Preparing to Be an Energy Transcender with Lord Melchizedek

Walking Terra Christa is holding our second class “ENERGY POSTURE” in our series, “Transcending Energy – Ascension Clinic” which teaches on the subject of preparing the full body system to receive the higher accelerations. Our introductory class with Dr. Lorphan on the Crystalline Light Body gave an excellent background and Healing for anyone interested in learning more about, or already experiencing, the challenges of incorporating the Light Body (including what are termed “Ascension Symptoms”).

We have learned that it is essentially important to prepare the body to receive the initiations of light so that those energies can assist in raising the Light Quotient within the body and become grounded within the individual’s “FOUNDATION”.

The Foundation is located under the Earth Star and can be seen as a spiraling light formation that is created within an individual’s field. If that Foundation is filled with other elements that do not fit the higher dimensional levels that are entering the body, then the incoming energies cannot be held within the full body system.

In this class we provide some tools and techniques and explain why they are essential. Some of the subjects will be:

Protection for the Self and Your Environment – key elements,
Art of Journaling – working with the Mental Body,
Breathing Techniques – Preparing the Body,
Relaxation of the Physical – A visualization to go through all the body parts to prepare for the higher energies. We will pass on a special guided technique called “Spiraling Light”, which is a meditation that Dr. W. Brugh Joy developed that we infuse with the Higher Octave frequencies of the Rays of God.

We work with Lord Melchizedek to bring all of these steps into initiating the four-body system to prepare for the accelerations of light.

As awakened individuals, we have to go through a process to receive the energies, which will in turn, facilitate the process of healing. Without the proper foundational steps, the higher forms of healing do not take root. This is why we have to go through the purging process of removing the old elements such as fear, anger, frustration, low self-esteem issues, co-dependency issues, insecurity within the self, (just to name a few along with the Ascension Symptoms), as well as the many lessons that we encounter in order to fully accept our Divine Self Embodied Within.

It is when we go through these frequencies of the planetary changes that these elements arise within our full consciousness for us to look at them, acknowledge them, so that they can fully be put into Oneness. Many of these elements are coming from the Etheric Body, which has housed debris from the many timelines we have experienced in other times. Without going through this process, the Lower Ego can stay intact too long and cause many particles to arise within an individual that then create the opportunity for more lessons that are necessary to make the changes.

It can also cause the Mental Body to be so active that the Emotional Body cannot go through the many feelings that need to be processed. We have come from eons of the Masculine Divine being the rule of the world. As this is no longer in alignment with the Higher Octave Energies we are experiencing, it can be very challenging to step into the awareness of the emotions, allowing the Heart to heal within. This is the process of the Feminine Divine blending with the Masculine Divine, (which is exactly what the New Earth requires to come into full creation).

What all this means is we have to prepare the four-body system (Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental) to receive the Higher Bodies (of the Higher Self, Monad, and I Am Presence) so that we can expand into the seven-body system.

It requires a step-by-step process to allow the energies to full be integrated through the four bodies. When an individual can automatically go into the higher state of awareness, it makes it easier, but it takes great diligence and practice to get there. As individuals, we have to teach each of our four bodies to work with one another through this process.

Sometimes we have to go back to the beginning and restructure how we achieve things in our life. As our body changes through the process, we need to be cognizant of the tools that are necessary to allow this flow of exchange. This is what our work brings forth so that a pathway that can be more easily walked to the New Earth is created.

Greetings,

It is my Divine Pleasure to be part of these teachings. As many of you already know, I work with all of the initiates within the Mastery Pathway, and my energies are an integral part of Walking Terra Christa.

Let’s speak about what it means to have “Energy Posture”.

As a human, your body is not accustomed to receiving the higher light frequencies. It is in a period of adjustment so that it can be aligned with your Soul’s Essence from the higher realms. Some individuals become easily adjusted within this focus, but many do not. The majority of awakened souls on this planet do not know how to deal with the ascension symptoms as they come in various degrees of light frequency depending upon the lifestyle and consciousness that a person can hold within themselves.

As you prepare your body to allow the frequency to be integrated within your full consciousness, you become very aware of whom you are, what works for you, and how to get through your days within the higher frequencies of light.

Holding the higher light quotients within the body takes great diligence and patience within the soul. It does not happen automatically although many individuals may think just the opposite. You see, you have come to earth, the planet of Gravity, of Duality. You, as a soul, are probably very enlightened in the higher dimensions of light, but yet, on Earth it is more of a challenge to hold the vibrational essences within the physical body.

So the body has to become accustomed to the process.

As I said, it can be very overwhelming especially if you have not been trained to hold the light within you and ground it. Many individuals have the ability to bring in the higher essences but hold it in their higher chakras so the lower body does not receive the benefits of the higher frequencies. It is imperative to fully ground these energies not only for each of you, but for Gaia, as you are her Beacons of Light.

I believe that what we will embark upon in this class is to help you realize your full potential from a soul’s purpose to fully be acknowledged within your physical body. Meleriessee and Mike have some wonderful tools they want to share; I will assist in bringing “the whole package together” with my energies. My role is to help you cement all the parts to come into Oneness of the Self.

Working with each of you and this class will give me a deeper opportunity to continue this journey on a more personal basis.

Digging Deeper Within Through the New Moon of Taurus

The New Moon has arrived within the sign of Taurus. The exact time is different depending upon your location in the world which is May 17th, 2015 at 9:15 pm Pacific, May 18th, 2015 at 12:15 a.m. Eastern, and 4:15 AM UTC.

Due to the science of astrology this moon represents an element of serious nature as it takes each of us into a darker space of ourselves. This journey is one that should be embraced as “what does not serve our present existence within our mind and heart, must leave in order for the new essence to be born.” It brings an element of great change with the hopes of renewed expression within our lives.

The other side of this energy can also mean that if you cannot go deeper within our darkness, it can take you on a pathway of the old self. This is when the “tough gets going” in which you need to fully call upon your Higher Self through the breath to know that those energies are not truly who we are any longer. It is a time of deep reflection and to move the elements within your inner-self to assist the outer self. The mental mind may try to have more influence in the course of events but the key is to access the Higher Mind of the Higher Self and I AM Presence. Don’t allow the Lower Ego to take you on a trip that you are better than you are; as you go through this process. It must be avoided.

This moon is absolutely perfect in the sense that just two weeks ago we experienced the Wesak energies of Lord Buddha honoring our spirits to accelerate our pathway of master into a higher existence. We know that this process can be very intense and challenging to handle within the physical world. So we are within perfect alignment of allowing the energies of the New Moon in May to help us purge any elements that may be impeding our progress as accepting the roles of initiates within the Pathway of Mastery.

This means that any old thoughts, and feelings must be removed; the work now gets deeper during this cycle and will continue into the Full Moon on June 2nd, 2015. This new moon is helping us to know ourselves more deeply than we had a month ago. Look to your writings and teachings you have been working with; reflect on the old self, and allow the changes to occur within you physically. Utilize the Green/Gold/White Flame (Rays of God) representing the Science of God which represents our Inner Truth from the Higher Mind – get to know who you have been, and who you want to become. It is within our power to know this truth; we cannot let anything or anyone stand of our way.

Be honest, loving, sincere, and accepting of the darkness within you to find the Light that is You. Utilize your tools to help you go through this cycle with more ease and grace, perform ceremonies in nature to help you connect with the higher beings of light so that they can assist you in this process. Don’t fall back into the old “you”. Acknowledge the past in order to accept your future. Know that the window of opportunity is right in front of you to be blessed by your I AM Presence and the Divine Beingness that You Are.

Then, and only then, can you accept the blessings of this New Moon to fully ground the new essence you are becoming. It is in perfect alignment of the Wesak Festivals as we move further on June 2nd to celebrate the last Festival which is of Humanity. This means that the energies and changes we have experienced can now be expressed through our light bodies into the world around us. Doorways and opportunities can be opened so we have the greatest opportunity to be the best that we can be through the hard work we have had to go through these last few months.

Taurus is the sign of the Earth, so take time to ground the new energies and be at peace with yourself through the challenges that you are going through. Access the Old Self so that you can be prepared to integrate the New Self that you are becoming.

The rewards are coming ~ the other important aspect of this moon is that it represents to be able to manifest our desires. The elements of creating will be our guide. We have to ground the new essence that we accepted during the Wesak Festival, but it comes with great challenge to hold it.

Per Café Astrology.com: The New Moon in Taurus is a good time to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Bull. It’s time to enjoy life’s simple and physical pleasures–savor good food, and enjoy activities that bring us in touch with nature and with our bodies. It’s time to stop and smell the roses, and to become more aware of what makes us feel comfortable and secure. This is a good cycle under which to re-evaluate our relationship to money and possessions, and to discover what truly makes us happy and fulfilled. With this potent Taurus energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives. It’s time to make some solid yet realistic plans, and to set the stage for reaping the rewards from our new beginnings, as little or big as they may be, in approximately two weeks’ time after the Full Moon occurs.

On an additional note Mercury is now retrograde which adds the same kind of vibration to the energies of this New Moon. My advice is not to put too much into this energy as we are trying to change the vibrational level within the earth, but it represents going deeper within ourselves. It is a time of great reflection: to look at our past deeds and how we reacted to situations, to relationships, and to how we work with the monetary system in our lives. Again, call upon your Higher Self to guide you through this process, and the results will be much easier to deal with than stepping into the darkness of this energy. It is a pure reflection of who we are becoming in each moment.

Be strong – look to the Light that You are and not the darkness, but always acknowledge the darkness within as it is teaching you that you are no longer that person, you are becoming more of what your Higher Self desires, and learning to embody it deeper each day. Reflect on who you were before so you can acknowledge what you have become. It is essential to always go back and look at your past; it will help you to see how far you have traveled in the Light.

Walking Through the Doorway of Restoration

We are the Angels of many principalities, opening up the doorway for Divine Mother and Father God to enter into your hearts.

Allow their essence to come into you through your breath. Feel it, my children. Feel it! Allow the expression of your own Angelic self to be fully manifested within your physical existence. Be this Angelic self, as it will assist you through the trials and the challenges you are experiencing presently. It is a beautiful time, even though it is a tremendous time for each of you personally. You are creating, some not just on the Earth, where it is needed.

Bless yourself in this moment, as we bless you in the Light that you are.

Greetings, My Children,

Just as Yamteleus has said, we are so happy to be with each of you through this venue once again even though we are with you all the time.

What is it that still needs to be purged out of your system?

In the process of understanding resurrection in the physical essence, it takes great courage to go deep within yourself and not allow the physical self to take over the needs of the body. There are many lessons to be learned as you are going through this process. It occurs on many different levels.

I will use Michael and Meleriessee as an example. They are purging through their Physical Bodies, as their Etheric Bodies are bringing forth remembrances of the conditions they had been in previously. It has been very extreme, as they have to feel that debris physically. It causes the body to not be able to perform, as it was able to before.

Your situation may be different. You may be experiencing from your Emotional Body. When your Emotional Body is challenged, what happens is remembrances of timelines come up; of not being strong enough, not being loved enough, or loving yourself enough. They come into fruition through the physical essence and into your own Emotional Body.

The Mental Body then represents the thoughts, the mental activity that seems like it just does not want to stop. None of these is more important than the other. Within the lower initiations, the Emotional and the Mental Bodies can truly be active to the degree that it causes such frustration, moments of lack of understanding within yourself, so that you still think you are that old person. In the Physical Body, purging of diseases and illnesses that have been within that Etheric Body is quite different, as you have to stop. You have to stop and you have to relax.

It pushes you not to push yourself in a way that you have before. With the Emotional and Mental Bodies it can be more challenging, as you may still go about your day as if nothing happened. Thus, it is all about awareness and whom you are in the present conditioning. Everyone must go through these phases.

This is why the Emotional and Mental Bodies are actualized more in the lower initiations. You cannot get to the 4th initiation without purging these elements. If you do, then you are not ready to hold it. This is what happens when people fall back in their initiations. It is not failure. It is just not being ready for the big show.

These are elements to consider within yourself. If you as an initiate on the lower levels, find yourself going through physical conditions through the process, you can tune into your Etheric Body and find out what timeline is coming forth. In most cases, if the Physical Body is being affected by a cold, by a bronchial condition, or by stomach conditions, it is usually because your Chakras have not cleared and it is from this lifetime.

You have to clear all of the dis–eases from this lifetime first, before you get into that etheric structure. When you hit the higher initiations and you go through these processes, which Mel and Mike have probably done many times before, they have a gift to be able to tune into that essence and understand what is happening. It is from old timelines and it is usually from timelines that need to be acknowledged, which are the good elements within those timelines. In order to accept the positive qualities of those timelines, you must purge the negative qualities.

Yes, it can be pretty debilitating. No matter which body or which system you are working with. This is all part of the resurrection energies. It is preparing you for the Wesak energies in the next month. If you are going through intense purging within yourself and you are able to acknowledge that purging, you are able to accept it, transform it, and walk through the Doorway of Restoration; then your experience for Wesak is going to be so much better than you could ever imagine.

That is the beauty of it. Wesak takes every initiate onto a higher level within themselves and their sub-initiations. Yet, if you just push things away and do not allow yourself to look at them, then you will have more situations occur within your Four Body System as Wesak comes forward. As we know, this is a very powerful time.

What we want for each of you this evening is to allow this to happen. Allow yourself to be restored.

What happens in the Emotional Body is that you become too emotional and you cannot stop crying. You may be upset with yourself.

Within the Mental Body, you cannot stop the chatter, the talk, “Why this and why that? Why can I not to it this way? Why has it not changed yet?”

These are all parts of the Mental Body, of the lower self activating. What you want is to bring in the higher bodies to assist you in this process. The beauty of it is when your body is depleted, this is what you are doing during your sleep. You are receiving the healing that you need, especially when you intend to do so.

If you are working through your Emotional Body and your Mental Body, you need to do the same before you go to sleep in order to work on those issues.

The Masters will assist you to do so.

Let us all surrender in this moment. Go into the core of your heart. Receive the beautiful essence from your Higher Self. Feel his or her essence fully within you, coming into the Thymus Gland and expanding into the Heart.

We all know everyone has a LOTUS HEART. How often do you connect with it? This is a very important function.

The Lotus Heart is so much prevalent within the Full Body System. When you do not connect to the Lotus Heart, you are not connecting to your full self. You are only connecting to your physical self. Healing has to bring all parts together. You have heard the words of Dr. Stone about your missing puzzle pieces. This is part of that equation. When parts of your-self are missing, there is no wholeness.

How do we go about it?

You do not go about it by trying to find a piece of your Mental Body, a piece of your Physical Body. You go about it by allowing your Higher Essence, your Higher Self with your I AM Presence to come fully within your Heart.

You are not going to be able to hold it there for a long time, as you are not in the space to be able to do so. If you were in a monastery and you were on top of a mountain, somewhere where there was nothing but silence, you could do so. However, you still live in the 3rd dimensional world. Taking these moments within your day is, therefore, essential. If you are not learning this through the PROCESS OF RESURRECTION, you will need to learn how to access it.

This is what is happening upon the Earth. People cannot exist as they have previously. It must flow. Let us now go into that Lotus Heart. Feel the colors of the Pink. There is more within that Heart, such as Green; which represents the Chakra color.

What colors do you like?

Bring them into your Lotus Heart. It is a small bud first, but then it slowly opens up. As you breathe deeper, you allow your Higher Self to come more fully within your Heart Center. Expand upon that. Expand upon the energies. As you do so, the Lotus Heart goes to the rest of your bodies. It expands out of your physical self. It moves into the Etheric, the Emotional and the Mental Body, so that you can become your Higher Self. Feel the beautiful Rays of God that are within this temple, flowing within. Each of us opens our Lotus Heart, with us as Divine Mother and Father God also. We can reflect that essence unto you through this work.

As we breathe deeper, feel the pain subside. Feel the aspect of your Higher Self telling you that it is all part of the divine plan becoming more integrated with your Higher Beingness. With each breath, you feel like you are going deeper and deeper. Beautiful petals are opening up into many different colors; White, Silver, Orange, Pink, Violet, Crystalline. There is a vibrancy of Light.

Whatever it is you need to receive in these moments, allow it to come into you.
The petals are now moving. They are opening, flowing and circling in whatever direction you see them coming. You feel the openness occurring for you. Surrender to all possibilities for them to be received. First in your Heart, and then expand it out into the rest of you. We, as the Divine Mother and Father God bring forth this invocation to assist.

In the Divine Light that I AM, I bring forth my Lotus Heart unto my physical self. At first, it is a small bud. The deeper I breathe, the expansion occurs. I feel it going to all parts of my physical structure. It moves into my Etheric Body. The tips of the petals help to release elements that are within the etheric system, which need to be resurrected. The petals become larger, as they are flowing through the Etheric Body. Now visualize it outside of your body. I now go into the Emotional Body. I now see the petals spinning into my emotional thoughts and feelings. My Heart Essence is patient, kind, serene.

The petals now move into my Mental Body. I feel my thoughts now drifting away. I know that when it is time to think, I feel the illumination of my higher mind. I feel the love of my Higher Heart. These essences now combine within me, as I am becoming a new Being of Light. I have been restored to what I desire in my next level of experience, my next step within my initiations, my-self, my heart, my love, I feel it permeating through all parts of myself.

I allow it to go into my physical structure, into my muscles, the tenants, the organs, the sinus cavities, the brainwaves, down the spinal column. It is in every part of my beingness. The feeling levels in this moment within my Etheric Body are smooth. There is no pointed scissors. There is just a moment of relaxation.

Now my Emotional and my Mental Body come together. I AM my Feminine Divine. I AM my Masculine Divine. My Four Body System now becomes one Body of Light. I feel this essence within my Heart Center. It expands and expands. I breathe deeply to bring in this essence.

Go deeper within yourself now.

Within your consciousness, what does it feel like?

It should have shifted. The elements of going through this process can no longer be there within this frequency of Light you have received. Breathe deeply into your Lotus Heart. It is so beautiful to see that the entire temple is filled with Lotus Hearts. Souls upon souls are activating from that space.

It is our pleasure to share this essence of your Divine Beingness with you. It is such a pleasure for us.

Bless yourself now, for stepping into a new doorway of restoring this love from the challenges you have experienced before. It is a blessing unto your physical self, as all bodies come into alignment. It is a Divine Moment of Creation.
We walk with you, my children. We walk with you through every storm, through every rainbow. We never leave your side. Remember this as you breathe into your Lotus Heart for it to expand through your entire being.

February 2nd, 2014 ~ Unity Number “11”

In the Science of Numerology the number “11” represents mastery in all forms. It brings forth illumination of the Higher Self working within the Lower Self.

This is a day in which tasks can be accomplished in a much easier manner than other numbers as it allows us to step into a doorway of opportunity. It may include some challenges in the form of a “test” to see if the Lower Self is ready to accept the next step into ascension. Keywords are: Master Teacher, illumination, enlightenment, inspirational, spiritual awakening and enlightenment, high energy, idealism, inspiration and intuition, and being a visionary.

It is very interesting how many “11” numbers are showing up in the daily energies. It was only a few days ago in January that we experienced this name frequency. But since we have arrived into the month of February it will have a small difference in how we accept the energies within our present reality. Again, the sum of the numbers are 4/7 = 11 which represents our organization, cleaning out house, and preparing for the next level of spiritual essence that we are to become manifest within our physical existence.

February represents the balance and harmony of the energies that we have been experiencing. We must refer to the New Moon cycle as well as this has an additional surge of energy for the balancing effect. Through this present cycle we are experiencing many levels of releasement that need to be processed. These energies are taking us further into our depth with our relationships, what they mean to us now and possibly from previous timelines. When you have occurrences such as this it means that you are experiencing the old energies for them to be changed into your present awareness.

The effects of “11” on this day takes you deeper into your mastery pathway so that you can understand more from your higher essence and not the lower self. This can be a process of elimination of understanding what you are experiencing presently so that it can be addressed from your past timelines. The purging that is happening in this year is for a reason ~ to make sure that each individual that wants to do better starts looking at themselves on a much deeper level.

Take time on this day to reflect how you have experienced this New Moon cycle with the increased energies. The one element that is going to take you deeper is allowing the “2” of February to help you acknowledge these old issues within yourself so that you can go deeper into your essence and receive your higher aspects that are awaiting your arrival.

Mastery is one of great responsibility so take some time on this day to see how that word fits into your present experience. It is meant to be taken as responsibility to the self and not to others. We first must change the way that we are projecting ourselves in order to find the balance of the masculine and feminine within. This process can be challenging but you have take advantage of the energies on this day, the Universe will support you in so many ways.

Another doorway of opportunity to experience more of whom you are.

UNDERSTANDING THIS FULL MOON OF NOVEMBER 2013

Greetings,

It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light greeting you on this beautiful time of our creation.

I want to share some thoughts about the energies of this particular moon that started on November 17, 2013. This moon represents elements being removed that you have not been able to see as each of the moons of this year have taken each of you deeper into your inner self. It is important to realize the potential of the energies within 2013. This will help to ascertain where you are spiritually within your physical body.

Just because there is more activation occurring does not mean that you are safe to be where you are. As your physical body is changing into more crystalline, it is imperative to take moments of reflection to understand the process that you have been undergoing.

Each full moon is a time of purging and cleansing the old elements from your system in order to receive more. This moon goes much deeper than the others. Let’s think about the activations that have occurred throughout the year that are assisting each of you, each of us, and Gaia to be more than we ever thought that we could be. Each equinox and solstice has ripped away the confines of lower energies that do not belong in your full body system. You have now arrived at a special juncture of time if you have been doing your homework throughout the year. If you have not been using tools to assist yourself, well, then there is going to be a very rough and rocky road that you are traveling.

This moon is taking away the aspects that have been blocking you previously. These are within the confines of your subconscious that you have wanted to work on removing, but yet something has stopped you from doing so. It is a long journey to allow the minds and all the bodies to merge into one essence. By tapping into the frequencies of this moon it will help you to understand why you have experienced the trials and pain in your existence. The more that you accept from your highest essence, the deeper you will travel within yourself.

The bodily functions are being hit very hard presently. Old injuries may be appearing, old ailments that you thought were cleared, along with emotional and mental elements coming up into your consciousness. The darkness is slipping away from you to help the REAL You to acknowledge the NEW YOU. A transformation is occurring within yourself as you receive more crystalline energies into the physical existence.

Take time to breathe into any element that is arising, talk to your psychological self to understand what the origin may be, and then embrace the healing energies of the Violet Flame merged with the Crystalline Light of Harmony and Balance. Then ignite the Flame of Adoration of Love in its beautiful pink essences blending within you. Breathe through the whole process. Continue it until you fully embrace and feel the new essence within you especially in the area that was being obstructed.

Don’t be surprised if you feel lower thoughts through the process. Command them to be in the higher realms within yourself as the bodily structure is accepting the Higher Self to merge within it. Additionally, your Super Conscious mind is blending within the Subconscious. So there can be some arguing going on within your mind. Don’t let it stop you. Use the tools to accept the True Essence as you become One with your Higher Self.

We like to align this process as if you stepped out of your body and left the planet. You are walking through a new doorway of light that is very uncertain but very loving. The old elements have to be removed which is the same experience of exiting the body. The old elements need to be purged in order to go to the higher realms of light.

It is a beautiful moment of creation and will assist each of you to go to your happy place. Allow it to enfold within you as it is a beautiful experience to behold.
