Top 10 Ascension Symptom Remedies

There are so many that have questions on what they are feeling.

+Physical Anomalies/Sensations in specific areas
+Feeling Dizzy/Spacey/Unsteady
+Diet Strangeness/Foods that worked before don’t all of a sudden
+Over Fatigued/Over Energized
+Mental Lapse of Recall/ Deja vu flashes

All of these are totally unexplained as to the root cause by medical professionals if you go see them (yes it is always advised to check in with them first so the establishment does not feel left out…we do not offer any medical advice ever so you must see them to get that.)

Why this is happening is because the human body is taking in more light frequencies. Think of it as growing pains when you were young. Everything has to shift and make room. Often this means that what is there must go. Here are the top 10 things we advise:

1. If you are not already doing so, remove artificial and chemical food/drink. Your body can no longer handle them like it did. Simpler and purer does better now.

2. Drink much more clean water daily. This can go beyond the good ole 8 glasses a day up to a gallon. But ease into it as your body adjust, don’t just go and force drink a gallon. In general most folks are dehydrated anyway so more will help.

3. Go for gentle remedies, over the counter and pharma solutions are getting too harsh. Use homeopathy, natural herbs for teas or extracts. Extracts that have no or little alcohol are better. Use Caster Oil for muscle and body pain, coconut oil, use Arnica,

4. You will find that essential oils of higher grade are now more attractive. This is because they carry frequencies that are subtler than artificial ingredients, Your body will now appreciate them and you can find them to assist with many physical, mental or emotional transitions.

5. Take Epsom Salt/Sea Salt, Baking Soda, and Apple Cider Vinegar Baths (not the artificially flavored ACV). Use a handful of the salt, handful of the soda and a bit less than that of the cider. If your body hurts use a cup or more of the first two. This will help greatly and also acts to remove toxins and clear the auric and etheric fields of light around your physical body.

6. Govern your emotional and mental environment. You can no longer handle as much “density” as you used to take on. Bars, shopping malls, stores…they all have many other people there and most of them are still firmly within the “3D” lifestyle. The conversations and general energy they emit is no longer compatible with those taking in more Light. (Yes everyone will eventually have to consciously do so but you are in the forefront.) Guide your own thoughts to not engage in lower energy conversations: the NWO, the government, who and who are not the bad guys, critical thoughts, words and judgments of any kind — including judging yourself — must now be a thing of the past. This also goes for your emotional body: feed it with kindness, compassion and goodness as much as you can. This does not mean being complacent with any deficiencies or areas of your personality that are more negative such as self-judgment, anger, despair; it means build them up into being the positive aspects: self-acceptance, loving, hopeful. (Which is what our work is also all about).

7. Get off media. Dark shows and movies and music and games, even if it still seems fun and exhilarating is still playing with ‘the dark fire’. The frequencies and messages of those who created the images, sounds or emotions have to be taken into account now. All things are connected.

8. Stop being in conflict and being the “Warrior of Light”. Like energy is like energy. ‘Anti” anything is still the same energy — only at the polarity. Oneness is not polarity. Drop the “swords” and embrace allowing each person to find their own path. Just share your understandings of what worked for you, not telling folks what they should/should not be doing. Don’t “occupy” anything other than yourself. Be a Torchbearer for the Light, not a Crusader who forces it on others.

9. If you are not doing a higher consciousness spiritual practice, just ‘being the Love and the Light’ is no longer sufficient. We have to reverse the energies we have built up over eons. How long have humans been building up their “dark muscles”? Each person has to now build up their “Light muscles” the same way we all did within the dark. Unless you live in a monastery high on a mountain top, you now need “Light muscles”. Religion is great for some souls (and is important to their spiritual growth), but those at the forefront of building the foundation for a New Earth are called to go beyond religion into getting in touch with the Oneness of Source itself. And Oneness is not about excluding anyone’s beliefs but about everyone seeing the underlying Source of all beliefs. If you have been mediating already, take it to the next level. Always ask to be connected to your Higher Self through the I AM PRESENCE and find teachers that can insure you are doing so correctly. That begins the work of clearing those eons of dimensional debris and it takes time and patience.

10. Lastly don’t believe everything you read or hear from the New Age “press” sources. As we move into a higher level of light quotient within the very start of the Golden age, there are still many Beings who have the ability to interfere, interject and infiltrate any given message. Many channels mean well but a huge percentage of them have no way of knowing if what they receive is fully in the Light and Pure. Everything has changed now that the ‘New Earth’ was scheduled to be here in December of 2012. More diligence, persistence and dedication is now required to bring through the purity of the Christed Frequency within the God-Force of the Creative Source of Oneness because that energy of the “Darkness” is not at all desiring a New Earth to get created. A whole new level of personal awareness is now required.

Moonlight Reflections

There is a nuance to following Ascension teachings that is challenging to grasp for all beginning initiates until they get into the higher initiations. How can we know what we do not know?

In reading what Rev. Meleriessee wrote about this weeks Super Moon, I realized my own journey is simply a reflection of those words.

We forget that Life is Relative. Which means we have a set point of view about our lives and how we see the world. What I am referring to is at the deepest core of who we are. We can’t help but believe that everyone experiences the world as we do. In fact, it is impossible to not feel this way. If we experience a period of sadness or joy, we are only able to equate that feeling as our experience, and we know this. But yet at the same time, we are unable to not have our experience and know what it is like to have another persons experience of the same emotion or event. Everything is relative to our own personal journey.

One person’s experience can be far different than another, even if the circumstances are identical.

Does this mean we can not relate? No, it simply means that the breaking down the barriers to true knowing of what another experiences from within their own heart and soul, are limited by our own experiences within our heart and soul.

And to what depth does that experience go?

We judge our own journey in comparison to another. This is a natural result of knowing we can’t know what they know, and still, it is ironic that we also can not allow others to have their own unique experience, or for that matter, allow ourselves to have them. We compare. We rank; we try to find how our emotional experiences and events stack up with everyone else.

This is why we are a culture inundated and fascinated with books and movies.

And in so doing we loose sight of the only relevant reality: We can only know what we know.

Accepting this can be both a blessing and a curse. It all depends on our state of awareness of who we are being in each moment.

I can have an experience where I feel I gain a bit a introspection about a new inner realization. Say I go out one day and lock my car keys in my car. My truth in that moment can be to remind myself that I need to slow down and not be in such a hurry.

If I am a thinking person who uses logic and rational as my pattern of being, that would be my truth as far as I can see. Would that be all there is to it?

When Meleriessee writes, “… dive deeper in the abyss of unknowingness to find parts of ourselves that are looking to be part of our reality”, it may mean that I needed to check my emotional state of being as well. And for many, this part of the equations is often covered over.

We arise in the morning and instead of taking time to connect with ourselves, many reach for a cup of coffee to stimulate them into being awake and aware. Then after a days work, we may reach for a glass of fluid that contains another stimulant to have us relax from having to be so awake and actively on and engaged all day. This cycle can go on for years leaving not a single moment to know what one truly is experiencing.

What emotions go along with my event? I judged myself as being stupid, off my game, not being in control, allowing distractions to interfere with my life, all making me feel diminished, weak, foolish and shameful and embarrassed as I had two others with me who were now also locked out of the car, in a remote location where it would now take time and effort out of the day to rectify.

This all seems to make sense right? Each of you would agree there is no profound realization in that, as many would feel the same way had they been in my shoes.

Here is what is important to share: had I not taken a moment to delve into what those feelings were inside of me, they would have continued to exist.

Inside me. In my solar plexus, in my heart, in my mind. In my PHYSICAL BODY.

And that is the nuance of Ascension work that is profound. Not in the sense of understanding the process, as many aware souls on this planet now realize lower emotional energies are the root cause of disease, dis-ease, and needless suffering, but realizing that if you do not make yourself aware of what you are deep within, you have done little to clear and heal yourself.

This is the process of discovering the deep abyss of the unknowingness.

I then immediately had an opportunity to take some time to breathe deep into my body and purge those emotions so they would not remain. Since my own work is so heavily connected to using the Unified Whole and the Spiritual Hierarchy, I also used those frequencies to heal and clear my etheric, emotional and mental bodies, for in truth, Ascension work is clearing ALL elements of frequency, not just doing deep breath work to connect to a potential or actual blockage in the body.

And THAT is part of the nuance that many do not know about this work and how deep it goes. The major reason healing and clearing, going deeper, within this work seems so repetitive, is because we have learned such a little bit about how to do it correctly from our regular third dimensional level of awareness.

Consider that most would just take a moment to realize they need to slow down to avoid such aggravations and then begin the process of calling for assistance from a service or a friend. Some fewer may take a deep breath and stay in the moment stating to themselves, that no one is perfect. But very few indeed would allow the full spectrum of emotions, thoughts and physical feelings to be expressed, honored and released.

And THAT is why such lower frequencies exist in such widespread amounts upon our planet.

Think about that and the implications.

And this example is just about one moment in time where one locks the keys in the car.

If each soul carries such feelings a shame and embarrassment, guilt and self depreciation, even in such a small amount; that reality of the self lowers the vibration of all life forms upon the planet.

As a soul, I have accepted that I have a responsibility to no longer contribute to lowering the collective frequencies within my full consciousness. This is because I am committed to creating a New Earth, and in divine partnership with Rev. Meleriessee, we both act in accordance to do whatever has to be done. But this brings us back to the main point: How can I know what I do not know?

What other deep thoughts, mental patterns of dysfunction or corrupted emotions lie beneath the surface of my or our consciousness?

This is the true task that all humanity is now faced with if the New Earth of Gaia (Terra Christa) is to be created. What about the wounds that originally created the mind/heart programming that causes one to feel guilt, shame, embarrassment, self judgement, self recrimination, etc., etc.? How much of it is there and how deep does it go?

For myself, being in a hurry is a significant understanding that my day must begin in sacred self preparation of my full body system so that I do not allow such emotions to return. And also so that I am within a state of awareness that allows me to be able to go deep into them when they do surface. I am not just a doing person, but must instead fully become a being person. 99.8% of the 3D existence is taken up with being a doing person.

The realizations and implications of that are profound indeed. As taking 1% off that stack of “doingness” is similar to my realization that “clearly I need to slow down”. Just 1%. And how deep must I go to rid myself of another 90%? Deep indeed.

This Moon is assisting greatly and will continue to do so until the next New Moon. But only as long as one is able to accept and admit they may not know what they do not know, and be ready and willing to go deeper to find out exactly what they do not know.

The distractions and artificial requirements of a jam packed 3D life will indeed prevent you from being in that space of existence, but for the dedicated soul who desires to be the change they want to see in the world, there is no other pathway.

It is a pathway that can actually reveal yourself to you. Because I was able to experience being in the moment at a much deeper level of awareness within my full body system, I was able to continue my day and allow the processes that are part of my life to go on without energetic disruption. “Energetic disruption” is a deeper level of awareness as all reality is actually made up of a collection of energy exchanges.

Think of the proverbial snowball rolling down a hill and becoming an enormous boulder. What kind of snowball do you desire to create? Just because you can’t see energy, does not mean it is not there. How does the light that you are reflect back to you? How aware are you of that reflection?

Allow this Moon’s teachings be ever your guide to continually take you into new parts of your own reflection and you will be well served.

January 31st, 2014 ~ Unity Number “3”

In the Science of Numerology the number “3” represents the vibrations of communication and self-expression.

It reflects enjoyment of your achievements and is considered a manifesting energy. It represents the Trinity of Body-Mind-Spirit allowing for the entranceway of One’s Divinity to become manifest within their physical existence.. Keywords are: adventure, inspiration and creativity, humor, optimism and joy, spontaneity, expansion, growth and abundance on the physical, emotional, mental, financial, and spiritual levels

The energy of today reflects 12=3 which denotes an end to a cycle for a new beginning to occur immediately. It is a time to fully rejoice in what you have achieved in the previous cycle by allowing yourself to be inspired for the next creative moment in your life.

Today’s energy brings forth a period of growth to allow the next phase of your experiences upon the earth to be filled with joy, adventure, and inspiration of what you have achieve in this cycle. As it is the last day of the month and also within the New Moon energies, it is an entrance-way to allow for the heightened experiences that you have desired to become part of your earthly existence. Take a moment and ask for yourself, “What have I experienced this month and how has it helped me to grow through the process?”

Since “3” represents the Trinity of our past-present-and-future to be revealed to you take some moments of relaxation within your breath to feel the existence of your higher self to be fully within your body, mind, and spirit. This is day to feel the full integration of your higher light within you. Experience it with joy as you reflect on what you have achieved even if it is a small part of your worldly existence.

It also represents you walking upon the mastery pathway with ease and grace being accompanied by the many Masters in the Brotherhood of White Light. You are being guided on this day to act upon your intuition to step into the next doorway of your creation.

When you take time to understand what is happening in your life through your higher essence like being in a meditation, it helps you to understand more of what is occurring whether it be a great challenge or a movement into a new thought process that you have never acquired before. This is a day to allow the moment of your true reflection to be within you as the Light that you are blends within your full existence.

Let’s all face it – this month has been challenging but we believe that you have learned from each day and what it means to you personally. As each day goes by and then you look back into the full month of January, isn’t it time for you to rejoice on your new thoughts you have acquired, how you go about your day, or what you are experiencing from your heart. These are all small accomplishments in the face of great difficulties. You deserve to receive all you desire. This is your day to realize your true potential of your inner self.

Celebrate these moments and exhale all that you are. You are an important being of light upon a planet that desires to change. Be the change that you are becoming and rejoice in who you have become.

What Do you Know About the Characteristics of Light that You Are?

Spectrum of Colors Revealed Through Lit String Vibrations

British artist, physicist, and all-around science enthusiast Paul Friedlander produces kinetic light sculptures that provide a colorful feast for the eyes. Each piece in his body of work offers a visual medley of light and motion by rapidly rotating a piece of string through white light. The vibrating rope becomes invisible to the human eye, but colors from the light (which would normally be invisible to the naked eye) are revealed in rapid succession.

The scientific artist gives insight into the history of his career shift into the arts and explains the science in it all: “I decided to focus on kinetic art: a subject in which I could bring together my divided background and combine my knowledge of physics with my love of light. In 1983, at London’s ICA, I exhibited the first sculptures to use chromastrobic light, a discovery I had made the previous year. Chromastrobic light changes color faster than the eye can see, causing the appearance of rapidly moving forms to mutate in the most remarkable ways.”

You can easily see from this beautiful and very creative work by Mr. Friedlander how the full spectrum of light waves are revealed by a physical phenomena. By oscillating a string at high speeds within a stream of white light, the light is refracted into ever moving glimpses of the full spectrum of colors interlaced within each other as a visual treat for our eyes.

This is a true physics reality about the waveforms of energy, one that we normally do not see, or think about.

What we are seeing is a perfect example of the actual makeup of our physical reality, the unseen revealed.

Each of you is no different. If we had the ability to view our physical body moving through time and space as fast as the string in the artwork, we would also have revealed to us this same incredibly beautiful spectrum of multicolored faceted waveforms of light.

Except we would be those waveforms and we would no longer be, just as the the string is no longer, simply a solid form of carbon based matter thought to be limited in not only its brilliance but in its very makeup to being unable to exhibit such characteristics. The reality, as uncovered here through the string, is that we are something very different than we ever could have imagined.
