arcturians-qprCall to the Arcturian Temple Workers, the Arcturian Elders, and the Arcturian starships for help in running the higher Light frequencies through your four-body system and meridians.  Ask for this at whatever Light Quotient percentage you are currently working on.

 

You can also ask them to downgrade the percentage if you are having a difficult time in assimilating them in your physical body especially during high energy accelerations within Gaia as we are being assisted through higher frequencies each month through the full moon, new moon, and planetary shifts.

 

Balance is the key to our survival during our transformation process to the New Earth.

journalKeeping A Spiritual Log

One of the most effective ascension acceleration tools that can assist an initiate is the keeping of a spiritual log.  This would include spiritual successes, spiritual insights, spiritual experiences, meditation experiences, channeling experiences, along with channeled information and meditations from other individuals.

It is helpful to create a notebook with separate divisions that you can write notes on your progress.  If an individual is going through Inner Child meditations this is where they would make notes about their feelings and even communicate with their Inner Child.  Another example would be affirmations, a chart of negative vs positive qualities, and make affirmations to change them.  We suggest recording your own affirmations and listening to them.  Additionally, you can have a section for your own personal journal of your present experiences.  You don’t have to write in each section every day but it is imperative to write in at least one area.  This will also help the mental mind to surrender to the Higher Mind until it becomes one unified existence.  These are all examples of “Esoteric Psychology,” the science of the Soul’s Essence.

We have to remember that we are bringing into our reality all aspects from our multi-dimensional self.  We are now working through those timelines so that they can be put into wholeness.  It is a period of time when we are accepting the aspects that are very powerful but have been lost, while rejecting the ones that do not fit our highest purpose or joy in this lifetime.

Utilizing this tool is very helpful especially for the individuals that are new on the mastery pathway.  It truly it assists in seeing your progress daily, weekly, and monthly.

Ask to be taken to the Golden Chamber of Melchizedek and ask Melchizedek to anchor the planetary, solar, and galactic Eye of Horus into your Third Eye.  The Eye of Horus is a six-pointed star that is ideally anchored into the four-body system which deals with the union and integration of the upper and lower spiritual triad.  The lower spiritual triad is the three-fold personality of the Physical, Emotional, and Mental Bodies.  The Upper Spiritual Triad as shared by Djwhal Khul is the Intuition, Spiritual Will, and Higher Mind.

When these two spiritual triads are brought together in the ascended state and the Eye of Horus is anchored and activated, there is an opening in the very center of the star and in the third eye.  This opening is the omnipresent Light which can be seen and is the Great Central Sun (RA the Sun God, and Helios and Vesta as our Solar Logos) that shines through this opening.

Please note that there are several levels of the Great Central Sun.  We speak here of the Solar Level, but this process can be achieved through the Galactic Level encompassing Initiations seven through twelve.  Going higher would only access your consciousness and not necessarily, the planetary ascension as the dimensional frequency of the planet has not reached the higher states.  Thus, we would not be able to exist physically on this plane.  It is suggested that you can access the higher levels of the Universal, Multi-Universal, and Cosmic with the assistance of Lord Melchizedek but only through your meditative states and not the physical existence.  It would cause great stress on the bodily structure and should only be done with LORD MELCHIZEDEK.

merkabahSPINNING OF THE DOUBLE MERKABAH

Call upon Lord Metatron and Lord Maitreya to help with this ascension technique.

Call forth to your Mighty I AM Presence for your double Merkabah.  Spin the Inner Merkabah in a clockwise manner from left to right (this encompasses your central column of your chakra system).  Spin the outer Merkabah in a counter-clockwise direction from right to left.

The spinning of the Merkabah(s) in opposite directions is actually a teleportation technique as well as a technique to build your Light Quotient and raise your overall frequency and vibration.  It also serves to clear any unwanted debris from the chakra column.

Call forth Archangel Metatron and his Rod of Initiation and ask him to use his rod for Light Quotient building and ascension activation.

 
Please know that when you request this activation, it can speed up the process of your initiation steps. When that happens, the old has to die and may cause periods of death/rebirth experiences in order to receive the higher frequency of Light. We suggest you only do this when you feel you need assistance in what you are experiencing in your pathway. Balance is the key to all of the steps of initiation. Work with your Higher Self to make sure that he/she is in agreement of what you want to do in relation to your initiation process.
