It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.
It’s another beautiful evening to spend with one another.
Let’s all take a deep breath. I would like everyone to put their intentions out of what they are going through presently and how they need assistance so that the message that I give can be much more profound for the energetics of this group.

Transition was really going to be my first word anyway. Presently, I am feeling all those energies from each of you and what you are experiencing. There are a lot of highs and lows and a lot of uncertainty. Not understanding from moment to moment how you can feel so happy and blissful in one second and in the next moment energies are arising.
Let’s also look at the weather patterns and how everyone around the World is being affected by the energetic exchange that is occurring. We could say that this is a war going on. In truth, this is exactly what is happening.
Let’s put ourselves in the circumstance of what you are going through presently; to be in your own internalization. As you are receiving more light frequencies within yourself you are learning more about yourself. You’re seeing that there are pockets of debris or information that you have not understood previously. Now all of a sudden, it is starting to be activated in many different ways.
That alone is a challenging progression but when you add unto it what you have to deal with within the upper Earth of the fluctuations of the electromagnetic and the magnetic energies; GAIA trying to come into balance; and then there being control mechanisms for none of this to occur, it’s like you are stepping into a huge storm just like GAIA is receiving her storms. These storms are being activated by other energies that do not want you to arise to the occasion. They do not want you to get beyond where you are, so there is a struggle that goes on internally. That’s exactly what is happening on the planet presently.
The fact that you have awakened, the fact that you want to do better within yourself, and the fact that there are struggles occurring within your personal life in that circumstance is powerful as it is. Then you have to deal with the outside energies that have been part of those control mechanisms but yet, it’s being stepping up because of the changes that you are creating.
The changes that are happening within the World are allowing people to awaken and understand more about themselves that was not fully realized previously. They are trying to bring forth more thoughts and elements. More individuals are starting to look at themselves differently than they ever have before. Then everyone is combated with the weather patterns. Everyone is combated with cycles of extreme conditions that are not part of Mother Nature but in truth, it acts like it.
This means that your transition must be put into a higher state of existence. It means that you are taking yourself up another level.
Think of yourself on a staircase. You have to go up to that higher level in order to fully understand what is happening to you. The lower energies that are occurring within the wind, within the storms, within the electromagnetic energies coming into the planet are being infused by electrical conditions. It is like putting your finger into an electric socket. If you have ever done that as a child, you may know how painful that can be.
This is what’s happening to all of your bodies. This is what is occurring within the body of GAIA. These energies are being infused.
What does that do for each of you?
You must notice that you have to step it up; that you have to go up to the next level. Going up to that next level takes great diligence. It’s a powerful moment of creation. Yet within those steps, you constantly have to remind yourself that you have do better and to be better when yet, the other energies are trying to tell you that you don’t have to. That it’s okay to be in your painful moments. It’s just fine to be crying for days on end. It’s just fine to be angry or frustrated or agitated about elements that are happening.
The more that this occurs, the more spiraling of these energies effect your well-being. You see at first it is just a thought form that is coming within you. Then it grows like a virus and it pulls you down further, so you have to work harder. The most important element is to catch it and nip it in the bud right when it occurs. Sometimes that is a very difficult test.
In that moment you may be involved in something else. You don’t feel like going to light up some sage, or spray some essences around you, or use some crystals to regenerate yourself. In some intense cases you have to go do a cleansing shower or bath when sometimes it is a struggle to just get out of your seat to do so.
This is what’s happening.
The more that these energies are occurring, which presently they are very strong, it creates electrons of negative eons to come into the atmosphere. Each of you are being affected by these energies. The ones that are on higher planes of existence in their consciousness are going to be feeling it, first and foremost. If you raise your vibration of your home and your living space to a higher level, when you come out of that living space, you are going to be affected. It seems very unfair – I know, but this is exactly what we go through in Telos.
This is why we do not come to the Upper Earth on a regular basis. When we do, we have to cleanse ourselves. We have to purify ourselves. We have to work with all the energies that each of you are learning about. Of course, we have have Chambers of Light that assist us with our clearing our fields. We are able to walk through that Chamber so we can be completely purified. For each of you, it is a much harder task.
You are learning all these tools through Walking Terra Christa. Both Mel and Mike live it every day even more so than many of you, because they are in a state of higher conditioning. Mt. Shasta has its lower energies just like any other place. so it means that in order to feel the higher consciousness, we must take precautions and preparations to change the lower energy into the higher.
The reason I am talking about all of this is, because many times a lot of what you are going through is much more intense because of the energetic fields that are occurring within the planet. It is time for you to become more aware and awake of what you are feeling in each moment. Take the moments when you are meditating and have the higher levels of feeling flowing through you as a conditioning process. Bring the feeling levels down into your physical body. Allow your physical self to have the realization this is Who You Are, not that other element that you feel. I am not saying that you will not feel lower energies occurring within yourself, but you will be able to understand them better. You will be able to work through them easier because of what you are learning through this process.
It is imperative at this stage to take of yourself. To help your field of light to be cleansed and purified; just like you take care of your body, just like you take care of your mind by reading and learning, just like you take care of your Heart by blessing yourself, and saying prayers to affirm the positive energies to be part of your consciousness.
You have to take care of your energetic body. This is the transition that each of you are going through at this time.
You are learning what it is like to be in a higher state of consciousness. Your body is starting to accept those elements, especially if your diet is very good; you’re eating more vegetables, you’re careful about what you are eating, having things that are more organic and if they are not, to bless them with the Rays of God. It’s a responsibility.
The responsibility at this time is to yourself. There is no other responsibility that is most important.
You must remember that in order for you to accelerate yourself through these changes, these are the steps that you must take. It may seem like it is way more than you wanted to be having to deal with, which I understand that; but in order for the New Earth to occur, we have to have as many individuals that understand this process and to understand this transition.
Each of you are going through these transformational movements to help yourself in becoming the pillars that others are going to need. You are starting to be those Beings of Light within yourself so that others that come along will understand the process also. This is very imperative for you to understand that the gifts that you have been given upon this Earth is to bring forth your knowledges and your expertise. First, you must remove all other elements that have gotten in the way in previous timelines and moments of existence, whether you were in-body or out-of-body.
This is the realization of Mastery. It just so happens that in this timeframe of 2018, it’s so very powerful for more individuals to wake up unto these energies.
Each of you are being challenged to be better than you have been in the previous moment; to understand yourself more, to accept what you are going through and to surrender to the process. This is the transition.
This month of February has held the energy of Harmony and Balance. What does that truly mean? It means that what is not in harmony will be purged. What does not fit that balancing state is going to arise in order to assist the creation of Harmony and Balance. If you look around the world you will see that many are hurting deeply. This is part of their elements that are occurring within themselves that do not reflect a harmonious Essence.
Whatever you are experiencing in your transition – take moments of clarification.
The way that you do that is through your breath as we have been sharing with you. Allow your breath to be your guide from your Higher Self into your Lower Self so that your physical existence can be One to allow that acceleration to occur.
As you utilize the Spectrums of Light through the Rays of God you will be able to fully imbue the qualities that are represented by each of these Rays. That is going to spread out because as you do so the mis-qualifications that you have felt within yourself will be transformed and be very qualified in the state of God’s consciousness.
This is truly a powerful journey. At this time it is even more crucial that you stay strong, that you hold to your own truth, and to have the realization that changes are going to occur, but yet the transition of these changes is what is most important. Allow yourself to keep walking through the change, accepting what previously you would not have endured but yet now, you are ready.
I am deeply pleased to be able to walk with you because you are truly showing the ability as a Soul within a body to accept the transitionary phase from unawakened to awakened, to initiate, to Mastery. This is all that we desire within each of you as we walk with you and to assist you within this process of the Divinity of Your Light to become One Body of Light.
