision, The Overall Picture.

Someone who is in full balance within the Masculine and Feminine Essence would take some time to meditate on the project or problem. Get an understanding from the Higher Self or Guides to help formulate the process. Then upon finishing the meditation, they would sit with their Higher Self intact and write the list. During this time, they might be activating their Higher Self with the breath as they are bringing forth the ideas. This is the crucial phase as now the Emotional Level can be activated through the breath. The visions will come and the ideas will flow more easily.

The Masculine Divine initiates the energies by bringing forth the ideas, setting the groundwork; whereas the Feminine Divine then activates the process to occur through the ability of visionary work allowing the process to be created.

This is exactly what the present energies represent. Last week we talked about the timelines being purged and ignited. Now the balance is coming into effect. Not everyone is going to accept their internal equilibrium to be ignited due to elements that are too strong or weak on each side. The process of changing it into a balanced state is not easy and each of you is being challenged to do so.

So what do you do about it? First acknowledge which side of you, the Emotional or the Mental has the deciding rule. Then, look at the characteristics that support the balance and rid yourself of the weak ones by activating your Higher Self in the process. Learning which aspects are not fitting your highest purpose will help you, the physical being, to accept the process. We guarantee you that the effects you are feeling from these energies are trying to help you accept the Divine Union of the Masculine and Feminine to be incorporated.

Also, look at the areas you are being affected physically. Check which chakras need to be aligned and infused with more light or need to remove the parts that do not fit this higher essence. It is important to realize that your chakras need to be cleared fully in order to receive the higher chakras. If you are feeling ill in any of these areas, then attention must be put to the physical conditioning. Each of your chakras represent the masculine and feminine within them so they must be balanced. Breathing deeply through them daily will help align the energies.

Then take what you do not need and give it away through the Violet Flame, through Gaia, through the Rocks, Trees, and the Lands. They balance themselves continually and when you ask for their assistance it will be given. Then you show your gratitude by giving them a portion of your Light that you are receiving. They will be very grateful and will flourish within the essence of GAIA. Then, each of you is collaborating with one another.

The changes are going to be getting more intense and some land areas will be affected. The most important aspect to remember is to not embrace the lower energies of fear and anguish. But use your Masculine and Feminine Divine Will of God within you to decide what you need to know and embrace. If you feel the need through this essence to relocate, then do so. It is all about knowing what you need to do in each moment and be prepared but with balance of both aspects within the Love, Power and Will that you are.

We know it is a challenge presently and more will be coming. But in between the moments of increased energies, think how much better you feel, are interacting, and accept the multi-dimensional self that you are.

Walking The Tightrope of Equilibrium ~ Full Moon February 2013

How do we understand what constitutes a peaceful state of mind? Some of the definitions would be mental freedom, tranquility, comfort, or happiness. Do you have these faculties within you on a daily basis? And how do you acquire the ability to find balance within your life?

These are the questions that can be very important for us to ponder as we move into the Full Moon energies of February 25^th, 2013 which is in the sign of Virgo with Pisces at 8:26 PM GMT or 3:26 PM US Eastern. Virgo represents that ability to ground energies of our day-to-day functions focusing on the need for order in our lives while Pisces is more fluid accessing our spiritual believes to become manifest physically. The energies we will be receiving represent “illumination” of what is inside of us, how we are interacting within the world, which part of it represents our spiritual nature, and which part is from the accessibility of sustaining life in our third dimensional world.

We are being challenged to look within and allow the changes to occur as our Higher Self becomes the deciding factor in our reality. This is going to reflect in our thinking process and how we feel about those elements within ourselves that illuminate to the outside world.

With the increased activations of January and February we are being assisted by the Cosmic Forces to remember our highest beliefs and traditions from the perspective of our soul’s presence and not the physical reality. Our angelic presence is becoming more active along with learning more about ourselves every day. The higher frequencies that are becoming intertwined within our physical bodies are helping us to acknowledge the spiritual essence that we are. But how do we ground these energies into our physical reality as the questions of how, why, and when will come to the forefront of our minds.

It is important to continually accept the fact that we are “the spiritual beings having a physical experience”. But how many of us truly reflect deeply within ourselves on that statement? We speak it, read it, and understand it but the time is now here for us to reflect deeply within our higher self in our daily practice and not just in meditations. We don’t have time any longer to ponder the thoughts but truly activate the higher mind into our true reality. And every one of us responds very slowly for this to happen. Why, because we have been programmed to be non-committal of our spiritual essence in every moment of our day. We have a tendency to be either physical or spiritual. It is now time to take inventory of how deeply we acknowledge our higher self in our daily living.

This is what this moon represents and the oncoming energies within the planet. Each of us made a contract before we arrived on Earth that we would step into a pathway that would be beneficial for our soul. I ask you, how many of you know what this contract is and what are you doing about it. How are you being challenged within your life circumstance? Is it through your relationships, family situation, children, friends, or financially? I know there are more categories but these are the main components of us feeling we are balanced within our lives.

It is time to fully accept the parts of yourself that you have forgotten about and remove the areas that no longer fit into your present circumstances. This is not easy to accomplish as we want to stay stuck and think life will get better if things would just change. We need to change them within ourselves and then our outside circumstances will adjust to how we are incorporating the energies within ourselves.

This full moon is the perfect opportunity to let go of the duality that has been controlling your life. But you must make a commitment to yourself to surrender into the process. Take a few moments and write down the parts of yourself that you do not like, or is not working for you. Be honest as this represents your self-awareness. Then list the elements that you feel you would like to create within your life without thinking how you are going to do it.

The power of this exercise will allow your higher mind which is your Higher Self to fully command through your subconscious to make the necessary adjustments. The dark of our inner self is being acknowledged right now whether you know it or not. This is why you are having difficulty within your present life. The higher frequencies within the Great Central Suns is asking us to purify our thoughts and emotions and replace them with the Light that We Are. But many do not understand how to create this action within themselves. It is so simple that you would laugh so hysterically if you allowed the peace to intertwine within you. It takes so much energy to be angry and fearful which lodges within our physical existence causing dis-ease to occur.

It is now time on February 25^th to allow the energies to enfold within us and feel the tightrope that we have been walking on become a huge pathway of balance. Take time for yourself and expand your energies from your breath into the world around you. Allow the illumination that you are from your highest perspective to expand outside for others to see. Stop and smell the roses of your existence from your Heart and allow this frequency of light to help you. Then ground it by dancing, singing, and expressing beautiful music through you.

Change is here ~ we cannot stop it but we can flow through it. It is exciting and invigorating to realize that our dysfunction has stopped us from our truest essence. We are experiencing it now so please take a few moments to exchange your thoughts from your Lower Mind into your Higher Mind. You will be pleased that you did so.

The Igniting Timelines ~ Part 1 of 2 ~ What Are They?

2013 is promising to be more powerful that 2012, but it depends on who you are and what your pathway means. To a person that does not understand about Universal Consciousness, they would probably perceive this time in our Earth’s history to be very difficult and problems may seem insurmountable. But it is just the opposite feeling for individuals that are awakened into the world of Spirit, their Higher Self.

If we look back to when January started, the Earth’s energies have changed drastically to the unseen energies. But yet, individuals everywhere on the planet are being affected by the changes within them and around them. In January the New Moon brought forth the Angelic Activations that will continue through the year. At the Full Moon the Rainbow of Lights (video to be forthcoming) from the Elders That Surround the Throne of Grace were activated and will continue to grow through each New Moon and Full Moon occurrence.

What Do These Activations Mean?

The Angelic Activations represent our angelic self coming into our physical body to create the process of the multi-dimensional self. It is the part of us that will assist each person deeply to know they are more than a human being. The Rainbow of Lights is activated through the Elders to bring forth the 12 Rays of God to assist humanity. The colors will be exhibited through the Spectrum of Light of colors-within-colors during each full moon and new moon energy. To the unawakened human they will be seen as an actual rainbow. To the intuitive person it can be seen through the Third Eye through meditation or within an awakening state. They also will show themselves within the photographs being taken presently in which many colors of orbs will show up in the pictures. The Rays of God are a needed component in order to fully activate the 5^th dimensional Light body and the Elders represent these frequencies of light. They are a direct manifestation from the God Force.

That was just in January. February proved to be even more powerful. The energies came in very smoothly but then this week, as of February 17^th,we were gifted by the Great Central Suns of the Solar-Galactic-Universal-MultiUniversal-Cosmic forces to join together to create massive electrons of light to come into Gaia which would help to ignite individuals into activating their timelines of past lives. This is the year that we are bringing together our gifts and allowing the old elements to be released through the activations of the timeline. This week, especially is making individuals to reveal themselves in a completely and different manner. It may happen suddenly and then the energy has shifted. Sometimes it is not pleasant to experience as we have been everything in our past history. So what needs to be removed will be remembered in order to allow the Higher Essence of our Light Body to be activated.

What happens to the people that have no clue what this is all about? More destruction will occur, unfortunately. The timeline activation has no preference of who it is going to assist as it is occurring for every individual at this time. The difference is that individuals that have no sense of a spiritual occurrence happening in their life will find that their dark days will get darker. This is due to the duality occurring and the Light and Dark are separating. So if a person is having a very difficult time in their life, those energies will get stronger unless they find a part of themselves through a spiritual connection. This can be through many avenues of earth energies, angelic communication, praying to God, and asking for help. The lightworkers are truly working hard to change themselves and that is just what they do, “WORK WITH THE LIGHT” to assist Gaia and all her inhabitants.

This means that each of us that are working doubly hard to heal within and become the multi-dimensional self, we are doing it for others in Oneness. This is why GAIA is healing as she is, and why the planet is making a turn-around towards the Light. But we have a long journey through this process.

What Is A Timeline?

A timeline is a remembrance or a seed of information that is lodged within the Etheric body. They can be positive or negative timelines but the Etheric body remembers everything that has ever occurred to us in any lifetime. For eons of time they have been lodged away and had no purpose except to ignite through the physical a remembrance that would react as a karmic debit, either good or bad.

At this time, the timelines are being reactivated to help each of us to remember and accept our role upon humanity. These timelines come from all of our lifetimes which can be anywhere from 150 to 1,000 depending upon the soul’s pathway. Many individuals who are Starseeds and Angelic Beings have only arrived for the first time. But that does not mean they don’t have timelines to work through. It just means they are probably from another planetary existence or within the Innerplane of principalities. We also have timelines that become ignited from this lifetime in which experiences happened through our existence. They are usually lodged into the Etheric body when something occurred and the soul could not work out the issue. So it was put in a hiding space and never healed or removed. It can also represent surgeries that occurred any lifetime. Those organs stay in the Etheric body and can be ignited within the Light Body if the soul so wishes for that to happen.

Many times we, as the human, have no recollection of these timelines until we walk into the world of Soul Healing. Previously it only occurred during intense healing, meditations, and shamanic journeys. That is no longer the case.

2013 promises to be the year of synchronization; in order for the flowing energies to occur within each of us the timelines have to be cleared. The Great Central Suns of the Cosmic forces are assisting us to do so. The remembrances at this time, can be very powerful and will come to an individual easily and effortlessly. Now all of this is engineered by our Higher Self so that our lives can become easier with divine energies flowing into our bodies as we create the multi-dimensional self to be ignited. It depends upon each person’s particular pathway and where their Higher Self wants to guide them. Individuals not on a spiritual pathway will be effected but in a much lesser degree. It will be up to them to make changes within their lives through spiritual accessibility and the one’s that feel it the worst, are meant to wake up into a new world awaiting their consciousness.
