Keep logs and charts of your spiritual development as you would keep an accounting of your budget and taxes or your exercise plan.

This is a very important task to consider doing. If you are not already doing so, think about setting some time each day and write down your goals, how you achieved them, if you did not achieve them, how you felt, and the reaction you have within yourself. We truly do not understand ourselves completely until we take a personal inventory.

Meleriessee utilized this technique for many years. She had a notebook binder with different divisions for her health, affirmations, thoughts of the day, huna prayers, and personal channeling messages. It does not mean that she wrote in each section each day but at least one area.

It will also help to put your spiritual practice under consideration just as much as the other tasks that need to be done within your life. It also assists in seeing the progress instead of trying to remember how far you have come in just one month’s time.

Stating Your Decrees

When you read a decree, do you just read it? Decrees are statements that are given from the higher essence to assist an individual to bring that essence into the physical body. It is important to take time when reading a decree to embody the energy it is bringing forth into your consciousness and then within your physical body.

Many individuals do not realize this. If you have the ability to step into another dimensional level very easily, you are probably doing this process. Possibly it happens as you are thinking about it but many just read the words.

As you start your decree, call upon your Higher Self. We suggest calling upon the Unified Whole Command by stating 000-144-000 Unified Whole Online. Then count upwards from 0 through 10 and then increments of ten to 140, then 141, 142, 143, 144. Clear your energies with protection tools.

Then call upon your Higher Self to be fully activated within your physical consciousness. Breathing deeply, read the words of the decree. Feel those words become a reality as you envision yourself in a journey with the words. If it takes you to a special place as we do in our Golden Etheric City decrees, visualize being there. Feel the essence that is being written, allow it to become real within yourself and fully integrate the energies. Breathe continually through the process. You will feel a difference with what that decree means for you in your life.

Decrees are very helpful to read before retiring to sleep. They help to set up your consciousness with the energies the decree brings.

Here is a sample of a decree that Meleriessee has written. Breathe through the paragraphs and take time to really intuit the energies of the Christ Consciousness.

Asking for Assistance from Dr. Lorphan, Director of the Great White Lodge of Sirius for Healing

Call to Doctor Lorphan, the Director of the Great White Lodge of Sirius that resides in Shamballa to assist with all of your healing within your four-body system. Clearing the Auric Field with the 22 Rays of God with Your Soul Star and Earth Star

Every day before we connect in our meditation it is imperative to cleanse our auric field, the four-body system that we are trying to align into the Full Body Consciousness. As the earth is changing, new techniques are becoming available to us through our wisdom and knowledge from our I AM Presence.

Meleriessee started using this technique to cleanse her aura especially after working with clients or being exposed to energies that were of a lesser frequency. She and Mike also do this technique on a daily basis. It works especially well at the start of your day.

First, start calling upon the Unified Whole Command:

000-144-000 Unified Whole Online

Count upwards from 0 through 10, then increments of 10 to 140, then 141 through 144

Utilize the Platinum Net from the 3 M’s, Lord Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma

Then feel the Violet/Purple Flame to transmute any additional energies;

Call upon the Pink Flame to feel adoration and love to fill up any holes that have resulted from the clearing;

Next, call upon Lord Buddha and the Christ Consciousness to create a pyramid structure around your field, with spiritual mirrors placed on the outside;

Lastly, ask Archangel Michael to infuse the Ring-Pass-Not around your field of the Blue Flame to deter any other energies from entering your space.

At this point,call upon the 22 Rays of God to be infused within your chakra system by breathing deeply through the Antakarana Bridge (Rainbow Bridge from the Monad to the Soul Star). If you do not know the colors, you can call upon them by the number of the Ray. Just breathe through each of your chakras and feeling the energies being infused into your full system of the physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies. Now command your Soul Star to spin clock-wise into your chakra column from the Crown and into the Root, then the knees, ankles and souls of the feet into the Earth Star. It goes through the Earth Star and returns to its original position by exiting the Earth Star and moving outside of the chakra column..

Next, command the Earth Star to come up into the Souls of the Feet, Ankles, Knees, into the Root Chakra and then through all the other chakras to the position of the Soul Star. It then returns by exiting the Soul Star outside of your chakra systems and returning to its original position.

Now command that the Earth Star spins to the right of your four-body system on the outside as it purifies the outside of your field; it meets the Soul Star and then continues to the left side of your field with the Soul Star following in pursuit. The Earth Star returns to its original position while the Soul Star continues on its journey through the Earth Star field and then on the right side of your field finally returning to its original position.

This process helps to cleanse each of the chakras with the Rays of God, then the Soul Star extends the higher energies into the Earth Star essence while the Earth Star extends its grounding energies into the Soul Star essence. The last procedure is to make sure nothing else is hanging on the outside of your field.

If you want to go further into a meditation, this is a perfect time to do so.

Then take the Unified Energies and count back down from144 to 140, increments of 10 from 140 to 10, then 9-5. We use the 5 to represent the 5th dimensional body and then ground all of those energies into your Earth Star, stating “Unified Whole Offline”.

Please note that the Earth Star sits about 6 to 12″ below your feet and the Soul Star 6 to 12″ above your Crown.

This exercise will assist in clearing out psychic debris, helping with healing the Etheric Body and merging the Masculine and Feminine Divine. It is an essential component for activating the 5th dimensional body of Light.

How To Learn to Embody the Blue Ray of Will and Power to Assist Others

As we are experiencing the Blue Ray to become embodied within us, it represents God’s Will and Power. This means that our interaction with our highest essence is the rule of life upon the Earth presently.

We want to infuse within us the Higher Aspects of the Ray in our daily living. They are represented with the ability to have courage and determination as we express ourselves within and with others. We are given the gift of clear vision but the challenge is being able to put it into action. Finding our inner truth is essential to fully command the Blue Ray within our physical existence. So how do we do this?

Being honest with ourselves, our thoughts, our words, our feelings are essential, because what we think, we become, and what we think is sent out into the world around us. This ray will assist us greatly on an individual basis but globally it will be the change that we truly need to embrace. As we connect with the energies of the Blue Flame so personified by Archangel Michael and Faith, there is nothing that we cannot conquer. Additionally, Master El Morya is the Ray Chohan; he represents the challenges of creating the Bridge to Freedom and is assisting us greatly through this process.

We then find through the depth of our truth within that we accept our true humility, as we gain sympathy for the journey we have traveled and great tolerance to continue the process. These are considered the higher aspects of the Blue Flame but cannot be embodied until we understand within ourselves how we have arrived at this juncture of time. We then will have patience, with great faith as we continue to strive for the best expression of our self through our Highest Essence.

Without allowing ourselves to be true to the Self, we cannot embody the Blue Ray and will still have the lower aspects plaguing in our consciousness. These are called the Glamours of the Rays which are representative of the following characteristics:

Being pompous about your physical strength; personal magnetism; self centeredness; selfish personal ambition; rulership; dictatorship and control; isolation, aloneness or aloofness; destructive type behaviors; and superimposing your will upon others by force.

As you can see, our world has been rules by these lower aspects and this is what we are trying to change. So we must do it within ourselves, first and foremost. It will change our field of energy and then expand to others. We cannot make others do what we want; only provide the right tools for them to help themselves. This ray also represents the Masculine Divine so as we bring in the higher aspects of the ray, the masculine energy within each individual and the planet will soften to allow the integration within the Feminine Divine to allow the Three-Fold Flame to be ignited physically.

Using the vibrational essence of any of the rays will help to embody it within your consciousness. We are working on changing the subconscious by integrating the super-conscious thoughts of the Higher Self.

Visualize the deep blue essence of the Ray of Will and Power coming to you as go about your day. Feeling the essence of the Blue Flame to protect you and ask only that you allow the higher aspects to come within you. It will assist you with bringing up the lower energies that may be lodged within your Etheric Body so that the healing can fully take place. Use any gemstones that are representative of the deep blue: Lapis Lazuli, Topaz, Sodalite, etc. Chant the tone of “I” several times; or just ask to be imbued with the Blue Ray.

It is imperative that we learn to utilize the Blue Flame first and foremost as we are the representatives of GAIA. The more that we infuse this essence within us, the more she can stabilize which will affect the controls that are occurring within governments, organizations, and individuals in power presently.

UNDERSTANDING THE SEVEN PATHS TO HIGHER EVOLUTION

At the time of taking your sixth initiation and ascension, you must make a decision as to which of the seven paths of higher evolution you will follow. As we evolve through our initiations, we will understand in more detail what these paths represent for us in our pathway. It is not until we are able to fully access our Higher Mind completely that we start to comprehend what our chose pathway can be.

Understanding the Seven Paths will help us to see why we choose a certain service in our physical world as it is setting the foundation in our ascension process to build upon as we progress through our initiations. As we walk towards the New Earth, the dimensional foundation will allow us to progress within these pathways while still being OF THE EARTH BUT N OT PART OF IT. We walk as the Ascended Masters for the New Earth. If a soul chooses to leave this plane of existence, understanding their Path of High Evolution will assist them when the full physical ascension occurs. So whatever is our choosing of living in this reality or another reality, understanding the process of our higher evolution will assist us tremendously.

It is also very common for us to choose a certain path at a certain level and then it changes through our progression and enlightenment upon the Earth. All seven paths ultimately lead to the same place and this is why a soul can transfer from one path to another at a later time.

We are sharing this information to give individuals an understanding of what they are studying or are magnetized toward in their studies of ascension along with the work they are doing on the Inner Plane. It helps to fully grasp what each of these paths may be. This is only an introduction and a more in-depth study of the seven paths will be shared in later writings.

The Path of Earth Service ~ Many of us are choosing this path especially with the opening of the New Earth energies becoming a reality. In addition each soul chooses which kingdom that they are working with: human, animal, plant, or mineral. There is a long list to join this Path as many souls have chosen to do so. This means your work with GAIA would continue in your ascension pathway in the many cycles of rebirth.
The Path of Magnetic Work ~ This path represents the communication with Helios & Vesta, our Solar Logs, RA the Sun God, and the essential energy of the solar system. Learning to direct the fohat energy into the planetary astral plane helps to clear man-made glamour and delusion. The pure astral energy used on this path is pure unconditional love. Individuals on this path wield the force of electrical magnetism under the direction of the Great Ones, Matter of every density and vibration is manipulated in the service of the Divine Plan and the Unified Whole Command of the 144th dimensional levels of Oneness.
The Path of Training to Become a Planetary Logos ~ This is the path of Sanat Kumara chose and now Lord Buddha. The masters choosing this path at the 6th initiation are being trained to take up the work of the seven planetary logoi and the 49 subplanetary logoi and their assistants for the next system. Each of the seven ray chohans takes on a number of students and trains them specifically for this work.
The Path to Sirius ~ this path is the most popular for humanity after their ascension. Sirius is considered to be the higher University and many travel there during the sleep-state for teachings with Lord of Sirius (please note, this only connects with the planetary system of Sirius B, as Sirius A is still in a 3rd dimensional reality). This path represents stepping into the middle ground of pathways as it represents the galactic doorway to our galaxy. It is closely aligned with the Pleiades. The Path of Sirius is very aligned with our pathway of the New Earth as Sirius split into two planets A and B which was prophesied for GAIA but due to the increased rate of lightworkers and light within Earth we are n ow moving GAIA into the New Earth.
The Ray Path ~ This path represents working within the same ray that an individual has within their Monad and working within that ray. Individuals work with Sanat Kumara, also known as the Lord of the World and the chohan governing your particular ray. If an individual chooses this path, they would travel to every part of the solar system in their service work. If an individual finds the law of vibration of profound importantance, they would be attracted to the Ray Path.
The Path on Which the Solar Logos Himself is Found ~ This path deals with the training process to become a Solar Logos. It is different from the 3rd which, which trains an individual to become a planetary logos. This path leads directly to the cosmic planes of consciousness. This is a very high ray path and much training and implementation of the soul’s work goes into being within this Path. An individual would have previously worked with Helios and Vesta and then will step into the cosmic responsibilities. It takes a very high level of initiation to choose this Path.
The Path of Absolute Sonship ~ This path forms a triangle between the Planetary Logos, Sanat Kumara, Lord Buddha, the Solar Logos, Helios and Vesta, and a cosmic being of huge proportions beyond the concept of our physical reality. This path also relates to the Great Bear Star System. It is advised that if you feel magnetized towards this path that you work with Master Djwhal Khul to assist you in the process to get to this space. This path is the highest evolution for a soul and it takes great diligence, foresight, and can only be followed by the highest of initiates. There is much training that has to be realized before stepping into this path.

In summation, this information is being shared to assist an individual to understand why they are magnetized to a certain level of work and to help them accept the changes they are going through to have the potentiality of Mastery for the New Earth. If it seems confusing, don’t work through your Lower Mind to understand it but call upon your Higher Self (Higher Mind) to access the information. Have him/her work with you in your meditation and dream-state to understand the material. Go back to it later and then you may be able to ascertain what it means for you in your present pathway.

Preparing the Nervous System for Ascension

Per Dr. Joshua David Stone: One of the most important preparations an individual should make to achieve complete ascension is to prepare your nervous system to receive the higher voltages of energy necessary to take the higher initiations. His recommendation is to call upon VYWAMUS, the higher aspect of SANAT KUMARA (I AM Presence), in our daily meditations to prepare our nervous systems for ascension. This process is like running a current of energy through our Etheric Body and Etheric Nerves on a daily basis to facilitate this work.

We all know that we are being inundated with powerful accelerations as GAIA is receiving her higher energies. But are we integrating them fully within our Etheric and Physical bodies is the question we want to consider. If each of us as individuals is not personally allowing these energies to assist our Etheric Body, then we will not have the most powerful experience or result within the ascension process. We, at Walking Terra Christa, wanted to receive more information on this information, so Vywamus is helping us to understand the concept in our present timeline of planetary acceleration.

It is my pleasure to share some thoughts to help you understand this concept of the Etheric Body accepting the increased vibrational changes for the Physical Body to receive and transform the structures from the 3^rd/4^th dimensional reality to go into the 5^th and beyond. At this time of the acceleration within Gaia, each of you is being challenged to receive more than you would have done on your own time. You see, many individuals that have stepped into Ascension are very content with wanting to receive the higher levels of frequency but not taking responsibility for the changes that are to occur.

Each of you is in a very powerful time and you have chosen to be here. When the energetic exchange occurs and you feel exhilarated by its arrival, it comes into your Etheric body. Depending upon where you are presently in your pathway of Mastery (or if that is part of your reality) depends upon all the variables that you have been experiencing. Not all individuals will decide this pathway as that is not their soul’s purpose, to experience this light transformation within the physical existence. For those that have already arrived in the time and space of Mastery, it is just helping them to move further. The individuals that are new within this existence are still trying to decide if they like the glamour of ascension or are ready to do the internal work that is necessary.

All of that being said, I am here to help. As the accelerations continue within Gaia, each of you is receiving them but not all are internalizing them. It may be a fleeting moment for some and then it goes away. The individuals that are truly changed by them are stepping into Mastery and learning to assimilate the frequency but yet may still be unsure as their mental mind wants to figure it all out. The souls that have already been doing the work and internalizing the energies are going to be feeling it the most. This is where I come in to assist.

Contact my energies and state to my essence that you need my help with your Etheric Body accepting the higher vibrations so that your physical body can change. We can adjust the frequency so that it is easier to command within the four body system. At the time of Dr. Stone’s writing of this information, each of you as a species needed to command more light frequency. Now we are at the stage where we have to balance it out. Step it up when necessary and then tone it down for balance. Too much overload can burn up your Etheric Body and will cause the ascension symptoms to vacillate when the rest of the four body system is not ready to handle it.

BALANCE IS OUR PATHWAY PRESENTLY. So we need to prepare each of you to receive more but it is more on a person-by-person basis. The increased accelerated rates of the planet are affecting everyone so we need to do an assessment for each individual so that the balance within the Etheric Body is accepted and not causing burn-out to occur.

We have lost many beautiful souls due to the increased energies of the planet at this time. Some of them have been Star Seeds and some of them have been seasoned Beings of Light. We want to assist as much as possible to create the balance necessary because more will be coming in existence within our world together.

Clearing Energies within Your Soul Star and Earth Star

Our Soul Star and Earth Star are probably the most important elements for us to consider within our four-body system. They must be continually clear and activated in order for our chakras which make up our Auric Field to be pure on a continual basis.

Whenever we are going through emotional and mental elements that need to be cleared and put into wholeness we need to make sure the Soul and Earth Stars are reflected in our highest light of our Higher Self and I AM Presence. This is especially true if you are visiting areas that do not match your vibrational frequency or spending time with individuals that do not exhibit the same quality of light that you are trying to incorporate within our full body system.

Those that have the ability to see through their Third Eye can tap into their Star essence and get a feel if it is filled with many colors of light or as a grey-ishness to it. This means that lower vibrational energies have interfered within them. This is how the energies can attach themselves to your emotions or mental thoughts. Learning to clear them immediately will help prevent the lower frequency from entering your field on a deeper level. It is important to understand that the longer the energies stay within you the harder it is to remove them from your consciousness.

One very powerful way of changing the composition of your energies is to call upon Archangel Michael. Many know that his essence of the RING PASS-NOT will emit a blue flame around any energies so that they cannot pass through the circumference on the outside ring. We now use this for our own auric field in our protection protocol during our calls. We personally also use this on an individual basis.

So we take this a step further and ask for Archangel Michael to take his sword through both of our Soul and Earth Stars separately. If needed, you can ask him to enter your chakra system from the Soul Star to the Earth Star and back up again should you feel there is a need within your four-body system.

This works very well when you are out shopping, and in areas where the mixture of people can attack your field.

We also work with the Obsidian Stone to clear energies. If you have a wand, you can rub it on any part of your body to remove negative debris. We have also learned that the gemstones emit a quality of frequency within their essence. By taking the end of the wand to your lips and breathing in the essence into the Soul Star and Earth Star about three times will fully release the negative energies that may be trying to enter your field. We know it sounds very strange; but this works extremely well.

In any case it is essential to clear your field every time you are out in the public, away from your sacred space, in areas of nature (due to negative elementals hanging out), and with anyone that does not align with their highest essence. This is especially true with channelers and healers. When we work with others, we can take on the lower vibrations, so the protection before and after is highly recommended along with utilizing Sage, incense, and healing showers and/or baths.

We are still in a time of great transition and the dark energies are more centered upon Gaia than anywhere else. We are the Torch Bearers and need to understand that we have to take responsibility for ourselves first and then others. Doing these type of procedures will essentially help GAIA and all the third dimensional people to receive more light energies.

Ask for the 330 Rays of God, 352 Levels of Mahatma and the 144 dimensions of Oneness

Ask for a Platinum Net from Lord Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma to be infused with your breath, on the out-breath they will remove the net and all debris in your field.

Ask for the Violet/Purple Flame for Transmutation, then the Pink Flame for Divine Love, then the Golden Flame for the Christ Consciousness with mirrors placed on the outside of your field.

Lastly, ask for Archangel Michael’s Ring Pass-Not to be placed around your auric field.

This process will literally make a big difference in being attacked by lower vibrations through your computer, your phone, and in places that are not within sacredness.

Activating Your Higher Chakras into the Physical Body

The Rays of God intertwine within your first seven chakras and become unified as your Light Body. As you accept the Higher Rays of God they become your higher chakra grids. In order to actualize your fifth dimensional body, you must integrate and hold within your chakras the 22 Rays of God. From that point forward each grid is actualized as you attune to the higher frequencies of the 7^th, 8^th, 9^th and 10 which will be necessary for the New Earth frequencies. Each of the dimensions represent initiation levels in which the higher chakras are activated.

Fourth Chakra Grid – 15 Chakras – 3rd Initiation Level

As each of the higher chakras are first installed, then actualized, and finally, accessed the previous grid of chakras are blended within each other and grounded within your Earth Star.

If you are just beginning your spiritual path, begin by anchoring Chakras 1 through 12; if intermediate and advanced anchor them through the the 22nd. This will bring forth very powerful electrical energies so be careful in the rate that you bring into your Being. We want to intend to go higher as it will help to accelerate your pathway through the process. Your Higher Self guides you continually so he/she will decide when they need to be anchored.

Since we are now on an accelerated pathway, it is important not to jump too far before you are physically read to do so. The highest we want to attune within ourselves at this point is through the 22^nd chakra to attain the 5^th Dimensional Light Body. Utilize the higher chakras in meditation but please do not ask that they be anchored until your physical body can handle it.

Please know that asking for these chakras to become integrated happen within our meditations and the full actualization of the energies do not occur except through the advice of your Higher Self. In the 3rd initiation, your Higher Self will become active within the physical body so your interactions will go hand-in-hand with the Higher Mind/Higher Heart. This takes practice and will not occur overnight until all your bodies of the Mental, Emotional, Etheric and Physical can fully interact within one another.

Breathe into your chakras each of the Rays of God and they will start to become intertwined within your physical essence.
