Re-Alignment of the Self ~ Lord Adama Discourse

Greetings!

Hello Everyone. It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

Let’s just connect with everyone through our Heart center. Everyone from the community of Telos is also connecting at this very time so that we can all feel our essences within one another.

I ask you to spin your Heart Chakra clockwise. Allow the lotus heart to be completely open within your own purification that is occurring.

I chose this subject matter this evening because of the transitional energy that has been occurring at the beginning of the year. I know that we have talked about this month representing harmony of energies coming into the planet, but that does not mean that each of you are going to be feeling very harmonious and balanced. It may mean the opposite because in order to get to the next stage of harmony you must remove the elements that are occurring within your present state of consciousness and what you are very aware of.

You have to be remember that these stages of healing are continual. Some may say that once you purge something that you should feel absolutely beautiful and able to step into your fifth dimensional body and completely full of Love and Light. As we all know, it does not occur that way. It is a process; it’s a process of levels. It’s almost like you are walking on a staircase and at each level you feel a different energy exchange. Well, this is exactly what you are experiencing. I want each of you to have an understanding within yourself that what you are going through is not something you should put down upon within your energies but totally feel the accomplishment that you are going through.

This process of mastery is one that is very intense and it brings forth elements in front of your face that you previously knew about but did not want to look at. If you are interacting with other individuals in your living situations or work situations, then you are going to be faced with more dilemmas; but those challenges represent growth opportunities as you will remember the lessons. Then the next time you experience something like that you will deal with it differently then you did before.

I want to reflect back on the Telosian Way Program that we did back eighteen months ago on how we put each of you through those different stages of growth and understanding your own self-reflection, understanding what you are bringing forth within your Masculine and Feminine Divine along with all those elements that will assist you in bringing forth the combination of understanding yourself on a much deeper then you did before.

Well, this is exactly what you are going through; and if any of you are working within that program, I do suggest that you go back to some of the subject matter to help you through the process. Because, again you will go through cycles and each cycle you may have similar attributes then a previous cycle so you need to refresh your energies of what is being presented for you. It is very, very important. The reason that we are talking about the realignment is exactly this: because the challenges that each of you are experiencing are taking you into new levels of your consciousness as that occurs your body has to readjust.

Remember you are trying to become a Crystalline Light body. You are trying to create a fifth dimensional body of Light. Now I dare say this is quite an achievement and previously maybe thirty years ago this was going to be on the turbo level of staying within this Earth and changing yourself through that process, but yet still being a part of the conditioning upon Gaia and within the Earth. This takes us to a whole new scenario than if the Earth had moved into another existence and you were ready to take on that existence. It does not mean that you would have been ready like so many people think. Now we are all walking along this pathway and this is for all of us even us in Telos. Yes, we are in that fifth dimensional frequency as we have the availability of living a completely different life style than you.

This does not mean we are not preparing for the New Earth. Which in truth, we are within the deepest preparation as we are making ourselves available to each of you so that you can understand the processes that you are undergoing. Remember that you have had many timelines, many lifetimes on this planet and other planets since the times of Lemuria and Atlantis and you have arrived at this juncture of time to understand that you have the availability to experience the blessing of those times once again even more so. Some of those times were not great blessings, as we know; it was a lot of exchange of other energy that occurred which is what you are experiencing presently on the planet. You already are reliving what you experienced in Atlantis and Lemuria on the Upper Earth preparing yourself for the New Earth. It takes time to readjust your energies and allow the essences that you are bringing forth into your world to go into a deeper level.

Your Higher Self has been knocking at your door and asking you to join you, but yet the physical part of you has all these stipulations; your emotional body is full of uncertainty, anxiety, fear, not sure how your life is going to change, because you don’t want to change your life if that is the stage that you are in. Then there is the mental body; it will totality tell you it is a farce, this is very untrue and that you better stand up to it and tell this Higher Self that you no longer want to be in contact with him or her. Then you have the ones that are more aware; that is more open to receive the Higher Self but yet there are still aspects within the other bodies that are not fully ready to accept what the Higher Self has to give to you. So it has to come in a slower space of allowing the essences to fully come within you. What happens through that process, is that you start to feel that merge with the Higher Self.

The Higher Self has now come in the house and is sitting with you, connecting with you and you start to feel little bit more peaceful with some of the feelings that you are having are going away. Then the Higher Self says, “It has been very nice talking to you, but now I have to leave.” Then what do you do?

The fear comes back, the anxiety returns, and all the lower energies that you had before ask, “Is this really true, did this really happen to me, well I am not sure that it did.” So these are the different phases that you go through. I give you this scenario so that you can relate to it. On a physical basis this is exactly what is happening. Your Higher Self is knocking at your door and saying “Hi, my name is Meleriessee” and Christine says, “Hmm, Meleriessee that’s kind of a strange name. Where did you get that name?” So the mental mind starts to question where that name from. I am sure this is very close to what each of you may have been thinking when you first get connected with your Higher Self. Then there is a stage where that is all you want, “I want my Higher Self I want it, I want it” but then your mental mind gets in the way and your Higher Self will not be in that space so you are within your physical mind only.

What you have to learn to do is to calm your energies down in order to receive your Higher Self energy. Then there is the other aspect that some of you may think about is that your Higher Self has all the answers for everything in the universe, in the world and for yourself. What does my Higher Self want for me? The truth is it is a blending that occurs within your consciousness of your Higher Self coming into your physical creation.

The physical self is always considered because your physical consciousness represents your existence in this body. So now the Higher Self comes in and he or she is willing to show you some of your old timelines, some of the things that have occurred before because this Higher Self has that knowledge and history. This brings forth your etheric body and it starts to become more active than it was before. It has always been there; it is that feeling stage before the etheric body comes into the physical but now it seems more real as your Higher Self is generating some energy for you to have the realization within you.

What happens then is that sometimes you spend so much time trying to release timelines, figuring out what is a timeline and that everything will be rectified; unfortunately that is not the way that it is. Some things can be rectified from some levels. If you brought them in from your other lifetimes (and a timeline can be one minute from a lifetime), you could have experienced something very glorious or very devastating in one moment. This is when you are going to have an infliction within your etheric body. Of course, it can be a longer time. It can be hours, days, or it could be even months or a year but it is not the whole lifetime. This is what you have to realize.

Just as an example, if we say that your etheric body is filled with all these timelines that lasted for a hundred years, that is a lot of memories to deal with; most of the timelines that you bring up in the etheric body are ones that need to be recognized. So they are either particles of yourself when you experienced negative moments, you created negative moments, you experienced divine intervention, you experienced magic, you experienced miraculous moments, or beautiful experiences with a certain person or terrible times with a certain person, that is the definition of “timelines”.

The reason that I am bringing up all of these thoughts is because each of you are readjusting your energies through the elements as your Higher Self is knocking at your door; your timelines are opening up; you may be having some memories especially in your dream state. Then you are dealing with your emotions. Some of you are delving deep into your inner child issues which represent those emotions that are stuck within this body which can be from this lifetime or it can be from other lifetimes. If they were something that you brought forth from another lifetime for you to address in this timeline.

Then, you have your thought processes of what has molded you up to this stage that you are accessing your energies. These are all part of the process now; that does not even go beyond what Gaia is experiencing so now you are not only experiencing things in your personal transformation of your soul’s history, you are now experiencing things from other planetary lives. You are experiencing the effects from all the planets and the solar systems and what is coming into Gaia; you are experiencing weather patterns, you are experiencing life formations that you may not even known about previously, because you have opened up yourself to a whole new doorway. It is like walking through a whole new doorway. You open up the door and it takes you into the hemispheres, it takes you into the star systems, into all those elements that brings forth the energetic exchange.

Now you are not just a physical body but you are so much more than that realization. You are multi-dimensional. This is why you are experiencing so many variables within your life circumstance at this point.

Then we come upon this year of 2014; we thought that 2012 was going to be much more intense than it was, but 2013 was a transition year. It helped us become more than ourselves; it brought up issues that needed to be addressed; it helped us move into a synchronized way of being.

Whether you were synchronistic in that year or not, it would push you to feel that the flow of energies was available for the transformation to occur within your system, experiences, and life. So now we step into this year. It is representing more Unification of Oneness. So what does that mean?

It means that your multi-dimensional self is activating very deeply through the processes and those of you that are newly awakened to this path will find it more difficult. Because you step into this world and all these elements are coming to you. It is shifting you into many different ways and some moments in your day, you are not sure of whom you are and what is happening to you. Those of you that are further along the path will still feel the fluctuations, but you will be able to readjust easier; and then the ones that have been here for a whole lot longer doing this pathway accelerate themselves to hold that energy for everyone else. It may seem that it is easier for them but it is not always that way.

I share all this information to help you to understand that you are in a process of an evolving being and, this evolvement entails many different variables that you are experiencing. This month we stepped into these energies and said “Oh, it’s going to be more harmonious.” Well, let us look at this month and you will see that the harmonious energies weren’t within each of you. it is part of the circumference of the planet from what she is experiencing from the outer aspects. It is to help you become in harmony within yourself because this year represents Oneness and that oneness is the ability to tap into the multi-dimensional self to access all avenues of transference of your Light energy for the creation of your pathway.

So I ask each of you to look at this month and to see how you have changed through the experiences that have been brought to you through the process. This is why I share this subject matter of the Realignment of the Self as the energies are shifting so quickly sometimes it is very hard to be able to stand within your power, to stand within your physical self and say to yourself, “This is whom I am in this moment, because in the next moment it can completely change.”

You are taken into a whole new scenario very quickly. The energies are ever changing presently and the frequencies of Light that are occurring within this format can cause you to feel as if you are not changing at all. The energetic exchange that is happening within you is so quick that it is not like the old ways of doing things where you say “Oh, my re-adjustment has occurred in this moment.”

So what happens to you on a molecular structure when this is occurring?

The molecules and the elements of frequency of the electro-magnetics of your physical structure are re-aligning themselves each moment that you transform when you are transitioning from one space to another; please know that your physical body is doing the same. It has to be this way as you are all part of the same essence so that the totality of those energies are re-aligning themselves within your physical structure and at most times we are not aware of this on a consciousness level. It is not like we sit there and say “Well, my body is re-aligning its molecular structure in this moment so I must take some time for myself.” No, what does happen is that your energy shifts; you start to feel dizzy, you start to feel tired or possibly vibrant feeling as if electricity is running through you. This is the re-adjustment that is occurring within your physical body.

Some may call this ascension symptoms which are true, but the other truth of this information is the fact that these energies, at this time of the planet is changing so rapidly that every human form is also experiencing this same type of structure. Let us take the person that is purely un-awakened and they probably feel anger, agitation, or are frustrated about something that has happened. They create a scenario for things to happen so that the adjustment of the energies do not occur because it happens when an individual is in stillness, in quite mode, sleep mode, or meditation mode. All these elements help with the re-adjustment of the molecular system to occur within the physical body. Your consciousness will immediately catch up which is part of the process.

There is no other way to experience it but how do we allow the readjustment to happen in the physical body?

How do we experience it on an overall capability without really centering upon any specific reason on why it is occurring?

I know that each of you think of those reasons you think of them; because of the transitions that you are going through; because of the thought process of your emotional feelings; and through the physical body not reacting in the way you would like it to react.

These are all part of the scenarios that brings forth these changes within your structure, but it is important for you to remember that every part of yourself that is making the movement into the higher space of conditioning is readjusting at the same time.

So know when your day seems to be filled with much transformational energy and that you are changing so quickly that it is definitely readjusting within yourself.

What do you do in times like this?

You try and stop; I know this goes against the grain of the human conditioning of the society of the Upper Earth because it is important to take moments to allow the readjustment to occur. As the vibrational changes occur within your physical existence, you start to feel the fluctuations now. Some may find that they are in quiet mode and more vibrations come into them. When that happens there is an readjustment going on within the light quotient, and as long as it is not so devastating to the physical body and to the energy that an individual is feeling, then it is okay. If it becomes too much then you need to find your grounding energy; you need to be able to use stones like Selenite, Obsidian, or Tourmaline. Those stones will ground you to the Earth more deeply and clear out any lower energies that are trying to interfere with the process of your light body being activated.

The readjustment that occurs to the physical body can be devastating if it is on overload. So it is very important that you understand what it is that you are going through and not the particular transformation but the energy that you are feeling.

What does it feel like?

Does it feel more peaceful to you?

Does it feel more like you need to adjust?

Now some of you may be unaware of what you are experiencing; that is just your way of not being able to see things clearly on a physic level or spiritual level. Eventually you will understand it. You start to look at the confines that occur for you because each person is going to be different. Now I ask of you, “What it is that you are experiencing now at the end of the month from the end of last month?”

What is the adjustment that you feel your physical body is going through, your emotional, or mental body?

What is it that you need to assist yourself with to find that balance and harmony?

Because this is what is going to help you realign even further when you take a moment in time by taking a bath, relaxing, being in your own space, allowing yourself to shift and sometimes it is even watching a movie that soothes your soul to allow the energies to come more fully interspersed within you.

It will help you to readjust the energies that may seem out of alignment. This is an imperative stage. It is necessary for you to understand the process; not the details, not any of the mental thoughts, but just readjust yourself in a moment’s notice.

The other element that I of course have to bring forth is the Rays of God utilizing the Crystalline Ray of Harmony and Balance, or the Pink Ray of Compassion and Love to calm you down to bring in those energies. You can also use the Emerald Green part of the Crystalline energy for the balance. Sometimes you just need the grounding and all you do is ask for it to be with you and breathe it in.

It is important not to work your mental mind or your emotional feelings at this time. Just to be and allow the transition to occur. Now it can be like one moment or it will be several moments. It will take you into an hour or so if you take the time to adjust yourself. You will see a change that occurs within because what is happening is that there is realignment of your physical self occurring because the planetary structure, the transformation that you are going through, the transition of what you are purging and what you are accepting are all occurring at the same time. There is a Realignment of the Self that is occurring in these moments.

This month has been full of these moments, whether you realize it or not, and that is what I want to assist you with. I want to help you to understand what it is you are experiencing through this entire process. So let’s take some deep breath so that we can connect with each other and travel to Telos.

Responsibility ~ Accepting Your Role as A Divine Being ~ Part 3 ~ Telosian Way of Being

Allow the essences we’re bringing forth right now just to flow within you. Part of these essences is to take what you need and leave what you do not because in this present moment you may not need all that is coming in this room. That is why we are trying to bring into you waves and waves of light so that when the waves pass through you, you embrace what you need but the intensity of it you may not be ready to accept. It’s important as we look around the room we see these waves of light flowing within each other allowing the essences. Now each of our own essences make this happen as we are within this group consciousness right now we bring forth whatever is needed within each of us including myself and Lady Galacticia, all the Ray Chohans and all the energies that are within this room. Feel this essence just flowing within you. We’re now going to bring the flame down in the middle of the presentation area, or staging area, so it’s now going to go down. The mandalas are just going to move very slowly just to keep the energy moving. We now want you to feel, “what does it feel like now that the flame has been brought down?” Are you feeling energies within your physical body? Do you feel the intensity or are you little bit light-headed. Take a moment and open your eyes and feel what it’s like to be in your present awareness and then close your eyes back again and feel the difference. Feel the difference of your acceptance. This is what we want you to fully comprehend within your consciousness so that you can change as your full Divinity is allowing it to be part of the physical creation that you are. Take a deep breath and allow these essences to be fully within and ground them through your hips and your lower limbs. Allow that energy; push your energy all the way down. Feel yourself sinking into the cushions of where you’re sitting, allowing that essence as we now ground the frequency. We ground it deeply.

I, as Lord Adama, am now going to step aside as we bring forth our guest speaker this evening.

Greetings,

I am Saint Germain. I thank you. I’m going to be short tonight because there is someone else we would like to speak to you.

I want each of you now to feel these essences that you’re incorporating. I speak as the Mahachohan tonight, not just as the Chohan of the Violet Ray of the Transmutation. I want you to acknowledge yourself in all the different elements that are occurring within you.

As you allow your divinity to be your guide, what does that mean in your mental consciousness of your physical reality? Sometimes that’s kind of hard. It’s an aspect that’s like, “Well, He’s a priest and He’s standing at the top of the pulpit and I can see how His Divinity is coming through Him but how do I bring it forth in my physical body; what does Divinity mean to me? So let me help you with that a little bit. I want to explain as you allow these processes to occur within you. This is accepting your Divinity because with each wavelength of energy that you’re bringing forth in your physical creation, you’re opening up the windows of your soul. The windows of your soul – meaning the aspects of your I Am Presence, the aspects of the 144th Dimension which represents the beginning-ness.

You’re allowing sparks of light from your beginning energies to flow within you. This is not an easy process because if you’re closed, you keep that window closed and you’re not going to feel those aspects of Divinity. This is where the Science of Soul Psychology separates the science of pure psychology because of pure psychology dealing only with the physical mind and those parts of our self. In the Soul Psychology, we’re working with the aspects of the soul that have gone through the creative processes of many timelines and that soul can hold onto these emotional and mental blockages because of the interactions on a planetary level. Now that could have happened on an inner planetary level, a galactic level, in other life forms also so they are manifested within our soul. So this is a very interesting concept because once we allow our soul to open up those windows, to allow the light to come in, then it’s like flooding of the gates, the waters are flowing. The energies come in and sometimes it does not feel very good.

So are you accessing your divinity at that point? No, you’re not. That is not your divinity. That is going through the timelines of trying to remember it so that you can release it. But you’re no longer in that process. Luckily due to the changes upon the earth, the frequencies of light are going to be changing, so I want each of you to take a deep breath. Let’s say to your soul, “You no longer have to remember everything that occurred with you. It’s not a necessary part.” The more that you try to remember, the more the flowing energy will cease from coming within you. This is a very important aspect because it’s like putting up a dam, the beaver has made a dam and those energies cannot come fully within you. So this is a very important element for you to remember. Flow with what you are going through. This is your divinity. Fluidity is allowing the divinity of the aspects of your I Am Presence, which is God’s essence that we all are part of, to come fully within you. It is your divine right to do so. So that is your divinity, allowing that fluidness to come fully within.

So we bring to you the first Seven Rays. The Ray Chohan will assist you with this in different facets. This is a very important aspect to remember because as a master you must be able to command each of the Seven Rays of God and now they must go further as we move into the higher realms. We are now working through the 22 Rays of God which become the 22 chakras.

So this is your divinity. You are already accessing your divinity. What we want you to realize is as you accept that part of you, it does take responsibility within yourself; because if you keep blaming others for what elements are happening to you, you fully cannot actualize the process of continuance that is going on~ I know we have gone over this many times, over and over, and not just by myself but many teachers and beings that, “We create our own destiny. We are the makers, we are the movers,” so we must take responsibility. Tonight that responsibility is not about those aspects; tonight that responsibility is about accessing your I Am Presence, of going beyond your Higher Self.

Let’s have a scenario. Your Higher Self is already activated within you. You have reached that initiation level where he or she is fully activated and now you’re working through the processes of allowing the I Am Presence to fully come within you. Are you ready for this? Yes. Is each of you acquiring it? No, but you are going through the process to do so. And that is the most beautiful acceptance of your responsibility. You’re becoming a responsible human and not only a responsible human but you’re a very responsible initiate. You’re becoming the ascended master to allow those frequencies of light to come forth within you, so then you can share it with others but first you must take care of yourself. This is a very important aspect that we must remember.

So let us just take deep breath. So each of you have now reached the stage of an acceptance. You have an I AM Presence, you probably have called upon him or her, you have also accessed that energy for yourself and how often does that energy occur for you? This is a very important aspect to remember. We must acknowledge the I AM Presence continually, because this is the over lighting essence of your divinity. Your Divine Essence comes from that source and it is an energy field. It is not like your soul, your Higher Self that has gone through processes, has a way of coming into you and allowing those frequencies to change. Your I AM Presence is an energy form. It comes from the aspect of the Divine Mother & the Divine Father God that comes from the aspect of the Creative Source of Oneness. So we’re tapping into those lines of frequency from where you are now all the way up to that 144th level if you want to think of it in numbers. It brings forth these essences on to you for you to accept parts of yourself that fit and that do not fit. So you’ll see this occurring as you take responsibility of allowing your I Am Presence to be your guide and this is truly what this is about.

Let’s take a deep breath and feel that divinity that is yours to be fully within you.

Let’s take a deep breath. We are going to center ourselves so that we all meet in the Mount Shasta with our intent. Just allow your intentions to be your deciding element even if you may not know where it is geographically from your location. Just imagine yourself going to the majestic mountain. We meet at the top of the summit, at the very top of Mount Shasta. We gather together. We are just going to intend that we’re going to move down through the mountain, into the core of the earth and we are going to meet in the garden which is the lowest level of Telos.

Let us just walk around the garden and feel the essences of the flowers and the beauty that is here. Birds singing. You can hear water running, the waterfalls are in the distance.

Thank you everyone for being here with us in Telos.
I believe that it is going to be a very important program. I have with me here all the Ray Chohans as we gather around you: El Morya, Master Kuthumi, Djwhal Khul, Lord Maitreya, Lord Buddha, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, Master Hilarion, Lord Sananda, Saint Germain, along with all the Lady masters, Mother Mary, Lady Portia, Lady Nada, Pallas Athena, Lady Isis, and Lady Quan Yin as they all join us in this beautiful circle of light. We will show you what the Lemurian Retreat is like. It’s also part of Lemurian Healing House. This is a place where we have teachings where each one of you comes in your sleep state. Right now, let’s center within each other as we all sit with you.

Let’s just take a breath and feel the essence of each of us coming together. As you represent the Team of Light of the Upper Earth, we represent the Telosians here in the Inner Earth and the Spiritual Hierarchy. We have on the outside of us, the Inner-Galactics, Ashtar Command, Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, Arcturians, all the Great Beings of all time and Divine Structures. We are also met by the Angelic Essences.
We have been in council for several days trying to decide what is our best way to fully assist each of the Lightworkers to move more deeper into the processes of their own creation of their Divine Essence..

12:21:2012 is going to be a huge shift and within the shift, it’s going to be very important that every individual understands what they are going through beforehand. So we want to be of greater assistance than we already are. We know that visiting the New Earth Cities is assisting everyone deeply and we’ll continue this after the New Year, in 2013. We may also revisit some of the cities once again but we’ll finish with them first.

This program that we want to bring share with you will assist each of you in finding some unanswered questions on this pathway with us as these changes occur. The Telosian Way of Being and living is allowing these changes to unfold. Then, when something comes to you that needs to be created and you already have made plans, how do you handle yourself, this is our first lesson today.

So if each of you are here, being part of these lessons, and you bring these frequencies unto yourself, just think how powerful it’s going to be for others. If you share what you’re experiencing with another, of how you have made these changes, you will see a direct result occurring. We want each of you to realize that you are not walking into this program, without knowing what you are doing, because each of you have been with us and have accepted this. We would not make the changes unless each of your Higher Self’s has said it was OK. And since you’re already coming with this on the cities, you’re going to be getting an added frequency to assist you in accepting the down-to-earth energies of the 5th Dimensional level.

Some may think that the 5th Dimensional level is so far away that they do not have to worry about that but this is not so. The changes that are going to occur geographically around the world are going to be affecting everyone, and it is important for individuals to realize that you’re making a contribution to assisting the planet in these energies. So I ask of you, if you can share with another or post it on your networks and say how much you have accelerated through this program, you’re going to do a great justice to many lives, many souls because this frequency will blend within each of us and beyond.

So that is the importance of this program. The depth of this program is going to help initiate you on a deeper level that your Higher Self has already deemed it is appropriate. So, I want you to relax. I want you to enjoy yourselves here on these teachings. It is going to be like if you walk through the doorway and came in to the tunnels from Mount Shasta into Telos. We will guide you into these teachings. I am unable to come to you physically but this is the next best thing that each of us want to do for each of you.

Part 2

So let us arise, and hold hands for a moment. As each of us hold hands within each other, within masters within initiates, within students within teachers, within teachers within students as each of you is teaching each of us at the same time. Let us make a pact within each other that in these moments we shall never loose our sight of our Oneness and what we are trying to achieve in these moments.

I ask of you to blend in within your Hearts and allow this light ~ this frequency to come to you in this moment. As you’re being blessed, by being here with us in Telos as many other Telosians are now joining us. You’re known very well among the community even though you may not realize this. Each of us loves you deeply just as much as you love us and would like to be with us. This is because of what we are doing presently ~ we’re joining hands-within-hands to allow this to occur. So our hearts are open unto each other. Let’s take a moment and feel this energy with each other. As we bring in many different levels of society, many different levels of frequency of inner-Planetary, of the Solar, the Galactic, Universal, Multi-Universal, the Inner Earth as we come together as One Being of light.

Please follow me. We’re now going to leave the garden, walk down the garden pathway. You’re seeing vines along your right-side, as we walk into a grove of palm trees they represent the essence of tropical energy. Then we’re going to walk through this beautiful garden and see many more flowers; you will see streams running down each side as we walk down this windy pathway ~ just for a few steps. Then we walk down a set of stone steps into the Lemurian Retreat House. To the right side of the Retreat House stands the Lemurian Healing House. Some of you may have visited here to travel in your sleep state to receive healing.

This is our meeting place, gathering place, and retreat place. We also have cabins where people do come and they stay here. They leave their residences here in Telos or other cities to experience the essence. Now you’re going to feel as the air opens up, it’s going to be changing from a more tropical energy which is intertwined, to more of the Mount Shasta energies, of the frequency of the pine trees and lots of groves of bushes and it is beautiful. The sky is high and you’ll see Hawks and Eagles flying above along with many Ravens and Crows. There are many types of birds that are flying around as we now walk into the entranceway.

The Retreat house is an octagonal type of building, there are steps all the way down from the land which means individuals from the Retreat House can go up the steps and sit and you’ll see there are benches and there are areas to sit while enjoying the flowers and the land. We have many beautiful relics that represent the spiritual hierarchy of Lord Buddha, Krishna, Quan Yin and angels. It absolutely represents all creation right here. We have created this here because we wanted to remember the Earth energies and the Spiritual Hierarchy, because we are all part of that essence.

As we walk down the steps into the doorways of the retreat (the doorways are like French doorways that go all the way around), we now are going to step into the retreat house. When we first walk in, you’ll see that you’re at a higher level, like a balcony and you look down, there is a railing which is where our conference room is where we will meet for each class. You can return here at anytime to work on any part of yourself. Please ask us to assist you. We can take you to the Lemurian Healing House and we can also take you to the cabin area for you to rest for a while and to rejuvenate yourselves.

As we come down, you will see there is a winding staircase which is going to take us to the left in a spiraling motion all the way down to the bottom. There are three levels. There is a second level where we meet for ceremonies when individuals are going through healing processes, we may go in there sometimes on some of the weeks. Then we go all the way down to the bottom to the first level where there is a lobby entrance.

Within this entrance there is greenery with water that runs in the middle representing an atrium that goes from the top of the ceiling to the bottom of the floor. You’ll see that there are doorways that are going to opened up into the hallway area. We are actually underneath the earth right at this point. We are going deeper than we were at the first level of Telos. This helps us just to feel the essence of Gaia, with the frequency as we walk into the room.

It is a very large room. There are many areas of rooms around the main entrance hall in a circular fashion but we walk into this huge room which is about 200-300 feet in width. This huge room has many banners which have many different colors which represent the different rays of God which represent the frequency of the Light. We walk into the area which looks like a living room setup. We don’t believe that everyone should be sitting in a hardback chair. We want everybody to be comfortable. So all around the room are chairs, couches, cushions, or you can sit on the floor if you want. Just feel the essences of these energies.

In the middle of the room is sunken floor which is where our speakers will present their teachings so that everyone is up a level above the presentation area. Here we have our ability to transmit to you frequencies of Light. We are going to be accessing different areas from this room that will take us into Corridors of Light to assist in the process of activating these energies.

We are giving to you, through these classes, an ability to walk into the retreat house and really experience what you would experience if you were coming on a physical journey for a retreat into Telos. We also may be meeting other individuals from other cities that may join us and their energies are going to be combining with each of us.

So, as I step down, each of you should find yourself a seat in our beautiful living room area. You see candles all over the place. We believe in the candles. There are many colors of the frequency of banners. Allow yourself to just sit for a moment and we are going to just receive the healing energy in this room.

Welcome, Welcome to the Lemurian Retreat house. This is our initiation to open your energies up for you to feel as if you are in a fully trustworthy place where others are experiencing the same as you. We want to take your soul on a journey which is going to represent the totality that you are and to allow that to unfold within your physical body. Each of you is a part of these vibrations on a weekly basis. Each of you comes to the temple. You receive frequencies of Light from the Divine Mother & Father God. What we want for this program is to put those elements into practice, and not just an attunement that you receive and now are healed. That may be true but sometimes it is not true.

We want each of you to feel the completeness that is you, because this is what we need to assist in this time of great change. The time of great change is going to be bringing essences of elements you’ve been thinking about, that you want to accept in your life style. We know it is a transition that you can come here and you could feel these essences, these beautiful energies and to incorporate within yourself, to fully open up your heart and that’s what we are going to do this evening. We’re going to give you an attunement to help you open up your heart, to fully be able to see within yourself what it is you’ve been missing in the totality of your essence. This is the same initiation that we will give to you if you come into Telos physically. These are the parts of the same initiations that we have given to each of you, as souls, when you travel in your sleep states. Of course, it is not always remembered. And that is because there are elements within you that don’t allow you to remember or you are not ready to fully receive it.

During this next three-month period, we’re going to work with you individually and collectively. Your Soul has opened up a doorway for you to access these energies. Whether you feel that you’re Lemurian, Atlantean or whether you feel that you were here at that time. So each of us has parts of ourselves that need to fully feel the recognition that We Are. This is our goal to allow you to recognize the essence that you are and then to work through it in your physical world. Others need to see how you are; others need to see how you don’t react, or how you stay in the full completeness within your being. So yes, you’ll go through a great transformation through this process, depending on where you are and what you need to work on. But the most explicit part that you will receive, is allowing your Heart to be in a deepness of your Soul within your body as we walk through a stage of completion, allowing your I Am Presence to fully be your guide. We are not saying that you don’t allow this presently, but your mental thoughts and your emotional feelings get in the way of this process. So this will be a connection for each of us.

When we cannot meet due to the other elements happening like a Full Moon Ceremony, in the retreat we will continue the following week. I have asked Melereissee and Mike to share a list of the elements that we are going to be working with and the names of the masters that are going to be coming forth. This will be brought through later this evening and shared with each of you through the internet so that you can get an idea of what you are going to be working with. It will be important to recognize if you have issues in this area to put them down on a paper and get them out of your mind. Be prepared when you walk through, that you’re going to change through these processes. As always, it may not always be a first time event; so it will be important for you to listen to the recording each time thereafter.

We’re very happy that each of you is on this call with each of us, and we are happy to extend this energy through the New Earth Consciousness Circle Of Light because it truly is a Circle of Light.
