The Solstice at the end of the year is probably considered the most powerful in terms of personal spiritual abundance. It is a time to reap what we have sown with the challenges of learning more about our integrated Self representing our State of Beingness within the God Consciousness. This is allowing us to become more aware of our true essence, not just our physical self.

First Accept That The Energy of a Decade Ending is Upon Us

Numerologically, 2025 adds up to the number ‘9’ which represents “Completion” as it is the ending of a decade long energetic cycle.

This year brought forth many situations of darkness to erupt, as when endings arrive, there is always an upsurge in activity from various sources that desires to prevent or delay the inevitable change and transformation that is soon arriving!

God Consciousness always supports the HIGHEST AND BEST GOOD for all involved! Which means that any change that will occur is always supportive and life enhancing for everyone. Those sources that resist the incoming energies in their attempts to try to hold onto the positions they have managed to obtain, are seeking to continue in their controlling maneuvers, yet it is ultimately a doomed effort.

This Solstice of 2025 brings all the Divine Blessings of the Cosmic Frequencies to be ignited into Gaia and all of humanity to be blessed and assisted in various ways. It also, as always, has opened up gateways of darkness to be revealed as this is what the Light does.

It opens up the gateway to receive more light infractions to release the darkness hidden away. Within that concept each of us as individuals have had many challenges in various forms to be revealed within our pathways. Our timelines are being opened up and healed through this process.

In addition, the Equinoxes and Solstices are pushing us to accept more light frequencies within our four-body system (physical-etheric-emotional-mental). This is a challenge within itself as our bodily systems learn to accept the Divinity of Love and Light into each aspect of our human self.

The Solar Angelic Essence is Your Soul Heritage to Embrace

We are learning the lessons that our Higher Self(s) desire us to incorporate by accept the blessings of the Rays of God to be more intertwined within our chakra system. I feel so much love and connection and embracement of tremendous love around me right now after this Solstice Ceremony with all the Masters. When they said, I think Mother Mary said to expand the heart, it welled up and filled up with warmth, and I could feel a warmth filling up the thymus to the width of the physical body, which surprised me. Using on the job training in emerging best practices in systems thinking, six-sigma and the “fifth discipline” of organizational dynamics, he played an integral role in streamlining and improving services. In his personal life he was a founding Board of Director for the Philadelphia based Vox Ama Deus Renaissance Musical Group and for over a decade traveled to Europe many times with the Executive Director, including not only many Western European cities but Eastern Block countries that were at that time under communist rule. He later became the organizations Director of Marketing. In 2015 he became ordained through Rev. Greetings, My Dearest Souls:

It is with great honor and pleasure that we come together to celebrate the blessings that have been integrated into this year of 2024. We are in a time of great renewal which will require every soul to stand within their own consciousness of light.

I think that with all of the Equinoxes and Solstices of the year, this time is always my favorite. It is representative that the higher realms of light are coming to a point of creativity to anoint and bless all of humanity for its trials and uneasiness that have been experienced in the depth of all souls.

We come together to honor what you have acquired and achieve with your soul’s growth. It is a time of acceptability that what you have endured has helped you to grow and become a higher part of your reality.

Integration is the key word for the December Solstice 2024.

It is not just about ‘what you will receive’ but what you will fully ground within your physicality. This is a time for you to fully accept your challenges, how you have walked through them, and the resulting energy that you are now incorporating within yourself, even if you physically do not realize it.

This has been the most challenging year, to put it mildly. If you are learning to fully commit to your Spiritual Self and honor the walk upon the earth, not just in physicality but within all of your four bodies integrating as one soul, you become your Spiritual Self. And, that spiritual self grows continually.

Today you may be holding light frequencies within the 5% range and tomorrow it may get even higher. It is about what you learn through your journey on the Earth that you are not just a human, but a Spiritual and Multi-Dimensional Self that is learning to have higher awarenesses that come directly through your Higher Self. The more you learn about your past (timelines), the more you acquire more depth of your True Divine Self.

This is about you honoring who you have been as an Angel and allowing that angel to become part of your reality, Your Solar Angel is the gateway unto your Divine Self. This part of you has all of the reality that you have experienced and to allow the best moments within you, to become your Mantra, your True Source of Light.

We have worked continually through the year from each full moon cycle, new moon cycle, the planetary alignments with the Equinox(es) and Solstice(s) to raise the vibrational level to help you break down the barriers from your Soul’s history to be fully realized. This is what you have been experiencing inside and outside of your essence.

This Solstice in December 2024 we honor all that you have achieved and allow it to be integrated fully within you.

Alunnah! Alunnah! Alunnah!

Greetings My Dearest Ones,

I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos, with the Agarthian Council of Light speaking to you from the Command Center of Telos.

As we gather together this evening and reflect upon what the journey is within yourself; it’s important to have perceptions within you fully through your Higher Consciousness. If you call upon those Divine energies what Mahlariessee just brought forth, allow the Strength of the Blue Flame to come into your full consciousness, into your Heart. We want to open up the Higher Mind so that the lower mind can blend with its energies.

I want to talk a bit about Spontaneous Actions.

What is spontaneity? How is it represented within the way we act, the way we feel, the way we express ourselves?

Well, it’s very much a part of Agarthian and Telosian communications within ourselves and within each other. It’s the flow of ideas and the flow of these ideas can shift and change from moment to moment depending on what the circumstances are, what the energy fields are giving us, and how we fully communicate through those energy fields.

It’s important that once a decision is made about something to remember that it is not held in stone. It doesn’t mean that it’s going to be the only thing that will happen to you. Because what happens is that many individuals on the Upper Earth tend to get upset when things shift and change.

Now, if they’re doing the changing it probably is a different feeling. But when you are accepting something from an outside source, say that you have a meeting or say that you are in communication with someone, say that you have a lunch date, and that other person cannot make that exact time. What happens within your emotional self? Do you get upset by the fact that those changes had to be made and how do you adjust yourself so that it is not a problem energetically for you, because these emotional challenges can happen at any given time in your reality. It’s important to realize within yourself what needs to be adjusted and that it is not in alignment with everything else that is occurring at a certain point in time.

Now, if you say to yourself, “Well, that’s better for me that the time has changed.” You’re okay with it. But what if it isn’t better for you? What if you have something else to do that interferes with that appointment shifting? Well, then you would probably get upset. But what you communicate to the other party of what you are experiencing, Communication is the Key. Since we’re working with the Throat Chakra it is very imperative that you speak from your HEART through your THROAT of exactly what you are experiencing.

When you allow yourself to be more spontaneous through changes such as this, you will see a growth pattern happening to you. The changes will affect you in certain ways to assist you in the process of your growth emotionally and mentally. Now, there can be a shifting of energies within your bodily system that you are not aware of but the process that we are pinpointing for this cycle about spontaneous transformation means that your Emotional Body accepts the changes that you are going through and accepts the transformation that occurs within that spontaneous act or thought or feeling.

Because if you are restrictive within yourself and you say, “Well, I can’t DO that.” There has to be a good reason. Say that you have another appointment or that you promised someone something, you need to make a phone call that will interfere with what you’re supposed to be doing, maybe it’s just that you are being OBSTINATE and saying to yourself, “I don’t want to do it then. Why do these changes have to happen to ME? Why am I having to go through this?”
Well, the universe provides every person with opportunities for growth. Then within that experience it becomes a growth process.

You must understand that in living in the fifth-dimensional energies, you need to be Spontaneous with every element that you encounter, because you’ll be finding that if you don’t do so, that you allow yourself restrictions. Then that experience of not accepting the change will cause you elements of lack of understanding, or lack of consideration.

It’s important that each of you realize within yourself Spontaneity represents all elements from your Mental Self to your Emotional Self and within your Physical Self and how the reflection of those changes occurs within you.

When you become very accepting of changes that occur in your world, then that allows you to be more flexible. That truly is the process that we go through on the fifth dimension. Because when one holds themselves in a restrictive pattern, they have a hard time getting out of that situation. The emotions get triggered, the mental thoughts are not as clear as they could have been. The process of all these energies is VERY important in consideration of your GROWTH.

So, as you’re working with these energies, remind yourself where you are not spontaneous in your healing process. What are the parts of you that you don’t accept? And what are the parts of you that are flowing better because you bring forth that acceptance into your world?

So, what we mean by the ability to be Spontaneous in your Transformation is to accept the downfalls, accept the upheavals, accept ALL that is happening to you, because it is bringing you into a greater capacity within yourself.

You will thank yourself later for being so flexible, because you are honoring not only yourself but anyone else that is involved in that decisive factor which goes out into the Universe.

The vibrations of what occurred are very crucial to your understanding energetically within your full consciousness.

So, remind yourself of this as you’re going through this process. Don’t be so hard on yourself of having to acknowledge the dark places within your Soul’s journey, because they are just to be brought into the Light.

MASTER DJWHAL KHUL: EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION (FESTIVAL OF LIGHT FULL MOON FEBRUARY 2024)

We are presently experiencing the dynamics of the Full Moon of Virgo in conjunction with the Sun of Pisces which is occurring on February 24th, 2024 at 4:30 AM Pacific,
7:30 AM Eastern within Universal Time of
12:30 PM.

As Virgo is being guided by Grandmother Moon representing the Feminine Divine, it brings to us the ability to go deeper within our emotional self. Virgo relates to the physical self and the walk upon the Earth. It brings order to our existence by allowing elements to be in more alignment of our physicality.

There could be a sudden realization that something in your life is not aligning with your higher consciousness which can create a feeling of lack which is actually a golden opportunity to delve deeper into our emotional self.

This can cause conflict as the emotions are being challenged by the planets Mercury and Saturn. There is an opening occurring within the Emotional Body that we may have had a tendency to hold back previously. The energies are going to have the opposite effect as there may be an urgency to feel many emotions that we may have been keeping locked away.

Sadness, guilt, fear along with loneliness may arise. Feelings which represent unrealized negative emotions that need to be transformed into a state of forgiveness and divine love. This cycle is definitely a powerful one for each of us to step into the higher state of our Spiritual Self to become fully active within us.

The Moon of Virgo allows us to cleanse and purify elements that need a deep healing. Our Hearts are being opened up into new realizations about ourselves. As we go through this process, there can be a feeling of freedom and movement as if the pain has been lifted from our consciousness.

The Sun of Pisces representing Grandfather Sun of the Masculine Self is the key to accessing our Spiritual Self as this part of our higher consciousness can assist greatly in the healing process. It is a cycle of transmutation moving into a transformative state of awareness. The masculine energies help to ground what the feminine essence is projecting not only within our consciousness, but the four-body (Physical-Etheric-Emotional-Mental) system will be affected by the changes we are experiencing.

We have to be reminded that what we are feeling presently is helping us to acknowledge a deeper part of ourselves to be fully realized and grounded within us. Each soul is experiencing a deep state of healing – what needs to be revealed will occur during this full moon cycle.

Within the Sun Bear Tribe, representing the Rainbow Tribe of all souls as one, this cycle represents the Cougar. Turquoise is the stone, the color is Blue-Green, and the plant is Plantain. It represents creating a Sacred Space and being protective of that space. Learning to deepen your awareness with deep sensitivity, with a yearning for spirituality by learning to express your true feelings, and developing the need for grounding on the Earth with what you are integrating from your Higher Consciousness.

Blue-Green is the color of the Flame of the 9^th Ray, Joy and Attraction to Light, guided by Lady Nada and Lady Mother Mary, which allows for the openness of experiencing Hope and Joy (of the 22 Rays of God). This Ray settles into the Root Chakra allowing for the deep healing to be grounded, assisting in removing elements that represent the opposite energies. It is suggested to call upon this flame with the Animal Spirit of Cougar to help to create the transformation you are experiencing to be part of your physical walk upon the Earth.

As we move closer to the first of the three festivals in the Wesak trilogy of energies, next month is the celebration of the Festival of the Christ during the full moon (March 25^th) cycle, that of the state of Resurrection and Rebirth. This current moon cycle in February is helping us to prepare for the upcoming energies as we will then move into the energies of our Soul’s next personal Resurrection and Rebirth. (Our special Annual Festival of Wesak is on Sunday April 21, 2024 to save the date. It is the highest Ascension Festival of the Year).

Take time for reflection, journal, breathe and chant away the emotional pain as you step into a new reality of yourself to be re-born. Doing a ceremony by connecting to the elements of the Earth and Sky will truly assist in allowing the energies to move through you. Greetings Dearest Initiates,

It is I, Master Djwhal Khul, extending unto each of you my blessings for a heightened experience of the Full Moon of Virgo for February 2024.

The opening of the Emotional Self is an important part of allowing your Higher Consciousness to become more integrated within you. As an Initiate, it is an important step to raising your vibration as the Etheric Self holds so many lower elements that you have experienced in your previous timelines. Your chakras can be very congested with these energies which will stop the process you are trying to achieve within your four-body system.

It is imperative that as one that chooses to open up into the Ascension Pathway that you will have many lessons to learn and one of the main challenge is allowing the depth of your Emotional Self to go through cycles of Spiritual Death and Rebirth. We know that this can be very challenging in itself, but with the assistance of this month’s Full Moon of Virgo with the opposition of the Sun of Pisces, there is an alignment occurring within the cycle of rejuvenation for your Soul’s Essence.

Openness within your consciousness is an essential component of accessing the depth of your feelings as it is imperative that you start to learn that the challenges are commonplace for an individual on the Initiate pathway. Within the movement of this cycle the Moon and the Sun are helping you to acknowledge a deeper understanding within yourself.

The important element within this process is to allow your Emotional Self to guide you by experiencing the emotions that are locked away within you. Sometimes within the moon’s energies, an individual does not always know why they are experiencing conflicting emotions which is exactly where you want to be. Don’t try to figure out the whys and wherefores, but just move through the energies and you will arrive at your destination with a sense of courage and freedom within your entire consciousness.

Take time to reflect on the specific emotion by feeling it, releasing the lower aspect that is bothering you, and move forward with more ease and grace. Always remember to utilize your breath and Higher Consciousness to bring in the positive aspect you desire to achieve. Utilize the Rays of God to assist you through this process.

I do suggest taking time for inner reflection, writing about what you are feeling, and call upon the God Force of the Ascended Masters to help you. Realize that you are not alone in your healing process. We are all here to assist in any way that we can.

The Solstice Energies occurred on the 20th of June at 8:32 AM Pacific, 11:32 AM Eastern, within Universal Time of June 21st at 3:32 AM.

This marks the new season to be experienced (Northern Hemisphere-Summer; Southern Hemisphere-Autumn) bringing forth a surge of vibratory energies that are assisting the planet to align with the forces of the Solar Great Central Sun of the 10th dimensional frequency.

The Solstice will bring forth the dynamics of accessing the Alpha and Omega through Lord Helios and Lady Vesta, the Solar Logos from the Great Central Sun. This alignment has the capacity to occur within each of us and the planet as a whole to live and breathe through the state of Oneness of the balance within the Feminine/Masculine Divine.

It is the precursor that will be experienced when the Full Moon comes into alignment on the 24th of June. We are already feeling the Solstice energies so it is preparing us for accessing the Balance of the Self within Ourselves.

LORD METATRON SHARES HIS DISSERTATION OF THE JUNE SOLSTICE 2021

This Solstice of June represents the alignment of the Feminine/Masculine Divine as shown in the essences of Lord Helios and Lady Vesta, Solar Logos of the Great Central Sun. They bring forth the dynamics of the Alpha and Omega within the vibrancy of the beautification of Oneness.

The Rainbow Arcs of Light representing the 22 Rays of God are being infused into the planet as the focal point for this alignment of 2021. The blessing of these energies is to align every element of the earth centering upon human consciousness to allow for the acceptance of more balance to occur with the Masculine/Feminine Divine.

I want to remind each of you to remember your Solar Angel, the part of you that existed before human incarnation. He or she is the cornerstone of your acceleration and can assist you with becoming more integrated with the Solstice Energies.

At the precise moment of the Solstice, there is a directive of light forces being sent from the Cosmic Level, Divine Mother Father God, into the Multi-Universal Level, Lord Metatron, the Universal Level, Lord Melchizedek, the Galactic Level, Melchoir focusing upon the Solar Level of Helios and Vesta, the Alpha Omega.

Helios and Vesta will be igniting the presence of these rays through the Solar Level of the 10th dimension to be blended within the Solar Rays in a circular, funnel of light. The core of this energy is within each of the Rays of Blue, Golden Yellow, Pink, Crystalline, Green-Golden-White, Ruby Red-Gold, Violet-Purple, Seafoam Green, Blue Green, Pearlescent, Pink Orange, Gold, Violet Pink, Deep Blue Violet, Golden White, Light Violet White, Multi-White, Pink Gold, Magenta, Violet Gold, Blue Gold, and Platinum. No one spectrum of light will be stronger than the other; they will blend together like a beautiful kaleidoscope of colors blending in oneness.

Each of the 22 Rays of God represent the Divinity of Love, Will, and Power to be actualized within the four-body system (physical, etheric, emotional, mental).

This surge of light energy represents ONENESS within each individual soul. By allowing our Feminine Essence to receive the light infractions, the Masculine Essence is required to hold it within the four-body system. This can be felt through the physical self, etheric self (chakra realignment), emotional self (feelings), and mental self (thoughts) allowing for a focus of a higher light energy to assist in accessing the higher light bodies that make up the Spiritual Self.

This may cause discomfort in the physical self as this frequency of light is immensely powerful, but if you work with it through your consciousness and allow it to be absorbed through your four-body system, it will assist in your walk upon the Earth within the next few months.

The March Equinox brought forth a vibrancy of change to occur; an entryway being opened into Gaia whereas the June Solstice is more of an integration process. This depends upon every living soul upon the earth and how they are able to assimilate the energies.

This connection will start three days before, three days during, and then three days afterwards which then takes us into the Full Moon Energies which will help with the grounding process.

This occurs in the Sun Sign of Cancer on June 24^th at 11:40 AM Pacific, 2:40 PM Eastern within Universal time of 6:40 PM. The Cancer-Capricorn polarity reminds us to keep a balance between our inner convictions of what we desire against how others see us in the public arena or within our family or friends. This can be quite a balancing act which is the focus of this full moon.

This cycle represents “Illumination” of what we desire to share in the outside world.

It is a time to allow for the opening of the doorway to be expressed through our Emotional Self (Cancer) while allowing the Masculine Self (Capricorn) to take the necessary action while exhibiting a state of nurturance and assertiveness. This will assist in creating the balance of the Yin-Yang to be fully grounded within you.

It is important not to get too emotional about your desires and have a strong sense of yourself when you step out of your comfort zone. It represents a “New Beginning” one that you have not fully exercised previously. It is taking the desirous outcome, allow the feelings to be expressed, and then show them in the outside world.

It truly represents a REBIRTHING EXPERIENCE internally and externally for each of us.

This cycle is filled with great potential to allow for the exchange of what you desire to become manifest in your physical world. The Illuminating moon is showing you that looking deeply within your Emotional Self can give you the answer you have been searching. Acting upon that Intuitive sense from your Higher Self will help guide you in the right direction.

That is exactly what is transpiring through the moon elements presently. Be prepared to go deeper into your Emotional Self and do not hide any issues with the Capricorn moon. I always love this conjunction of Cancer and Capricorn as the roles become intertwined together since Cancer is the Emotional Center but yet the Sun represents the Masculine aspect. The roles of each of the Emotional and Masculine Selves are coming into a state of balance by experiencing the blessing of the opposite polarities.

It is time to allow the Feminine to express herself by this moon of Illumination – what needs to be changed – allow it to be put into action with the essence of Divine Love. Then, the aspects of Cancer being in the Sun position becomes more self-assured and assertive, coming out of the cave and shining brightly.

The blending of these two elements creates a sense of balance to happen if you allow it to be revealed within your consciousness and how you perceive yourself in the world. This is the GIFT OF ILLUMINATION.

ENCODING THE 22 RAYS OF GOD INTO THE CHAKRA SYSTEM

WHAT ARE THE CHAKRAS?
From the perspective of the Western worldview of science and medical practice, the Chakra system is often viewed as similar to the concept of the Meridian system, both cannot be seen or measured by modern scientific devices so as to be proven to exist.

In energy medicine and ancient esoteric Indian and Asian belief systems they are both as real, and important, as the air we breath. Consider that western scientific endeavors only formally discovered “oxygen” as being what that “air” consisted of until around 1774. This was some 1000 years or more after India (Hindu/Buddhist) came to rely on the understanding of the Chakras and perhaps as much as 5000 years after Asian cultures used their understanding of the Meridians for healthy and fulfilled living. Esoteric meanings have broadened the understandings many New Age belief systems now use to be Seven Chakras.

The Chakra’s are the etheric energy centers of the human energy field. The basic more common knowledge is of Seven Chakras. Some individuals gifted with having medical intuitive abilities or visual perception of subtle energies may be able to see the Chakras.

The Seven Chakras align one above the other in succession within the central canal of the human energy body starting at the base of the spine, moving to the navel area, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the brow, and the crown. The basic color of the seven Chakra’s starting at the base are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet (though it may also be multi-rainbow colored, and even seen as white or golden colored).

HOW IMPORTANT ARE THE CHAKRAS IN ASCENSION MASTERY STUDY?
They are considered the vital force (prana, nadi, ether, qi, ki) for the balance and harmony of the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the human structure. In other words, they support the physical and psychological well being of the individual.

In Ascension Mastery practice, the degree to which one accomplishes achieving balance and harmony as a result of the care and concern for the Chakra system directly relates to the vibrational level their energy field (etheric/auric structure) is able to hold. That “stabilized frequency” or energy level then directly relates to the level of the Initiation status within Ascension Mastery that an individual reaches.

In Ascension Mastery the Chakra and their care are therefore one of the most essential areas or functional activities of life to be developed, activated and cleared of energetic and etheric debris.

In fact, in our understandings as Ascension Mastery teachers with a direct linage to the teachings of Dr. Joshua David Stone, there are actually EIGHT CHAKRAS. Located between the Hearth and the Throat there is another essential Chakra called the THYMUS CHAKRA in the color of Sea-Foam Green. It is most important in Ascension work as it is the vortex location (all the Chakras are vortexes of energy) where the Higher Self Soul intersects within the Chakra structure and thus it is called the “seat of the Soul”.

ARE THE 22 RAYS OF GOD PART OF THE CHAKRA STRUCTURE?
They absolutely are intended to be part of the Chakra system as humanity evolves to elevate it’s collective consciousness. However, currently in our present level of consciousness as a species, the Rays are not naturally incorporated. Walking Terra Christa is the originating expert source on the 22 Rays of God and has extensive knowledge of the dynamics of the 22 Rays of God. From our understandings, most of what has become accepted and popular in the New Age movement about working with the Chakra’s is now (in terms of Ascension) out of date due to the vibration frequency of the Cosmic level energies that human consciousness is now able to accept into it’s physical-etheric structure.

The 22 Rays of God need to be directly intertwined within the Chakra system as it is through the vehicle of the Chakra’s that one can access the higher vibrational frequencies of the 22 Rays of God, which is the only process by which one can raise their vibration in terms of dimensional consciousness. However, just as with ancient practices of meditation and breath techniques to clear and strengthen the Chakra’s and the energy systems to create resilience and stability in the physical body and psyche, without incorporating the 22 Rays of God through active and conscious attention, an individual will not benefit from the existence of those higher Cosmic frequencies. Which means, in terms of Ascension Mastery, a person can only increase the vibration of their energy structure by gaining proper training and accurate guidance in those Higher Frequencies of Light (of the 22 Rays).

For progress to be achieved, one must begin to restructure their energy field so that it can start to accept the Higher Rays beyond those that are naturally inherent by birth in the human biology of the red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet frequencies. The 22 Rays of God are the vibrational frequencies beyond an individuals base consciousness. When one expands their consciousness to incorporate the 22 Rays, they shift their frequency on the 3rd, 4th and eventually the 5th dimensional levels. This is in fact exactly what happens to anyone who is using or participating in the teachings we create.

What makes what we do even more unique is that we have learned that when a person attempts to use intellectual learning of the human mental mind to create a vibrational shift, it is an almost 100% futile endeavor. Instead one must be exposed to the right frequency first and foremost, yet in order to do that, one must actively set aside the mental mind’s typical perspective, as the mental construct only understands what it already understands. Meaning, it blocks out learning anything new until it can convince itself otherwise.

WHAT IS CHAKRA BREATH^SM?
It is our term to illustrate the importance of proper technique to create a real energetic shift in one’s energetic makeup. The importance of the Breath in this Seminar Series is paramount. We structure the classes using Pranic Breathing techniques to bypass the mental mind as it is the only effective method of allowing the physical-mental-emotional-etheric energy bodies to intersect and blend together more effectively. We have found this is a key to successfully receiving the higher energies (after making sure the energies one is opening themselves unto are within a sacred and protected structure of Light through the Unified Whole of Oneness and the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Brotherhood / Sisterhood of White Light).

Pranic Breathing is bringing conscious awareness to your breath so that you become more aware of how deeply your are breathing. Most people breathe in short shallow breaths that only fill the upper portion of the lungs. In Pranic Breath it is longer and slower so that it seems to fill up the lower abdomen also. (Actually the lower lungs behind the abdomen area). If one rests their hand over the navel, it should move out slightly and then back in through a repetitive rhythmic cycle while not being forced.

The Rays of God represent the 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensional energies. As each of those 22 Rays become intertwined within the specific Chakra they work with, then it raises the vibration of that Chakra. This must be done in stages so as not to overload the system, but to allow the Ray energies (overall) to then assist each of the 8 Chakras (Thymus included) individually to raise to a higher consciousness and existence. In esoteric terms of dimensional frequency, the first 8 Rays represent the 3rd dimensional Chakra grid, the 9th through the 16th Ray are associated with the Chakras from the Root area going upwards into the Crown for the 4th dimensional Chakra grid, and then the 17th through the 22nd repeat the same movement from the Root to the Crown igniting the 5th dimensional Chakra grid.

In order to achieve a 5th dimensional body the 22 Rays of God must be integrated within each of the Chakras arising those Chakras to become the 22 Chakras. CLINIC 1: BECOMING YOUR SPIRITUAL INTENTION AND INSPIRATION: “Learning the Art of Vulnerability”.

The first step to be able to create a world in which you desire to become is to be truly aware of whom you are within your present reality.

This means that you need to have a sense within yourself of what is not true in your world from the perspective of your Mental and Emotional Bodies in order to find the way to step into the new pathway that you want to chart for yourself. We call this the “State of Vulnerability”.

Without the ability to be fully honest in the rawest form of what you think and feel about yourself, then creating intentions will not be coming from your true self. As an Initiate, if you are able to fully command within your higher mental self, that you are going to be better at what you desire to become, then that is considered a perception of your Higher Mind. What happens with such a statement is that it does not become grounded within you due to the distractions that you hold within your subconscious mind.

Within that thought perception you are not accessing the “State of Vulnerability” as it is coming from your Conscious Mind of what you think you need to achieve in order to change certain patterns within your life.

The Science of the Three Minds is essentially very important as it is the holder of your destiny. It is important to realize that the only way you are going to achieve your desired element that you are bringing forth into your Intentions, is through the Higher Mind which is also called the Super-Conscious Mind.

Everything else is perceived through the Subconscious Mind, directing it into the Conscious Mind. This means that you as the Initiate are only accessing the Lower Mind, and Lower Ego. It is not a direct command from your Higher Consciousness, but yet within your physical reality until you are able to reprogram your Subconscious Mind allowing the Super Conscious to become your truth.

This means that as you open up the doorway to say I intend to “become more aligned with my Higher Self Consciousness”, you are being very truthful of what you want to create, but yet it becomes more difficult because of the many interruptions that can occur within the lower mind. It becomes a maze of mixed thoughts that have been perceived in previous moments. This is the reality of fighting the energy of the intention instead of becoming that intention.

Many do not realize that the “State of Vulnerability” is a doorway into the space of mixed thoughts that are within your subconsciousness. When you allow yourself to be vulnerable, while accessing your inner Truth you become less concerned with the conscious mind and more aligned with the Higher Mind/Super Consciousness. There really is no other way to get around it.

In order to find your Inspiration, you must look and see why it has not appeared for you previously. This is due to the veil of forgetfulness that has not allowed you to see that being open to your challenges and seeing the raw truth of the situation, you have been closing yourself off from the true essence that is right within you and has always been there for you awaiting for your arrival.

This is when you start to realize that you must step out of your physical consciousness and realize that you are a Child of God, and that the true reality of that intention needs to be aligned within the Source of Light that you are – your Spiritual Essence and Spiritual Bodies that we call the I Am Presence.

This starts in the “State of Vulnerability” so that your four-body system (physical, etheric, emotional, mental) can start to truly break down their protective mechanism within you that is keeping you misinformed of who you truly are as a Spirit of Light within a Physical Body.
