Moving Towards the Wesak Moon ~ Resurrection

Lord Adama’s Lecture on April 8th, 2015 assisting Initiates on how to walk through the doorway into the Wesak energies.

Blessings, my Dearest Brothers and Sisters,

It is, Lord Adama, with the Telosian Council of Light.

It is my pleasure to be with all of you once again. Let us take a moment of centering, as I receive all those intentions from each of you.

One of the most powerful thoughts that is coming to me right now is INTENSITY and CHALLENGES; how do I get through this.

If this is the process of the week of resurrection, what happens now? Have we all been resurrected? Have we all stepped into the restoration process to be restored?

That is a very good question. Sometimes, we may need to go through many levels of the Resurrection. Let us think of someone who has no idea of what they are experiencing. They go through symptoms and processes of mental and emotions challenges; that person may not have any idea what resurrection means for them. All they can think of is that resurrection is about Jesus Christ.

They may think now he has risen. That energy represents each of you. We go through this every year.

We must resurrect ourselves in the level that we are. We cannot just say that we have fully purged everything that is necessary for us to ascend or descend our highest energy; that it just happens with magic. We know it does not.

Each of us in Telos are within the Physical Body. Within that physical essence, the body feels different elements. It tries to comprehend what is occurring through thoughts, emotions and physical experiences.

You may question “Why is this year so much more powerful than any other year? Isn’t every year more powerful than the last?” I would say, “Yes, they are.”

Yet, we all know about the movement of the accelerations of the planetary systems. Twenty years ago you may have probably said that you do not feel the intensity of it as much, as the planetary movements were not as strong as they are now.

They were moving toward that with the New Millennium. Gaia is shaking within her Physical Body. She is also going through the same symptoms, because of the alignment changes that are occurring from the moon, from the other planets, from the other solar systems, from the sun. Nothing is going to stay the same in any moment. If you can reflect within that element of what the planet is going through, it makes perfect sense of why you stand as the Light Workers and need to hold more of that Light frequency to assist you in the process. Yes, you are going to be greatly challenged.

The other important element is that you are only given what you can handle. The shifting of your consciousness is coming into your Physical Body. All of the changes of the Resurrection Period have to be readjusted within yourself; just as Gaia is readjusting. The problem that can get in the way is allowing your mental mind to say it is something different than it truly is.

We are all going through this process.

Why is it so powerful at this time?

It is because the planet is preparing for a high accelerated state. That is why Wesak is being considered the most intensified time in our history. For many years, these festivals and events were powerful, yet they were very much of the same. They helped each initiate into a further part of themselves. Now it is a whole different set of experiences.

Gaia is feeling it. The planetary systems are feeling it. The vibratory rate is changing, which means that each of you has to change with it.

What is not being taken care of by your inner-self will be readjusted through the energetic exchange. Thus, if you are finding that this period of resurrection has been very debilitating, very intensified within your world, what do you do about it?

I go to the usual subjects I love to speak about; balance, nurturing. Allowing time to be on your side and not against you. You will be finding that the accelerated movement in time is going to occur. What happens to you as a person individually, when you cannot achieve what you used to achieve in the same amount of hours?

The first symptoms would be frustration, anger, trying to make it happen, and not going with the flow. Then what happens? If your mental mind is going through a merry-go-round of thoughts, your Emotional Body is being upset. Those of you that have an open Emotional Body would probably have tears and bring forth those issues of anger in emotions; allowing the Emotional Body to heal through the process.

Yet, what is the defining moment so that you can see a process you are going through? You must stop. You must stop and allow the energy to assist you and not counteract you.

This is often what happens. The energy is so strong right now. Without this awareness and knowledge of what I am sharing with you and what others have shared within the teachings, you would most likely still be trying to go about it in your normal way. That is what you do as a human. You try to conquer. You feel that when you conquer something, you have achieved. You feel good about yourself.

However, what happens to the Physical Body through that process?

It becomes depleted or worse; it takes on negative energy from others that are out of the environment, which depletes you even more. Every process you go through from the Mental Body and the Emotional Body will react within the Physical Body if you do not take care of it.

Meleriessee and Mike are going through physical releases right now, because of what they did not take care of from their past timelines. It has to come to the forefront. In order to be that frequency of Light for Wesak, this is the process they have had to go through. It is not easy to be able to do so and to have realizations within those physical symptoms. There is so much more to it within your Emotional and Mental Bodies from your Etheric Body. They are all interacting within one another. Your Etheric Body has been holding these energies for eons of time for it to be released, so that you can come into the restoration process.

You can become a Christed Being.

You can rise above what you have been experiencing. During that process, the most important element for you; no matter which body is being challenged, you must call upon your Higher Self to assist you. Your physical consciousness does not have any way of getting through this process. The energetic exchange you will receive from that, is much more beneficial than if you went to a doctor, a psychologist, a counselor, or a coach. They will not understand what you are experiencing.

We come together in these moments, so that I can share with you what it means to be a Telosian being upon the Earth. It takes great effort and training. Believe me, we are trained from birth to be these ultimate Beings of Light. Without that training, we would be right where you are. The beauty of us coming together in these divine moments is to learn when it is okay to push, learn when it is okay to stop, learn when it is okay to nurture yourself, learn when it is okay to nurture another.

You must find that balance within yourself. It may take some time. The lessons you will learn along the way, will teach you that you could not get it all at once. Realize in these moments where you are, as we step into this new phase of working with the Pink Flame. Understand where your judgments are. Look at the Heart Center. We allow our consciousness to go into those energies. What elements do not fit adoration, love, consideration, and beauty of the self? Allow them to come up through the process of the next six weeks. It is going to prepare you for the Wesak energies.

When you learn to truly love yourself and understand when you are not doing well, that is when you can do the most good for yourself and the deepest healing can occur.

When you are in a space of aggression, judgment, or not liking yourself, how can your Higher Self help you?

Through these meditations in the next month, through this work we are doing together, it is essential to chart within yourself.

Make a list of how you feel each week.

How do you feel in the beginning of the week?

How do you feel with the Monday night call?

How do you feel with the Wednesday night call?

Do you see progress occurring?

If you do not see progress, you must go deeper. Believe me, everyone in this program has to go deeper. Meleriessee and Mike go deeper every day. It does not matter what level of initiation you are holding within yourself. There is always a deeper level to go into. Even the beautiful Masters we work with go deeper every day, every moment through their teachings. They change posts for this reason, because of their initiation processes of going up to the 352nd level of the God Force and onto the Source of Oneness. These elements are imperative for each of us. Being within a bodily system, we can do it faster. Even though it may not feel that way for you. You will be hitting doorways that will teach you the deepest lessons.

The most important part of those doorways is to look at them.
Look at them before you open them. If you just try to walk through the doorway of a lesson without being prepared to do so, you will be hit the hardest. I cannot urge this enough to everyone.

You must truly allow yourself to go into a deeper phase of whom you are. Eventually, you will become the Angelic Being you were in the beginning. You will have all the knowledge you have acquired through these lessons. This is the lifetime to remember everything. This is your chance to change all that has been wrong within your world as a soul.

We are here to assist within that process. We are very happy to assist. Let us help you as much as possible. We enjoy the energies of this plane and working with these beautiful beings of Light. I believe it will be a miraculous journey for all of us. Take a deep breath.

As we connect within our hearts, feel my heart. My heart connects to each of you. Remember this. Tap into that heart essence by tapping your heart. Know that I walk with you. I watch over you. I listen to what you are saying.

Yet, I do believe working with the Pink Ray at this time is going to be so amazingly powerful for each of you and for me. As a teacher and a mentor, I am invested in each of you.

Becoming Leaders for the New Earth

Good Morning, My Dearest Beloveds,

I speak to you from the Telosian Command Center; I am Lord Adama your brother in Telos.

The present energies are giving Gaia and each of us the power to be more than we ever have been before. Each phase brings us closer into the Divine Being that we truly are so it is important to take advantage of this full moon in March 2015.

As we become closer with the ascension festivals of the Christ, Wesk, and Humanity, the other moon cycles help us to go through many processes that will take us into a new existence within our consciousness. This allows us to take what we are learning through the higher consciousness and bring it down into the physical mind and heart, which is a part that is very challenging to do on a momentary basis. These are changes that occur constantly so it is important for us to take moments in our day to truly reflect how we are feeling, what it means for our living conditions, and how to improve upon it.

It truly is an exciting time but it is also a very challenging time for all of us; even those of us that are within the Inner Earth. That is because we desire to have a New Earth so that we may join you in great celebration, but the time is not with us yet. It is coming, but we still have much work to do with each other.

That is why it is important to take the time to understand your emotions and thoughts; how are you doing with embracing the highest part of yourself in all of your dealings within the world, with yourself, and others.

We cannot do it without these moments of reflection within our physical existence. We constantly have to allow the breath to take us into the deeper core of our heart. Sometimes it is challenging to go there due to changes that are happening. But it is a pathway that each initiate must take.

It is like this; each of you are striving to be more within your world so that you can allow your Divine Self to be more manifest in all of your dealings. You have to go to the depth within your Etheric self to find out what has stopped you previously from allowing this essence to be YOU. You are standing in front of a huge awakening within this earth, but you must allow it to be fully within you first, and foremost. There is no sugar coating this fact. It is something that needs to be acquired or else there is NO NEW EARTH.

As each of you move forward within your initiations, you will hold the Divine Light you have been trying to access but it takes a lot of work. Part of your responsibility is to do it within this pathway so that you can help others to do the same.

We must understand that the New Earth is not just arriving because it is so; each of you being the Light Bearers have to hold it deeply within yourself, to go through the purging and processing that is going to help you to understand your inner truth.

As you go through the walkway of de-ascending your highest essence, then you can understand what it has been for – to be the best, the hold the highest, and to stand tall with compassion, love, and blessings to others that are going to need your assistance.

We, in Telos, are doing the same. Every person within the city is working within their elements to make the necessary changes in preparation for the New Earth. We have waited a very long time for each of you to arrive at this juncture of time, and we are not at the finish line yet. So we must acquire patience within ourselves and be there for each of you – to nurture you, to guide you, and to give you compassion in each moment.

This is exactly what you are learning to do within your physical existence. But you have walked in places that many of us have not done; you need to clear the debris that is still within the confines of your old self so the process of walking this pathway can be very arduous and challenging.

But it is becoming easier and easier every day because of what we are receiving within Gaia’s frequency of light.

The effect of this full moon is taking us a step closer than we have been before. It happens each month; more is occurring for humanity to receive more. It is part of the process so that each of you can become the Leaders of the New Earth, as we walk together as assist the rest of humanity to accept the role of healing within and without their Being.

The challenge presently is to realize that none of us is perfect; we are striving to understand within ourselves who we are as a specific and how we can create a 5th dimensional and beyond community of Light within this Earth.

Take the time during this full moon to go deeper within yourself than you have done previously. Look at the core of your Heart and allow the hurts to be acknowledged so the healing can continue.

This is only the beginning my Dearest Ones. We have much work to do but it is within the power of our Will To Do So.

Understanding the Dynamics of the Crystalline Flame ~ Lord Adama

Lord Adama’s lecture on the Crystalline Ray is excerpted from the New Earth Consciousness-Circle of Light, January 14, 2015.

Greetings once again.

It is wonderful to be with everyone this week. What a pleasure for me. I hope it is a pleasure for each of you. It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

How are you feeling?

Allow me to intuit from each of you how the energies are assisting you or possibly infringing upon your personal space in these moments.
The Crystalline Flame is probably one of the hardest Rays to incorporate physically. It assists us individually when we are going through times of conflict. To be able to intuit this ray through our Full Body System is truly the opening doorway of the crystalline body. We all know that these elements do not just happen automatically.

Individuals may be feeling it, but if they do not work on these specific issues that arise through the integration of the higher forces of Light coming into the physical body, it can be very tremendous mentally, emotionally, and physically. A lot of worries can result. Many elements can occur that cause disruption in the feelings about yourself like frustration, not understanding and wanting the answers.

Isn’t this not what the Human Conditioning is about?

We always want to understand why we are going through something. It is why this Pathway is so very important. When we truly step into the space of total trust that whatever you are experiencing is for your highest good, even if it is filled with moments of great changes, challenges and getting hit with closed doorways.

It takes a lot of strength and courage to intuit the Blue Flame and say to yourself “It is okay, I understand. I may not understand on a 3rd Dimensional Level, but my Higher Self and my I AM Presence understand. I am going to have trust and faith in that process.

I say this is where each of you are at this time.

It is very exciting when we hear of a new frequency coming into the Planet. Think about how you are excited “Yes, the Crystalline Flame is coming into the planet. We’re all going to be harmonized. We’re all going to feel that balance every day of our lives”.

What has happened to each of you individually through this process?

It is very important for me to know. As I shared the other night, I am here to assist along with all the other magnificent Beings of Light, to walk with you and to help you through this process.

At times we may not be able to give you the answers you need. I hope that just knowing that I am there will be a comfort. It is a comfort to me to have each of you and spend this time together. You may say this is frivolous and think “It is Adama’s Discourse. He is going to give us information and it is all about us receiving”. Yet in truth if you were a Healer, a Counselor, Teacher or working within any of those fields, you would understand that you learn just as much from your clients as they are learning from you. A lot of it may be things you already know, but there may be just a pocket of information that takes you into deeper part of yourself.

This is what this ray does. As we go further within the Crystalline Flame, there are moments of understanding that occur. There will be moments of an issue arising. You then work through that issue.

The more practice you have with these elements, the easier it will become for you. It may not be easy in that moment, as you may not want to look at the issue, but in truth this is what we are trying to help you resolve within yourself.
The Crystalline Ray coming into this Planet is not look like a cure and everybody is going to be just fine.

We know that is not true. You can look at the dysfunction going around in your world to see that it is not true. What it does is to bring up those elements of hatred, anger and frustration, all those lower frequencies that are in the atmosphere. Yet, it is also a twofold experience. It initiates those energies and then activates them within you, which means that you are then able to work with that frequency. By only calling upon the ray, you will not be healed or blessed, but it is a beginning. The rest of it you have to do yourself.

What I feel through everyone is that this is what each of you is experiencing presently. Each of you are going through different changes, different thought processes, different emotions than you have ever felt before. It is what this ray assists with.

Each of us in Telos is experiencing the same.

You may so “Oh, but Telos is a beautiful place, how can you have any disharmony?” Well, each individual has to go through his or her own process also. If they are not happy with what they are doing or providing, it will become apparent. It will become more certain in the environment of Telos than it is on the Upper Earth, because the Upper Earth Energies are used to that. The Telosian energies are not. So then it becomes more concrete and you can see it more fully. For each of you, it is different.

You may think, “I felt that way for a very long time”. Why is it coming up now?

Why are you having issues in your Physical Body?

Why is the pain so great?

The Crystalline Ray is there to assist to make it better. In order for us to truly understand what we are going through, we have to go into a deeper part of ourselves. This is true understanding. That is when you have true acceptance and say “Okay, I don’t like it and it’s not easy for me, but it is what I must do. I know that the doorways are open for me to feel better.”

If you feel like you are struggling against something in this moment, go into it.

What does that pain feel like? Embrace it fully.

The more you push it away, the more it will be there. Utilize what we will be giving you this evening within the Temple of Initiation, to assist you through that process. As we bring in the Elohim Purity and Astrea, they are the Masters of Purification.

When you have a moment of struggle, remember that there is nothing that can stop you from your full potential, from the PURIFICATION you desire. Yes, there may be levels and levels for you to get through, but we are all doing it at the same time. We are assisting each other in that process.

I believe this is being mirrored out in the world today. Changes are happening. If people do not know what to do with those changes, they think they may not because they work the old way. They work into the lower self. Each of you knows better than that. The Beauty of these moments in time is that everything is becoming more concrete. Not so much in the ethers of spirituality. It is becoming more evolving within the Planet, as each of us does the work within ourselves to allow that to happen. That is true Beauty of what is occurring presently.

This year will be magnificent. Yet we all know what happens within the pathway of creating magic and seeing a beautiful end result. There is darkness that can happen and pathways that can take us into other places that do not reflect that magnificence. Do not allow that to happen within you. When it occurs for you and that doorway is in front of you, walk through it. Embrace it. Be it, so you can fully resurrect it. Feel the total Rebirth that your I AM Presence is helping you to be. Remember and reflect upon these things as we go into the next stages.
January represents this kind of month. We all know as we walk through this month it may seem darker than it truly is. Those of you who are in the winter months, it can truly reflect going into the darkness, into the void, just as the Bear is in his cave. Within that are the greatest visions to be created. Go deeper within yourself. Utilize the tools we are providing.

Know that your magnificence is coming. It truly is.

Welcoming 2015 Into Creation ~ Lord Adama

Happy 2015! Hello everyone.

It is I, Lord Adama, with the Telosian Council of Light. It is a pleasure to be with each of you again within the beautiful Essences we have experienced of this New Year, with the Crystalline Flame coming fully into the Earth. Each of you is feeling these Energies within yourself.

Let us all breathe together and connect from our Hearts. All the Telosians are connecting their Hearts at this time. We merge within our Hearts together. We embrace one another for this journey we are taking with each other.

I was sharing with Meleriessee and Michael about my journey today. Michael had some questions about how long I have been in Telos, whether I have been on other levels and above of this Earth. Yes, of course I have. I spent a lot of time with Sanat Kumara. All of you have done so, as well, in order to transform ourselves to come back to Telosian Energy after having been on the Upper Earth.
Like each of you, I wanted to assist this Earth deeply. I was in many of the timelines each of you experienced. Those were very important to the history of this Earth. I was disillusioned, as each of you is going through this process yourself.

Sanat Kumara spent much time with me for many years; a couple of hundred. I am sure I met many of you at that time also. I was told I needed to come back into the Inner Earth, as I had now experienced the Upper Earth and I would be able to understand when it was time for the Upper Earth humans that would call themselves the Light Workers to assist the planet. You see, my journey has taken me into many levels. Some of them were dark. Others of them were Light. I was told by Sanat Kumara that I would be a very important figure from the Inner Earth Cities to reach out to those on the Upper Earth.

I would have Compassion, Consideration, Love and Understanding for what the humans were experiencing. Not within the exact same timelines, but yet having the ability to grasp the Energetic Exchange the Light Workers would be experiencing.

At this moment I am sharing this message because it is time. I believe it is time I share with you that I do have deep Compassion for each of you. I want to see each of you attain the level of creation that I have achieved. I am here as a mentor. I am here as a teacher to bring forth these messages of Love and Understanding. Yet know that sometimes in the Physical Self, we must be pushed into doorways we do not want to walk through. We are at a time upon this Earth with the Crystalline Flame being ignited when such doorways are being opened.

I know each and every one of you has your own story. It is important to have that remembrance within yourself. I ask you at this time of our first meeting in this year to reflect. Reflect within yourself upon the trials you have had to go through to get to this point of understanding yourself. We all understand that each of us still has a long way to go, but yet we know that we have each other. We have Understanding, just as I have received from the Venusian Beings.

I impart that to each of you. I also impart what I have received from Sanat Kumara; a strict way of Understanding. Sometimes it is not easy to have your mentor speak to you and having that mentor show you a different way of thinking and feeling. With everything in your gut you want to push yourself away. Yet there is another part of you that says, “This is the right way”.

Each of you has stepped into a new juncture in time. It occurs every year. Within this year, you will have many moments that are going to change you. It is part of the process of Self-Mastery to bring forth these Elements from a Higher Perspective and allowing them to fully be within yourself to ground them. That is the important element to remember.

You can stay within your Higher Consciousness; you can stay in your Upper Chakras. If you do not bring them down to your Full Body System and walk with them, they cannot stay.

I ask you once again of your reflection. Who are you now? Do you know whom you are?

I am sure that many of you do not have any answer to that. That is the answer I desire to receive. That is true Mastery. When we do not know whom we are and we do not know where we are going, but we just allow the Energies to assist us, we allow the Faith and the Trust of our I AM Presence to fully be within us, that Faith will take you to many avenues of great acceleration.

It is when you stop and mistrust within yourself, you constantly check yourself whether it is right or wrong that mistakes will be made.

Allow these Essences to come forth into each of your Beings to help you acknowledge not just your lessons of this past year, but what are your achievements?

Your achievements are so very important, as they show you how far you have come, where you were before and the new doorways you walk through. These moments of understanding yourself and accepting the achievement is only the first step. It is when we try to push it aside and say “That’s okay, I did it” when you do not acknowledge your true worth.

In this moment in the New Year, if you have not already done so, sit down and make a list of what you have gone through in the past year or past years.

Where are you now?

How do you feel about your Consciousness?

How do you feel about your Emotions, your Thoughts?

What is the Core Belief going on within you about you?

No one else, nothing outside of yourself, just you. Create a mission statement for this year.

Put a personal mission of what you want to achieve based on what you have gone through previously. Believe me, the challenges will become more intense. The acceleration of the achievements will be more exciting. The Power and Love you have within your entire Beingness will be felt. You must feel it on all levels. The Essence of the Crystalline Ray coming into the Planet represents all of this. It represents the energies that you do not like to surface. It represents the ability to change them into the purest form. Some call this Death and Rebirth, Resurrection, and Movement into the Future. If you have been feeling intense changes happening within you, know that you are doing the right thing. It is when you stay stuck within that Energy that it does not serve your purpose. Everything is a lesson, even the moments you do not like. They are the deepest lessons of all.

The more you fall into the depths of your own despair, it will encase you deeper. The ability to access this Ray now on a more physical basis is our blessing. It is our blessing as it will wake up individuals, shake them up, allowing them to feel the vibration and change within them to move to the other side of the doorway if they are willing to do so. Each of us, each of you, take on an important role through this process. The more you allow yourself to be resurrected, to be healed, to find the Balance and Equilibrium within your life and your system, the more others will be able to do so.

It is like a Domino Effect. One does it, another does it. The Energy just keeps going and going. If no one does it, it stagnates. It does not go anywhere. Only because this Ray has been integrated within Gaia’s Core, it does not mean she is truly feeling it the way she needs to feel it.

Individuals around the world must call upon this Energy to assist their Divinity upon this Earth. It truly represents the ability to access the I AM Presence, the Source of Light that we are into the Physical Creation. This is what will assist her. Otherwise, destruction can result in many areas.

This is where Lord Ashtar comes in. We thank each of you who are continuing the work with him and with Walking Terra Christa. It is making a difference. We made changes during the retreat in Mount Shasta last year. Mount Shasta was doomed to have the worst storm in almost a decade. There was lots of wind and rain, but there was no snow. It did not stop the festivities of the retreat.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for working within these Energies. It is creating change. If we do not share it in this manner, others will not know that it can be done. So it is important to realize. Notice what happens in your own environment.

What happens in your own life as you work through these Energies?

It does not mean that every day is going to be perfect. It does not mean that you will not be tired or that you will not have the so called Ascension Symptoms. These levels of Frequency are arising within each and every one of us. What it does mean is that we are making progress.

Without Ascension Symptoms, there would be no progression. The Earth would be stagnant and falling apart, literally landmasses by landmasses. Yet that is not occurring as what was deemed to happen at this time. We would all not be here.
At this first meeting of our gathering, from our Hearts to Hearts of all Inner Earth Beings and all Upper Earth Beings, we connect with one another. We are making progress. I want each of you to realize this. Even though your challenges are great, look at the small achievements.

When you wake up one morning hearing the birds singing and you feel Lightness within your Heart, it is an achievement from where you may have been the day before. My greatest achievement is to see the progress that is being made within each of you individually and collectively. You are making a difference. We will create the New Earth the way it is supposed to be. Until that time, we have to utilize as many tools as possible to share them and expand upon them. Do not let the talks that are out there stop you from your true potential. I look forward to enjoying these Energies with each of you tonight.

Responsibility of Self Mastery ~ Lord Adama

Blessings Dearest Ones,

I speak to you from the Telosian Command Center with the Telosian Council of Light. I am Lord Adama with a special message of love to each of you.

At this time within the upper Earth, there are great changes happening with each individual person. Individuals are being challenged by the simplest tasks within their world and truly do not know how to change them. Their concrete minds (of the physical self) are trying to control the process of their lives.

I share this information which I know is not new to you because each of you as awakened beings of Light have a role within yourself to help humanity. It is truly within your own process of understanding. The more that you are able to envision within yourself of what you desire, the more that others will also do the same.

You see, you have a very important role upon this planet. It is one that is teaching you that you have a commitment not only to yourself but to others to be strong, loving, compassionate, and desiring to hold that essence within you. it is about Responsibility of the Self.

As you move through your day, you intend to allow elements to be put into place that will assist you to experience the beautiful moments you desire to be expressed in your life. So is everyone else.

But I tell you this, the month of October has taken every individual person on a journey of the self; some are very concerned with what they are experiencing as it is not of the old way of being. You and I know that this is so very true. Nothing stays the same especially within these times of acceleration.

The difference between you and them is that you know this. You have lived it and work through it every day in your thoughts and emotions. You are learning how to process elements differently in your world.

If you are not doing so, then there is no time like the NOW for self reflection. This then turns into Self Responsibility.

Think about it ~ if we don’t take care of ourselves, then what is going to happen within this Earth? We won’t achieve the New Earth even in consciousness. It will be a dream that is not fully realized.

The potential that you have within you each moment is beyond the capacity of your physical self. Each of you all know that you are more than the physical body; you work hard within your meditations to change the thoughts and emotions that plague you every day. As you make the necessary changes within yourself, you are helping GAIA to receive them. This then in turn is gifted to all human beings upon the planet.

The work that you are doing is not going un-noticed. Others are being affected each moment with a positive and loving thought. It filters through the air waves and allows someone else to receive your Divine Moment of Beauty, Joy, Expansion within your heart, and the full existence that you are embracing. It is such a beautiful element when each person upon the planet allows their Divine Essence to enfold within them. It helps to change the thoughts, the emotions, and all the unsettling moments that occur within the Earth.

Many love to connect with the Angels. What happens when you feel their essence coming down into your heart? It helps to expand your heart and heal the wounds within.

This is so very true of each of you. You are the Human Angels and it is your responsibility to take what love you are embodying within you and share it outwards into the essence of the world. You don’t have to talk about it, all you have to do is let it expand out of you with your breath. Send it into the core of GAIA or to a particular place or person so that they can receive the purity of light that you are allowing to be within you.

Don’t hold your expressive essence within you. It is part of your pathway within Mastery to share it with others. Some individuals are not there yet; they can not express this joy or love within them due to their timelines, or their pain as that is all they can focus upon.

It is time within yourself to take the breath of light that you are and then just allow it to spin outside of your field into the world around you. Believe me, it will be received. Maybe not within the physical consciousness, but truly in the Higher Consciousness which will help that person to eventually receive it.

We, in Telos, work with each of you for the same reasons. We cannot let you ponder what you should be doing as mistakes can be made. We want to show you how we have done it. We truly are not any different than any of you.

It is our Responsibility as Divine Beings to show others how we have achieved our enrichment of life. Take a moment and share your essence of love and light unto the world you live in. It is part of your mastery pathway to do so.

This is one way in which we are going to bring the New Earth into full consciousness and planetary reality. Small steps to create our Divine Wisdom to be fully manifest.

This is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

Alunah, Alunah, Alunah.

It is our pleasure to start a new level of instruction/teaching incorporation of Light frequencies as we work with Lord Metatron this month.

I think this is going to be very exciting for everyone because it’s important for us to reflect within ourselves through these beautiful teachings that are coming through into what we are experiencing presently.

As always, we must remember that everything that you are experiencing is because of what you are doing on the Higher Planes of Existence. So the changes that you are going through along with the incorporations of your Light Body being more fully accepted within your Physical Body is all part of the process.

As we stand now within the frequencies of the Equinox that brought us forth into this state of mind, this state of conditioning, its important for each of us to fully understand that what we are going through individually. I say we, because in Telos we also go through these elements; not to the extent that you are because of course we are already in that higher frequency of dimensional existence and each of you are trying to become more attuned to it.

So in these moments, it probably is very powerful within your consciousness of what you are experiencing due to the influx of the Equinox energies. There was more Light frequency brought into the planet at this time.

So what happens to the debris that is within the planet? Does it just go into the Light? Sometimes it does, but other times it does not; so there becomes this struggle. There are certain areas within the planet that are doing more of the struggle than others.

This is also representative of each of you; that whatever the frequency that you are bringing into yourself for your meditations, chanting, acceleration, that those particles of debris must be released as you experienced within the teaching on Monday evening with Arcturus and Virginia. That was a very, very powerful energetic exchange. Many of you were affected in various ways. Some of you may not even realize to the depth that you were affected.

When you sit in this space through your breath and allow the energies to come into your existence; you are surrendering. You are surrendering your physical self to be more than it has been previously. You are allowing yourself to go into a depth that is beyond the comprehension of your Lower Mind, but it is within the existence of your Higher Mind. So within that moment, the physical self is in between both worlds. So afterwards what happens is those frequencies of Light that come into you as the Violet Flame did the other evening, it then has to go into areas that need to be shifted and changed. Many times this does not have to be something conscious. It is within your accessibility to allow the surrendering process to occur and to accept those changes that are trying to integrate within you.

But the debris, the pockets of elements must be removed. Part of that might just be not accepting a process you are going through. Even though you think that you are in your intellectual mind, it must be done in all systems of the body. The more acceleration that you have within your body, the more levels it has to get through.

You see, some individuals may think that Ascension beyond the 7^th Initiation becomes easier. In fact, this is not so. Those levels of Initiations of the Dimensional Frequencies are at a higher level. So if something is still within a lower level, which at times it can be and it can be very miniscule, the energy must go to that particle to change that thought process or that feeling that may be going within the mindset. At that point, your minds are all one mind. So there is no difference between the Subconscious, the Conscious, and the Superconscious; they are all inner working within each other. So the effect of what is occurring comes up quicker and faster through this process. Some of you on the lower Initiations, it may take you awhile to comprehend what you have gone through.

So the process that we are trying to assist you with within the new format we are giving is to ascertain what a specific Being of Light represents. Lord Metatron represents a Golden Solar Angel, Angelic Body. What does that mean? That is what he is going to share in some of his teachings.

So his Essence of being Enoch is a component of Whom He Is now. He has asked Mahlariessee to work through this City tonight because he wants to help each of you to accept your thought processes of what you think a 5^th Dimension means for you. This can be something that is not easy to grasp because if you were still working within the lower mental faculties there will be interruption and you truly will not receive the totality of Whom You Are becoming.

So we are hoping in this phase with Lord Metatron that each of you will understand yourself in a deeper level. Because isn’t it true that the more that we understand, the more we can accept? It is when it becomes a confusing matter that we cannot grasp the process that we are undergoing.

Even though each of you are working within your Higher Essence through your dream state on the Inner Plane level, then when you awaken those elements that don’t fit Whom You Were in that split manner of seconds of becoming physical is probably the most difficult time to understand what you are going through. That’s why we suggest the clearing, the showers, the baths, the saging, and reflecting within your own I AM Presence and bring that fully into your physical body.

This City represents the ability to do that. Consistently tap into what your intentions should be and make a list within yourself. Sit down and make a list of elements that need to be changed within your Physical existence, your Emotional and your Mental existence.

What parts of yourself do not fit the capacity to hold that 5^th Dimension within your Full Body System?

It’s not just about higher frequencies, about higher acceleration. Many individuals think that if they just fully do the higher accelerations and allow those energies, then that’s all they have to do; that their Higher Self is going to take care of everything and everything will be purified.

I think all of you understand that this is not true because when that happens, then it filters down into your Physical, your Consciousness.

When you awaken, how do you feel about yourself?

How do you feel during your day?

Is there something that triggers an element within yourself that is not of that 5^th Dimensional Divine Intention?

That Divinity is your I AM Presence, is your Higher Self because in the physical existence that is not Whom You Are. You know that, but yet sometimes it’s very difficult to get out of that process that the lower energies can compound upon each of us individually.

What this means is, as you are going through the transformation, as you’re transmuting and transforming yourself, there are going to be many steps along the way. It does not happen immediately. If you are lucky enough to get to the 7^th Initiation, it doesn’t stop there. The responsibility for your own Self becomes stronger. You find that you have to do more for yourself than you did before because the lower energies can interact within you in a way that will totally spiral you back down to a lower Initiation. It doesn’t mean you have to stay there for a long time, but it just means that you have to remember what it was like.

So as we take you through this journey, through this month, we truly want to prepare you. So this is why we are going to this City this evening. As I believe Lord Enoch can really assist in the process of helping you to understand what you are going through.

I cannot reiterate enough, it’s important to process this work. It’s important to be conscious of what you are experiencing. Go back to the recordings again and sit and write what is happening to you physically. When you reach the higher Initiations, you won’t have to write as much because it will just come automatically and for you to be able to understand the process that you are undergoing. But at these lower stages, it is imperative to have a journal, to write in that journal every day, maybe even make certain specific affirmations for yourself or to look at where you need to go back to with the material that we have given you.

I want to reiterate this information, because it is a very special Program. This is a Program to assist every student to go deeper into themselves. You are being given a lot of information and a lot of material. You can’t be expected to process it in one 90 minute session. It’s not going to change your life that much until you take the time in the next few days to reiterate what you have experienced and look at it and see how it affected you.

What have you done with it?

Are you ready to go to the next stage?

That is why we have given you some material and we are going to be giving you more.

I hope each of you will take advantage of this because it is truly a huge gift. I want to share as much as a can to help each of you understand yourself even more. As it is not only assisting you, it’s assisting the planet and each of us. Then in turn, your acceleration will go much faster and on a much deeper level. You will be able to look at it one day and say “Wow! I am very thankful that I did it that way.” Otherwise, I guarantee you it will take you double, triple, quadruple the time that it will do by applying these teachings in your physical world.

So that is why our program is being more directive to each of these Beings. So we honor Lord Metatron.

Let’s get started with the energies for this evening.

Just breathe deeply. Think about what I have said and think about what you need to look at as you go into this City.

The Bounty of Our Gifts ~ Lord Adama

Blessings and Love. It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

I want to share today on the exchange of energies from each of us unto each of you. We, in Telos, are very connected to each of you on the Upper Earth and want to extend our sincere thoughts of love and blessings since the Autumn Equinox.

The Harvest is now here and it is our time to celebrate all that we have experienced up to this point. Is this something that you have thought about within you?

Isn’t it true that each of you desires to have your manifestations to come into your reality?

What is it that you have done up to this point that allows those creations to become you?

These are the questions that I want to pose to you since now is the most fruitful season of the year. Those of you that live across the hemisphere that are experiencing the essence of Spring truly are going through the same level of creation within your lives as you plant your seeds for your future.

So it is important to fully reflect within yourself how to embrace the walk that you have been taking in the past months. It will help you come to the fruition of your new essence expanding within you.

You see we don’t just create elements to occur without first having to understand the process that we have gone under to make them appear in our lives. We must first learn the lessons that our Higher Self is giving to us in order to fully receive the gifts of our labor.

So as we just moved through a New Moon and experienced the most powerful equinox on the planet; it is time for each of you to embrace all that you have achieved. As the more that you realize within yourself these achievements, the deeper will be your Harvest of the Self.

Take time to truly reflect the bounty of your life within you; then more can appear. Until you say thank you for the beautiful gifts you are receiving, then you cannot receive more. It is a proven fact.

The beauty of your life is not measured by your hardships, but how you walk through those challenging doorways to find the blissfulness of your essence to enfold within your Being.

I applaud each of you for what you are experiencing and processing in your lives. Let the old essence be thrown away that does not serve you. Put it into wholeness so that you never have to experience it again. Be the bliss that you desire as it is truly ready to be received. All you have to do is reach your arms out and feel all those gifts of joy, peace, and be the manifestor of your own destiny. Don’t hesitate to realize how far you have gone; then you gone continue the journey with less baggage and more excitement of who you have become. This is fully realizing the Bounty of Your Gifts being sent from your Higher Self unto your Physical Creation.

Knowing Who We Are ~ Dissertation with Lord Adama

The creation of our Light together depends upon the ability to purify your thoughts and your feelings from the Old Self.

This is why we work so diligently within the Ray’s Essences to assist each of you to take the understanding of these Rays and incorporate them within you first and foremost through our vibrational energy. In truth, we cannot understand what you are going through. We just know that you are being challenged in certain ways and that the effects of your daily living has to affect how you bring forth your Spiritual Essence into your physical body. It is no longer a gift; it is a requirement upon this planet.

The depth of the energetic exchanges from a planetary level coming into GAIA are affecting each of you more deeply, because you are standing at the forefront to make the necessary changes so that you can accelerate yourself into the new way of living that you desire.

I also stated before, this pathway is very, very challenging but it is the ultimate of pathways. It is the highest level of acceleration that you can tap into to allow these energies to be. We understand that this is not easy for you through this process of aligning yourself and while still incorporating your energies within the 3^rd to 4^th dimensional plane of existence. Until we can get the energetic exchange to be more, then we are going to be experiencing these moments within ourselves.

I reflect back to the statement of “Knowing Who We Are”. That is the most important aspect I want to share this evening, because it is essential within your daily living, within everything that you do, to extend yourself in a completely different direction than you ever have before.

Please know that as your acceleration continues, as you move up through the Initiation Pathway, the responsibility of holding this Light within yourself does become more difficult. I think this is what a lot of you are feeling. I think you are feeling heaviness. I think you are feeling how much can you handle. I think you are feeling overwhelmed and not being able to understand the process that you are going through.

The only way that we can assist you through this process is by experience and helping you to take journeys such as what you are going to do tonight. I think you will feel that this journey with Purity and Astrea will be very, very powerful to your present existence.

So I ask each of you now to just tune into yourself with your Higher Self and feel that Essence because I think right now what a lot of you are going through is a need for purging some things that have been in your field. It may be some elements that have happened through this month, it may be some timelines that are coming up in your Etheric Body to be removed, it may be your emotions or your Mental Body if you are doing a lot of deep healing; the rest of that purification has to happen. It is like when you have a shamanic healing and within that shamanic healing there is a great purging that takes effect, but then there can be debris that you have to take care of afterwards by understanding the process, feeling the process, maybe writing about it, or doing your own purification ceremony and cleansing yourself, because it so results in your outer field.

This is what you are experiencing. Your outer field still has those little parts of debris that have accumulated from everything that you have done this month and it can really pull you down if you don’t take care of them. So it is very important when you are going through releasements, when you are going through clearing, when you are experiencing a Purification of your own Essence (whether it be something from the Physical experience or Emotional or Mental experience). You have to take the next step and have a clearing process. This is what we want to help you with tonight; to remove any effects that are within any of your four-body systems to assist you to move into the next month.

So, how do we support ourselves when we feel that we have no outside help?

Each of us, the God Force, the Ascended Masters, the Brotherhood of White Light is standing by to assist you in every way. So you must remember these things when you are going through the changes, when you are going through these processes because 2014 is going to be a very powerful year for many of you of ascending yourself and your higher initiations. It may not feel like it in this moment, but it will be occurring if you just allow it to happen, you surrender to the painful moments and allow the joyful moments to come in, because they will come in eventually even though you may feel ill at ease with what you are experiencing.

So I ask each of you in this moment to reflect on what I have been sharing and to look within yourself of what possibly may still be affecting you so that we can help you to completely resurrect the Old Self from January into the New Self of February because you are changing greatly in each day in each month. Believe me, you will see a huge difference when we move through the next six months and we reflect backwards as we have for 2013.

It is my divine pleasure to share these moments with each of you and I give my Heart onto you to assist you in these processes; to help you go through them with more gentleness and ease within your Heart so that you can fully accept the beauty, the joy, the acceleration That You Are and the Power bringing forth that Love, that Will, and that Power.

Lord Adama’s Discourse – Creation of Light within the Pink Flame

Greetings! It is I, Lord Adama, with the Telosian Council of Light. I welcome each of you into my Heart in this moment. Thank you so much. Aluna, Aluna, Aluna.

Let us take the energies of this week and the Pink Flame, to now fully bring forth that essence into all parts of our body.

We talk about the Pink in relation to the Feminine Divine, but how much of it do you incorporate fully into all areas to relax the body, and to let the energies move you into alignment?

This Flame represents Creative and Active Intelligence. What that truly means is the creation of the Light within the Pink Flame allows the movement of action to occur within your physical existence. It allows you to see things from your Higher Heart instead of your physical Heart, so you can merge and blend together in order to help the mental mind to be fully illuminated through the Higher Mind. That is the creative action that occurs through this process. Of course, it gives us the blending of Compassion, Joy, Love, and Surrender that helps us to move into a higher state of existence instead of the physical existence that can be so predominant upon this Earth.

As you breathe deeply into that essence, what is it that you feel inside yourself presently?

Let it empower you. Let it shine deeply within you so that you can accept yourself in a completely different consciousness than you have previously. Feel the relaxation that occurs within your physical body as you continually breathe in this essence and accept more of your Divine Being than you did a moment ago.

We like to utilize the Pink Flame in Telos to assist us when we become argumentative with each other. Yes, we do have arguments. Not heated arguments, but we help to control the energies by allowing this Flame to be within us. So when we have intense meetings, we turn on the Pink Light. We allow that Essence to be fully within us, so that we will not come from a lower state of existence. You know what happens when people argue. They find all kinds of things that can be wrong and thus, the focus of the argument is deterred away from the main element. All kinds of assumptions can be made in that state. So it is important to have the realization that you can fully surrender to what it is that you may be arguing about, so that it truly does not matter in the higher consciousness. What matters is the end result of it, the focus of the argument, what you want to create and why you started the argument. That way all parties can come together and meet within Oneness.

This is exactly what is happening on the Earth Plane presently. There are so many different variables. These variables come in the form of intelligence, feelings and thoughts. Individuals have opinions, and within that 4^th dimensional construct, the 3^rd dimensional body that is encased within the Upper Earth erupts into chaos through the process. Presently, this is what you are experiencing on the Upper Earth. There are many different ways of thinking and doing things, so the Lower Mind gets in the way of allowing the Higher Mind to fully ascertain the moment and what it truly means to an individual in their experience. Let us face it, when you experience an element from the 4^th dimensional construct or your 3^rd dimensional mind, wherever you may be, it becomes limiting. There is no expansion occurring.

So let us utilize the Pink Flame to bring in that element of Peace and Love. That is what we are going to be experiencing tonight with Heros and Amora. It allows the frequency of Light to calm you down. That is when the Mental Illumination happens, as the physical mental level is no longer in command. We will be accessing this plane through the Divine Beings of Light; the Elders from the Throne of Grace, overseen by the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Father God of the 49^th dimensional frequency. It all filters from that level into the level you are accessing.

This is imperative, because as we are seeing upon the Upper Earth, changes are happening quickly. More people are awakening.

It is a true fact, but people are in need of assistance. They have awoken, and they see that there is more to themselves than what they thought, but where do they go for guidance? How can they help themselves?

Some of the constructive coaching that is done presently is very limited. It does not bring in these Higher Essences. I know individuals are not going to be ready to fully understand what a Ray may mean to them, but they know what a color means. So we have to assist as much as we can by incorporating these energies within ourselves. This will eventually help having cohesive exchanges with others. And is that not what each of you wants – To be able to communicate and be free with your communications? But sometimes the energies you are experiencing may have more precedence than the true element that needs to be spoken about.

So we bring forth the Pink Flame to assist us with balance and the empowerment of the Feminine Essence, as she starts to feel the ability to speak better. Feel her coming out of her shell as the masculine energy can now do his job in order to assist, not to take over. This is the process that needs to be done presently. We need to flow more upon the Upper Earth, and that is why I am very dedicated to sharing this knowledge through Walking Terra Christa via Meleriessee.

If we start to understand from the higher perspective, it will filter into the physical body eventually. However, you must allow it to be. And that is how we help others through this process. At this time, during this week, there are no intense movements I want to share about, because we are on a level of maintaining presently from the Full Moon. Maintaining represents the ability to step into your power with your Masculine and Feminine Divine at the same level; not one higher than the other, not one lower than the other, but understanding one another. This is what I wanted to share. An understanding does not necessarily have to come from your mental mind.

If I reflect this energy unto each of you through Meleriessee, letting the Pink Flame flowing within you, do you feel understanding?

You may not be able to analyze it, because on this level there is no analysis. There can only be acceptance. And that is what this flame does for each of us. It allows us to fully understand through the receptivity of the Feminine Divine and her extending the energy onto the Masculine Divine so that he can fully relax. That is mental illumination. We are going to experience it this evening. The power of these energies is beyond what I can share presently. Each of you is experiencing it. Each of you is going through your changes, your initiations, and your tests, but everyone is experiencing it on the level that they are presently standing in.

It takes great diligence to continually allow your Higher Essence to be fully within you. I embrace you deeply for your consistent movement, but allow this Pink Flame to assist you in the process. Remember you cannot do it all on your own by just waking up and saying this is what I am going to do; I am going to work with the Rays in this moment. Feel it instead. Feel it from your Higher Essence.

What is he or she telling you?

Surrender must fully take place. Say to yourself “I am no longer in full command, I am working through my Higher Self”. Do not give the Higher Self all energy – they do not want that. Your Higher Self wants to become One with you, and that Oneness must occur through the integration and merging with your physical existence.

It is the beauty of allowing the Pink Flame to flow within you and extend it out of you. We can assist more individuals by working through these processes than we can by picking up the phone and telling someone that they need to do a meditation or they need to do an affirmation. Expand it out of you through your energetic exchange because your auras are changing as your chakras are becoming more intensified through the higher energies.

Understanding the Responsibility of the Self for 2014

Lord Adama will assist us with our own understanding of what responsibility means for us in our current pathway. We know that 2014 represents Grounding Unity – harmonization and balance of our Higher Essence into the physical reality. What is our personal responsibility within that essence of this new year? He will share with us tools that will help us learn more about ourselves and our role for humanity. What we create in our lives affects the whole circle of life.

As we change and evolve, the depth of our understanding will change within our emotional and mental balance. The physical body is a reflection of our soul body (Etheric level) and it is important to understand what we are experiencing from a soul level and not just a physical experience. As we receive more light infractions, it is important to realize the transition that occurs within us during this process. The transformation we are experiencing is not just about receiving our light body but how do we cope through the process should be the question. We need to understand the Responsibility of the Self so that all aspects we need will be part of the process.
