NEW EARTH FREQUENCY Ascension Mastery Message for MARCH 2020 with the Cosmic Light Energies of the UNIFIED WHOLE COMMAND. Transmission by Rev. Christine Mahlariessee of Walking Terra Christa.

Greetings,

We are the Unified Whole Command within the 144^th Dimensional Light under the auspices of the Creative Source of Oneness representing the Cosmic Light Energies. We, Master Thoth, the Great Divine Director, and Master Einstein are the spokes-beings for this entity of Light.

We bring to you the 330 Rays of God under the direction of the Mahatma, Lord Melchizedek, and Lord Metatron.

Our role in this moment is to share with you the energetics that we bring forth in the way of understanding and conceptualizing the higher light infractions of the entire God Force, the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light, under the direction of Divine Mother Father God of the Cosmic Dimensional Level.

As we gather together in these moments, our first connection with each of you is to extend our deep love and understanding from the perspective of the higher forces of light including your own I Am Presence which resides within this 144^th dimensional existence.

The present energies upon the earth are extremely uncertain as you experience the one of the deadliest viruses that has ever been part of the Earth’s energies.

It is not our role to talk about how or why this happened, but to help you with the various portals of light that can assist each of you to rise to a newer level of experience within your full body system [physical-etheric-emotional-mental] to allow your Spiritual Self to become more aligned within your consciousness removing the fear and anxiety that many of you are facing presently.

The month of March has brought forth a sense of looking within yourselves in a new and different way. It is a time to truly reflect on how you can change the way that you react or feel in certain circumstances.

There is no mistake about it that the Coronavirus brings forth that fear as it is a disease of FEAR.

In actuality that is what it is meant to do.

To create havoc in one’s mind so that the lower self is acting upon those lower emotions instead of seeing the Silver Lining to appear in each of your lives. If you find that you are dealing with this pandemic with love, then you truly are acting upon the Divine Self attributes being displayed within your consciousness. If it is just the opposite, then the virus will cause you to feel more ill; it will create problems within your immune system that will trigger you to experience ill effects to occur within you.

The most important element we can share is to ask yourself, “Who are you as a soul and what is your role presently for your own healing and well-being.”

Each soul is being affected adversely by what is occurring, especially with the media and social networking so it is up to you as the person you are, as your divine self, to make the necessary changes so that you don’t go down the rabbit hole, so to speak, but arise above the challenges you are presently facing.

As the New Moon occurred on March 24^th, it brought all of these energies to the surface, but the main element, is how well are you realigning your own consciousness to become the focal point of your reality.

This New Moon brought with it the ability to bring about a new sense of purpose for every individual soul. It is a time of great beginnings, but that also brings for the realization that some things cannot exist within the next cycle that will be occurring. Sometimes it can be very difficult to release the old habits, but with the pandemic of isolation occurring, it means that each person is being forced to look at themselves differently than the way they were previously.

This can cause anxiety within itself as the purging occurs so does the uncertainty of “what if” within the mental self.

This may be a time of great tragedy upon the earth, but in actuality, the planet will start to come into a new existence. It is up to each of you living during this powerful time to step up and accept your role. How are you going to assist yourself to rise above the challenges and allow your higher consciousness to help you do so?

On March 28^th, 2020 there was an alignment of the Planet Venus, Pleaides, and the Crescent Moon.

This activation brought forth the blessing of Venus from the 7^th Dimensional Frequency to blend with Pleaides which represents the act of fully allowing the purification within the Heart to be felt as Divine Love. This is an especially important event as it brings to each soul to experience the essence of Love within their Heart Center to change what does not seem to be in alignment. Both Venus represented by the Holy Kumara and the Pleiadian Council of Light are working diligently within Gaia to bring about the necessary changes within humanity.

This cycle took place on the 28^th and continued for a 24-hour period in which time you may have felt an intensity within your Heart Chakra as the expansion is occurring for each individual person upon the Earth. The New Moon energies are still being felt upon the planet during this time which can bring about more positive changes which are very much needed.

The next portal of light will be occurring on April 4^th, 2020 also known as the Portal of 4-4-4.

It brings with it the triple mastery number of 4-4-4. This is a very powerful moment in history as it brings with it the power of the Angelic Forces to become ever more present within each person’s consciousness. You may want to consider this day to be the moment when the consciousness of the Earth shifted into a new paradigm of light as it represents the blessings of Lord Metatron and the Angelic Forces of Light as they are stepping forward to assist each soul upon the earth. This interaction is of a magnitude that has never been felt on the planet since the time of Lemuria and Atlantis.

The beings have been ever-present within humanity but there is a difference at this time as it opens up a doorway into the consciousness of GAIA to become an integral force for healing. It is a time for each individual to realize that they are a human angel to allow for the process of divine intervention to occur at any given time.

This is called your Solar Angel and is a very important part of your acceleration into Mastery as this part of you is the bridge to access your Higher Self consciousness. It is a time of remembrance to be what your soul’s DNA carries within them to be accessed through the Divinity of Love.

This portal brings the positive essence of Faith and Hope to be ever present within the minds of each soul along with the ability to know your Inner Truth and act upon that part of your essence.

The vibrational level that will occur is allowing more of the intervention of the Venusians and Pleiadeans with the Archangels to assist each of you to become more aligned within your Heart Essence. It is a time of great renewal if you allow yourself to take on the challenge.

Each of these beings are becoming increasingly more active within your consciousness. Calling upon them (within the Unified Whole frequency) will be an act of saying to yourself “I cannot do this alone, so please assist me with your Love.” This, in turn, will allow for the Divine energies to become ever more present within your world. It can be a time of great healing in various ways, not just physically, but learning to rise above all of the conditions that get imposed upon your life at this time.

On April 7^th, 2020 the Full Moon occurs which brings us to the first Ascension Festival of the year, The Festival of the Christ.

This moon will represent the Resurrection of what you need to change in order to Restructure your life. It is a time when each of us as the great masters gather together to celebrate the changes we have made to move to a higher level of consciousness. It occurs on all levels and all dimensions of reality so we also will be transcending elements that will assist us in our spiritual journey of our I Am Presence.

The cycle of the Moon in Libra with the Sun in Aires brings forth balance and equilibrium to occur if you don’t allow the lower mind to control your emotions. It is essential to constantly be working within the higher levels of consciousness with your Solar Angel and Higher Self assist you as the lower levels encased upon the earth presently can cause an individual to allow the energy of Fear get the best of them. It is essentially important to remember that this moon represents RESURRECTION into RESTRUCTURING. If you keep that thought in mind, then you will be able to move through the challenges.

All of these activations come at a time upon the Earth when it is deeply needed. But it is about your own renewal of the Self, as when you aspire to greater heights within your full body system (physically, etherically, emotionally, mentally) then you can start to function with your Higher Self more intact. It will create deeply healing on all levels and allow you, as the individual, to rise out the current difficulty you are all experiencing.

We feel that the Silver Lining is that humanity is being pushed together to work upon the essence of Love. It is becoming a physical movement not just spiritually, but yet you cannot do it physically without the aspiration of having the spiritual aspect within you.

The more that you arise above the difficulties you are facing using your Higher Self and I Am Presence, the more you will achieve it physically. This time on the earth is representation of what occurred in Lemuria and Atlantis many eons ago. The difference is that you have the tools and training to move out of the physical ego into the spiritual ego to allow you, as the physical self, to aspire to greater heights than ever before.

We are here to assist you every step of the way, as the Archangels are that represent each of the seven Rays of God. They are: Blue Flame, Michael and Faith, Golden Yellow Flame, Jophiel and Christine; Pink Flame Chamuel and Chairty, Crystalline Flame, Gabriel and Hope; Green-Golden-White Flame, Raphael and Mother Mary; Ruby Red-Golden Flame, Uriel and Aurora; and Violet-Purple Flame, Zadkiel and Amethyst.

In addition, the Venusians of the Holy Kumara are here to help with Lord Sanat Kumara as the overseer of their energies; and the Pleadian Council of Light will be ever present through the present challenges of the planet.

It truly is a time of duality in which it seems to be right in your face, not a thought or a worry, but the Silver Lining is that you have the assistance of the entire Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light suporting you. We can do this together if you allow us to help you do so.

HOW TO DO AURA CLEANSING

THE PHYSICAL ACT OF CLEANSING YOUR AURA

In terms of harmful energies, virus pathogens will first get into the auric field before they enter the physical vehicle, and these methods assists in not only cleaning those lower frequencies, but also helps you protect yourself against them by strengthening the human energy field.

The aura level is the visually imperceptible energetic layer of our human form. While unseen to the ordinary eye, it is like a bubble, or egg-like membrane that normal human perception does not officially acknowledge.

Many non-western based yet long accepted methods of restoring the body into a healthy state, such as acupuncture or Ayurveda practices, rely on the concept of an invisible force that supports the body’s health structure.

It is also a concept not lost on many native and indigenous cultures as those in both South and North America, and around the globe, have for centuries used the burning of palo santo or white sage to cleanse a room or an individual of bad energies. Churches have been known to burn frankincense resin for the same reasons.

So it very much makes sense that one might take on the physical action to cleanse and purify the auric field.

It turns out that there are very specific steps you can take right now to calm and restore your inner security and build your spiritual sense of self. Cleansing the Aura, which connects to your Etheric energy body, is the first and most basic step.

Continue reading for the instructions that you can do right at home. As spiritual teachers who come into contact with many forms of lower energies, we might find we need to do these cleansing tools 3 times in a single day when facing frequency adversity or depletion. In more normal situations daily use is very helpful.

STRENGTHEN THE AURA USING YOUR SPIRITUAL ESSENCE

The Higher Octave of your Physical Self is your Spiritual Self Essence. As a much more subtle yet very real form of your energy structure, it requires even more tender loving care. This is because as a collective human race we have been asking the Creator to assist us in our consciousness to understand Oneness at a much deeper level of understanding. The Cosmic level of frequency coming into Earth is helping us to merge the quantum vibration into our reality.

As a result, we can no longer rely mostly on the physical world to be our dominant reality but instead must now begin to adjust toward taking more care of our less physical aspects. Our Aura is not our only energy body, it is simply the first of many subtle energy layers.

The Etheric level is the next layer. It is our soul’s imprint of the personality self we have been whenever we incarnate into a physical human form. Basically it is imbued with all of our karmic ties. This layer interfaces directly with the Emotional and Mental energy Bodies.

These other energy bodies also need just as much tender loving care.

In our work as teachers of spiritual advancement we learned that it is imperative to train ourselves to take concrete real world steps to care for these other energy systems just as we care for our physical needs.

As a result of doing thee practices for many years, we no longer get the flu in the same way we used to experience it, which was the normal symptoms everyone knows about. Now, if ever exposed to those types of viruses we may get run down, have muscle body aches and feel lethargic but that is the extent of it. We may even in more rare cases sometimes also have a slight sore throat, sinus headache or mild stomach discomfort for a week. In any case, it is a much less impacting experience than what used to occur.

We rely on using our own audio meditation tools extensively. We found the frequency vibrations in the sounds, along with the spiritual invocations, are essential to the process of maintaining our higher light body energy structures. We use them because they create the highest level of support we have been able to find.

These audio recordings bring in the Divine Language Network Light Encoding^sm that Rev. Mahlariessee transmits from the pure authentic higher Christed frequencies. While these chants may seem very weird for most individuals upon first listening, over time the benefits they derive become undeniable as their awareness expands to appreciate the assistance.

To address the current global situation, we created a new meditation for Spiritual Cleansing to help with Health and Healing. It is 40 minutes in duration and very extensive to insure as much Spiritual help as possible is given. It combines the vibrational frequencies of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Brother/Sisterhood of White Light using the Rays of God with portions of the 50-Point Cleanse and the purity of the Divine Language Network Light Encoding^sm. HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR AURA

Cleansing your Aura is actually relatively simple and easy to do. These easily obtained natural earth derived ingredients may be used in a bath, a shower or, though not as fully effective, by just using a gallon size bucket or pail for doing your hands and feet.

Instructions:

Ingredients: 1.) Epsom Salt or Sea Salt, 2.) Apple Cider Vinegar* (natural, not imitation), 3.) Baking Soda, 4.) Water

in these approximate amounts:

bath – 1 cup each (if using sea salt you may have to use less salt as it does not dissolve as easily) or,
shower or bucket – 1/4 cup each in a bucket or pail (same caveat as above for sea salt)

If doing a bath, you can soak in the tub of water having already added the dry ingredients when you fill the tub. Don’t put the vinegar in until you are almost ready to get out. When ready to get out, add the vinegar and then dunk your head 3 times under the water (along with submerging the rest of your body in stages if needed: head first then legs) then get out immediately and allow the water to drain out completely. You may then step back in to use the shower to rinse off if you wish.

If doing a shower, just put all of it in the bucket, fill the bucket with water and then pour about a third of the bucket on the top of your head, let it pour down both the front (forehead and chest) and down the back of your head (back of neck and down the upper back). Fill the bucket up again with water, then pour out half the bucket again on your head, and then repeat filling up the bucket to the top and do a final time, so you have 3x total. Then continue to shower as normal.

This is a very effective method for clearing your auric body to enable the higher spiritual frequencies of light to be strengthened and increased.

We also include additional advice for natural nutritional support of the body below.

NUTRIENT IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT

By sharing these practices we want to help you prime, support and activate the immune system frequency of not just the aura but also that of the physical structure. Here is more advice to create better health using natural earth based energies with you due to our many years of experience facing the challenges of actually raising and holding your vibration to be at a higher spiritual level.

Homemade herbal based micronutritional infused tea:

To make this tea, the amount of ingredients given here is used for 2 people, reduce portions for one person.

1/2 bunch (about 1-2 cups) fresh parsley (not chopped)

1/4 cup fresh ginger (about a 3 inch piece chopped into 5 or 6 pieces)

5 – 6 stalks of fresh dandelion leaf

3 – 4 sprigs fresh sage

2- 3 sprigs fresh thyme

2- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

4 teabags echinacea tea (like the Medicinal Tea’s brand)

4 tea bags green tea

Additional for Chest Congestion: Horse Radish Root – about 3 inch piece, cut into 5 – 6 pieces

1.5 to 2 gallons fresh filtered water

large pot

Bring all ingredients to a rapid boil for 5 minutes then cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.

Let cool in pot until warm (or cooler if preferred). Strain and use within 4-5 days. May add 1/2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup. (Can be strong with ginger and horse radish root.) Refrigerate.

Drink 8-12 oz twice or 3x a day per person. May be taken cold or rewarmed.

TIP: you may also add 1-2 droppers of echinacea (or echinacea/goldenseal) or a similar tincture to your cup/glass. If your tincture is alcohol based, you may allow the alcohol from the tincture to dissipate by letting the dose sit for 5 minutes in some warm water first. In more acute instances, of if you just prefer it, adding fresh garlic, onion and turmeric is also helpful.

Essential Oils to increase health vibration:

Essential Oils are also very helpful as supportive aids (not cures or substitutes for professional medical assistance). Applying nature based therapeutic grade or high quality essential oils to the body is very supportive of the heath and healing process. One of brands we use often is Rocky Mountain Oils because they have blends that are a pre-mixed combination. Purify is a blend of Lemongrass, Rosemary, Lavender, Myrtle, Citronella, and Tea Tree essential oils, many of which are natural disinfectants and deodorizers.

Another good one is the Breathe Ease Essential Oil Blend that has a sharp, menthol-like aroma. It is made of Eucalyptus radiata, Eucalyptus citriodora, Myrtle, Peppermint, Spruce, Ravintsara, Pine, and Marjoram providing respiratory-boosting effects.

Besides using the single oils for many reasons there is also the Heart Chakra blend which has Geranium, Copaiba, Lime, Spearmint, and Rose to help the heart energy. Calming is composed of Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, Orange, Blue Tansy, and Patchouli essential oils. We also like the blend Heart Health which supports the Heart Chakra changes that can occur.

Single oils that can be helpful: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Helichrysum, and Frankincense among many others.

In our personal experience, these health and healing modalities when used together as part of your life practices, helps create more spiritual and physical protection and strength. As shared above, the effects can be enhanced and improved by including Spiritual Invocation Attunement Meditations that are very specific to the energetic cleansing process by invoking the Higher Spiritual Essences of the Spiritual Hierarchy so the action becomes a full spirit-mind-body experience.

*Other tools that benefit are the proprietary spiritually infused energetic blends of essential oils that we personally offer. They may be used daily as effective spiritual aids. For example, we energetically charge and infuse our Sacred Space Spray (which we have available on our ETSY store) for use in cleansing prior to mediation. It also has the advantage of not causing irritation to the skin which some individuals may experience with Apple Cider Vinegar as a small amount can be used in place of the vinegar in the Aura Cleanse. HEALTH TIPS: Using Spiritual Cleansing for Health and Healing

When faced with a scary health situation most all of us react with some degree of panic or fear. And even if we like to think within our psychological self that we are above such a reaction, at the subconscious level many of us are still going to be affected within our overall physiological well being by those fears. This in turn will effect our full body structure or our emotional self, mental self and our physical self to become less robust then it could be.

The subconscious part of us is designed to do one thing: make us believe we are safe which means feeling and thinking we are okay. However, that truth must parallel what we are feeling and thinking on the inside, not just the positive face we try and put on when things around us get tough, even if that face is just for ourselves in the mirror. For if we don’t feel safe, it’s basically our most essential biological warning system telling us “danger, danger!” whenever something threatens that sense of well being.

Many individuals are feeling that alarm going off right now. Some might think it is very faint, while others can hardly hear themselves think because it is so loud.

One of the best ways to calm our fears is to take actions that directly address them, and the most powerful way to do so is through spiritual action first and foremost as it goes beyond what our emotions or thoughts can comprehend. This paves the road for the mental and emotional aspects of who we are to follow.

From what we have seen in all our years as Spiritual teachers, undertaking a formal discipline of practice to increase your personal sense of awareness, confidence, and interconnection to that of your spiritual identity is the most powerful method to increase your overall well being, including your physical health.

This is because when you have a strong sense of who you are as a spiritual being, meaning that an actual heightened level of spiritual frequency is within your aura and energy fields, then it goes beyond having a spiritual or religious belief system, to having a true spiritual essence. It becomes part of who you are at a very core level including within your subconscious. In short it stops being something you are doing into something you are being.

What occurs is the spiritual reality that “who you are” is no longer just within your mental constructs of ideals or the emotional feelings of connection to a community or tribe and expands so that your sense of identity actually becomes your spiritual identity.

With this transformation an all encompassing personal reality is recognized and becomes one within all your energy bodies, including your etheric body and your higher light bodies.

Having a more substantial degree of knowing who you are as a spiritual being enables you to face fear and see it for what it is, a non-threatening “program” or concept that in actuality holds no real power over you. It instills in you a foundation that becomes the base from which all your feelings and thoughts flow.

A strong foundation of spiritual strength is like an elixir that cures the physical body, calms the emotional body and de-stresses the mental.

This in turn means you are able to maintain your life force vibration better and even increase it despite situations and conditions in the external world that might otherwise spiral you downward into fear, despair or any other lower emotion, which will then decrease your life force in all areas of who you are.

At the most basic visceral level, “the fear” itself is literally the most powerful virus that attacks us.

Extraordinary healers, those that could be termed medically intuitive who see beyond our modern scientific world’s limits, have always perceived that all illness (or more correctly all imbalance in the human form), first begins to come into “energetic form” outside of the physical body at the aura level. That is, as a frequency or vibration.

Frequency is not just a myth. It is the essence of creation itself.

Embracing this truth for what it is and beginning to care and nurture your frequency just as you might do for any other part of yourself is the next evolution of human life and living.

THE SPIRITUAL ACT OF CLEANSING YOUR AURA

If you take up this little used spiritual practice you will thank yourself later because in terms of harmful energies, virus pathogens will first get into the auric field before they enter the physical vehicle, and this method assists in not only cleaning those lower frequencies, but also helps you protect yourself against them by strengthening the human energy field.

It is also a concept not lost on many native and indigenous cultures as those in both South and North America, and around the globe, have for centuries used the burning of palo santo or sage to cleanse a room or an individual of bad energies. Churches have been known to burn frankincense resin for the same reasons.

So it very much makes sense that one might take on the physical action to cleanse and purify the auric field.

It turns out that here are very specific steps you can take right now to calm and restore your inner security and build your spiritual sense of self. Cleansing the Aura, which connects to your Etheric energy body, is the first and most basic step. As spiritual teachers who come into contact with many forms of lower energies, we might even find we need to do this cleanse procedure 3 times in a single day when facing frequency adversity or depletion. In more normal situations daily use is very helpful.

Cleansing your Aura is actually relatively simple and easy to do. These easily obtained natural earth derived substances may be used in a bath, a shower or, though not as fully effective, by just using a gallon size bucket or pail for your hands and feet.

Instructions:

Ingredients: 1.) Epsom Salt or Sea Salt, 2.) Apple Cider Vinegar* (natural, not imitation), 3.) Baking Soda, 4.) Water

in these approximate amounts:

bath – 1 cup each (if using sea salt you may have to use less salt as it does not dissolve as easily) or,
shower or bucket – 1/4 cup each in a bucket or pail (same caveat as above for sea salt)

This is a very effective method for clearing your auric body to enable the higher spiritual frequencies of light to be strengthened and increased.

NUTRIENT IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT

Homemade herbal based micronutritional infused tea:

To make this tea, the amount of ingredients given here is used for 2 people, reduce portions for one person.

1/2 bunch (about 1-2 cups) fresh parsley (not chopped)

1/4 cup fresh ginger (about a 3 inch piece chopped into 5 or 6 pieces)

5 – 6 stalks of fresh dandelion leaf

3 – 4 sprigs fresh sage

2- 3 sprigs fresh thyme

2- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

4 teabags echinacea tea (like the Medicinal Tea’s brand)

4 tea bags green tea

Additional for Chest Congestion: Horse Radish Root – about 3 inch piece, cut into 5 – 6 pieces

1.5 to 2 gallons fresh filtered water

large pot

Bring all ingredients to a rapid boil for 5 minutes then cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.

Let cool in pot until warm (or cooler if preferred). Strain and use within 4-5 days. May add 1/2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup. (Can be strong with ginger and horse radish root.) Refrigerate.

Drink 8-12 oz twice or 3x a day per person. May be taken cold or rewarmed.

Essential Oils to increase health vibration:

Essential Oils are also very helpful. Applying nature based therapeutic grade or high quality essential oils to the body is very supportive of heath and healing. One of brands we use often is Rocky Mountain Oils because they have blends that are a pre-mixed combination. Purify is a blend of Lemongrass, Rosemary, Lavender, Myrtle, Citronella, and Tea Tree essential oils, many of which are natural disinfectants and deodorizers.

Single oils that can be helpful: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Helichrysum, and Frankincense among many others.

In our personal experience, these health and healing modalities when used together as part of your life practices, helps create more spiritual and physical protection and strength.
