Many lightworkers do not realize that they must integrate and de-ascend the higher dimensions of light into the physical body in order to achieve Ascension. While feeling higher dimensional frequencies in meditations is often accomplished by many, it still only represents the start of the higher “Ascension” energies and should not be confused with achieving an actual reality of being “ascended”. Such a state of being is the next true evolutionary goal for humanity.
There are actually 12 categories of frequency that are termed the “energetic ascension bodies”. The higher bodies above the first three (Physical, Emotional, Mental) are not perceivable by modern technologies or our present normal tactile experiences. Even the Emotional and Mental bodies are physically elusive, however, most of us know that there is a strong and direct link between imbalances in these energy bodies and how our physical body feels and operates as a result.
We can say, for example that our stomach is upset due to being emotionally or mentally stressed, or maybe we have a headache. One could say that “mastery of the physical body” occurs when we have graduated into taking actionable steps to substantially reduce or eliminate those stressors such that the pain and discomfort is restored into balance and no longer is a condition of our lives. In terms of “mastery”, those steps would not involve the use of artificial methods like taking a drug or pill, as those substances are more about relieving the symptoms and do not address the cause itself.
For the first of these, the Physical body awareness, it is akin to the stage of realizing the energies one puts into the body directly affect and reflect upon how the physical body is optimized. Typically, if one reevaluates their food, water, and other substances that they intake, and then takes the necessary steps to improve the balance of those ingredients in their life, they also will at the same time look into bringing balance by keeping fit through exercises and movement, or begin investigating holistic body harmonizing healing modalities like yoga or meditation.
So as an Initiate, One first addresses the Physical body and it’s improvements. Successfully doing so to what might be “spiritually graded” at the level of a 50% improvement is usually considered having achieved entry into the 1st level of the Ascension Mastery Initiations.
Discovering the Energy Bodies
Such is a similar situation for all Energetic Bodies. We must follow the same increase in self-care and awareness that we learn to do for the physical body.
Now given that we are an evolving human who has little awareness of our higher energy bodies to begin with, the ability to learn how to create that level of self care required for them is not going to come naturally or simply.
Instead, like anything else that is new for us, we must go through a step-by-step process of learning not only how to progress within what we study, but even first learning how to become familiar with that newness itself. We, as humans in a physical body, have never ascended before so assuming that our bodies will easily adapt to it is another misconception. It must instead be something we work toward achieving.
The fact is that in order to achieve Ascension in the physical body, our initial goal consists of learning how to be significantly more aware and responsible to each of the three basic energy bodies, and that awareness then opens the doorway to begin to perceive the role and relationship to/with our Etheric Body. This is the energy body that holds the energy stamp or influences of all our past lives, our karma. And in terms of how it actually works energetically, it is the energy field of our Chakra System within our physical structure; yet, it also extends beyond our physical structure into both the Emotional and Mental energy structures which surround our physical vehicle.
Allowing these bodies to go through an immense healing process of walking through each of the Planetary Initiations (1 through 7) is all about learning to “descend” the higher consciousness energies into the physical, etheric, emotional, and mental bodies.
It is, on one level, an entire rewiring of who we are, and yet, on another level we basically still remain very aware and conscious of ourselves as an individual. You are still yourself, just a calmer, more balanced and integrated version of who you may have been before.
But there is a catch, the person you were before (the one most are right now) may have thought they were a calm, balanced and integrated person. The questions is for most lightworkers and spiritual adepts, in terms of the four-body-structure, were you really as calm, balanced, and integrated as you thought or felt, in those energetic bodies?
As you progress in the Initiations, the truth or falsehood of that question is ever increasingly answered, but you are the only one who can perceive the difference.
For most they do not yet have the ability to know what is going on in the energetic bodies. (Which is why Ascension Mastery practices are so important, so that it can be learned). Therefore, at this time in our evolutionary progress, it is all about developing that ability.
Doing so now while incarnated is true Mastery but technically speaking, it does not actually stop there. The evolutionary soul’s path can indeed continues to move into the higher initiations by stepping into the Solar Ascension Level, then the Galactic, Universal, Multi-Universal. While humanity as a whole begins this journey of awareness or consciousness at the zero level, most lightworkers or spiritual adepts are at the first or second initiation level due to their soul’s history and incarnating with the knowledge that they are here to awaken and pursue more than they have ever accomplished spiritual in any other incarnation.
In practice it is not expected for any living human of our current times to Ascend all the way up to the highest Initiation (the 352nd), though there are living higher beings such as those in Telos who are well past the hundredth.
Gaining Assistance and Help from the Higher Energy Bodies
The key understanding to grasp is that we are not without the Higher Energy Bodies, they just are not yet integrated in our consciousnesses and physical personality.
Most awake humans have realized that in terms of their energetic reality, we are indeed in terms of our quantum and vibration makeup, a collection and conglomeration of what we each choose to focus upon and bring within us (create).
The key factor is knowing that these Higher Energy Bodies CAN HELP with the Integration and Balance we desire to achieve in our Physical, Emotional and Mental energies.
This is why we are offering this teaching attunement class. Even though you as an individual might not have the ability to bring in (de-ascend) the higher octave vibrational elements from these higher bodies, through our extensive training and practices, we as the Ascension mentors/guides have the ability to do so to assist in these teachings. This then enables you to access them more consciously and – more energetically – so you can begin to utilize these specific wavelengths and frequencies to assist in building up and strengthening the energetic systems of light that you actually are as a soul who has the physical vehicle.
Throughout this year we have been illuminating various Ascension Quotients that are not as well known to the public as are the Love and Light quotients.
We have covered the prior seven quotients in previous teachings (see below for links). All of our teachings include a high meditative- like energetic component to help your full body system acclimate to the higher energies. This class will be an extension of that but with a more intensified focus on the higher subtle energy bodies that are most integrated through Love, Light and our Christed Oneness, and their ability to directly support the more immediate energy bodies of the Physical, Etheric Emotional and Mental.
Next month we will do a summary of all the 8 quotients so if you have not yet taken any of the classes, these two classes together of Saturday October 19 and Saturday November 16, 2019 will provide a fantastic introduction and balancing energy, or for those already using the teachings, a wonderful way to summarize and integrate these quotients at a deeper level).
In educating Initiates and Adepts in the Higher Spiritual Energies, Dr. Joshua David Stone (Master Joshua) wrote that the “Integration and Balance Quotient is the most important of all the quotients, but also the most misunderstood. It is essential that every Initiate realize that integrating the other quotients will assist in transforming the four-body system into the higher bodies of Light (12 Body System) allowing for the blessing of the I Am Presence to be an integral part of the reality of the Initiate and then Master“.
THIS CLASS INCLUDES ASCENDED MASTER TEACHINGS from these MASTERS:
Lord Melchizedek, Lord Saint Germain, and Master Mahatma Ghandi will be the teachers for this class. Their focus is to help every participant to raise their Integration and Balance Quotient through the journey into the Light, Love, and Christ Consciousness Quotients. The other quotients are important through the process but these three categories are the cornerstone of the Initiations and reaching beyond the 7th Initiation into Mastery. It cannot be done without the Initiate stepping into this process.
LORD MELCHIZEDEK: Sharing how as a Master that it is essential for any soul that wants to transcend the lower elements within the Physical – Etheric – Emotional – Mental Bodies that it is a necessary component to work within the Quotients of Love, Light, and Christ Consciousness. Without these three components then the Initiate will become lost in their own lower psychological self.
LORD SAINT GERMAIN: Explaining how the Rays of God assist in the process of increasing the Quotients to become Integrated and Balanced within the Psychological Self. It actually will assist in changing the composition of reality within each of the Four Bodies (Physical-Etheric-Emotional-Mental) to work with the Three Minds cohesively as the Initiate becomes the full reality of the Eight Rays of God first, and then the higher rays to assist in raising the Light Vibration within the Chakras of the Body. Lord Saint Germain, as the Maha Cohan of the Seven Flames will also speak individually with each live participant in a Q/A.

ABOUT THE COMPLETE SERIES: CREATING INTEGRATED ASCENSION SEMINAR SERIES
For 2019 we are positioning a focus on taking the energies from last year, an 11 year, representing coming into Mastery, and use that to build upon Integrating our personal Ascension Mastery to become more focused within our daily lives.
To do this we will delve into the energies of Creativity, Communication and Ascension, as 2-0-1-9 is a “3” year in it’s energies.

The focus turns toward each of the Eight Quotients of Integrated Ascension as Dr. Joshua David Stone shared in his book “Integrative Ascension”.
These Quotients are: (1) Love; (2) Transcendence of Negative Ego-Magical Thinking; (3) Christ Consciousness; (4) Initiations; (5) Service and Spiritual Leadership (Self Leadership); (6) Light; (7) Psychological Wisdom; and (8) Integration and Balance. In November we give a summary of the energies we have accelerated into incorporating so that the integration process is as definitive as possible.
