Our retreats are “day-event-retreats” where we travel to the local power vortexes of the area that reflect the higher dimensional vibrations. Enrollment does not include overnight lodging or food as part of the retreat exchange – however please read our LODGING note below for how we keep your cost less expensive.

◊ WE ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO MAKE YOUR RETREAT ENROLLMENT AS YOUR FIRST STEP. This will enable us to secure private housing (see next item) as soon as possible. More importantly, it means you establish your “energetic compass” directly with us creating a firm intention to attend. Keeping within the Universal Laws, this then opens doorways for you to be assisted by the spiritual forces in all your related travel arrangements.

◊ LODGING – For these events we plan to lodge at the same private vacation rental location. If we can make such arrangements, all participants are required to participate in this form of lodging. A private venue has the advantage of being more energetically pure, as non-retreat individuals are not on the property. They also have all around nicer facilities than hotels/motels which makes them situated to create a better collective group energy which is essentially important for a retreat of this nature.

Since our event is six (6) days, that is a minimum of 6 nights, (staying the day after the retreat ends is also highly recommend which means a full seven (7) nights). We are not set up to have individuals arrive the morning of the event as one might do when attending a seminar. Local hotel/motel lodging costs are estimated at 72 to 120 per night. Higher end venues (local four star locations) like the Best Western or Mount Shasta Resort are 220 to 290 per night, so as you can see a rental home can be much less. With a small group of individuals, a private rental brings the cost down to that at least equal to the per night charge of the least expensive local motel or hotel (and it may be even lower) at between 65 and 75 per bed/per night.

We will coordinate the exact lodging arrangements with each participant prior to the event. This means estimating about $450 to $550 for a six or seven night stay. The lodging payment will be due upon arrival.

DATES OF STAY: Arrive Tuesday* 8/16 for a group welcome dinner. Retreat ends Sunday evening. Depart Monday 8/22 (6 nights).
IF STAYING THE DAY AFTER THE RETREAT: Depart Tuesday 8/23 (7 nights). *Tuesdays and Wednesdays are typically the lowest airfare rates to travel. For those that are required to fly, this is another way we consider keeping cost as low as possible while still maintaining high standards for the event.

◊ MEALS – We will coordinate eating all meals together as a group during the 6 days of the retreat, including a group meal the evening of arrival. Meals may be buying and eating in, or going out. Please budget accordingly for the prices of local eateries or restaurants.

◊ PLEASE NOTE – Our events are private intimate teachings and we are a small organization. If you cancel 30 days prior to the event, we are able to apply your enrollment exchange to our next event (less a non-refundable deposit of $250). 

◊ Once enrolled, within a week we will email you the pre-retreat materials to make your experience the best it can be. (Please make sure we have your updated email address.) The pre-retreat materials consist of our retreat Code of Conduct, Retreat Teachings, Meditation files for Spiritual Protection, the Rays of God descriptions, along with our Acknowledgement Form which must be signed and returned.
