There are so many that have questions on what they are feeling.
+Physical Anomalies/Sensations in specific areas +Feeling Dizzy/Spacey/Unsteady +Diet Strangeness/Foods that worked before don’t all of a sudden +Over Fatigued/Over Energized +Mental Lapse of Recall/ Deja vu flashes
All of these are totally unexplained as to the root cause by medical professionals if you go see them (yes it is always advised to check in with them first so the establishment does not feel left out…we do not offer any medical advice ever so you must see them to get that.)
Why this is happening is because the human body is taking in more light frequencies. Think of it as growing pains when you were young. Everything has to shift and make room. Often this means that what is there must go. Here are the top 10 things we advise:
1. If you are not already doing so, remove artificial and chemical food/drink. Your body can no longer handle them like it did. Simpler and purer does better now.
2. Drink much more clean water daily. This can go beyond the good ole 8 glasses a day up to a gallon. But ease into it as your body adjust, don’t just go and force drink a gallon. In general most folks are dehydrated anyway so more will help.
3. Go for gentle remedies, over the counter and pharma solutions are getting too harsh. Use homeopathy, natural herbs for teas or extracts. Extracts that have no or little alcohol are better. Use Caster Oil for muscle and body pain, coconut oil, use Arnica,
4. You will find that essential oils of higher grade are now more attractive. This is because they carry frequencies that are subtler than artificial ingredients, Your body will now appreciate them and you can find them to assist with many physical, mental or emotional transitions.
5. Take Epsom Salt/Sea Salt, Baking Soda, and Apple Cider Vinegar Baths (not the artificially flavored ACV). Use a handful of the salt, handful of the soda and a bit less than that of the cider. If your body hurts use a cup or more of the first two. This will help greatly and also acts to remove toxins and clear the auric and etheric fields of light around your physical body.
6. Govern your emotional and mental environment. You can no longer handle as much “density” as you used to take on. Bars, shopping malls, stores…they all have many other people there and most of them are still firmly within the “3D” lifestyle. The conversations and general energy they emit is no longer compatible with those taking in more Light. (Yes everyone will eventually have to consciously do so but you are in the forefront.) Guide your own thoughts to not engage in lower energy conversations: the NWO, the government, who and who are not the bad guys, critical thoughts, words and judgments of any kind — including judging yourself — must now be a thing of the past. This also goes for your emotional body: feed it with kindness, compassion and goodness as much as you can. This does not mean being complacent with any deficiencies or areas of your personality that are more negative such as self-judgment, anger, despair; it means build them up into being the positive aspects: self-acceptance, loving, hopeful. (Which is what our work is also all about).
7. Get off media. Dark shows and movies and music and games, even if it still seems fun and exhilarating is still playing with ‘the dark fire’. The frequencies and messages of those who created the images, sounds or emotions have to be taken into account now. All things are connected.
8. Stop being in conflict and being the “Warrior of Light”. Like energy is like energy. ‘Anti” anything is still the same energy — only at the polarity. Oneness is not polarity. Drop the “swords” and embrace allowing each person to find their own path. Just share your understandings of what worked for you, not telling folks what they should/should not be doing. Don’t “occupy” anything other than yourself. Be a Torchbearer for the Light, not a Crusader who forces it on others.
9. If you are not doing a higher consciousness spiritual practice, just ‘being the Love and the Light’ is no longer sufficient. We have to reverse the energies we have built up over eons. How long have humans been building up their “dark muscles”? Each person has to now build up their “Light muscles” the same way we all did within the dark. Unless you live in a monastery high on a mountain top, you now need “Light muscles”. Religion is great for some souls (and is important to their spiritual growth), but those at the forefront of building the foundation for a New Earth are called to go beyond religion into getting in touch with the Oneness of Source itself. And Oneness is not about excluding anyone’s beliefs but about everyone seeing the underlying Source of all beliefs. If you have been mediating already, take it to the next level. Always ask to be connected to your Higher Self through the I AM PRESENCE and find teachers that can insure you are doing so correctly. That begins the work of clearing those eons of dimensional debris and it takes time and patience.
10. Lastly don’t believe everything you read or hear from the New Age “press” sources. As we move into a higher level of light quotient within the very start of the Golden age, there are still many Beings who have the ability to interfere, interject and infiltrate any given message. Many channels mean well but a huge percentage of them have no way of knowing if what they receive is fully in the Light and Pure. This why in our work we call upon and invoke the “Unified Whole in Oneness”. (See our website menu for the ‘TAKE THE NEW EARTH PLEDGE” to begin to start to bring in this level of protection). Everything has changed now that the ‘New Earth’ was scheduled to be here in December of 2012. More diligence, persistence and dedication is now required to bring through the purity of the Christed Frequency within the God-Force of the Creative Source of Oneness because that energy of the “Darkness” is not at all desiring a New Earth to get created. A whole new level of personal awareness is now required.

Good evening,
It is I, Yamteleus. I am very excited about tonight and having Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., also known as Master Altebetahn.
I am not quite sure as which aspect he will be coming through, perhaps a little bit of both. I believe his Essence is representative of what each of you is experiencing: Courage, Faith, understanding in your own Pathways. I am eager to hear what he has to say to bring forth the energies within this amazing Temple. These are elements that each of us as souls truly need to embody within ourselves. Especially those of us who have passed over and have no idea what is happening to us when we leave the Body.
Many of us follow the doctrines of religion. Many of those doctrines do not teach us how to walk into the Light or the Tunnel of Light with that Light Body. It is very exciting to have his essence here, not only to share with each of you his words and beautiful communication, but to help the Souls here to understand so much more about themselves. I believe his work truly aligned with what he believed as his Truth. He allowed that Truth to be brought forth to many others.
Let us get started with the energies and bring forth this beautiful Essence for tonight.

Greetings, My Beloved Comrades,
It is I, Martin Luther King Jr., also known as Altebetahn within my Higher Self. I bring you both aspects. It is a pleasure and an honor to be here at this time. My sharing within the Temple has been very limited. I know that my reputation stands for itself, yet that is not what I want to speak about this evening.
Our Divine Mother and Father God shared with you about acquiring your wisdom. When you are in this physical body as I recall, you always look into the higher points of understanding what your wisdom is.
Wisdom is only acquired through the experience of challenges and achievements. It is not felt until after those challenges occur, and you can see the achievements that were acquired within that movement.
Any normal human being walking down the street just wants to find wisdom. What they do not realize is that each moment they experience changes, the resulting energy afterwards, the summation of what that experience represented, is truly their Wisdom.
We can acquire wisdom through physical experience. We can acquire it through the emotional, the mental, and we can acquire it through Spiritual Enlightenment. We can acquire it through our higher aspects. They are waiting to be included within the physical existence. Wisdom can be acquired from different lifetimes, when those timelines represented challenges and achievements. Each of us as souls have many different levels of wisdom within our existence.
Today is an important day. Not only because I am here, but the fact that I am being honored within the world. That is not truly my Wisdom.
My wisdom represents what I have acquired in that lifetime to make the necessary changes I desired. Of course, my life stopped short. If I was a soul filled with grief and regret, then I could have stayed in that level of consciousness, because of what I did not achieve. Instead, I looked to what I had acquired, how I had assisted others to understand, and how I had made changes upon the Earth. I do not regret any of it. The only regret I have had was that I could not continue. Yet that was not to be at that time.
I share this wisdom with you for you to reflect within yourself upon your own wisdom through the ages and what you have acquired.
Many times our Mental Mind, our thought processes take us into a place we should not go. It takes us into the space of not understanding ourselves. Looking at a situation and saying to the self,
“I should have done this, I should have done that, why did I do things that way? Why was I not smart enough? Why did I not see things differently? Why was I not more intuitive? What happened to my gut instinct at that moment?”
This is true for any of us especially in times of trauma and challenges of dysfunction. What you are learning within yourself is to change those experiences of trauma, of what you have remembered, whether it is this timeline or another timeline, or another aspect that needs to be looked at.
Every moment you bring forth the acknowledgments of what you have experienced, that is your Wisdom.
That is how you share it in the succeeding days. This is why we have teachers that have gone through experiences through the years and then come back to mentor others. They share with you a portion of their wisdom. It won’t be exactly their experience, but understanding that the true worth of a teacher is one that can impart their own knowledge of the past to share their wisdom with others.
Today I share with you a part of my wisdom.
I was compassionate, I was loving. I was also very aggressive. I was stubborn. I stepped into areas that put me in harm’s way. I truly was not a balanced Self. Yet my role was to show the existence of what Light represented within Darkness for a race that truly needed to embrace that essence within themselves.
What part of your journey do you feel compassionate about?
What part of your journey puts you in the darkest places?
It does not necessarily have to be that you were putting yourself in harm’s way. We call that the Warriorship Archetype. I truly was a Warrior. Yet, I did not leave leading others astray by shooting. It had to be done in a peaceful way. That peaceful way put us in harm’s way which affected many, many people. I acknowledge those souls deeply.
If I take the Wisdom I learned through that experience, and I impart to you what you may need to you in your own life situation, it is the power of your knowledge and your highest essence of the God Source that you are to be combined within you, as the physical Being you are.
This is the most powerful tool we can share with others. I see what is happening around the world presently. I know where they are coming from. I see what is happening within each of you and others who sit in silence. That is the most powerful tool we can impart onto this Earth at this time.
When I meet each of you personally, I will thank you deeply. You have taken my Wisdom along with others, Mahatma Gandhi, Lord Buddha, Master Babaji, all the great Masters that sit in SILENCE and expand that ENERGY outside of themselves. The airwaves and the light forms go out to Source and then coming back into the Planet, into each of you, around you and to others; it is the most powerful ammunition you could bring forth onto this Earth. I am so very grateful to see this occurring. My way was needed at that time. Your way is needed at this time.
It is my pleasure to be able to commune with you to bring my Heart Essence onto each of you. I know we have the same goal in mind. Peace on Earth. It is not about riots. It is not about demonstrations. It is about each of you being that Christ within your body, to be the Buddha, to be all the Masters you work with.
I, as Altebetahn, am that Master. As Martin Luther, I was not. Today I join forces with each of you in a completely different manner than I have ever done before. I extend to you my Knowledge of Peace. I know what it feels like to see and to achieve Peace in areas where there was turmoil.
As we work together to bring forth these Essences as One, we are a Force to be reckoned with. Nothing can interfere with the global vortex we create. It is my pleasure to be the Center of that Vortex in these moments. I extend onto you my Compassion, my Love, my dearest existence of Hearts within Hearts, understanding one another, and know that Peace will occur upon this Earth. Yet each of us needs to be strong. Within that Strength, as you are bringing forth these Elements within yourself, remove the Aspects that represent Warriorship, Aggression, and wanting to fight back.
The only way we can come together is to be in this powerful Vortex of Light Frequency of Peace within. When we acquire that Peace within, the rest of Humanity shall receive it. I give this unto you in these moments.
In the Light that I AM as Martin Luther King, Jr., along with Altebetahn, I allow myself to fully blend that physical aspect with my highest aspect to represent to all of humanity and to each of you what this means. It represents the deepest compassion anyone can muster up, see, or find. It is the Passion within that, the deepest Sympathy, Serenity and the Light Focus of allowing all Beings to receive this Peace of Light that we are.
Let us now come together within this beautiful Temple of one ball of Peace, Serenity, Love, Divine Beingness, Acceptance, and Enjoyment, bringing all aspects together in the Oneness that we are.

It expands into the essence of Gaia’s heart as it vibrates to all of Humanity. Let us breathe and extend it together as we are moving toward the Peaceful Planet of Light.

As I stand here within each of you, I feel each of your hearts. I feel your passion for life. I feel your Divinity of Light and wanting to extend that to others. Please do yourself a favor and extend it to yourself. Let it expand within your Heart. Allow it to be all that you are.
That is the most beautiful gift you can give to anyone at this time.
Allow it to expand within you, because you are the Peace. You are the Love. You are the existence of all that we are together. This is the Wisdom I extend unto you.
This is what I have learned from my lesson of this timeline upon the Earth. This is what I have learned from the Essence of working with the beautiful Masters in my soul’s healing. It is my pleasure to be considered a Master at this moment in time.

Allah Gobi was previously the Mahachohan of all the Rays for many years. He is now working directly with Lord Buddha to assist individuals (also known as Chelas) to achieve their Christ Consciousness within the Mastery Pathway. My Dearest Ones,
It is my pleasure to be here today. I am Allah Gobi.
It is quite exciting to come back into this essence, since I have stepped away as the Mahachohan to pursue other elements within my pathway. Now that dearest, dearest Saint Germain has fully taking over, my work now comes from a much higher perspective of what you are receiving presently. I have returned into my fullest form, but in this moment I want to show myself as Allah Gobi so that I may assist each of you to help you with your desires to be created within your world upon this Earth, and assisting you to bring your full totality into your consciousness.
The purest blessings that you can receive is for you to fully acknowledge who you are and have always been from your highest frequency of light. It is a very beautiful element when you allow the full opening of the Lotus to expand within you and you see the many petals of your creative process. In every experience you have it contains a beautiful moment even if those experiences may seem very challenging or very traumatic. The resulting energies that come out of it is the purification of your essence being enfolded within your full consciousness. Today I give you peace, I want to give you the ability to accept the Divinity of Light that you are in order to incorporate it within your pathway to allow the purification of your essences to be of a level you have never received before. Since my post as the Mahachohan I have been working more directly with Lord Buddha for all the chelas upon the pathway, and it is my desire to assist each of you to understand yourself in a completely different manner than you did one moment ago.
So breathe deeply into your Heart Center; feel that Lotus, that flower. Allow it to open. Each time you go deeper within yourself, it opens further. So within your breath of all the beautiful rays that are incorporated within the garden in this moment, feel those frequencies of Light. You may even feel them as sparkles, droplets of energy coming within your system to assist you in the Divinity that you are as they all represent something else. They all represent the higher essences, your Will, your Power, your Love, your Acceptance, your Balance, your Inution, your Guidance, your Blessings. They represent the ability to have Freedom; to bring in your Light Body, to accept things in a different manner, and to open up your Higher Mind and Higher Heart to the Divinity That You Are, Your God Essence.
My role in these moments is to help you through this process. I ask you to relax and to feel the Lotus Heart spinning ever so slightly within your frequency, within your body, feeling the Divine Love and Divine Power that You Are of the Magenta Ray. All of these elements are very, very important to allow the purification of your Essence to flow. That is the Beauty of Whom You Are. Not the physical conditioning that you are experiencing. You are within these bodies so that you can remember this essence, and that is my role today, to help you to remember and to reflect upon the beauty, the blessing, the joy, and the extension of God’s Love within you as you Are that Child of God. Feel yourself as a child and feel yourself accepting these frequencies as if you have never seen them before. You hold out your hands to receives these blessings, and within these beautiful sparkles of light that are coming into you, there are gifts. They are gifts that you have no idea what they are. So you breathe into your Lotus Heart and you surrender with the Lotus Heart. You become that essence – not the physical part of you, not the mental thoughts, not the emotional feelings, not the etheric body that is lodged with element syou are working through. Feel yourself floating and receiving. The particles of light of your I AM – all those aspects that make up your I AM Presence to come through a rain shower of light. It brings you the gifts you are looking for. So Receive It Now. Receive it in this moment and allow it to come into the divinity of your Solar Plexus and your Heart as they are the core of your Beingness.
As you breathe deeply, you start to feel these frequencies of light coming fully within you and Accept.

You are the burst – you are the burst of Light. Allow it to be all the way through your entire Beinginess. Expand it into your Earth Star and feel the fire works that you are. These are your gifts. Receive them and allow them to be fully within you. Feel it structured within yourself into the cellular memory, the physical body, parts of yourself that are restrictive. Nothing conforms to anything else in this moment. As it flows, it sparkles, it allows yourself to fully be that Peace of Light that you are.
You must understand that in order to receive the full Divinity of your Acceptance through your I AM Presence, you have to surrender to it. You must surrender to receive, to receive and receive. The bounty of the gifts coming to you is your Acceptance.
Did you ever notice that when you do manifest something you may be surprised?
It is because in those moments before that manifestation you are a pure source of light of Acceptance, of Surrendering to whatever it is that it may be. So you must separate the mind, the feelings and allow yourself to blend within your breath. Feel that blending within you and you become that Source of Light that you are. This allows you to create the gifts that you are desiring moment by moment.
So in this moment I extend unto you Peace, Harmony, Surrender, Divine Love, Divine Power of All That You Are and allowing the Source of Light to fully be your guide in this moment. Let us breathe together and feel that purification of these essences as you command these words onto yourself:
I now come from the source of Light that I AM to fully embody myself as a gift of God within. I allow it to blend with my Lotus Heart as it expands further and further to receive more and more.
The bounty of my gifts from my I AM Presence continues through each breath that I take.
As I breathe deeply I feel the colors upon colors of all the beautiful sparkles of light that I am and ever have been to fully become manifest within my physical existence.
I am Peace, I am Harmony, I am Serene, I am Love, I am all of these and so much more.
This is the blessing that I give unto myself on this day.
I call upon the essence of Allah Gobi, the source of Light which he comes from as the Christed Being that I AM and that He Is; as we meld together we shall achieve these gifts unto me for all of humanity.
The pathway that I embark upon, each step that I take assists the deeper part of my divinity, my remembrance, my Light unto GAIA’s Light as I continue my walk, to forge unto the New Earth where the bountiful Harvest is commonplace.
All that I have thought before is now washed away with the purification of this essence that Dearest Allah Gobi has given to me on this day.
Now take a moment and feel these blessings from your I AM Presence. All I do for you as Allah Gobi is direct this frequency. You are the one receiving this, you are the commander of your ship, You Are the One that creates the Divinity of Light within you.
So Receive, my Chelas, Receive, Receive, Receive as it is time to fully accept all that you are.

This means that we as a planet can now walk through the doorway of Power to receive Peace for humankind. This means that as sentient beings we are also infused with these rays to assist GAIA in her process.
2014 is the year of Unity and Balance of Energies within GAIA and each of us. The power of these energies together is taking us into a new level of awareness within many individuals around the world. About WESAK
The date of WESAK is a very important event to those upon the Mastery Path of Initiations with the Ascended Masters and Spiritual Brotherhood of White Light as we celebrate the ascension process of Lord Buddha of his death and rebirth into the next elevated step of creation. As Lord Buddha is the planetary Logos, every being is also given an opportunity to embrace the work they have accomplished as an evolving soul and once again can formally step into another progression of experience. We, as initiates, are able to intimately experience the life remembrance and current status of Lord Buddha to engage in the process of spiritual death taking place up to the Wesak energies each year. The WESAK Trinity of Events
Taking us to a new level within our Light and Love Quotient due to the work we have done within ourselves from the previous year, the WESAK energies actually involves three festivals as part of spiritual doorway that reopens annually. Each Festival is celebrated on the Full Moon cycle of the month in which it occurs. This series of doorways begins prior to the WESAK date of May 14, 2014 with the Festival of the Christ in the month of April and then the Festival of Humanity in June following WESAK. In the first festival, which like the other two festivals falls on the full moon, we realize and release the old that did not work for us in our pathway and begin to resurrect our purity and grace. The resurrection elements then cumulate in the acceleration of our ascension process in the Festival of Wesak. The following month is the Festival of Humanity in which we share with others our knowledge and expertise of who we are as realized beings bringing the gifts from within to being without, thus completing the cycle.

Hello Everyone. It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.
Let’s just connect with everyone through our Heart center. Everyone from the community of Telos is also connecting at this very time so that we can all feel our essences within one another.
I ask you to spin your Heart Chakra clockwise. Allow the lotus heart to be completely open within your own purification that is occurring.
I chose this subject matter this evening because of the transitional energy that has been occurring at the beginning of the year. I know that we have talked about this month representing harmony of energies coming into the planet, but that does not mean that each of you are going to be feeling very harmonious and balanced. It may mean the opposite because in order to get to the next stage of harmony you must remove the elements that are occurring within your present state of consciousness and what you are very aware of.
You have to be remember that these stages of healing are continual. Some may say that once you purge something that you should feel absolutely beautiful and able to step into your fifth dimensional body and completely full of Love and Light. As we all know, it does not occur that way. It is a process; it’s a process of levels. It’s almost like you are walking on a staircase and at each level you feel a different energy exchange. Well, this is exactly what you are experiencing. I want each of you to have an understanding within yourself that what you are going through is not something you should put down upon within your energies but totally feel the accomplishment that you are going through.
This process of mastery is one that is very intense and it brings forth elements in front of your face that you previously knew about but did not want to look at. If you are interacting with other individuals in your living situations or work situations, then you are going to be faced with more dilemmas; but those challenges represent growth opportunities as you will remember the lessons. Then the next time you experience something like that you will deal with it differently then you did before.
I want to reflect back on the Telosian Way Program that we did back eighteen months ago on how we put each of you through those different stages of growth and understanding your own self-reflection, understanding what you are bringing forth within your Masculine and Feminine Divine along with all those elements that will assist you in bringing forth the combination of understanding yourself on a much deeper then you did before.
Well, this is exactly what you are going through; and if any of you are working within that program, I do suggest that you go back to some of the subject matter to help you through the process. Because, again you will go through cycles and each cycle you may have similar attributes then a previous cycle so you need to refresh your energies of what is being presented for you. It is very, very important. The reason that we are talking about the realignment is exactly this: because the challenges that each of you are experiencing are taking you into new levels of your consciousness as that occurs your body has to readjust.
Remember you are trying to become a Crystalline Light body. You are trying to create a fifth dimensional body of Light. Now I dare say this is quite an achievement and previously maybe thirty years ago this was going to be on the turbo level of staying within this Earth and changing yourself through that process, but yet still being a part of the conditioning upon Gaia and within the Earth. This takes us to a whole new scenario than if the Earth had moved into another existence and you were ready to take on that existence. It does not mean that you would have been ready like so many people think. Now we are all walking along this pathway and this is for all of us even us in Telos. Yes, we are in that fifth dimensional frequency as we have the availability of living a completely different life style than you.
This does not mean we are not preparing for the New Earth. Which in truth, we are within the deepest preparation as we are making ourselves available to each of you so that you can understand the processes that you are undergoing. Remember that you have had many timelines, many lifetimes on this planet and other planets since the times of Lemuria and Atlantis and you have arrived at this juncture of time to understand that you have the availability to experience the blessing of those times once again even more so. Some of those times were not great blessings, as we know; it was a lot of exchange of other energy that occurred which is what you are experiencing presently on the planet. You already are reliving what you experienced in Atlantis and Lemuria on the Upper Earth preparing yourself for the New Earth. It takes time to readjust your energies and allow the essences that you are bringing forth into your world to go into a deeper level.
Your Higher Self has been knocking at your door and asking you to join you, but yet the physical part of you has all these stipulations; your emotional body is full of uncertainty, anxiety, fear, not sure how your life is going to change, because you don’t want to change your life if that is the stage that you are in. Then there is the mental body; it will totality tell you it is a farce, this is very untrue and that you better stand up to it and tell this Higher Self that you no longer want to be in contact with him or her. Then you have the ones that are more aware; that is more open to receive the Higher Self but yet there are still aspects within the other bodies that are not fully ready to accept what the Higher Self has to give to you. So it has to come in a slower space of allowing the essences to fully come within you. What happens through that process, is that you start to feel that merge with the Higher Self.
The Higher Self has now come in the house and is sitting with you, connecting with you and you start to feel little bit more peaceful with some of the feelings that you are having are going away. Then the Higher Self says, “It has been very nice talking to you, but now I have to leave.” Then what do you do?
The fear comes back, the anxiety returns, and all the lower energies that you had before ask, “Is this really true, did this really happen to me, well I am not sure that it did.” So these are the different phases that you go through. I give you this scenario so that you can relate to it. On a physical basis this is exactly what is happening. Your Higher Self is knocking at your door and saying “Hi, my name is Meleriessee” and Christine says, “Hmm, Meleriessee that’s kind of a strange name. Where did you get that name?” So the mental mind starts to question where that name from. I am sure this is very close to what each of you may have been thinking when you first get connected with your Higher Self. Then there is a stage where that is all you want, “I want my Higher Self I want it, I want it” but then your mental mind gets in the way and your Higher Self will not be in that space so you are within your physical mind only.
What you have to learn to do is to calm your energies down in order to receive your Higher Self energy. Then there is the other aspect that some of you may think about is that your Higher Self has all the answers for everything in the universe, in the world and for yourself. What does my Higher Self want for me? The truth is it is a blending that occurs within your consciousness of your Higher Self coming into your physical creation.
The physical self is always considered because your physical consciousness represents your existence in this body. So now the Higher Self comes in and he or she is willing to show you some of your old timelines, some of the things that have occurred before because this Higher Self has that knowledge and history. This brings forth your etheric body and it starts to become more active than it was before. It has always been there; it is that feeling stage before the etheric body comes into the physical but now it seems more real as your Higher Self is generating some energy for you to have the realization within you.
What happens then is that sometimes you spend so much time trying to release timelines, figuring out what is a timeline and that everything will be rectified; unfortunately that is not the way that it is. Some things can be rectified from some levels. If you brought them in from your other lifetimes (and a timeline can be one minute from a lifetime), you could have experienced something very glorious or very devastating in one moment. This is when you are going to have an infliction within your etheric body. Of course, it can be a longer time. It can be hours, days, or it could be even months or a year but it is not the whole lifetime. This is what you have to realize.
Just as an example, if we say that your etheric body is filled with all these timelines that lasted for a hundred years, that is a lot of memories to deal with; most of the timelines that you bring up in the etheric body are ones that need to be recognized. So they are either particles of yourself when you experienced negative moments, you created negative moments, you experienced divine intervention, you experienced magic, you experienced miraculous moments, or beautiful experiences with a certain person or terrible times with a certain person, that is the definition of “timelines”.
The reason that I am bringing up all of these thoughts is because each of you are readjusting your energies through the elements as your Higher Self is knocking at your door; your timelines are opening up; you may be having some memories especially in your dream state. Then you are dealing with your emotions. Some of you are delving deep into your inner child issues which represent those emotions that are stuck within this body which can be from this lifetime or it can be from other lifetimes. If they were something that you brought forth from another lifetime for you to address in this timeline.
Then, you have your thought processes of what has molded you up to this stage that you are accessing your energies. These are all part of the process now; that does not even go beyond what Gaia is experiencing so now you are not only experiencing things in your personal transformation of your soul’s history, you are now experiencing things from other planetary lives. You are experiencing the effects from all the planets and the solar systems and what is coming into Gaia; you are experiencing weather patterns, you are experiencing life formations that you may not even known about previously, because you have opened up yourself to a whole new doorway. It is like walking through a whole new doorway. You open up the door and it takes you into the hemispheres, it takes you into the star systems, into all those elements that brings forth the energetic exchange.
Now you are not just a physical body but you are so much more than that realization. You are multi-dimensional. This is why you are experiencing so many variables within your life circumstance at this point.
Then we come upon this year of 2014; we thought that 2012 was going to be much more intense than it was, but 2013 was a transition year. It helped us become more than ourselves; it brought up issues that needed to be addressed; it helped us move into a synchronized way of being.
Whether you were synchronistic in that year or not, it would push you to feel that the flow of energies was available for the transformation to occur within your system, experiences, and life. So now we step into this year. It is representing more Unification of Oneness. So what does that mean?
It means that your multi-dimensional self is activating very deeply through the processes and those of you that are newly awakened to this path will find it more difficult. Because you step into this world and all these elements are coming to you. It is shifting you into many different ways and some moments in your day, you are not sure of whom you are and what is happening to you. Those of you that are further along the path will still feel the fluctuations, but you will be able to readjust easier; and then the ones that have been here for a whole lot longer doing this pathway accelerate themselves to hold that energy for everyone else. It may seem that it is easier for them but it is not always that way.
I share all this information to help you to understand that you are in a process of an evolving being and, this evolvement entails many different variables that you are experiencing. This month we stepped into these energies and said “Oh, it’s going to be more harmonious.” Well, let us look at this month and you will see that the harmonious energies weren’t within each of you. it is part of the circumference of the planet from what she is experiencing from the outer aspects. It is to help you become in harmony within yourself because this year represents Oneness and that oneness is the ability to tap into the multi-dimensional self to access all avenues of transference of your Light energy for the creation of your pathway.
So I ask each of you to look at this month and to see how you have changed through the experiences that have been brought to you through the process. This is why I share this subject matter of the Realignment of the Self as the energies are shifting so quickly sometimes it is very hard to be able to stand within your power, to stand within your physical self and say to yourself, “This is whom I am in this moment, because in the next moment it can completely change.”
You are taken into a whole new scenario very quickly. The energies are ever changing presently and the frequencies of Light that are occurring within this format can cause you to feel as if you are not changing at all. The energetic exchange that is happening within you is so quick that it is not like the old ways of doing things where you say “Oh, my re-adjustment has occurred in this moment.”
So what happens to you on a molecular structure when this is occurring?
The molecules and the elements of frequency of the electro-magnetics of your physical structure are re-aligning themselves each moment that you transform when you are transitioning from one space to another; please know that your physical body is doing the same. It has to be this way as you are all part of the same essence so that the totality of those energies are re-aligning themselves within your physical structure and at most times we are not aware of this on a consciousness level. It is not like we sit there and say “Well, my body is re-aligning its molecular structure in this moment so I must take some time for myself.” No, what does happen is that your energy shifts; you start to feel dizzy, you start to feel tired or possibly vibrant feeling as if electricity is running through you. This is the re-adjustment that is occurring within your physical body.
Some may call this ascension symptoms which are true, but the other truth of this information is the fact that these energies, at this time of the planet is changing so rapidly that every human form is also experiencing this same type of structure. Let us take the person that is purely un-awakened and they probably feel anger, agitation, or are frustrated about something that has happened. They create a scenario for things to happen so that the adjustment of the energies do not occur because it happens when an individual is in stillness, in quite mode, sleep mode, or meditation mode. All these elements help with the re-adjustment of the molecular system to occur within the physical body. Your consciousness will immediately catch up which is part of the process.
There is no other way to experience it but how do we allow the readjustment to happen in the physical body?
How do we experience it on an overall capability without really centering upon any specific reason on why it is occurring?
I know that each of you think of those reasons you think of them; because of the transitions that you are going through; because of the thought process of your emotional feelings; and through the physical body not reacting in the way you would like it to react.
These are all part of the scenarios that brings forth these changes within your structure, but it is important for you to remember that every part of yourself that is making the movement into the higher space of conditioning is readjusting at the same time.
So know when your day seems to be filled with much transformational energy and that you are changing so quickly that it is definitely readjusting within yourself.
What do you do in times like this?
You try and stop; I know this goes against the grain of the human conditioning of the society of the Upper Earth because it is important to take moments to allow the readjustment to occur. As the vibrational changes occur within your physical existence, you start to feel the fluctuations now. Some may find that they are in quiet mode and more vibrations come into them. When that happens there is an readjustment going on within the light quotient, and as long as it is not so devastating to the physical body and to the energy that an individual is feeling, then it is okay. If it becomes too much then you need to find your grounding energy; you need to be able to use stones like Selenite, Obsidian, or Tourmaline. Those stones will ground you to the Earth more deeply and clear out any lower energies that are trying to interfere with the process of your light body being activated.
The readjustment that occurs to the physical body can be devastating if it is on overload. So it is very important that you understand what it is that you are going through and not the particular transformation but the energy that you are feeling.
What does it feel like?
Does it feel more peaceful to you?
Does it feel more like you need to adjust?
Now some of you may be unaware of what you are experiencing; that is just your way of not being able to see things clearly on a physic level or spiritual level. Eventually you will understand it. You start to look at the confines that occur for you because each person is going to be different. Now I ask of you, “What it is that you are experiencing now at the end of the month from the end of last month?”
What is the adjustment that you feel your physical body is going through, your emotional, or mental body?
What is it that you need to assist yourself with to find that balance and harmony?
Because this is what is going to help you realign even further when you take a moment in time by taking a bath, relaxing, being in your own space, allowing yourself to shift and sometimes it is even watching a movie that soothes your soul to allow the energies to come more fully interspersed within you.
It will help you to readjust the energies that may seem out of alignment. This is an imperative stage. It is necessary for you to understand the process; not the details, not any of the mental thoughts, but just readjust yourself in a moment’s notice.
The other element that I of course have to bring forth is the Rays of God utilizing the Crystalline Ray of Harmony and Balance, or the Pink Ray of Compassion and Love to calm you down to bring in those energies. You can also use the Emerald Green part of the Crystalline energy for the balance. Sometimes you just need the grounding and all you do is ask for it to be with you and breathe it in.
It is important not to work your mental mind or your emotional feelings at this time. Just to be and allow the transition to occur. Now it can be like one moment or it will be several moments. It will take you into an hour or so if you take the time to adjust yourself. You will see a change that occurs within because what is happening is that there is realignment of your physical self occurring because the planetary structure, the transformation that you are going through, the transition of what you are purging and what you are accepting are all occurring at the same time. There is a Realignment of the Self that is occurring in these moments.
This month has been full of these moments, whether you realize it or not, and that is what I want to assist you with. I want to help you to understand what it is you are experiencing through this entire process. So let’s take some deep breath so that we can connect with each other and travel to Telos.
