Going Below the Surface of the Self with Lord Adama

Good Evening Everyone or Good Morning, wherever you may be. Thank you for being with us.

I AM Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light, fully incorporating the energies through Rev. Meleriessee. Take some deep breaths. I want to feel your energies.

What I am presently doing is to get a feel of where each of you is, so that I can individualize this program to each person. Even though we will hopefully have more people join us in the later sessions, I truly want to get a feel from your consciousness of what is occurring for you. First I will lay some things out on the table. You must remember that we are not in a room all together. The interaction with each other is quite different from how it usually is. The other thing we must also remember within ourselves and what each of you need to do as students is that whatever you get out of this program is up to your own abilities to center yourself within it. Doing the journey and listening to this tape will help, but the true work has to be within you.

One of the main reasons why we wanted to bring this forth again is to go deeper. We were told by some of the students that they wanted to go deeper than previously received. I will say a few words that are not only directed at you. They are directed at all the students of Walking Terra Christa and also all Lightworkers that may decide to be part of this program at a later time.

Time is not on our side. The energies are changing so quickly and time becomes so limited of what we need to be doing in our lives.

It is imperative to truly find a balance with everything you need to achieve. Each of you is a student within the initiations of the pathway of mastery. You have to work harder. The energy is assisting you, but it can also do the opposite if you are not careful.

Do not let anything get by you. If something feels uncomfortable, do not let it sit for a week or two. Let it come to you. Utilize the tools we will be giving you to help you. Most of all, connect fully with your Lower Self and your Higher Self to make the necessary changes. I know each of you worked hard on the programs we did this summer with Lord Melchizedek. They were very intense. They were given specifically to learn more about your psychological path. It is in order to know where your soul is within this body. Not your Higher Self, not your spirit, but your soul and what it has dealt with on many different timelines. I share this and remind you as some of the other masters will, but it is imperative after this class to not just say “Well, this was a great class, ” but to ponder, “What did that class do for you?”

This class tonight will probably be more of an introduction, although we will also go into some depth, so that I can pass into each of you through Meleriessee and understand what you need to be working on. Ideally what I would like within this session is to talk to you before and talk to you after to assist you in this process. This is why it is a paid program. We are not only sitting here and receiving information from a master or from Telos. It is about me tuning into each of you and learning more about what you are experiencing in order to help you and guide you. I want to assist you. I want you to fully accept the fact that you need to do more work. I know each of you knows this, but sometimes you have to be reminded.

It is like we are in a classroom together. This is why we go to the Lemurian Retreat House. It is serious. It is not just to connect on a different level. It is to help you really understand yourself and what you are going through. The reason why I want to do this through Meleriessee is that she does it naturally. She has always done it naturally. She has the ability to tap into each of us and has for many reason. It was accelerated her and helped her in the processes she was going through. We never interfered, but she was assisted by many. Until each of you is ready to do so on your own; that is what we are here for. That is what I am here for and that is what Walking Terra Christa is here for. As Michael holds these energies, he also receives guidance from Meleriessee.

As you heard from Saint Germain yesterday; about 80 percent of Lightworkers being more mentally active than emotionally active. This means that a lot of deep work has to be done to remove those pantheons and those elements each person holds within them. I give you these energies, these words, from my Heart to yours. Yet I need to be a little bit strict. At times, we feel that since Meleriessee has been dealing with it for such a long time, it is not just about sitting and receiving the attunement. It is about what it does for you, and what it does not do for you. Where does it go? What needs to come up? What needs to be processed? These elements are very important. I want to make sure each of you gets the best experience you can. That way you will be able to move further along on your pathway. You do not have to feel as if you were stuck.

Today, in this moment, take a deep breath. Bring forth these beautiful Rays of God you received yesterday.

Why did I choose this title?

When we as individuals in the human body think about who we are, that is just a surface energy. It is within our lower mind. If I was to look at each of you presently and look at what your life is, I could say that you would be someone of what you are doing on the physical plane. Maybe you are working somewhere in an outside field.

What defines who you are?
Is it what you see in the mirror?
Is it what you feel about yourself?
Is it who you interact with, who your friends are? It represents a false surface; the face you show to the outside world.

We need to go below this surface. If you meet people on the street, how do they perceive you by what you say to them, by what you do? Usually, the first questions on this plane of existence on the Upper Earth would be “What do you do for a living? Are you married? Do you have children?” Truly, that is not who we are.

It is not our defining energy. We must go below the surface of the self to allow those other parts of ourselves to be ignited out of us, so that when we converse with another person, we converse from our Heart Center and from our Higher Self. This is the journey I want to take everybody on in order to know more about yourself. Inside of yourself, you probably think differently from what you can share with another person. We will be doing a little bit of exercise with that. This is what I would like each of you to understand.

I want to take those particles of yourself and bring them up into your consciousness to allow them to fully be acknowledged.

I ask each of you, what are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?

Breathe deeply within yourself. Fully correlate all those Rays.

Where do your strengths lie?
Is it your Will and Power?
Is it your creative actualization, the love of yourself?
Is it the science of your mind, tapping into your higher essence?
Is it your devotion and taking care of yourself?
Is it finding Harmony and Balance?
Is it your Love and Wisdom, illuminating your lower mind with your higher mind, which brings us to the freedom we are looking for.

I know each of you knows about the Rays of God and what they represent in your life. What aspects within yourself do you need to acknowledge and what aspects do you fully have? I am not just referring to a meditative state. On a daily basis, are you able to access those energies? We all know that things will happen and you will not be able to access your higher mind, higher thoughts and higher emotions 24 hours a day. However, what I refer to is the majority that rules within yourself, feelings about yourself. How are you affected?

These are all elements that are important to think about as it will help you gage within yourself how you are doing within this pathway. Otherwise, it can become confusing and very overwhelming.

We will now take a journey into Telos together:

Let us all take a deep breath. Feel the energies of all those Rays. Your Soul Star and your Earth Star are spinning in a clockwise manner. Feel your Merkabah now being activated.

I would like each of you to join me in the garden within Telos. We walk upon a pathway of green grass and flowers everywhere. As we walk around, there are many children and many others within here to greet you. We center ourselves in the garden today. We are not going to the retreat house. Feel the blessings of this energy. The waterfall is a few hundred feet away. You can hear it in the distance. You may also feel sprays of the water across your face. As we all sit here together, feel the beautiful essences that are here within Telos.

What is your Heart’s desire? Have you thought about that?

Each of you work diligently on being part of these teachings and doing your other work afterwards.

What is it doing to you physically, emotionally, mentally?

How does your body feel?

Are you able to readjust yourself?

The important process of learning more about yourself as we have just gone through, is not an easy process. This I know. It is not easy to have me sit there and tell you exactly what you may not be doing or what you can be doing. It is to help you go into a deeper level, into the core of your Being. Yet, each of you allows this to happen.

That shows your tenacity of wanting to change. It shows your ability to understand yourself more. At first, it may feel very uncomfortable to look at the mirrors that I share with each of you. Yet when you deeply go into those aspects within yourself, everything shifts. It shifts because your consciousness shifts. You learn to accept what you are hearing and then process it within yourself. What I heard from each of you today is that you are willing to learn more about yourself. You are willing to see that there is a better way for you to exist, to flow, to allow yourself to understand more about your power and what that means for you.

We all know power is not aggression. To be fully empowered means that you have love, that you have balance, that you are devoted to that part of yourself while you learn that you can tap into your higher wisdom and access the purity of your Light.

Purity is the pure essence of Crystalline energy. Pure. There is no dysfunction. There is no lower energy. There are no lower aspects. It is just those essences within of the purest energy that can be brought forth, like Divine Mother and Father God, like the Source of Light. Feel that purity within you now. Feel the pure white light from the God Source.

Let us go to the Creative Source of the 144th dimension. It comes down into this beautiful garden right now. It goes deeply into the core of your being. Let it go through all your Chakras. Deeply let it go into your Heart Center. Think about your Lotus Heart. Allow it to open up. Open up fully into the core of your soul’s essence of your Higher Self and your physical self. Bring these two aspects together.

This is what is going to assist you to understand more about who you are. Bring forth those essences within you. Remember the Source of Light we all were in the beginning. I bring that essence onto each of you now. Feel yourself just lying down on the grass. You hear singing of the children in the distance. You feel content. You feel serene and peaceful.

Allow your I AM Presence to fully come within you. That aspect of your Beingness is on the level of the 144th. The other soul aspects that traveled, just as you are traveling, are not pure. We bring them into the Purity of the Light.

Feel the adoration of yourself. Feel your devotion. Feel your strength and courage. Feel the inner truth that you are of your higher essence.
Allow it to flow through your entire body, all the way down to the soles of your feet and into Earth Star.

Let us visualize the Physical Body connecting to the Earth Star and Soul Star. Let us connect to all the Chakras, the soles of the feet, the ankles, the knees, the hips, the Root, the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Thymus, Throat, Third Eye, Crown, shoulders, elbows, wrists, palms of the hands, all vibrating. It is vibrating energy that occurs on the outside of your field as it pulsates with the purity of light that you are.

{Divine Language Light Encodment}

Take a moment to sit up. Feel the blessing that you are to your physical self. Feel the entourage of beautiful energies that are arriving within your existence in these moments. Let it fill up the holes from the lower thoughts we just shared. Let it intertwine within you. Let it be you. Feel the power that you are within yourself.

All the thoughts you have shared with me, that were not positive, bless them now. Bless them in the existence that you are. Bless them in the purity of your light. Allow the reflection you see now to help change you and help you through the parts of yourself you cannot acknowledge. Bring forth acceptance of yourself. You are now aware. You have acknowledged these thoughts. Now feel the acceptance that you are. It does not mean you are a bad person. It means that these thoughts are just showing up for you to fully acknowledge them now. Embrace them. Become them. Feel them. Allow them to be all parts of your field; your Physical, Emotional, Mental and Etheric. Allow the Spiritual Body to take it away. Allow the spiritual part of you, your Higher Self, to transmute these elements within yourself.

See your Higher Self in front of you. Allow your Higher Self to blend within you through your hands, eyes and your feet. You sit across from each other and you become One with each other. This is who you are, not the other things. Embrace them fully within you. Be them. Your Higher Self now blends fully within your body. You arise. We all arise from the ground.

The children have a basket of flowers. You pick some flowers for yourself. Notice the color of the flowers. You put them to your Heart. You become that flower. You become that essence. This is purity. This is grace. This is mercy. This is compassion of all that you are. Feel the essence of our beautiful sun. It is quite different from your sun. It embraces you deeply and who you are. Breathe and feel it be you, as I see it in you.

It is now time for us to leave. This is a place you can come to any time to allow the purity of your light to fully be within you. We are one. Take a moment. Activate your Merkabah Vehicle. Let the colors spin within you, as now there are more colors. As you activated your I AM Presence more fully within you, you accepted all Rays of God to be you.

Feel yourself walking very slowly. As you do, you lift and feel yourself through the hemispheres, coming back to your present location, settling yourself within your Heart, Solar Plexus and the base Chakras. Feel that activation occurring.

Take some time to reflect on what your experiences are presently. Ground these energies.

Divine Order for the New Earth ~ Lord Adama Discourses

Lord Adama’s Discourse, July 2014 set the energies for the following months in which he will be teaching how each of us can be like the Telosians to help create the New Earth. Lady Galactia gave us a beautiful introduction of the Telosian Essence.

Greetings!

It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light with my Beloved Galactia. Thank you so much for giving forth such lovely introduction.

I ask each of you to breathe deeply within yourself and see what that vibration felt like to you. Was it a remembrance? Was it a new essence? Or is it something you are fully integrating within yourself continually? This is what I strive for through this process we are going to experience with one another.

I wanted to go deeper than we have been before. As I reflected on the program of the Telosian Way of Being, and Meleriessee played that video the other day where everyone gave their testimonials, I saw a time when everyone truly felt a difference within the energetic exchange. I would like to share that with as many individuals as I can, to help them understand more about themselves. Only because you are on the Upper Earth, does not mean that you cannot achieve the same result, the same experiences within your lives.

My goal through Meleriessee and her assistance was to bring forth a deeper understanding than we went into before. The power of that work was amazing. This program is going to be very similar to that program. We travel to Telos, which we will do in a few moments. We will experience the Lemurian Retreat House, where we will experience the forests, the garden, the beach, the lake, the waterfall and all the beautiful essences within our city. But more than that, I want each of you to incorporate those energies within yourself. I want you to fully take what you feel and make it physical. Make it your world. Allow those essences to be your world.

In order to do so, we have to understand who we truly are at each moment in time when you go on your journeys. That is why I asked Meleriessee to call this awareness of the self. If I was to tune into each of you in this moment, what is your true awareness? What is it that you are experiencing within yourself that takes you into a deeper level, and allows you to take what you have learned through the work you are doing, and make a concentrated change in your life.

This is very important. If you are participating in this membership program, then you are just looking into the meditations to be in a higher state of consciousness and you do not allow that higher state of consciousness to be integrated within your Physical Body even just a tiny little bit. Then you are not getting it. You are not going to the depth you could. That is what I am here to assist you with. I am here to help you with this process and to bring in the spiritual aspects you deserve to have.

These are the elements to think about as we are going through this process; unconditional love, self worth, patience, lessons you have learned, balance, preference, happiness, discipline, surrender, integration, Oneness, unity, non-judgment, decisiveness, faith, humbleness, centeredness, humility, cooperation, assertiveness, even-mindedness, mastery, choice, self love, compassion, forgiveness, confidence, and personal power. All these may be attributes that each of us should be incorporating within our lives every moment. They need to be addressed. On the other side, there are the negative aspects of what this means, but I am not going into that presently.

My role in this moment is to give you an overview of what we will be doing to assist you in going deeper into your consciousness, into your subconscious, and act as your super-conscious. A lot of times the Higher Self, the higher mind, truly desires to have all these aspects within your life, but incorporating them physically is an entirely different thing. This is due to your psychological level that has already been shared through Lord Melchizedek and the others through the other program. What we are doing is to help you get to the deeper core of that essence. The psychology primer series that is being done presently with Lord Melchizedek and the other psychologists benefits you by giving you an awareness to assist you through the attunement process.

This stage takes us deeper into purification. It is like jumping into a beautiful Crystalline pool of water. Within that pool of water, you feel elements coming out of you that do not fit. This is the journey we would like to take you on. We want to take you into a pathway to where you have not existed physically. You have it, because it is in your Higher Mind. It is in your Higher Heart. It is in the higher essence of your I AM to bring that more fully into your physicality and allow those essences to come in. We go below the surface of the physical self. We go below the surface of what you can attain in your Higher Self.

We do this through the process of the availability of energies we can provide you with in Telos. It is a magical essence of the purity of Light that needs to come into all parts of your being. We then take you on a journey of understanding when something comes across you and you feel you have failed or made a mistake. There are no mistakes. They are only lessons. We need to understand what causes those lessons, as there is always an underlying cause of why you created them. Then you can get onto the other side of that doorway to accept the lessons in your life. We will step into humility and forgiveness; forgiveness of the self in the highest level of healing that anyone can do.

Understand your lower ego versus the higher ego. What does that mean?

Some people think you should not have any ego. Others think you should have all your ego.

However, there is a difference between the lower and the higher, just as there is with everything else. Going through these steps will help you walk through your fear. It will create even-mindedness, meaning your mental level being cleared, being open. And you acquire this through your Higher Mind. We will help you become more centered within yourselves by integrating all those aspects I have spoken about previously and bringing them into Oneness. We are not quite sure how long this will be. It may be through the next year on a monthly basis. We have a lot to cover. It also depends on the energies and what is happening within the Earth, around the Earth, within the moon cycles, the sun, eclipses, events that are happening on a planetary scale. All of that will be a major focal point.

So in this moment I am going to ask you to go deeper within yourself. We take the essence of surrender. Put yourself in my hands through this process in the next few moments we are together. What that means is to completely open yourself up and allow anything and everything to come out of you; things that you do not like, things that you do like. Allow the purification of your essences to occur. Without surrendering you will never be able to get through these doorways. You end up being physically bombarded with negative thoughts, the hurts, and the inability to feel that center within yourself. I know each of you can feel this in your meditations. Each of you feels this within your breath when you allow yourself to do so. What we want to help you with is to feel it all the time, every moment, to accept your own divinity and to bring forth the purification of your essences.

Let us talk a little bit about what is happening on a planetary scale at this time. We are moving into a new moon in a couple more days. The new moon represents a change in frequency. This one is quite different, because the sun sign being in Leo is a very controlling energy, a powerful energy. What does the lion do? The lion has its own power. It has its own power, as others are afraid of it because of the way it presents itself, the way that it roars, the way that it sounds. Yet the lion can also be very nurturing to its young ones, to its family, and be very protective. This is exactly what we are going through as a planet. We are sitting in a vortex of Light energy coming into the planet to help us become more centered, more accepting, more understanding but yet very powerful.

Previously, those words could probably not meld together. Power and nurturing are opposites of the spectrum. However, as the Earth changes occur, it is important that each understands that it is of your creation. It is who you are becoming, what you are accepting within yourself, how you go about what you are experiences. These are all part of the thoughts and the movements to create a new sense of self. Without it, you cannot create anew. You will still have the old.

We need each of you. And we need each of you to be grounded within your energies. We know that there are thousands upon thousands of people who know about Telos and who truly want to be there with us, who want us to be with them. But there is a separation. Within that separation is a world of complete differences. There is a lack of understanding of both sides. The human race on the Upper Earth does not understand what we have gone through to create what we needed to be. Within that creation, we have molded a community that has assisted each other. We also had to go through the same elements that you are addressing presently. At this point, the Upper Earth is becoming the New Earth. But how does it become the New Earth with such confliction, with such arguing of sides and a lack of understanding? There is no integration of Oneness. Many thousands think they are in Oneness, because of their thoughts, because of their philosophies they are giving to others, to the collective, to society. However, what happens when they are not in that giving stage? Do they give to themselves? Are they allowing themselves to be nurturing or do they feel more powerful projecting themselves onto others to assist the ones that are lesser than them?

As each of you know, the higher levels of dimensions need to be acquired. At the level the Earth is on presently, there is too much confliction with dimensional frequencies, with Light and Dark energies, with the existence of those energies fighting for this planet to become One. Environmentally, the Earth is not at the level of the New Earth. Thus it is necessary to go into the depth of this kind of work. The Earth has not reached that stage. It is only a thought process. The truth of the matter is that it has to be internalized within each human being. This is what we want to get to going below the surface of the self. What is the awareness within your conceptual thinking, within your conceptual feeling and energy?

Do you look at someone who has a lesser living situation than you, has less than you?

Or do you look at them as being equal?

What do you think is the percentage of society having these judgments?

Many souls have come in to learn these lessons, as they have been on the side that were against people like themselves previously, whatever their personal situation is. That is an imbalance.

At this stage of the game, Karma can be transmuted just by internalizing within yourself the creative process to make the necessary changes within the self. People do not realize how important it is that every individual upon this planet needs to internalize their own higher essence within themselves. That is where the healing capacity occurs.

I will say to you that doing this work does not mean it is the end of your lifetime. As we know, that is the whole process of mastery. Why do you think I am the age I am, of which I am not going to tell you what that exactly is? It is close to a thousand years old. And that is what I am getting to.

It is the community, effort and cooperation of faith, acceptance, perseverance, and of understanding that these elements all have to come into the full focus within each person. We have learned how to do this in Telos, and you are learning how to do this here.

My prediction for this Earth at this point, and it could change as soon as tomorrow, is that energy and fluctuations coming into the planet are so strong that every individual person is feeling change. Now, the ones who do not know how to handle it are unable to accept that change. Thus, they will either get angry, frustrated, become sick, and create situation in their lives to make necessary changes. Say that a couple goes through this. Say that the man cannot handle himself and within that he has a heart attack and dies. What happens to the woman married to him? She now has to look deeper within herself of what that relationship meant to her; whether she was the strong one in the relationship or the weak one. She now has to internally look at herself. Otherwise she becomes the same as the man, internalizes the lower frequencies within herself and gets sick.

This is Divine Order occurring, as in that aspect of what is happening within that experience, each of them move toward the point they need to be at for more healing. In his case, he leaves the body and goes to the Inner Plane. His soul works more fully with him. In her case, she either refrains or she has to get deeper within herself if she decides that it is what she wants for herself upon this planet. Consciously, she is probably not thinking about any of this, or she is very aware of these energies and what she can do for herself. It is a domino effect that is happening. Every person who that man has affected will also be affected by his death.

What will they do upon his death?

Will they be able to go deeper or will they give up?

Giving up is not a bad option. In those moments, that soul cannot handle what has happened to them. Thus their contract is finished. They have done exactly what they needed to do.

In relation to that, it is a cleanup process. It is not an easy way to look at it as a physical being, but as a spiritual being you can see that the Earth is being cleaned up. Every time that each of you tune into yourselves and do more, you are going to allow that energy to go to others, whether you realize it or not. Our discussion right now is going to each of those individuals on the call, but where else is it going? That is what we have to look at.

The work each of you is doing exponentially extends to the universe, into the planetary systems. They go deeper through Gaia’s world. Within this process, what is occurring is that each of you is getting better with what you are doing and you are assisting others, even those who you do not touch, even those who you do not speak to. By just allowing your energy to be sent out onto the universe it then comes back into you.

It is the process we would like to take you through. Allow yourself to get into a deeper space, so that this Earth can become the New Earth. It is the Golden Age. There is a doorway. We stepped into it in 2012. What that means is that frequency of Light coming into planet was assisting people so much more at the frequency and level it is coming in.

If you look around, at your friends, your family, the ones you do not even know that much, maybe on a social network, and you start to see the words maybe different. You start to see them in a way that may not be how you choose it to be, but it is a progression of Light. It is a progression of allowing those essences to come into the purification of this planet.

That is why we are here. We are here to assist within this process. The more we extend what we have, the more it will come into this planet. That means the pathway between us gets shorter, each time we connect, each moment that we accelerate. When you put all this information into words, those that read it also receive it. By doing service to yourself and going into the deeper levels of your experience, you are doing service to mankind. This truly is what mastery is about. It brings forth those essences, those conditioning processes, to fully allow the totality of what is available to become manifest. It is exactly what each of you is going through.

Re-Alignment of the Self ~ Lord Adama Discourse

Greetings!

Hello Everyone. It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

Let’s just connect with everyone through our Heart center. Everyone from the community of Telos is also connecting at this very time so that we can all feel our essences within one another.

I ask you to spin your Heart Chakra clockwise. Allow the lotus heart to be completely open within your own purification that is occurring.

I chose this subject matter this evening because of the transitional energy that has been occurring at the beginning of the year. I know that we have talked about this month representing harmony of energies coming into the planet, but that does not mean that each of you are going to be feeling very harmonious and balanced. It may mean the opposite because in order to get to the next stage of harmony you must remove the elements that are occurring within your present state of consciousness and what you are very aware of.

You have to be remember that these stages of healing are continual. Some may say that once you purge something that you should feel absolutely beautiful and able to step into your fifth dimensional body and completely full of Love and Light. As we all know, it does not occur that way. It is a process; it’s a process of levels. It’s almost like you are walking on a staircase and at each level you feel a different energy exchange. Well, this is exactly what you are experiencing. I want each of you to have an understanding within yourself that what you are going through is not something you should put down upon within your energies but totally feel the accomplishment that you are going through.

This process of mastery is one that is very intense and it brings forth elements in front of your face that you previously knew about but did not want to look at. If you are interacting with other individuals in your living situations or work situations, then you are going to be faced with more dilemmas; but those challenges represent growth opportunities as you will remember the lessons. Then the next time you experience something like that you will deal with it differently then you did before.

I want to reflect back on the Telosian Way Program that we did back eighteen months ago on how we put each of you through those different stages of growth and understanding your own self-reflection, understanding what you are bringing forth within your Masculine and Feminine Divine along with all those elements that will assist you in bringing forth the combination of understanding yourself on a much deeper then you did before.

Well, this is exactly what you are going through; and if any of you are working within that program, I do suggest that you go back to some of the subject matter to help you through the process. Because, again you will go through cycles and each cycle you may have similar attributes then a previous cycle so you need to refresh your energies of what is being presented for you. It is very, very important. The reason that we are talking about the realignment is exactly this: because the challenges that each of you are experiencing are taking you into new levels of your consciousness as that occurs your body has to readjust.

Remember you are trying to become a Crystalline Light body. You are trying to create a fifth dimensional body of Light. Now I dare say this is quite an achievement and previously maybe thirty years ago this was going to be on the turbo level of staying within this Earth and changing yourself through that process, but yet still being a part of the conditioning upon Gaia and within the Earth. This takes us to a whole new scenario than if the Earth had moved into another existence and you were ready to take on that existence. It does not mean that you would have been ready like so many people think. Now we are all walking along this pathway and this is for all of us even us in Telos. Yes, we are in that fifth dimensional frequency as we have the availability of living a completely different life style than you.

This does not mean we are not preparing for the New Earth. Which in truth, we are within the deepest preparation as we are making ourselves available to each of you so that you can understand the processes that you are undergoing. Remember that you have had many timelines, many lifetimes on this planet and other planets since the times of Lemuria and Atlantis and you have arrived at this juncture of time to understand that you have the availability to experience the blessing of those times once again even more so. Some of those times were not great blessings, as we know; it was a lot of exchange of other energy that occurred which is what you are experiencing presently on the planet. You already are reliving what you experienced in Atlantis and Lemuria on the Upper Earth preparing yourself for the New Earth. It takes time to readjust your energies and allow the essences that you are bringing forth into your world to go into a deeper level.

Your Higher Self has been knocking at your door and asking you to join you, but yet the physical part of you has all these stipulations; your emotional body is full of uncertainty, anxiety, fear, not sure how your life is going to change, because you don’t want to change your life if that is the stage that you are in. Then there is the mental body; it will totality tell you it is a farce, this is very untrue and that you better stand up to it and tell this Higher Self that you no longer want to be in contact with him or her. Then you have the ones that are more aware; that is more open to receive the Higher Self but yet there are still aspects within the other bodies that are not fully ready to accept what the Higher Self has to give to you. So it has to come in a slower space of allowing the essences to fully come within you. What happens through that process, is that you start to feel that merge with the Higher Self.

The Higher Self has now come in the house and is sitting with you, connecting with you and you start to feel little bit more peaceful with some of the feelings that you are having are going away. Then the Higher Self says, “It has been very nice talking to you, but now I have to leave.” Then what do you do?

The fear comes back, the anxiety returns, and all the lower energies that you had before ask, “Is this really true, did this really happen to me, well I am not sure that it did.” So these are the different phases that you go through. I give you this scenario so that you can relate to it. On a physical basis this is exactly what is happening. Your Higher Self is knocking at your door and saying “Hi, my name is Meleriessee” and Christine says, “Hmm, Meleriessee that’s kind of a strange name. Where did you get that name?” So the mental mind starts to question where that name from. I am sure this is very close to what each of you may have been thinking when you first get connected with your Higher Self. Then there is a stage where that is all you want, “I want my Higher Self I want it, I want it” but then your mental mind gets in the way and your Higher Self will not be in that space so you are within your physical mind only.

What you have to learn to do is to calm your energies down in order to receive your Higher Self energy. Then there is the other aspect that some of you may think about is that your Higher Self has all the answers for everything in the universe, in the world and for yourself. What does my Higher Self want for me? The truth is it is a blending that occurs within your consciousness of your Higher Self coming into your physical creation.

The physical self is always considered because your physical consciousness represents your existence in this body. So now the Higher Self comes in and he or she is willing to show you some of your old timelines, some of the things that have occurred before because this Higher Self has that knowledge and history. This brings forth your etheric body and it starts to become more active than it was before. It has always been there; it is that feeling stage before the etheric body comes into the physical but now it seems more real as your Higher Self is generating some energy for you to have the realization within you.

What happens then is that sometimes you spend so much time trying to release timelines, figuring out what is a timeline and that everything will be rectified; unfortunately that is not the way that it is. Some things can be rectified from some levels. If you brought them in from your other lifetimes (and a timeline can be one minute from a lifetime), you could have experienced something very glorious or very devastating in one moment. This is when you are going to have an infliction within your etheric body. Of course, it can be a longer time. It can be hours, days, or it could be even months or a year but it is not the whole lifetime. This is what you have to realize.

Just as an example, if we say that your etheric body is filled with all these timelines that lasted for a hundred years, that is a lot of memories to deal with; most of the timelines that you bring up in the etheric body are ones that need to be recognized. So they are either particles of yourself when you experienced negative moments, you created negative moments, you experienced divine intervention, you experienced magic, you experienced miraculous moments, or beautiful experiences with a certain person or terrible times with a certain person, that is the definition of “timelines”.

The reason that I am bringing up all of these thoughts is because each of you are readjusting your energies through the elements as your Higher Self is knocking at your door; your timelines are opening up; you may be having some memories especially in your dream state. Then you are dealing with your emotions. Some of you are delving deep into your inner child issues which represent those emotions that are stuck within this body which can be from this lifetime or it can be from other lifetimes. If they were something that you brought forth from another lifetime for you to address in this timeline.

Then, you have your thought processes of what has molded you up to this stage that you are accessing your energies. These are all part of the process now; that does not even go beyond what Gaia is experiencing so now you are not only experiencing things in your personal transformation of your soul’s history, you are now experiencing things from other planetary lives. You are experiencing the effects from all the planets and the solar systems and what is coming into Gaia; you are experiencing weather patterns, you are experiencing life formations that you may not even known about previously, because you have opened up yourself to a whole new doorway. It is like walking through a whole new doorway. You open up the door and it takes you into the hemispheres, it takes you into the star systems, into all those elements that brings forth the energetic exchange.

Now you are not just a physical body but you are so much more than that realization. You are multi-dimensional. This is why you are experiencing so many variables within your life circumstance at this point.

Then we come upon this year of 2014; we thought that 2012 was going to be much more intense than it was, but 2013 was a transition year. It helped us become more than ourselves; it brought up issues that needed to be addressed; it helped us move into a synchronized way of being.

Whether you were synchronistic in that year or not, it would push you to feel that the flow of energies was available for the transformation to occur within your system, experiences, and life. So now we step into this year. It is representing more Unification of Oneness. So what does that mean?

It means that your multi-dimensional self is activating very deeply through the processes and those of you that are newly awakened to this path will find it more difficult. Because you step into this world and all these elements are coming to you. It is shifting you into many different ways and some moments in your day, you are not sure of whom you are and what is happening to you. Those of you that are further along the path will still feel the fluctuations, but you will be able to readjust easier; and then the ones that have been here for a whole lot longer doing this pathway accelerate themselves to hold that energy for everyone else. It may seem that it is easier for them but it is not always that way.

I share all this information to help you to understand that you are in a process of an evolving being and, this evolvement entails many different variables that you are experiencing. This month we stepped into these energies and said “Oh, it’s going to be more harmonious.” Well, let us look at this month and you will see that the harmonious energies weren’t within each of you. it is part of the circumference of the planet from what she is experiencing from the outer aspects. It is to help you become in harmony within yourself because this year represents Oneness and that oneness is the ability to tap into the multi-dimensional self to access all avenues of transference of your Light energy for the creation of your pathway.

So I ask each of you to look at this month and to see how you have changed through the experiences that have been brought to you through the process. This is why I share this subject matter of the Realignment of the Self as the energies are shifting so quickly sometimes it is very hard to be able to stand within your power, to stand within your physical self and say to yourself, “This is whom I am in this moment, because in the next moment it can completely change.”

You are taken into a whole new scenario very quickly. The energies are ever changing presently and the frequencies of Light that are occurring within this format can cause you to feel as if you are not changing at all. The energetic exchange that is happening within you is so quick that it is not like the old ways of doing things where you say “Oh, my re-adjustment has occurred in this moment.”

So what happens to you on a molecular structure when this is occurring?

The molecules and the elements of frequency of the electro-magnetics of your physical structure are re-aligning themselves each moment that you transform when you are transitioning from one space to another; please know that your physical body is doing the same. It has to be this way as you are all part of the same essence so that the totality of those energies are re-aligning themselves within your physical structure and at most times we are not aware of this on a consciousness level. It is not like we sit there and say “Well, my body is re-aligning its molecular structure in this moment so I must take some time for myself.” No, what does happen is that your energy shifts; you start to feel dizzy, you start to feel tired or possibly vibrant feeling as if electricity is running through you. This is the re-adjustment that is occurring within your physical body.

Some may call this ascension symptoms which are true, but the other truth of this information is the fact that these energies, at this time of the planet is changing so rapidly that every human form is also experiencing this same type of structure. Let us take the person that is purely un-awakened and they probably feel anger, agitation, or are frustrated about something that has happened. They create a scenario for things to happen so that the adjustment of the energies do not occur because it happens when an individual is in stillness, in quite mode, sleep mode, or meditation mode. All these elements help with the re-adjustment of the molecular system to occur within the physical body. Your consciousness will immediately catch up which is part of the process.

There is no other way to experience it but how do we allow the readjustment to happen in the physical body?

How do we experience it on an overall capability without really centering upon any specific reason on why it is occurring?

I know that each of you think of those reasons you think of them; because of the transitions that you are going through; because of the thought process of your emotional feelings; and through the physical body not reacting in the way you would like it to react.

These are all part of the scenarios that brings forth these changes within your structure, but it is important for you to remember that every part of yourself that is making the movement into the higher space of conditioning is readjusting at the same time.

So know when your day seems to be filled with much transformational energy and that you are changing so quickly that it is definitely readjusting within yourself.

What do you do in times like this?

You try and stop; I know this goes against the grain of the human conditioning of the society of the Upper Earth because it is important to take moments to allow the readjustment to occur. As the vibrational changes occur within your physical existence, you start to feel the fluctuations now. Some may find that they are in quiet mode and more vibrations come into them. When that happens there is an readjustment going on within the light quotient, and as long as it is not so devastating to the physical body and to the energy that an individual is feeling, then it is okay. If it becomes too much then you need to find your grounding energy; you need to be able to use stones like Selenite, Obsidian, or Tourmaline. Those stones will ground you to the Earth more deeply and clear out any lower energies that are trying to interfere with the process of your light body being activated.

The readjustment that occurs to the physical body can be devastating if it is on overload. So it is very important that you understand what it is that you are going through and not the particular transformation but the energy that you are feeling.

What does it feel like?

Does it feel more peaceful to you?

Does it feel more like you need to adjust?

Now some of you may be unaware of what you are experiencing; that is just your way of not being able to see things clearly on a physic level or spiritual level. Eventually you will understand it. You start to look at the confines that occur for you because each person is going to be different. Now I ask of you, “What it is that you are experiencing now at the end of the month from the end of last month?”

What is the adjustment that you feel your physical body is going through, your emotional, or mental body?

What is it that you need to assist yourself with to find that balance and harmony?

Because this is what is going to help you realign even further when you take a moment in time by taking a bath, relaxing, being in your own space, allowing yourself to shift and sometimes it is even watching a movie that soothes your soul to allow the energies to come more fully interspersed within you.

It will help you to readjust the energies that may seem out of alignment. This is an imperative stage. It is necessary for you to understand the process; not the details, not any of the mental thoughts, but just readjust yourself in a moment’s notice.

The other element that I of course have to bring forth is the Rays of God utilizing the Crystalline Ray of Harmony and Balance, or the Pink Ray of Compassion and Love to calm you down to bring in those energies. You can also use the Emerald Green part of the Crystalline energy for the balance. Sometimes you just need the grounding and all you do is ask for it to be with you and breathe it in.

It is important not to work your mental mind or your emotional feelings at this time. Just to be and allow the transition to occur. Now it can be like one moment or it will be several moments. It will take you into an hour or so if you take the time to adjust yourself. You will see a change that occurs within because what is happening is that there is realignment of your physical self occurring because the planetary structure, the transformation that you are going through, the transition of what you are purging and what you are accepting are all occurring at the same time. There is a Realignment of the Self that is occurring in these moments.

This month has been full of these moments, whether you realize it or not, and that is what I want to assist you with. I want to help you to understand what it is you are experiencing through this entire process. So let’s take some deep breath so that we can connect with each other and travel to Telos.
