CREATING UNCONDITIONAL SELF-LOVE AND SELF-WORTH WITHIN YOUR FOUNDATION

There might not be a topic that is more misunderstood than Love.

Everyone thinks they know what it is, yet at some point in life, everyone gets blindsided by discovering they did not know what they thought they knew.

Unfortunately for many souls, they seem to keep repeating the pattern, always never expecting to get another emotionally devastating jolt when they venture back into a relationship.

And it is not just relationships where we can stumble. Because all too often we try to seek out a substitute for the love we are missing. Many individuals consistently start and stop new ventures in the form of projects, jobs, or even professions. They discover a new passion that is the next big thing and pour themselves into the act of creation. And then they lose the passion for it all too soon or as soon as something more exciting comes along.

Of course, there are individuals who act this way when seeking or creating human relationships, never understanding why they can’t “stay in love” when everything seemed so great.

There are also others who are in long term relationships that all their friends admire, yet they personally are dissatisfied with the quality of their experiences. And then there are those who feel the struggle to be in a relationship is just to hard to take on or they just don’t feel ready.

As seeming different as these varied evolvements, or rather involvements, appear to be, they all suffer from the same underlying issue of imbalance in terms of Divine Love of the Self.

The truth is that to create the healthy balance we all desire in relationships so that we are both nurtured and empowered within the relationship, it all must start with the degree of wholeness that we have first created in the most important relationship we can have: the one with our self.

It is not a new concept of course. But the key to obtaining fulfilling relationships is to work upon your own personality so that you learn to create better choices and engagements and can discover how to overcome your own blind spots. For such a process to be successful you must proceed in a manner that brings growth and maturity part and parcel within the most important aspect of who you are: your spiritual center.

Despite the quick fix/immediate gratification nature of our modern lifestyles from super retreats to the newest yoga programs offering all manner of methods to reshape and re-engineer how we might act or appear to others, nothing is more important that getting to the core of our own truth.

Finding that truth – our intimate connection with our Spiritual Truth – is the only “place” where we can go to make real and permanent change. All else is window dressing that just fades over time and leaves us right back where we were. But how do we do something substantial that we clearly never mastered on our own?

Ascension Mastery is the process of creating real change by merging the Spiritual Self with the Personality Self. It is becoming more of who we really are as a Soul versus who we have come to believe we are as a person. This is why it is a different approach than mainstream programs.

This Mastery Class is designed to assist each person to begin the process using the higher spiritual energies, because let’s face it, changing the personality self is an immensely challenging journey. Many say it can’t even really be done. We have seen that it it can and is in fact very possible. It would be more accurate to say it is inevitable within the Ascension process. But only so when the entire force of consciousness that embodies love, compassion and the path of supporting true Oneness of the realm of the Ascended Masters Wisdom is honestly embraced.

It is I Lord Adama with the Councils of Agartha and Telos.

It is my Divine Pleasure to be with each of you within these moments and as Meleriessee has been sharing, please continue that breath even though I am talking. Try to understand things from your Higher Mind instead of the Lower Mind, the intellect that you have and to feel it. Embrace these energies within. This is truly what we desire to have you experience in this session.

As we are now moving into a new mastery program we feel it will be very helpful to each of you. It is not just about the Inner Child work but the element of your psychological self opening up to the integration of your higher consciousness, meaning your super conscious which is your Higher Self energy with your subconscious. This allows you to change those aspects within yourself that you may still be dealing with.

We have decided to take the process of the 12 Steps of Self Parenting as that is what it represents as each of you as the adult are comparing our sub-conscious mind to be more alliance within your three-body system than you have experienced in any other timeline.

So we take this first step that represents SURRENDER.

I have talked about Surrender many times but in this aspect I want you to concentrate on the elements you have a hard time dealing with pertaining to the issues that come up for you.

How do you allow yourself to not get into the control mechanisms, the lower elements of your ego wanting to control what is happening to you?

Within this state of letting go of that element that you have no control, that you are powerless, it can create moments of uncertainty but it also allows your consciousness to accept the fact that you have faith or the ability to allow these energies to help you move into a higher state of existence.

This is something that is very important at this level to be able to concentrate upon these energies and to see the changes that are occurring for you instead of keep going back to the same issues continually time and time again. A part of that is to realize that when one layer is stripped away, there will be more to be revealed in your consciousness that you need to work upon.

This is the way that it enfolds as you being a multi-dimensional Being of Light and have traveled many light years, millions and millions of them to get to this space in time. You have these remembrances within yourself that may hinder progress or possibly assist you, but you have to be able to differentiate between them of what is needed and what is not needed.

You allow yourself to go into the energy of SURRENDERING in that moment to realize that your Higher Self is going to guide you; it will literally put you in its arms while assisting you through this process you are going through. But what happens is the intellect that you are, the one that has been in control for so many eons of time and not just this lifetime comes into play. Many of you come with such a strong mental body that it is very challenging to let go of those particles within the mental field that have helped you in previous timelines. But they haven’t helped you to become an Integrated Christed Being. The assistance they have given you represent other elements in your lifestyles of the past.

This is the first step of getting into the Core of your Foundation, to allow yourself to realize that you of the physical person that does not have control over these issues that are plaguing you. The control that you do have is to allow your Higher Self to assist you to go deeper into them so that you can find the powerful attributes of Hope, Happiness, Joy, Serenity, and Peace. Then, comes Understanding.

You will not have understanding within your physical mind until you go through all your other doorways. This is something that you must command within your Higher Self, within your Mental Body to tell the Mental Self to relax in order for the Emotional Body to assist in this process. This is truly where you are going to allow the Feminine Divine to be intuitive, to be flowing, to have that understanding, and to give it to the Mental Body. Working only within the Mental Level will only give you anguish, it is going to give you worry, anger, and all those lower aspects that every human person deals within continually. It depends on how they deal with it to come into that space of conditioning of the balance of the Feminine and the Masculine, of the balance of the three minds.

This process we are going through in bringing forth the foundation of the 12 Steps will assist you in learning how your Higher Self can self-parent your Physical Self.

We take it in that context; yes, there will be issues with the Inner Child but we are not just concentrating on these issues. They will come up as that is part of why you are still holding unto these elements. The most important thing that you must consider within yourself is that it is not about your life as the Child, it is not about what you have not received, it is what your Soul has experienced in so many lifetimes that is coming to the surface for you to truly look at, and acknowledge so that it can be healed.

I want you not to take this process of this program that we are bringing forth into just a concept of the Inner Child. It should be in the understanding of your Higher Self Parenting your Physical Self. That is where the work is going to assist you more deeply. Your Higher Self has all the beautiful attributes that you desire. It has patience, love, hope, agility, movement, softness, and assertiveness. These are the elements we want you to bring forth into your existence so that you can understand what your Foundation represents in your life.

As we go through this process together, we are hoping that each of you will start to understand yourself on a deeper level. Remember that understanding comes from your Higher Mind.

If you are having issues within yourself of trying to understand why something comes up for you, do not let your mind go into that space. Allow the essence of Surrender come to you. The Beings tonight are going to bring that more fully into each of you so you can acknowledge it. All of this represents a movement of flowingness; just allowing yourself to move from one space to the other without those thoughts that start to question and desire understanding and not taking a step forward because you do not understand why you are going through that doorway. Don’t worry about that.

When you feel that guidance coming to you, let it fully be embraced.

Utilize the specific leaders of the Ruby Red Flame – Lady Nada, the Elohim Peace and Aloha and the Archangels Uriel and Aurora – to assist you with this energy. Call upon them and feel their energy.

When you call upon their energy to assist you, take a deep breath, feel that Ruby Red Flame, feel that energy coming into your Solar Plexus. Call out their names and allow that energy to come fully within you and not just within your mind. You must move the Mental thoughts of how it is supposed to be in order for it to come into its pure essence of What It Is being expressed within you. This is where the Solar Plexus is going to help. This is why we chose this ray for this first step. In order to truly move into that process of Self Love, Forgiveness, Compassion, Worthiness – you need to embrace the power of the Ray to acknowledge through your Emotional Body what it truly feels like.

This is what you need to acknowledge throughout this month. The more you allow yourself to feel the energy, the more you will become the energy. This is where your Mental and Emotional bodies start to come into the Feminine and Masculine Divine. They are just words without that expression.

As we work through this process, allow yourself to feel what is necessary. If you find that the issues from your childhood are coming up, connect with your Inner Child as that part of you is within your Emotional Body. That part of you is the Child who is still expressing those elements of anger, frustration, of not being good enough and that is how you are going to open up your emotional body to the part of the healing it needs.

But how is that going to be reflected in your physical life now?

This is what you need to acknowledge. It is not just about the healing process of your Inner Child, it is a healing process of whom you have been within your entire Soul’s history and the transformation that you will go through through all stages of your awareness.

There are many of you that come across being very knowing in what you have to do and that can be expressed as aggressiveness. You may not think that is the way you are acting. Realize within yourself, these thoughts.

“Is this coming from my Lower Ego?”

“Am I looking for validation?”

“Is this because no one will listen to me and I come across in a more intense way?”

These are important questions to ask yourself and what may be occurring. When you bring forth that ability to understand from your Higher Mind and not your Lower Mind, that is where the true healing will come from. You must feel it first; you must allow that energy to come within you and express it through your Solar Plexus. Allow that area be filled with these energies to help you go into a deeper part of your existence.

Your Etheric Body is healing deeply through this process. You have to command through all your bodily systems including the Etheric Body that it cannot go on the way it has been for centuries and centuries. It is now changing that multi-dimensional self. The clearing that needs to happen in that level and it can occur Physically, Etherically, Emotionally, or Mentally and possibly Spiritually.

The starting point is allowing the Etheric Body to open up unto these energies and that is what Lord Metatron will assist with this evening.

We believe that this process is going to help each of you to know yourself on a deeper level, a soul level, not a physical level, and to realize that the doorways will open for you physically as you change the emotions and the thoughts as all will come together cohesively in Oneness. Because right now what happens in most individuals upon this planet, and this includes Lightworkers, is that they have defragmented selves in each of their bodies. They are trying to work separately to bring that cohesiveness together but the problem is that they are not communicating within each other. This is what we truly desire to occur for each of you.

I am really happy to come into this stage of the healing process. I think that we will hit a lot of the core values with the program we have put together with Mel and Mike. We think that this is going to be very powerful for each of you in this process.

Let us take a deep breath together and bring forth that energy of what SURRENDER may mean for you.

The first process that you can do within that energy is to try and relax your body through your breath. Bring the energies all the way down from your Crown, through the shoulders and your back. Let it move into your arms. Sit totally relaxed, almost asleep, but you are awake. Allow your muscles and all your cells, everything that works hard to keep your body going to fully relax. Allow the energy to come down through the joints, into the organs, into the bloodstream and all the interworking’s of the physical body. When you command that within yourself, and allow it to be, then it will occur.

This is where you are the driver within your physical self desiring to have more feeling, to be in a different place emotionally and mentally. This is truly where Oneness will occur within each of you. Allow that energy to move downwards into the souls of your feet. This is also the entryway to allow the higher light vibrations to come into the physical body. You cannot do it with your thoughts or emotions. You must achieve it in the higher space of Love, of Light, of your Angelic Presence. That was your first entryway into this Earth as an angel. We are going to help each of you to go back into that space but to blend it with the physical self.

Self Forgiveness – A Special Visualization with Lord Adama

This visualization/meditation is excerpted from Lord Adama’s Discourse, March 16, 2015. It represents the ability to heal deeply from the wounds of the past in order to fully command Divine Love and Divine Power within our physical creation.

Feel the Pink and the Ruby Red/Gold Flames blending together within the Heart and Solar Plexus. As you can see, when we get into the art of Self-Forgiveness, we are fully in our Inner Devotion of Self Love.

We are allowing our higher essence to be the rule. Our higher essence is God’s essence. There is nothing any less. We all connect with these energies now, through our Hearts, feeling our compassion.

I want each of you to bring in compassion into your Heart Essence. Each of you has shared very eloquently about your experiences, your challenges, your moments of self-doubt, and what you have done to yourself. That within itself needs to be forgiven. You are only hurting yourself more deeply than anyone else. Others who are affected by your energies will get over it. They are a different person from you. You are the ones who are fully damaging your psychological selves. It is self-sabotage. Thus, it is important to integrate Compassion and Love.

We bring in the Essence Of Peace.

When you allow yourself to fully forgive deeply, that is when you have True Peace. You did the best you can or could, and you move on. Within the moment of Self-Forgiveness, you allow yourself to have a moment of God’s serenity, God’s compassion, the Divine Mother and Father God; feeling the beautiful peace that you are.

Let us embody this right now.

What happens to you when you allow these Ray Spectrums to come into you?

We call upon the Elders of both these Rays to send that Light to you through the Ray Chohans; Paul the Venetian for the Pink and Lady Nada for the Ruby Red/Gold. They have been where you are. That is why they are the Ray Chohans. It is important to embody these energies within yourself.

Blend them all the way through your Full Body System within your breath. Become them. Be them. Accept them. Nothing less. This is where your perfectionist energies come in. If you want to be a perfectionist, be a perfectionist at bringing in these Rays.

Now visualize yourself walking along the beach within Telos. There are many beautiful beings that want to thank you for what you are doing. You are being handed a bouquet of pink roses to hold to your heart.

You receive a beautiful Ruby gemstone to put onto your Solar Plexus. Allow these items to sparkle within you.

We take a moment with each other, as we sit in a circle. You can hear the ringing bowls. Feel the vibration within your Heart and moving in through the rest of your body. See how calm the waters are. The sun is shining brightly.

There is nothing else for you to concentrate upon, except this moment of peacefulness within you, adoration and love, acceptance, the blessing to yourself by acknowledging all of these things.

Know that next time you will get better. This is your foundation you are building. If it has broken apart in any way, you can rebuild it. It takes more time. Learn from your lessons so that you do not have to rebuild it.

{Divine Light Language Encoding}

Feel the Pink Roses within your Heart. They are blossoming. They are full. Your Heart is spinning with the Deep Pink and the beautiful essence of roses.

Feel the Ruby crystal within your Solar Plexus. It shines deeply with your empowerment, of your Divine Love and your Divine Power.

They merge together, as they become One. Intend to have these two Chakras together with these colors to assist you within your days. We take another deep breath.

It is now time for us to leave the beach and to come back into your aware consciousness.

The Radiance of the Self ~ Understanding Love & Wisdom through the Essence of Masters Kuthumi & Djwhal Khul

The 2^nd Ray of Love and Wisdom is divinely beautiful to embellish upon our essence. In the Cosmic level we feel this expression of the color of Golden Yellow to incorporate within our Crown Chakra. It is only activated in this way on the higher dimensional frequency as it first is expressed within the Heart Center. It moves upward from a Light Blue within the Heart Center into the Golden Yellow as our chakra system learns to express the essence of Radiance of the Self by expanding beyond what the Lower Mind can experience. The vision is now through the beauty of our Divine Self.

Master Kuthumi is the Ray Chohan for this amazing Ray of Light. He is assisted by Master Djwhal Khul which is a perfect partnership as their work goes beyond space and time working hand-in-hand with each other through the ages. Take a moment and feel their beautiful essences embrace you with the Golden Yellow flame that they both embody in this moment.

It is our Divine Pleasure to speak with you through the essence of Love and Wisdom. We are Master Kuthumi and Djwhal Khul at your service. We would like to speak in unison about the essence of this ray, but we also want to share a part of our personal essence with each of you which we will do very shortly.

First, let us embark upon the conditioning process that occurs within the lower mind. Until an individual realizes the depth of their conditioning process within themselves, they cannot fully grasp the ideas that are enfolding within them from their Higher Mind. Utilizing the Ray of Love and Wisdom will allow you to accomplish this task as it cannot come from concentrating deeply but truly allowing the flow of light to become One within their essence. You see, the Love and Wisdom, does center within the Heart first within the color of Blue. It must help an individual to receive the light fluctuations that are occurring within their Higher Mind so the light fractions are filtered within the Heart center to help open and expand the ability to receive their Wisdom of Creation through their Being.

This is what makes a Human become a Master. Working within the Ray of Love and Wisdom will change the composition within an individual to accept their Divine Right as a powerful and enlightened Being. Love and Wisdom creates leaders that are Heart focused and guided through the Will of God.

Until an initiate is fully ready to accept their totality of existence, the essence of Love and Wisdom flows through the Heart but then will actually change course and move into a higher essence. This occurs by allowing the Higher Mind to be fully actualized within the Crown Chakra. It is at this stage that a person will start to delve into deep spiritual study especially on the same wavelength as learning the whys and wherefores of Ascension and what it may mean for them in the physical body. At times, during the transition this ray will be activated within the Planetary level of the Blue essence centering within the Heart to fully help an initiate to realize their full potential. As we know, the Crown is the Spiritual Center of the Chakra Grid System so it makes perfect sense that once a person is ready to actualize their spirituality through the effect of the Crown, then the Ray of Golden Yellow will be activated. It may take some time for certain individuals that have a tendency to be indifferent to others especially concerning spirituality and not allowing for the expansion to occur learning that there is a vast Universe that is part of the essence of God and not just one religious practice.

I, as Master Djwhal Khul, say to you, the reader, that acceptance of the Golden Yellow Ray allows for the balance of the Mind through the acceptance of the Heart. Many leaders do not employ this ray personally within their Being which is the cause of much dysfunction in your society today.

As each of you stand within the pathway of Mastery, take some moments to fully reflect within yourself how you exhibit your ability to express your views to others. The most important element to acquire within your studies of spirituality and how it relates to mastery is to understand the concept of in-depth knowledge while applying it to the outside world. It takes a great leader to first acknowledge their own ability to accept challenges that they may be encountering while sustaining a balance of equilibrium. This takes great patience to endure adversity but all the while accessing their sense of insight and intuition.

This is the balance of the Heart and Mind within the Ray of Love and Wisdom. These are traits that may take some time to fully acknowledge as the lower mind is very strong especially if the heart is weak. The roles must become balanced by embracing the changes that need to be made through the process.

Greetings of love and deep compassion to each of you trying to incorporate the best that You Are into the best that You Can Be. This is truly the expression of Love and Wisdom in a short statement. I Am Master Kuthumi, and I stand amongst many men and women of this world to assist in bringing peace and enlightenment into the hearts of the many. How can I express to you the deep importance of allowing your inner wisdom to shine through your Heart essence? It must be done personally, within yourself, and as the Ray Chohan of Love and Wisdom, it is my divine honor and duty to uphold within each of you the ability to incorporate this ray with the utmost ability to understand within yourself what it is to be You.

Expression to others of this nature is not an easy task especially for those individuals that have not had the understanding of what this ray may mean in their life, or do not hold this ray in any of their aspects of the four-body system. It is very easy though to just stand within your power as it as it from your Crown within your chakra system. As it moves through the Heart Center, then the essence will be ignited within you if you allow it to be. Express your Will through the Heart and then speak the words that are necessary. You will be more eloquent than you could ever imagine. The essence that you express through yourself will be the Radiation of the Self. Allow it to move through you and feel it deeply. It cannot be denied as you fully accept the Wisdom of God within you.
