New Earth Frequency Update ~ August 2016 ~ Moving into a New Consciousness

Greetings our Dearest Beloveds,

It is our pleasure to bring forth our essences unto each of you.

2016 has proven to be the year of advancement and great achievements even if you may think it has happened otherwise. Understanding what the spotlight of the awareness that has occurred is the first element that needs to be considered.

We think it is imperative to not step too forward into the future but to truly look at the truth that is appearing in your world. It is everywhere even if all individuals are not ready to acknowledge it. But you have to admit that change is occurring in each corner of the globe. It may only be a thought process and not fully manifested into the physical, but it means that change is happening.

Being in the midst of Transformation is probably the most challenging place to be.

It causes disruption, thought challenges, emotional imbalances, and many other aspects to arise. It takes the physical self through a journey of being unconscious to stepping into a more conscious reality. That is exactly what is occurring within your world and within each of you.

You see, it is very important to understand that the world is not going to change as quickly as each person would like it to be so. There are many elements within darkness that have been hidden away and there are many more to be revealed. What is important through this process is that each of you understand that people are awakening to a better reality, but it has to come from within first.

There are so many souls hurting, not understanding, and thinking that the world is in a much better place, but presently the true reality is being revealed. It is absolutely magnificent to see the progress that is occurring as each of you realize the truth as you see it. And, this truth will change in a moment’s notice due to events occurring within the world.

Meleriessee wrote about the changes of this month, August 2016 ~ A Time of Magnificent Transformation, which is the beginning of an energetic revolution. This is not a warrior type revolution but an energy exchange. It is not about the fighting of opinions and why things have not changed which results in disappointment. It is about the energetic exchange that is occurring within the planet and how individuals of power are truly being challenged. There is an uprising occurring which is absolutely necessary in order for Gaia to ascend to her next level.

We ask you not to be so concerned about the higher dimensions Gaia is moving into but the next step in your evolution. That would be stepping through the doorway of the Fifth Dimension. Many individuals think that you are already there and within your consciousness, you may very well have achieved that end. But there is still so much more work that needs to be done in order to physically ascend in that essence.

The challenges that are occurring presently represent the Fourth Dimension – it is a state of duality of the Light and Dark fighting each other. The planet is still in a very grave situation as the Darkness is emitted then the Light has to not be the controlling agent but to help dissipate that darkness.

As the planetary movements occur, these elements are going to be very predominant in your world.

If we were to say that each of you that are awakened and reading this transmission, then we would say the Earth will ascend to her destination. But yet, there are still so many souls that are not allowing that to happen. So the work for each of you has to be in a deeper part of your existence. You must work with your psychological self and allow the changes to occur while sharing to others of this world, you Divine Love, Your Acceptance, and Understanding for what they are going through. Compassion is absolutely necessary at this time.

As you stand right now within the Lion’s Gate energies, it is bringing forth the ability to go into the deeper level of your consciousness.

Planet Sirus “B” is assisting each of you to accept these energies. It is bringing forth the change that is necessary to bridge the gap between your Higher Essence and your Physical Self so that they can merge together. The Council of Sirius is working very diligently at this time to allow this interaction to occur.

Through the alignment of the five planets of Mercury Venus, Mars, Saturn, and Jupiter in the middle of the month there will be a time of great transformation for the Feminine and Masculine Divine to become more active in each individual; it will bring forth the alliance of the four –body system to be accelerated into a more balanced effort.

Each of these planets represent a different aspect within your soul’s essence to bring forth a state of equilibrium through your Soul Body – your Etheric Self. It is a time of great magnificence in which if you take the opportunity you can truly change your physical self into a higher state of existence.

All of this represents the ability to hold your Light Quotient. As long as you are allowing yourself to go through the Soul Psychology work to change the lower vibrational feelings and thoughts into a higher understanding within your consciousness, then you will see great changes occur within you. If you do not, then you will be challenged with those foreboding thoughts and emotions.

There is no doubt about it – the Earth is going through a Rebirthing Process which means quite a bit of internal cleansing in order for the higher essence to be acknowledged within all beings of light.

As the Full Moon of Aquarius arrives on the 18^th, this is the cycle of great manifestation. It will be a time to fully embrace what you have achieved, to look back on the previous days of the month to see how you allowed the transformation to occur, but only once again if you do the work within yourself.

You see, the Earth needs each of you to realize your own potential without the Lower Ego involved and only with the Higher Ego of the Christed Self to be fully realized. So many individuals need your Light and your Healing, but if you send out the energy of who you are before going through these processes within, then you are not assisting Gaia to ascend. We need each and every one of you to understand your truth, your light, and to be One with each of us.

The power of the energetic exchanges this month will allow each of you to move into a new direction, a new consciousness.

Are you willing to work through these energies and not allow them to pass you by without accepting the growth potential that is available at this time?

It is a period of manifestation but individuals must realize the potential of their own ability to create change. When the lower forms are still in place, then the manifestation will occur from that space. When true growth is part of the process, then there is a time of high acceleration coupled with the ability to bring forth unto yourself more than you could ever imagine. So much can happen in this time period to assist every one of you, but you must do your part by becoming one with the Ascended Master State of Consciousness. Step out of your old thought process as you learn that you are part of a huge movement of change upon this earth.

Be One with All you Desire and Allow it to be the continuance of your Life from this point forward.

We suggest the Rays of God – open yourself up to these energies and ask them to be within you; breathe them into your physical self as they will help you to make the necessary changes.

Blue – Will and Power (Strength, Courage); Golden Yellow – Love and Wisdom (Illumination); Pink – Creative Actualization (Compassion, Love); Crystalline – Harmony & Balance through Conflict (Purity, Rebirth); Green/Gold/White – Science of God (the Higher Self, Harmony of the Spheres, Truth); Ruby Red/Gold – Inner Devotion (Peace, Serenity); Violet/Purple – Ceremonial Magic and Structure (Transmutation, Freedom, Alchemy).

It is our goal to assist each of you to transform these energies. We must give all the souls that are in the warrior-mode to heal by sending compassion, love, understanding but doing it within an energetic exchange – not just your thoughts. Utilize the rays to assist; we are all here to do the same for you.

Be strong, diligent, and patient with yourself through these activations. They will erupt great changes to help humanity to awaken to the next level of their realizations from their Soul Essence.

The Transition of Gaia ~ New Earth Frequency Update June 2016

Greetings and Love,

We are Master Thoth, the Great Divine Director, and Master Einstein representing the Unified Whole Command of the 144^th Dimensional Frequency of Light.

We would like to share with you the dynamics of the energies that are presently occurring within the Earth and how you may be affected during this time as great accelerations are occurring for everyone, within and around the Earth.

2016 truly has been a powerful year but yet all the years leading up to this time have created the availability for each of you to experience more frequency of light than the previous years. The changes that are occurring presently are beyond the scope of understanding within the human mind but yet so many individuals are looking to information that will assist them to UNDERSTAND from their mental body. Sometimes as a human you just have to let go of the chatter to really find the true answer. It is an element that has to occur from your Divine Mind, your Higher Self, into the focus of your physical existence.

So how does One go from the Physical Mind into the Higher Mind?

Well, that is exactly what each of you is experiencing presently whether you are intentionally working upon it or it is happening through your higher states of awareness. The process of life changing upon the Earth is occurring right before your eyes, within your consciousness, and through your physical experiences. This is what is called the Ascension Process, and it is going to continue for quite some time.

But what stage of growth are you experiencing presently?

As the influctuation of the light energy is increased around the planet, it allows for seepage of these light elements to come into the existence of humanity. But since the Awakened individuals are still at a low percentage level, then the experience of this light is going to be increased within each person. This means that each of you that are aware of the elevated energies is going to be effected at a higher rate than the general population of the Earth. The more aware you become, the more that you accept to receive these energies within your system.

As the planet is changing through this process, it is imperative that each soul receives these increased energies so that it can be held within the core of Gaia. This means that each of you must be very diligent to realize that you will change in the re-patterning of the earth. In fact, you have asked to take on this role so that this earth can arise into her higher creations of light. You are the beacon of light to take on these responsibilities so that others can do the same.

But how do you go about allowing this to happen without feeling overload?

This is a very good question as within the context of your physical mind, there cannot be any answers. There is only the continued thoughts of how and why you can continue through this process.

Change is inevitable within each of you, but it depends upon how you relate to those changes that are occurring. We also know you want the global change to happen but it cannot occur immediately. But the important element to consider is how are you being affected within your consciousness and your life to what is happening upon the Earth.

Each of you is a Torch Bearer to bring forth this energy to be held within Gaia. But yet, a Torch Bearer also has the responsibility of knowing within themselves how the changes are affecting them and how to continue to be that Torch Bearer. We believe that some individuals think that the Earth is within the 5^th dimensional frequency but we beg to differ with that statement. We think it is a matter of understanding the consciousness that is occurring and not what is happening within the Earth.

There are great changes at this time. The preparation that each of you are going through is tremendous as there are more light infractions appearing within the Earth to be grounded to assist the planet to align with the 5^th dimensional level, but it is up to each of you to hold it within your own consciousness. All you have to do is look at the world around you to see the battles that are occurring within countries, within leaders, and within the people. This represents the fourth dimensional level of consciousness. This earth has shifted from the third dimension because there is an awareness that was not present previously. Living within the third level represents being asleep so it is important to look around you at individuals, “are they still asleep”. Unfortunately, many still are.

But yet, the planet is still transitioning to the level that you desire to have in existence at this time. Hope is not a bad thing; in fact it is very important to see that there is a chance for the Earth to move into the higher realms of light. But please know that there still needs to be so much work in order for that pathway to be grounded within Gaia and each of you.

That is exactly what you are going through presently. It is important through each change of light that is occurring to know what is happening within you as great movements of acceleration will happen to change your four-body system into a heightened level of awareness, but there is so much more that is involved within that process. If you are not already participating in the teachings of mastery in your own life, it is imperative that you do so as they will help you to realize what is changing within your system, and to realize it is all part of the process of ascension – De-Ascending your Highest Consciousness into your Full Body System. Each of you must heal deeply in order to hold the 5^th dimensional light body. It will not come into you just because the planet is transitioning into a higher level. You have to allow the healing to create more healing into the depth of your soul’s history.

So the effects of the God Force are bringing forth the light infractions to assist each of you to go through this process. Your physical bodies are not used to these elements that are increasing through each month and change of the seasons. The planet is accelerating but you must realize that there is a long way to travel until Gaia can fully accept her role as a 5^th dimensional planet and then beyond.

The Solstice in June is another event that is going to catapult these energies into a higher frequency of light for each of you. The understanding of what is occurring is not our role to share as Lord Metatron wants to bring forth that information, but we can tell you that each of you are preparing to hold more light energy within your physical form. There is a great deal of internal work that needs to be done in order for it to be held within you. Changes have to result within your psychological self as it represents your multi-dimensional personality, your soul body of light (the Etheric Body), and how that integration occurs within your entire structure.

So yes, many of you are being challenged. It is affecting your sleep, your times of being awake, your chakras being realigned, your intuitive self is becoming stronger, and more light quotient being grounded within your physical self. All of these elements create havoc within the physical body especially when the individual going through that process does not understand that they have to remove the elements that have been lodged within their soul’s psychological self for eons of time. You must understand that you cannot rise to the higher frequencies without taking care of these elements. You may still feel the elevation of the light, and you will probably feel extreme pain during these times, but you won’t be able to hold it.

Some individuals may feel that this is wrong, to go into the past as it is finished. But unfortunately, your Etheric body holds it all and this part of you is your Feeling Body. It allows the other bodies of the Emotional and Mental to work through you. It cannot be ignored in any shape or form. If you don’t take care of these elements now, then you will have to do so at some time either in or out of body.

So when we look at the earth and what is happening presently, we can understand why you want to go into the “love and light” syndrome. This is not a bad thing, but realizations must come to the forefront as each of you hold this light but also hold your own darkness even if you don’t go into that space. It is ignited through your field of light and can be causing more debris to be centered upon the earth.

We know that this is not easy to hear for some of you, and others you may feel that you are starting to understand why the world is the way it is.

Yes, there are increased Light Quotients being realized in every single person at this time. And, there will be more. The important element for each of you is to be able to hold it as much as possible. Yes, these light infractions will create change for you, but it is up to each of you to realize what is happening, go into the energy, and look for yourself within the Emotional and Mental Bodies so that it can be transformed. Otherwise, we are going to be experiencing these energies upon the Earth for a very long time.

Now there may be others that are feeling the increase rate of acceleration in a different way. Their psychic abilities may be so strong that they feel as if they are moving into a different time and space. There are many opportunities at this time. The veil between the worlds is very thin and many things can happen through this process during the Solstice. This way of existing is not recommended, as it will take you into a different dimensional universe that is not aligned with the Light of God or the Source of Light. But many may decide this is the route they want to take because of the challenges they are feeling physically and emotionally. You have to remember that you have a contract with Gaia to uphold these energies even though the transition can be difficult, almost feeling as if you cannot go onward. The history within your soul is healing deeply through each transition to allow the four-body system to come into alignment as it should be. There are many timelines within your Etheric Body that ignite every time there is an increased amount of energy within the planet. It is essential that every person be able to transform their physical body into the light body, but these timelines need to be rectified, purified, and put into wholeness so that the full body system can be centered within the Earth.

The important element we want to convey is that Grounding is essential for each of you at this time. Bringing forth the accelerated energy into your full body system, allow the changes to occur for you, heal all parts of yourself through the process, and feel the new You become very grounded within your thoughts, your emotions, and everything that is important to existing upon this Earth. We need you to stay, not to leave and go into other worlds. We know it is not easy at all, but call upon your Higher Essence to help you realize the contract that you have taken on.

It is a critical time for Gaia and for each of you. Holding as much of these light frequencies within you to be grounded to her essence is imperative. Others need to feel this especially the Ones that are still asleep; we need each of you to become better within yourself to hold this essence you are becoming. Work through your physical elements, call upon each of the Brothers and Sisters of the White Brotherhood to assist you, become the Master you desire to be.

As you do so, you will heal your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. You will become the Divine Mind as is deemed appropriate through the Ascended Master State of Consciousness.

Step into the energy of the Solstice and this coming season with a renewed sense of who you are becoming. Allow yourself to change in the process, be happy with your transition even when it feels not so joyful. Each of you has this power within you to be One with your Higher Self or Divine Mind and this is the process you need to realize for yourself.

We want to extend our loving assistance to help you through the transition of the New Earth. Realize within yourself that you can be in the 5^th dimensional consciousness, within your thoughts and your emotions, and the more you feel this, the more it will become concrete within Gaia’s core. But always be honest with yourself of what you are feeling, the emotions and thoughts that come into your consciousness as they need to be changed.

You will thank yourself for acknowledging all elements of who you are becoming. And most of all, Gaia thanks you for taking on an enormous role of responsibility to assist her so that other souls will be able to come to the 5^th dimensional earth of Terra Christa. It is a beautiful time of great acceleration. We have deep compassion and love for each of you.

Be Like the Dancing Planets ~ Embrace your Rebirth

The Unified Whole Command brings forth their essence to share that the alignment of the Dancing Planets that occurred on January 20, 2016 represent our own alignment within the Physical through the Spiritual Self.

This alignment continues for 30 days and it brings a perfect opportunity to incorporate the changes that we desire.

Greetings My Dearest Comrades of the Light,

Welcome to 2016! How does it feel? The frequencies of light are ever changing in each day, hour, and minute. That is what you will be experiencing during this cycle of acceleration.

We are honored to communicate with each of you. We represent the Unified Whole Command of the 144^th dimensional energies with Master Thoth, Master Einstein, and the Great Divine Director. Our role is to assist each of you in understanding the dynamics of the earth changes and how you may help yourself through the process of GREAT CHANGE.

We are so divinely excited to be able to walk with each of you through these changes and want to reiterate to you that we represent the Source of Light that each of you reside from – your True Beginning. So we ask you to take a breath and feel our energies as we expand our essence through the writings of our communication.

As the month of January as represented a new beginning within a new year, it can hold elements of anticipation as the energy starts to enfold. As we speak at this time, of the third quarter of the month, we see that there is great confusion but yet also an alignment of energy that is helping many of you to understand that it is all in Divine Order. If you can come to that realization, then you are on the right track. The Universal Laws will become more commonplace in your consciousness as the teachings of the old ways are becoming your Way of Being. That is truly what is starting to occur within this year, but with it comes great turbulence as some of the energies are going to fight against those teachings that truly come from the truth of the eternal self.

Let us take a look of what is happening energetically within the planetary system. On the 20^th of this month there has been alignment between five of the planets within your solar system which will last for 30 days. This is a testimony of what can be to occur but within the understanding of the planets in alignment there comes a period of re-growth.

As these planets are all working within the symmetry of the Earth, they are exhibiting a forceful bond between one another. Each of their essences brings forth a special understanding but the focus within the Solar System is to show that these elements are starting to come into alignment. What happens when this occurs is that whatever does not fit that connection of light, there will be conflicting energies that will result.

Let’s take a look at them:

Mercury of Communication and Understanding

Venus of Beauty and Harmony

Mars of Energy and Intuitiveness

Jupiter of Expansion and Belief of the Cosmos

Saturn of Being Fixated towards a Cause, a Reason for existence and in-depth study of the situation

Each of these planets represent a higher order of understanding as they bring forth the ability to look at life in a very positive experience. Saturn is the planet that is holding the energies for the rest of the planets. The cause brings a New Order of Life. Mercury brings forth the ability to communicate more clearly, Mars shares its essence of an energetic exchange through being very insightful; Jupiter shares its essence of expanding the concept and belief that there is more than is being shown presently as Venus is the harmonization of love and peace of all the elements coming together in Oneness.

If you take this explanation of what is happening around the earth and bring it forth into your own experience, we are sure that you would see that a new consciousness is being created. Aren’t you changing in each moment of your creation? Each of these elements can be understood on a personal level and how to adjust how you are dealing with your life into accepting the New You.

The cause of your existence is changing; you are learning that the foundation you have had is now being reinforced with a sense of your higher self.

Just as Gaia is expanding through her consciousness all of humanity is doing the same. The difference is that part of humanity accepts the new way of understanding that life is changing for them. The other part is still cloaked in their darkness and cannot see the Light that they truly are – their source of existence. The difference between the two is that one part of humanity is becoming enlightened of what they have not known and the other part is not awakened to the possibilities that are being presented.

As this alignment has occurred, it will create great change in the frequency of the Earth. There will be extreme conditions in the bodily functions. Remember, it is about experiencing the alignment but also to incorporate the changes in your four-body system. So there can be great revelations of what is occurring for you.

Those of you that are working through the first seven levels of your Planetary Ascension (which represents most all awakened beings) will find that your emotions can become very raw. As the energy is changing, it is working through the Emotional and Mental bodies for them to become aligned within each other. Deep meditations or utilizing special healing tools will assist in the process. Your subconscious is being worked upon with issues you have been having. You may find that you are anxious in one moment and then very calm in another. This is allowing you to move into the state of Divine Oneness. Utilize spiritual tools to help you become more focused with your Higher Self energies.

In both cases of the higher initiation levels and the lower, the physical body will be affected in many different ways. There may be periods of acute feelings within the physical body where there are weaknesses. It may feel like you are healing continuously through the issues you have been dealing with. Your sleep state can be erratic. One day you are wide-awake after three or four hours, and another you are sleeping continuously. On the days of being so awake, it is time to do the inner reflection, writing, connecting to the Ascended Master State of Consciousness.

Your light quotient can increase but it is up to each individual person to sustain it. Sometimes when this happens a person feels it is uncomfortable so they do things to try and push it away. Grounding these energies in through the Earth Star and restructuring your foundation is the most important way to deal with the inconsistencies.

This is because this awareness of the dimension frequencies is coming into alignment at this time. Inter-dimensional travel is very acute and can happen in a moment’s notice. It is important to take time to process every emotion or thought that is coming into your awareness. Some moments may seem more challenging than others.

In any case this time is one of great reflection and each moment can be different than the other. The important element is to become very accepting of what is happening for you and not to step into the world of uncertainty. Be one with your I AM Presence.

The moon energies of January and February will also reflect these changes. So it is imperative to be grounded with yourself, do your inner work, and understand your inner self, and less concerned with the outer self. These suggestions will help you tremendously to get through these elements.

The most important element that we can share is that your stability must come from within as changes are occurring immensely within the planet and within your own energetic system. Your Etheric bodies are becoming more acutely aware of what is happening in the emotional and mental bodies so the adjustment can be very challenging to say the least.

As we have said before, the main component will be your connection to your Spiritual Self as the changes will become more acute. Think of the alignment of the planets with Saturn representing your own foundation. It is important to know what is your foundation, why you are guided to do certain tasks, and what the end result may mean for you. You don’t want to bring elements into alignment that are an opposite polarity of what you are trying to integrate within yourself.The remaining planets represent the different aspects of your psychological self to be put into wholeness.

Mercury is the communicator. How do you communicate to others?

Mars is the key to how you perceive your own energies by allowing your intuitiveness to be your guide and not your Mental Mind.

While Jupiter allows for the expansion of your physical consciousness into the higher realms.

Venus brings the beauty and harmony that is important to expand out of your field into the world around you as you share the Love That You Are Becoming.

All you have to do is look at the weather patterns and see that Gaia is experiencing the same type of conditions within her full-body system. The extreme challenges that are occurring within the planet are resulting in high temperatures and then lower temperatures. High levels of precipitation is occurring as these elements are being focused into Gaia’s core essence. This is the see-saw effect that is happening within and around the planet. There will be areas of concern for individuals, and then there will be a feeling of peace in other places around the globe.

In order to fully actualize the Divine Laws of the Universe the laws have to be applied to the consciousness of humanity individually and collectively. So what happens within that process is that elements are disrupted due to not being in alignment with that initial concept of Oneness.

All that do not adhere to the acceptance of the Light will be revealed and changed.

This is exactly what is occurring at this time as the earth is moving in her evolution towards enlightenment. When a society moves from being very un-awakened to an awakening, it takes many moments of the creative process to be initiated. This is the process that you are all experiencing at this time.

Yes, there are great challenges, but each of you has a contract to be here, to experience it, and to see it flourish into a more evolved society where many more will choose to be part of the Divine Oneness.

The Heavens are aligning with the Earth as all the Human Angels are becoming aware of their role in the New Earth.

Each of you are the Human Angels and you have traveled far and wide to come to this place in time. You arrived in the beginning and chose to stay to assist. You have spent many lifetimes trying to bring Light to this planet and have endured so very much. It is time for the releasement of all you have held within your system. It is no longer necessary to hold it within you; it is your time to fully accept your Divinity of Light within the physical existence.

Remove these elements, my Dearest Ones, as the time will be coming that you will accept what you have chosen to experience. The transition from the dark into the light is not an easy one to experience. Let it Be, my dearest Ones. As we now see, the light within this planet. It is shining deeply in Gaia’s core; each of you. You are removing lifetimes and lifetimes of your old existence in order to truly Be One Within Yourself as you desired it to be a long time ago.

Allow this transition that you are experiencing to be one of Greatness. As each moment that you have to change, you are re-charging the molecules surrounding your essence as others will feel your ability to transform the self. Others will follow in your steps. So please continue the journey of re-birth.

Top 10 Ascension Symptom Remedies

There are so many that have questions on what they are feeling.

+Physical Anomalies/Sensations in specific areas
+Feeling Dizzy/Spacey/Unsteady
+Diet Strangeness/Foods that worked before don’t all of a sudden
+Over Fatigued/Over Energized
+Mental Lapse of Recall/ Deja vu flashes

All of these are totally unexplained as to the root cause by medical professionals if you go see them (yes it is always advised to check in with them first so the establishment does not feel left out…we do not offer any medical advice ever so you must see them to get that.)

Why this is happening is because the human body is taking in more light frequencies. Think of it as growing pains when you were young. Everything has to shift and make room. Often this means that what is there must go. Here are the top 10 things we advise:

1. If you are not already doing so, remove artificial and chemical food/drink. Your body can no longer handle them like it did. Simpler and purer does better now.

2. Drink much more clean water daily. This can go beyond the good ole 8 glasses a day up to a gallon. But ease into it as your body adjust, don’t just go and force drink a gallon. In general most folks are dehydrated anyway so more will help.

3. Go for gentle remedies, over the counter and pharma solutions are getting too harsh. Use homeopathy, natural herbs for teas or extracts. Extracts that have no or little alcohol are better. Use Caster Oil for muscle and body pain, coconut oil, use Arnica,

4. You will find that essential oils of higher grade are now more attractive. This is because they carry frequencies that are subtler than artificial ingredients, Your body will now appreciate them and you can find them to assist with many physical, mental or emotional transitions.

5. Take Epsom Salt/Sea Salt, Baking Soda, and Apple Cider Vinegar Baths (not the artificially flavored ACV). Use a handful of the salt, handful of the soda and a bit less than that of the cider. If your body hurts use a cup or more of the first two. This will help greatly and also acts to remove toxins and clear the auric and etheric fields of light around your physical body.

6. Govern your emotional and mental environment. You can no longer handle as much “density” as you used to take on. Bars, shopping malls, stores…they all have many other people there and most of them are still firmly within the “3D” lifestyle. The conversations and general energy they emit is no longer compatible with those taking in more Light. (Yes everyone will eventually have to consciously do so but you are in the forefront.) Guide your own thoughts to not engage in lower energy conversations: the NWO, the government, who and who are not the bad guys, critical thoughts, words and judgments of any kind — including judging yourself — must now be a thing of the past. This also goes for your emotional body: feed it with kindness, compassion and goodness as much as you can. This does not mean being complacent with any deficiencies or areas of your personality that are more negative such as self-judgment, anger, despair; it means build them up into being the positive aspects: self-acceptance, loving, hopeful. (Which is what our work is also all about).

7. Get off media. Dark shows and movies and music and games, even if it still seems fun and exhilarating is still playing with ‘the dark fire’. The frequencies and messages of those who created the images, sounds or emotions have to be taken into account now. All things are connected.

8. Stop being in conflict and being the “Warrior of Light”. Like energy is like energy. ‘Anti” anything is still the same energy — only at the polarity. Oneness is not polarity. Drop the “swords” and embrace allowing each person to find their own path. Just share your understandings of what worked for you, not telling folks what they should/should not be doing. Don’t “occupy” anything other than yourself. Be a Torchbearer for the Light, not a Crusader who forces it on others.

9. If you are not doing a higher consciousness spiritual practice, just ‘being the Love and the Light’ is no longer sufficient. We have to reverse the energies we have built up over eons. How long have humans been building up their “dark muscles”? Each person has to now build up their “Light muscles” the same way we all did within the dark. Unless you live in a monastery high on a mountain top, you now need “Light muscles”. Religion is great for some souls (and is important to their spiritual growth), but those at the forefront of building the foundation for a New Earth are called to go beyond religion into getting in touch with the Oneness of Source itself. And Oneness is not about excluding anyone’s beliefs but about everyone seeing the underlying Source of all beliefs. If you have been mediating already, take it to the next level. Always ask to be connected to your Higher Self through the I AM PRESENCE and find teachers that can insure you are doing so correctly. That begins the work of clearing those eons of dimensional debris and it takes time and patience.

10. Lastly don’t believe everything you read or hear from the New Age “press” sources. As we move into a higher level of light quotient within the very start of the Golden age, there are still many Beings who have the ability to interfere, interject and infiltrate any given message. Many channels mean well but a huge percentage of them have no way of knowing if what they receive is fully in the Light and Pure. This why in our work we call upon and invoke the “Unified Whole in Oneness”. (See our website menu for the ‘TAKE THE NEW EARTH PLEDGE” to begin to start to bring in this level of protection). Everything has changed now that the ‘New Earth’ was scheduled to be here in December of 2012. More diligence, persistence and dedication is now required to bring through the purity of the Christed Frequency within the God-Force of the Creative Source of Oneness because that energy of the “Darkness” is not at all desiring a New Earth to get created. A whole new level of personal awareness is now required.

Ascension Techniques

Walking Terra Christa will be providing some ascension techniques that can be used to accelerate your light body infusion. These techniques are provided through Dr. Joshua David Stone; we have added additional information for the present energies coming into the planet.

Anytime during your meditation you can ask the Ascended Masters to increase your Light Quotient by 12%. Please make sure that you use only the 12% ratio as too much could be an overload in your 4-body system.

Ascension Technique No. 1

On the inner plane exists ascension seats or chambers. There are many of them. They are actual seats, tables or columns that you sit or stand on or lie down in. The Masters, through some kind of higher technology, pulse Light through the mechanism to raise your vibration.

Always call upon the Unified Whole of the 144^th dimension before you go to any of these ascension seats. Each of these beings are now within Oneness and you want to make sure that you are connecting with the Source energy and not lower aspects of these Beings.

(1) On Commander Ashtar’s spaceship; (2) In Serapis Bey’s Ascension Retreat in Luxor; (3) Telos, the underground city beneath Mt. Shasta; (4) The Great Pyramid of Giza, in the king’s chamber. Ask in meditation or at night while you sleep to be taken to these ascension seats.

The Bridge of a New Essence ~ Lord Metatron Speaks on the Spring Equinox

CHANNELED MESSAGE. As we stand on the bridge of the new essence arriving into Gaia, we bring you this message of love and joy about the Spring Equinox of 2014. It is my divine pleasure to speak to you at this time. I Am Lord Metatron calling upon the forces of Light to be ever present in your existence as we become One Being of Creation.

We always look forward to the Spring Equinox each year as it brings more light into the planet on a deeper level. This year is the same but so very different. I first want to talk about what you have been experiencing within the planet and why the challenges have been so very intensified.

When you chose to be here on Earth and help by being the Light Bearers to hold the frequency, we knew that it would not be easy to create. But yet, I don’t think any of us on this side of the Inner Plane ever realized how deep the creation would take us and the journey we would experience together. In fact, we were not even sure that this project would come to its fruition. There were times we thought it would have to be aborted in order to create a New Earth in another dimensional frequency. But each of you have proved us very wrong and continue to do so.

The power of the energies within this year has been supported by 2013 and how each of you handled yourself through the transitions of light and dark within the planet. We know that was not easy at all and here, we stand together, ready to receive more Light infractions that need to be held and nurtured.

This past trimester from January through March has been very extreme as each of you know very well. The forces of darkness that make up the Galactic race not in alignment with the Brotherhood of Light are trying their very best to stop this light infraction from occurring. The work that has been done behind the scenes is way beyond the capacity of your understanding and represents both sides of the Light and Dark.

Is it any wonder of why you have been experiencing such moments of intensity with the weather patterns? If that wasn’t enough, the frequency that hits your fields to stop you from being strong in your pathway is way beyond your means of understanding. All you know is what you feel and it has not been great, this we know very well.

The power of your light is strong; we see you aspiring to more within yourself and know that it is occurring in each individual person in the way that they see it molding their world. It is the ones that we see who think that no work needs to be done and is expecting the other forces of light to take care of them are truly an obstacle for this light to fully become manifest in Gaia’s world. You did not arrive here to expect others to help you.

So what has happened to some of you along the way?

Why have you fallen off the path of continued success with your higher essence guiding you through the muck and mire?

Have you stopped to think why you prefer to be taken care of by others?

Have you lost your Will, your Power, your Love of the Highest Truth?

I pose these questions not to criticize but to help everyone wake up unto themselves and the damage that may be created from expecting too much from others without giving themselves deeply. The mastery pathway is the only way for your ascension and until you realize that you are not stuck, need to be saved by the ascended masters, and that you have the power through your divine essence of humility within yourself, then you will still be an obstacle to the New Earth being created.

We have a problem upon this Earth. We are still not quite ready as a full consciousness to accept a 5^th dimensional way of living, but we are moving forward very slowly. I see so many individuals that need to understand that they are not the savior of this planet but part of a collective consciousness with many lightworkers coming together in Unison. The debris you have brought with you is from many timelines of all levels of living, not just on earth but within many inter-galactic forms.

The question is, “Are you taking care of this debris?”

Are you understanding that you must look deep within yourself and accept your challenges as your greatest gift to healing?

Each individual that awakens has a responsibility to go deeper within themselves to find their inner truth. Some souls are not ready to be on the mastery pathway and that is all okay. Others are working so diligently that they are healing for so many others.

It is important to understand which group you place yourself. If you are a Love and Lighter, please know that this is good but there must be more to the whole equation. That entryway into the light is only a golden opportunity to see and be so much more than you were before. It is designed that way to keep you moving further into your destiny upon this Earth.

I share all of these statements for one reason only. Do I have your attention?

I hope so because this is why you may be experiencing very bad moments within your emotional and mental bodies. The light infractions upon the planet are so powerful that it will create havoc in each individual. If you are not aware of whom you are and what you want to do, then it can be very disastrous to your Beingness.

Let us look at it this way: If you are awakened and step into the Self Help category also known as the Coaching Pathway, then your energies will still stay in a 3^rd dimensional existence. It is meant to help you feel better within your physical and emotional body but does not allow for the entryway of higher accelerations to be within your existence. This is fine as long as you are happy with that element within your life.

When you go further into your existence, work with your chakras, start to open up the energies, then it becomes a whole new world of experiences from this lifetime into many lifetimes that will ignite within you. You may find healing modalities that work for you and you stay strong within a specific pathway. It takes you into a higher dimensional consciousness but if you don’t work at it, the lower ego stays in tact with the emotions and thoughts very strong within each other.

Then, if you decide you want more within your life and truly want to give service, you step into the mastery pathway. This is usually a very conscious decision on your part so your Higher Self is working diligently with your physical self. Your awakening becomes more electrified and creates light infractions to come within your body. Changes start to happen that are completely different to your physical reality.

Without even talking about the unawakened beings on this planet, think about all the thought forms and feelings that are running through the airwaves from you and to you consistently. This can create havoc as it is but then we bring in another aspect that is very important ~ controlled energies from the forces other than the Brotherhood of Light. They are working within every person to make them think adversely about themselves and create more lower energies to be activated.

Their role is to stop you, every one of you from accelerating into a mastery pathway as those that walk as a master are being mentored to be the leaders for the New Earth. So they also work with the powers to be of this planet to create more problems so that, as the lightworkers, you will be affected. It is coming in from the media, from TV shows, movies, weather conditions, and anything that you can think of on a third dimensional arena.

So I ask you now, “How have you been feeling the past three months and what have you done about it?”

This is the key question because if you are working diligently every day to do the clearing that is needed and trying to find your higher essence to become more of the YOU, then you will still be affected. It is just the way that it has been at this time.

2014 is the year of Unity Consciousness. Do you understand what that means? It does not mean now that everyone is healed and can live in Light and Love. It actually represents the ability to heal deeply because as all elements come into alignment; there are other elements that need to be removed. It is just the way it is. It is part of Universal Law.

So the challenges that everyone is experiencing in every part of the world are all part of Unity Consciousness. So when a tragedy occurs in any shape or form, those thought forms are ignited through the airwaves. The dark energies have a way of capturing them and sending them back into Gaia’s core of existence. This means that every human living being upon this earth is going to feel it. It is every person’s responsibility to change their thoughts and emotions or else they become part of the problem.

Presently the percentage of those that are adding to this issue is way much larger than the ones that are assisting in changing the energies.

The Christed Intergalactics are working diligently in the heavens beyond your Universe to assist in these darker forces from coming into the planet. They have been working day and night to assist in the process of this planet’s Divinity of Light and to assist each of you. (Christed Intergalactics are beings of light on the mastery pathway and part of the Brotherhood of Light and the Spiritual Hierarchy with the Unified Whole Command.)

The intensity of these energies has been felt since the Winter Solstice but we are in great excitement for these frequencies to subside drastically. We thank each of you that have been working diligently on a constant basis. It is very imperative for the future of Gaia to ascend into Terra Christa.

The changes will occur on the Spring Equinox but we still need your assistance. This will always be on a continual basis as it is part of your contract as the forerunners of the New Earth. You have taken an oath to be on this planet during its transformation and do your best, with the knowledge and expertise you have gained each moment of your existence. This will continue through each cycle and into the future years of Terra Christa.

We know your challenges. We see them every moment and are assisting you greatly for the ones that are asking us to do so. We must tell you that not all individuals that are promoting the light are doing it in the full essence of the Unified Whole. There are still many aspects of each of us, as the ascended beings, that are the pantheons of the past and many lightworkers are channeling this level of understanding. They are not aware of it; in fact, they think it is pure because that is where their consciousness lies presently.

What we want is for each of you to continue your acceleration. Don’t let it stop and when something feels “not quite right” when you see it, read it, or experience it, put it aside and readjust your energies. This is all part of the Divine Plan also. Some are here to help others to a certain point and some are here for the long haul. We want to be assured that you are of the latter part and not the first.

All of this information is very important as we walk into the Spring Equinox; it will reflect the energies of light to come into this planet more fully. In December 2012 we experienced the same type of energy exchange. It did not go as well as previously thought due to many individuals not ready to receive the frequency and move forward. We cannot wait any longer so are asking for your assistance.

Know yourself very deeply in each moment. When something is not in alignment with your physical energies, emotions, or thoughts, change it quickly. Utilize the Rays of God as they are being infused within Gaia, you will also receive. Be your Higher Self; accept your role as a Divine Being of Light and a Torch Bearer. Know that you do not know all the answers; that only comes from your lower ego and not your Higher Ego or Higher Self. When you are wrong, accept that you are. Find the truth within you and it will set you free.

All of these elements are important for this Spring Equinox as it will mold the planet into what she can hold. Since each of you are a Torch Bearer and are here to learn more, accept the intensity of the Light within you. Give it to Gaia and prepare for an acceleration beyond your wildest dreams.

The Light upon Gaia on this day in March will help accelerate everyone at this time. Be strong, receive it, and share it through your own essence. Look to the skies for confirmation in your daylight or nighttime. It does not matter; many are waiting for your acknowledgement as we are working together. We are here to walk with you but you must show your acceptance of our truth within each other.

Changes are happening with you, within Gaia, and every living being. Others will need your strength as the transformation is occurring presently. The more you hold within yourselves at this time, the more that Gaia can accept in her essence. That will then filter out into the world, through the areas and the souls that need it the most.

Please know that we are here to assist you, be friends with you, as we remember our heritage of times gone by. Isn’t it time that we get to know one another from a physical essence instead of the spiritual connection that we have.

Navigating Ascension Symptoms in the Golden Era with Master Vywamas – Mastery Session
