This is an eight (8) class seminar series that provides a monthly class extending throughout most of 2026. Each class seminar is guided by the High Priest of Telos, Lord Adama, through Rev. Christine Mahlariessee Hayden. (Each seminar is approximately 2.5 hours due to the in-depth teachings and personal interactions.)

These are in-depth higher vibratory spiritual connections that are considered Sacred Transmissions by Lord Adama. (Meaning that these are not standard informational learning seminars that you find elsewhere.) Greetings from the Agarthan Council of Light. I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos, the Crystalline Capitol City of Agartha.

I would like to present to you the availability to understand the rules of living in a 5^th dimensional earth and how to incorporate the code that we live by in the Agarthan Inner Earth Community.

I have worked with Lady Christine Mahlariessee for over 25 years and helped create Walking Terra Christa with Revs. Mahlariessee and Ara as they were put into a rigorous training period which started in 2010 before they traveled to Mt. Shasta to live and work with us. Once they arrived, Christine first, and Michael followed shortly thereafter; they were tested to learn how to live 5^th dimensionally on the upper earth.

This process was not easy as the way they were used to living changed completely. Their ways of becoming more aligned with us in Telos was a challenge mentally, emotionally, and physically.

The Agarthan Council has strict rules of living which put Christine and Michael through a series of lessons. I have to say it was easier for Christine as she already had been living this way for many years. In Michael’s case it was more challenging as his old way of existence would change drastically over time.

We wanted both of them to understand that in order to work with us intimately, as we desired to happen, they would have to live in accordance with our guidelines of living. This was required so that they would be able to understand the pitfalls of not living in a higher dimensional energy even though they were residing on the upper earth plane.

Now Mahlariessee had been in training for many years for this type of living; that is why it was necessary for her to leave the East Coast and reside in the area of Mount Shasta (California, USA). Living here would help both of them become more acclimated to our environment even though Mt. Shasta is still 3^rd to 4^th dimensional.

She would need to ground the energies to help Ara become more acclimated to the environment. Her pathway of Ascension Mastery assisted her to understand the process along with her prior visits to Mt. Shasta for about seven years.

That was about 14 years ago and to this day they live and breathe the ways of being able to understand and comprehend what it is like to live 5^th dimensionally.

I have been working with Walking Terra Christa this entire time; I guide them in their teachings, along with the Spiritual Hierarchy, and I am proud to say that the entire Agartha Network feels they are part of our family.

This year of 2026 we want to help as many individuals as possible to learn more about 5^th dimensional living. Without the ascended masters guiding us we would not be as far along as we are presently. We could have stayed within our own environments, living bountifully, but not connected to the upper earth as we are presently. Lady Mahlariessee has given us this gift and we in turn, are learning much more than we realized we needed. We do desire to come together with the upper earth, but elements must change first and foremost.

Many individuals think that we will be opening our doors for you arrive in body to Telos. Presently, that is not possible. Many do arrive in their meditations or sleep state to experience the energies. We have a third dimensional area which is quite different than your upper earth, very beautiful and pristine, but the energies allow for the integration of what you normally experience into preparing you for a 5^th dimensional visit. Those that visit us quite often have a chance to get to know us intimately, but those visits are very ethereal and may not be remembered.

As masters, we want to help you understand that our lives cannot be integrated until you as Upper Earth Humans arise your energies into the 5^th dimensional crystalline bodies. This takes a willingness to want to change within your four body system (physically, etherically, emotionally, mentally). Those that share that we are coming up into the upper earth are not true realizations. There are individuals who channel other energies that do not align with ours.

My role with this teaching series is to help each of you to experience a higher part of yourself than you realize presently. Living 5^th dimensionally means changing all parts of yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and yes, spiritually. We want to prepare you to help the earth become more aligned in a 5^th dimensional energy so that others can be helped.

You not only have to raise your consciousness, you have to be able to integrate your higher light bodies. Living in the 5^th dimension is quite different; it’s not just about your thoughts and emotions. Your physical body turns into the crystalline structure and in order to do that your emotional and mental selves must access the higher mind and not the lower consciousness.

Understanding and living within the Ascension Mastery State of Consciousness is a necessary component. It is important to know where you are in your Planetary Ascension process so that the lessons and challenges you encounter will help you to become more humble within your consciousness. Many say they are doing ascension, but Ascension Mastery is a completely different school of thought.

Walking Terra Christa teaches how one can walk through the Initiations opening up the seven sub-levels to ground the higher consciousness to be revealed within the four-body system. We, in Agartha, are doing the same process which has not always been our method but we are in complete alignment with the teachings of Ascension Mastery. We look forward to helping you to acknowledge your role as an Initiate and to help you through the process. It is the most important component of living in a 5^th dimensional environment.

My role with this teaching is to give to you, through Lady Mahlariessee, the tools, techniques, and sacred way of living that each of us as masters aspire to. We are still learning as a community and want to grow with each of you.

I give to you my hand to help you acknowledge a deeper part of yourself but fully become it physically. This is not an easy task, but I believe ‘when you are ready, the teacher appears’.

What are the elements that assist in understanding our True Self and how do we go about it as a Telosian/Agarthan?

Lord Adama has given many suggestions in our past teachings that assist us within third dimensional understanding mentally and emotionally, but he will be sharing exact steps on how to allow the mind to relax while the inner feelings become the focal point.

Topic: The Karma of Lemuria/Atlantis and How it is Related to your Present Incarnation

Lord Sanat Kumara will talk about Lemuria and Atlantis; what it means for our soul development, and how what we are experiencing in this lifetime is directly related to Ascension Mastery. He will also bring forth the Holy Kumaras with the Venusian Rays, explaining what they mean, and how to use them (these are separate from the Rays of God but still very important for our acceleration).
