For 2022 it started with the Festival of the Christ Full Moon on APRIL 16, serving as a great preparation for the Festival of Wesak Full Moon itself on MAY 15, and now for the JUNE FULL MOON, the Festival of Humanity, also known as World Invocation Day, or Festival of Goodwill where each soul then grounds (stabilizes) into walking the earth as a soul with the newly acquired increase in the higher spiritual energies that they have incorporated into their light body energetics.

It becomes a blessing to walk with the many Ascended Beings of light as we stand in the front of many others walking towards peace and enlightenment on this planet. Each year during the three festivals of WEAK, the veil between other dimensions is very thin at this time. We have learned as an Initiate that we can step into the world of higher acceleration and still be grounded upon this earth. That requires consciously facing the parts we keep hidden from ourselves that we “learned” in past life timelines that now keep us in bondage within our third dimensional level of consciousness. This is the definition of “resurrecting” the old to be blessed into the light. So within these Festivals, this is exactly what a soul can experience: The healing that takes place can very well be miraculous.
In truth, we are never lost. We are part of a higher consciousness that has awakened within our physical self (or you would not be reading this). What may at first seem very unorthodox to do can be an amazingly beautiful experience.
The Ascension Festivals of Light help us to connect to these beautiful essences of Light. And it is not just for those who desire spiritual advancement upon the earth. The Masters within Shamballa (of the Inner Earth) are also aligning themselves to a higher level of existence. It occurs each year. We are blessed that we have the opportunity to experience it within the physical structure of the earth as we become the Masters for the New Earth.

We will encounter great changes through each cycle and it is important to fully ground the energies within our physical self. Ascension Mastery Message through Rev. Christine Mahlariessee Heliohah of the current Full Moon cycle of Libra representing the Festival of the Christ with a special message from the Unified Whole Command from the 144th dimensional frequency of Light.
On April 16th, 2022 we enter into the full moon cycle of Libra conjuncting with the Sun of Aries at 11:55 AM Pacific, 2:55 PM Eastern within Universal time of 6:55 AM. This cycle represents Aries being the physical consciousness vs the higher consciousness of Libra.
This moon is being considered a healing process for the Heart Center. It is a time to become more aligned with our Spiritual Self allowing for a deep Heart connection to be felt within the four-body system (Physical, Etheric-Chakras, Emotional, Mental Self (s)).
This cycle allows for these two parts of our Soul to come together in unison bringing forth a deep healing to occur within our Heart Center. It is a time to reflect on what elements need to change in order for a state of equilibrium to occur. Sometimes this means stepping away from a relationship or bringing it together.
If we think of this in terms of our Physical Self vs. the Spiritual Self, it represents the ability to make necessary changes in our physical reality to allow for the entryway of a deeper connection with the Higher Self of our Soul’s Essence.

It is a time of accepting that changes need to be made in order to find the true meaning of the relationship of our Spiritual Self in relation to our walk upon the earth within our present consciousness. As we stand together in the presence of the Creative Source of Oneness, we bring forth Unity and Oneness in the official concept of all things coming into the Creative Essence. Separately, each of us has traveled far and wide to extend our blessings and love to one another through the transition of space and time.
Each of you within that Creative Oneness, and separately, you are learning to live in a world that represents separation but yet Love. You have come to this Earth as a companion of the Light and within that vortex of energy, you have allowed your physical self to awaken to all possibilities.
It is at this time those possibilities start to become part of the creative process that allows for the shifting of time and space to be experienced.
It is at this time within the year of 2022, that the re-alignment of Gaia is occurring and each of you must move within those energies.
As we embark upon the Ascension Festivals of the year, it is always with immense pleasure and excitement to see all Sentient Beings to come together for a blessing from the God Force.
This Festival of the Christ will allow for the transition of Light Forms composed of each of the Rays of God to intertwine within your consciousness and through your bodily structure. The changes that you are feeling are due to your ability to accept less conformity and more freedom in the scope of your Divine Self.

As you go through this process, think of the Flames of Blue of your Will and Pink of your Love to become a focused integration of Light. Take time in silence to allow this to occur as you go through a deep integration process.
This may be an immediate profound experience for you, or it may take some time for the energies to adjust into your present consciousness and four-body system.
Whatever is the case for you, know that you stand at the precipice of arriving into your higher consciousness even for a moment to fully assist you to comprehend the dynamics of your Higher Self becoming more aligned within your Physical self.

The first celebration that we encounter is the Festival of the Christ which occurs on SATURDAY APRIL 16th, 2022 during the Full Moon. It is a time to allow the LOVE AND WISDOM of LORD SANANDA to bless and guide us with his words and heart. As he is the HIGHER SELF of the one who walked the earth as YESHUA (Jesus) he is the spiritual spokesperson for this Festival along with the members of the OFFICE OF THE CHRIST of Lord Maitreya and Lord Kuthumi.

This festival represents the movement of “resurrection” for each individual. It is a time for each of us to go deeper within ourselves and remove the aspects that no longer serve our purpose as we move into the Wesak Festival.
There are three keynotes that represent this festival. The first is the keynote of “Love”, the second is “Resurrection”, and the third is “Contact” with the Spiritual Hierarchy. It is an opening of a doorway to work more directly with the Office of the Christ. Lord Kuthumi holds the position within the Office of the Christa along with Lord Maitreya. Lord Kuthumi was previously the Chohan for the Second Ray of Love and Wisdom. He has worked extensively with the leaders of the governments and corporations of this earth to come into a more focused thought process of how these organizations should work within the rules of the New Earth. His role is now on a higher level of the Office of the Christ which the Spiritual Hierarchy is in great hopes that changes can be made more consciously.
The Forces Of Restoration are very predominant during this festival, as it will help individuals to think and act through the spiritual level while helping others to do the same. This essence comes directly from the Will of God and is connected to the principle of Active Intelligence (Pink Flame). It will assist in changing the consciousness of the planetary structure and the way that we live with one another.
The next festivals will be Wesak and then the third is World Invocation Day/Goodwill/Humanity. We will continue this discussion in our articles throughout the next couple of months to help prepare individuals to have the highest experience of light and transformation within the Self.

We have now arrived when the retreat is open to all students to visit in their meditation and sleep state. It lasts for 30 days during each dispensation period. It is a Divine opportunity to work more closely with the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light.
The Brotherhood of the Teton Retreat provides assistance within an initiate’s pathway with understanding, encouragement, scientific knowledge, and wisdom by each of these wonderful masters. The main prerequisite is for the student to understand that his/her spiritual progress has to come from himself, rather than the Master. Each of us are walking this earth in training to be the Ascended Masters of the New Earth Hierarchy. Intending to travel to this retreat in One’s dreamstate and/or meditation state will truly assist in the process of their Divinity Upon this Earth.
The Karmic Board meets monthly within the Teton Retreat with the entire Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light. During the Open Visitation period, they are available to work with any and all initiates for reasonable reasons of request.
Twice a year the Royal Teton Retreat is Open to all initiates and students of the Light to work with the Ascended Masters and the Spiritual Hierarchy on their current pathway. This is a very special opportunity to have individual contact with the amazing teachers of the Light that each of us are aspiring to also become.
The Royal Teton Retreat is the largest retreat in North America. Master Djwhal Khul is now considered the head master for this retreat. At first Lord Lanto, who was the Ray Chohan of the 2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom, led the Teton Retreat as did Master Confucius. (Many other sources still use the older writings which do not indicate the changing roles of the Ascended Masters but the information at Walking Terra Christa is the most up to date).
To clarify, in 1958 Master Confucius took over the role of the leader in the retreat from Lord Lanto; and Master Kuthumi became the Ray Chohan of Love and Wisdom. Both of these great masters walked alongside of Lord Lanto for generations of time. Master Kuthumi left the post of the Ray of Love and Wisdom as he is now working with Lord Maitreya in the Office of the Christ; as he has become Lord Kuthumi. Master Djwhal Khul assisted Master Kuthumi in the Ray of Love and Wisdom and in 2015 had taken on the role of Ray Chohan. He is now assisted by Master Joshua Stone in this role as Master Joshua is training to assume this post in the years to come.
Master Djwhal Khul is now the leader of the Teton Retreat as he has lived the life of Master Confucius in his prior incarnation, so their soul essences have blended together within the Unified Whole energies. In effect Master Confucius is not leaving the retreat, but is now an integrated energy with Master Djwhal being the Higher Self of his essence. Lord Lanto is continuing to work within the retreat along with Master Hilarion representing the 5th Ray of the Science of God representing Divine Wisdom. This ray is within the color of the Green merged with Gold and White.
The retreat is run by Master Djwhal Khul with Lord Lanto and Master Hilarion as they are dedicated to the radiation, expansion, and manifestation of the Divine Plan for this planet. The Karmic Board (whom all meet in the retreat twice a year at the times of winter and summer solstices to release new dispensations from the Alpha and Omega in response to the good will petitions from students within the mastery pathway. (The Board also meet monthly all year, but at these other times there gatherings are closed to initiates and only open to the Ascended Masters).
The Teton Retreat is representative of the Ray of Love & Wisdom with the Science of God. It brings forth illumination of the Higher Mind into the Heart Essence (blending with the Lower Mind); the Science of God represents Divine Truth within the Higher Mind to be able to access Divine Wisdom.
Each of these masters represents amazing qualities of mastery that we each need to incorporate within our pathways as initiates:
Mahachohan Lord Saint Germain – represents all of the Ray Chohans and Archangels within the retreat. He acts as a guide for each initiate to join the retreat.
Master Djwhal Khul – Ray Chohan for the 2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom; he is considered a master psychologist to help initiates see a perspective of their Soul Psychology from the soul level instead of the human level. His essence is now blended with Master Confucius who represents Truth, Justice, and Education of the Soul.

What is the Karmic Board?
The Karmic Board consists of a group of Ascended Masters that oversee each soul’s evolution on planetary and soul levels. The Karmic Board overlight the laws of the galaxy as they apply to planet Earth, and meets twice a year to consider petitions from the Brotherhood and unascended beings. They are not only here to assist each of us but we can call upon them any time that we wish to assist in clearing away energies that are stopping us from having our full potential while in body. They also meet monthly at the Grand Teton Retreat to assist initiates in their pathway but the work done in the 6 day period is of a lesser degree than the twice-a-year conference. Initiates are invited to attend in both December and June during their meditation and sleep states.

The petitions that are backed by the largest amount of energy, have the greatest chance of being approved. Generally, those petitions with the greatest amount of support from both the human kingdom and the ascended realm will be chosen. Note that Cosmic Law is very strict. It may not be superseded except under exceptional circumstances. After consulting with Alpha and Omega, the Karmic Board renders a decision, which is final.
The Karmic Board opens up the Book of Life which is the summary of the experiences of the last embodiment for each individual who passed through the experienced known as death. The Book of Life shows how the individual used the energy of the last embodiment in a constructive way. They examine each individual who wants to come back into embodiment and decides whether or not to grant the individual the opportunity to re-embody at a certain place or time.
The members of the Karmic Board are not beings waiting to punish souls. Their service to God is to assist individuals to be given the greatest opportunity for spiritual progress, to balance out their debts, and to complete their ascension process. The Karmic Board is a merciful body of helpful intelligences, not to punish the bewildered souls.
They are here to assist us in various ways. For example, if you find that you are having issues with an individual bothering you psychically, you can put out a request to the Karmic Board to alleviate the interaction. In addition they are here to help remove any discordant chords that are impeding your progress for your Highest Good. They will tell you exactly what can occur if the chords are removed. In some cases it may be previous lifetime connections and you may want to open up the doorway for a better relationship with this person. Other times it could mean that the relationship would be severed. They will communicate exactly what the consequences can be when the chords are removed. These communications occur at the soul level most often so that an understanding from the higher realms filters into your physical existence.
The doorway opens each year on June 15th at 12:01 AM (your timezone) and ends on July 14th 11:59 PM. This occurs two times per year. The other entryway into the Teton Retreat occurs on December 15th through January 14th each year.

If you are connecting in your own meditation, here is some guidance of what the retreat looks like. This information is excerpted from the I AM Series, “Unveiled Mysteries” in which Saint Germain took Guy Ballard into the Teton Retreat.
The retreat is below a huge waterfall which is in front of Jenny Lake. Call upon your Merkabah with the assistance of Lord Saint Germain to take you to this spot. Walk behind the waterfall and there is a huge elevator that is going to take you down about 1500 feet below the mountain.
As you walk from the elevator into the entrance hall, you meet up with Masters Djwhal Khul, Confucius, Lanto, and Hilarion. The flame of this retreat is an Emerald Green embossed with Golden and White hues. Every initiate is given a beautiful robe that reflects these colors.
A soft white light floods the entire retreat. The walls of the retreat are composed of white onyx, blue and rose granite, and pure gold.
The audience hall or sanctuary is about 100 feet wide, 200 feet long and about 50 feet high, containing an arched ceiling. The great altar, which occupies the center of the vast audience chamber, rests upon a massive white marble base and is made of ivory. The base is square, 4 steps leading to the top on all 4 sides. On the altar blazes the Precipitation flame and is the color of Chinese green with a golden radiance. The flame in the shape of a calla lily, rises to the top of the vaulted ceiling. Around the base of the altar are large golden plaques, depicting the history of mankind’s evolution, beginning with Archangel Michael’s descent to Earth, accompanied by members of the First Root Race.
The audience hall contains a large-size panel, that is used as a Cosmic Screen, or Mirror. It is composed of precipitated material, of a mineral-type substance, not known on Earth. The panel is about 30’ high and 70’ long; it is velvety in texture and is deep indigo-blue color. On this cosmic mirror, live pictures, in all dimensions can be portrayed. Every past and present event can be made visible on this screen by a directing intelligence.
A magnificent cross of sparkling yellow diamonds adorns the ceiling of the audience hall of the Retreat.
There are seven (7) beautiful antechambers surrounding the audience hall which are used for smaller conferences throughout the year. They can be opened to the audience hall by drawing back the golden-mesh curtains at the entrance. On each curtain is portrayed the figure of each of the great Archangels, along with his divine complement.
The retreat can be extended to encompass the entire Teton Range if necessary giving students the opportunity to meet and to express themselves in their inner bodies.
There is one room where a complete record of every civilization that has existed on earth is kept. The room is 80’ long, 40’ wide, and 20’high containing an arched ceiling. These records are on 8” wide ribbons of thin gold, alloyed with a material that makes them tough and pliable. Yet they are no thicker than ordinary writing paper. These ribbons contain embossed hieroglyphs and are wound on spindles, 10” in width.
There are a number of other rooms in which gold, jewels, and treasures are kept. They are to be used for future beneficial purpose. In addition there are a number of council chambers and other rooms. In these rooms are stored musical instruments, art, inventions and formulas, all prepared and ready to be given to mankind for use in the New Earth.

*Ascension Mastery is the realized form of manifesting Ascension Frequencies where your vibratory rate actually increases over time due to the in-depth training (not the intellectual pursuit or study) and the acquiring of a higher Spiritual Essence. Below is original information that was shared about the Lion’s Gate in 2016 which very much still applies every year for humanity, as the LION’S GATE PORTAL represents the SIRIUS PLANETARY action of Ascension from it’s third dimensional form (Sirius A planet) into the creation of a new planet in the fifth dimensional form (Sirius B).
Over the years we have seen many articles and postings about these fifth dimensional energies being on our planet to the extent that individual believe they are now living in a fifth dimensional reality. This is despite the many lower energies that occur on the planet that are not in a higher love/light frequency of inclusiveness and oneness. We include not only the harsh weather patterns that are across the globe, but also the global pandemic, not to mention many warring conflicts among many tribes and cultures worldwide including aggressive political views. It is not possible for a planet to arise to a fifth dimension under such conditions.
All is not to be forsaken however, as it is very possible for individuals to choose a spirituality lifestyle of Ascension Mastery (Ascension Spirituality) that creates more fifth dimensional consciousness within their persona. It does require huge shifts within the personality which is made up of the mental mind, the emotional heart and the etheric soul. (We differentiate the “soul” with the lowercase “s” as being the one who reincarnates for lifetime after lifetime, hundreds of times: essential the “you” that is you. In comparison there is also the “Soul” with the uppercase “S” that is that eternal God Spark of your Divinity, which does not change from lifetime to lifetime and exists in purity at the highest dimensional frequency of the 144th Dimension). So within each person who desires to achieve it, the full body system of the mental, emotional, etheric and physical must evolve into its higher energy equivalents for the higher consciousness to become the dominant consciousness.
Anyone who has spent years of their life perfecting a trade of a skill can attest that they had to grow in many ways in order to become a master at that endeavor.
Ascension Mastery is no exception, yet, ascension from a 3d way of living into a 5d one is not possible for even an individual person without learning the in’s and out’s of why they keep reincarnating and repeating the same cycles lifetime to lifetime. This is the process the Sirius B population had to go through and it took them many decades if not hundreds of years. That is why they are specifically positioned to now assist humanity and Gaia, they know what it involves.
The key is to understand that “ascension” is not something that will happen to you, it is something you must create yourself, not as an external reality as no soul can do that, but by seeking to rewrite your karma as a soul who has lived many lifetimes. Technically, it requires “de-acending” higher light frequencies, which are the 22 Rays of God, into your entire beingness.
Gateway Portals of vibration and frequency such as the LION’S GATE are therefore, and energy that helps you look more deeper into who you are being as a soul on this planet in all aspects and areas of your life: this is both a consciousness energy and literal Rays of God from the Cosmic Dimensions. In order to “take up the mantle” of that higher person one must exhibit great fortitude and effort, just as that master crafts person had to do.
We have been exclusively teaching this form of Ascension Mastery for almost a decade as Walking Terra Christa, and Lady Mahlariessee did so herself for a decade prior. We have found there is no substitute.

They do not want Earth to go through what Sirius A did, so their assistance is very intensified.

It is a pleasure to connect with each of you at this powerful time of acceleration. I am Lord Metatron at your service.
I want to converse with you about the energetic exchanges that are occurring presently upon the planet. The Lion’s Gate has been receiving great attention by many individuals as it is always a very powerful moment within the year.
This year is especially interesting as the open of the gateway of energies is truly a continuation of light that occurred [last year]. You see, that the energies of last year were so very powerful that the movement of the frequency has been continuing into [this year]. We have arrived at that juncture in which the gate’s opening doorway allows for more grounding energies to occur within the planet.
It brings forth the ability for more to occur by allowing your soul’s essence to acknowledge the presence of these light formations.
The exchange of light that occurs through Sirius is very special as their planetary movements are very similar to what you are experiencing, but yet it comes in a different way of understanding. Sirius B is the planet that is emitting these frequencies; in fact, Lord and Lady of Sirius with the Councils of Sirus are very prevalent within the exchange that is occurring. We are all very present for these emanations of light to bring forth more possibilities within the physical realm of Gaia.
There are so many more elements that need to be acquired before the assistance of Sirius B can be acknowledged within a physical state of conditioning. But the process of allowing the potential of Seventh Dimensional energies to be experienced, not by the physical self, but by the higher consciousness of the Earth to be expanded within the state of consciousness of humanity.
In other words, the Earth is not becoming seventh dimensional at all, but the access of the Vortex is seventh dimensional.
This means that the transference of energies are not a grounding essence but yet it passes through the earth and then beyond the earth for the potential of acceleration to occur.
If you can understand your own consciousness and what that may mean for you in any given moment, then you can grasp the potential of more to be realized within your world. It is like standing on the edge of a precipice not knowing what the outcome will be but knowing that there is more to be realized. This is exactly what is occurring presently through this Lion’s Gate.
The energy of this vortex of light represents a spiritual grounding force that needs to be applied within the four-body system. It is an entryway to allow the inclusive energies to be received in order to assist the three minds of the conscious – sub-conscious – super-conscious. It is the potential of all elements to come into place to allow for the entryway of more to be realized.
It is also the process of going back through the Etheric Body to allow the healing to occur. This means that the many moments that are still stuck in pockets of despair within the Etheric Level need to be released.
The Lion’s Gate is a very powerful surge of light energy that is creating all souls to awaken to another part of their reality – the reality that they know nothing about.
Not only are all souls upon the earth moving through their Etheric Self, Gaia is going through the same. This means that timelines are being healed and erupted as we speak. Events that are occurring can be elements of the past to be put into wholeness so that there are no pantheons of existence upon the earth. The pantheon energies are everywhere around the earth.
This will take some time for this clearing process to occur as it will not be an easy transition.
This, in turn, allows for the blending of all energies to come into balance. It is the highest experience of knowingness that can occur for a soul inhabited within the body upon a planet that is going through the same process. But the most important element is to allow the process to happen.
This energetic exchange can cause many energies to shift.
It is a time of great transformation in which elements will arise, healing will take place, and has the potential of allowing the physical self to step further into their destined awareness of Spirit and Matter becoming One.
You must remember that it can cause great destruction and change to occur. Be prepared for a sequence of events to change within the Earth.
Of course, this wave of light has already started on July 26, 2016. It is building up to the 8th of August and then will waver off about the 12th of August. This is when it is imperative to get to know what is happening within you.
This is not just about allowing the energies to come within you, and change; it is being part of the process.
I want everyone to be encouraged that this is a time of great growth. Each individual soul will be affected by these energies; it is imperative to realize that each of you that are fully aware of these energies have a responsibility to yourself. As you fully integrate the changes, then you are doing Gaia a great service.
Every soul upon this Earth holds their own frequencies and if those levels of light are within a low percentage, then Gaia cannot move forward. Of course, each awakened soul needs to know that they are accelerating, but it is important to fully ground the energies.
If you do not allow the change to become all parts of you, then it cannot be achieved.
The body will feel the changes so it is important for you to have tools in place that assist you in going through the process. It is about being aware of who you are becoming in each moment.
Don’t allow the third dimensional construct that you have been part of to stop you in this process.
The mirrors must be broken in order for the full effect to be realized in all of your parts: through the Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental Bodies. This energetic exchange is about Alignment of the Self.
What I suggest is that after the 8th of August it should have come to a moment of culmination. It is a good time to do a ceremony for yourself especially in the outdoors.
Embrace who you are becoming.
Then, the next phase will be for you to ground it through all of your chakra centers allow your energy to become more than it was the moment before.
Another tool is to write everyday about what you are feeling, what you have done, and how you feel you have been affected for the day. Do this through the entire phase of the Lion’s Gate. This will assist you to become more of what is happening; to increase your energetic exchange within your physical cells, organs, muscles, and joints. Walk with the energy; become it completely, as it will truly help you acknowledge the change within you.
This process is allowing the change to occur within Gaia. What you are experiencing on the earth presently is exactly what Sirius went through and that is why they separated into another planet.
Each of the beings of Sirius along with myself, Archangel Michael, and many others are working with each of you to help in this process of sustaining these energies upon the earth.
Expect changes to happen. I know you are being challenged with everything that is occurring within and around the earth, but your role is to stay above that increased duality. Don’t buy into it and remember your tools for the changes you are about to experience.
This is the year in which the true grounding needs to occur in order to allow the actualization of the new light to come into existence. Remember that this is the year of endings and new beginnings. This is something to truly be excited about.

The March 2021 Full Moon Ceremony is on the 27th of the month. With it comes the realization that we now come into a three-month period of deep and powerful spiritual acceleration which occurs each year.
In Ascension Mastery they are The Festival of the Christ, The Wesak Festival, and The Festival of Humanity (Goodwill or World Service) through the months of March, April, May of 2021.
Each year, these energies help to set the stage for all initiates to fully step into the next phase of their individual initiation process which in turn brings forth great benefits to Humanity in terms of increasing consciousness. (In fact, everyone who participate in these Three Festivals out of a desire to be in World Service of the Light of God will gain blessings and spiritual benefit even if they do not formally practice Ascension Mastery).
As always, these three Ascension Festivals of Light are the most advantageous ceremonies of Ascension that occur during the year to participated in. It is true that every month the Full Moon energies are spiritual important as a form of continual rebirth within the human consciousness. This is exactly why the Native and Indigenous peoples of Earth utilize the otherworldly powers of Grandmother Moon to heal and bring forth Spiritual Blessings, just as their Ancestors taught. These energies are indeed made Sacred all around Mother Earth to celebrate life as they are grand opportunities to bring forth and honor our true nature: “that we come from Spirit and that we are Spirit (Spiritual Beings)”.
Taking moments away from the “mundane non spiritual” aspects of life is the “physical act-ion” of engaging in formal Spiritual Ceremony. It is this declaration of “higher intent” that in turn opens the doorway of the higher spiritual energies to become more manifest within ones’ life, as it acknowledges that “other” part of who we are. Another way of looking at it is that we are consciously and physically (energetically in action, which is a quantum field creation) connecting “heaven and earth” to be more united as One frequency.
For those who are interested in anchoring the highest frequencies of light into Gaia, which is what Ascension practice does, these Three Ascension Ceremonies of Light act in concert to help each person (or initiate) to move forward in their pathway by realizing what needs to change in order to acquire the next higher level of stabilization of their own light into the physical existence. (Regarding the word “initiate”, any awake and aware human soul who is aligned with the goal of raising the consciousness of Earth is actually an “initiate of Ascension” because they are “acting” in accordance with the goals of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Great White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light to “ascend earth” into a higher vibration of Global Peace and Harmony.)
Stabilizing ones own “light” is all about accepting the changing light structures of the energetics (aura or quantum human energy field) to vibrate at a higher level than it can do automatically of it’s own nature without engaging in these higher spiritual practices. It occurs because the real act of practicing Ascension (Ascension Mastery) is not simply holding a belief system or concept; it is the actual activation of higher frequencies of Light to become part of the physical body structure, that is, the building up of the Light Body.
The Festival of the Christ falls during the Full Moon in Sun Sign of Aries.
This festival is so very important. Not only is it the first event of the three Ascension Festivals, but it is the starting point in which each initiate must take their own self inventory of what may be on the horizon in their pathway. This pathway includes not only consciously desiring to accept one is “an initiate” interested in higher spiritual growth, but to desire a better understanding of what needs to be changed psychologically within themselves to help the process of walking into Mastery (Ascension Mastery).
There are three keynotes that represent this festival. The first is the keynote of “Love”, the second is “Resurrection”, and the third is “Contact” with the Spiritual Hierarchy. The Festival of the Christ is an opening of a doorway to work more directly with the Office of the Christ consisting of Lord Buddha, the Planetary Logos, and Lord Kuthumi with Lord Maitreya, who hold positions within the Office of the Christ to assist Humanity.(Lord Kuthumi was previously the Chohan for the Second Ray of Love and Wisdom but Master Djwhal Khul took over that post around 2014, and he is now assisted by Master Joshua Stone).
It is appropriate that each Initiate realize the potential they have within this festival to make the necessary changes to prepare for the next step of Wesak which occurs on the next Full Moon.
The Festival of Wesak occurs on the Full Moon in the Sun Sign of Taurus.
The Festival of Wesak is considered the pinnacle of Ascension Energies for the year. It is at this time that the planet receives the highest frequency of Light. It is a living event based on current astrological cycles. It is the Festival of the Buddha celebrating the anniversary of Lord Buddha’s birth, his attainment of Buddha-hood, and his Ascension as he represents the embodiment of Light and Divine Purpose for a Human to embody. (That level of Higher Divine Light is also termed “Christed Light” which is a much broader understanding of the term “Christ” as a level of consciousness that can be attained by any human and not just the man who walked as Yeshua/Jesus or as is understood in the term of “Christianity”. In Ascension Mastery, “Christed Consciousness” is not limited to one person who walked the earth 2000 years ago. This is why the “Wesak Festival” doorway is opened through the “Festival of the Christ” and closes through the “Festival of Humanity”, or the action of extending the Christed Light outward to Humanity.)
The Spiritual Purpose of Wesak is:
To Allow for a stronger energy exchange into humanity to help individuals to realize the importance of Love, Brotherhood, and Goodwill;
The Fusion of all men and women of goodwill coming together to realize the ability to come into Oneness;
The Active Movement of light through invocation to, and response from, the Cosmic Beings to be received if these prior goals are achieved.
Wesak is a time of great renewal and celebration. It represents the “Force Of Enlightenment“. These energies are then affected towards and within our educational movements, values, literature, publishing, writers, and speakers on the entire planet. The power of these energies is so great that large groups of people gather around the world to participate in these energies.
Every individual upon the planet is affected by the Wesak energies as a result of these individual actions of participation; it specifically also assists initiates of all levels to move to another level of their initiation process. (Which means during the subsequent spiritual year, often there can be times of great challenges individually that push that initiate into a new aspect of their soul’s essence as they meet that challenge or challenges. It is therefore a time to connect with others in ceremony to share your gifts, love, and generosity of spirit as a rejoicing and honoring of one another as a soul stepping into that growth.
And it is a very real Spiritual Event. All of the Ascended Masters and Beings of Light travel to Shamballa (located within the Inner Earth) to celebrate Lord Buddha and the entire God Force during this powerful time of Light and Love. For all participants, this is an important moment in life to fully take time to allow the energies to enfold within each person’s full body system, as it is an opportunity that should not be ever be missed by those who are called to heal earth and humanity.
The Festival of Humanity (also known as World Invocation Day) occurs on the Full Moon in the Sun Sign of Gemini.
The Festival of the Spirit of Humanity aspires towards divinity, attunement to God’s Will and right human relationships. This is when all are asked to take the energies received from Wesak and put them into practice, into “action” through their own lives/existence. It represents the effects in human consciousness of the work of all Masters but especially with Lord Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Lord Kuthumi, and Master Yeshua/Lord Sananda. It is also recognized as World Invocation Day.
Realization of The Force of Reconstruction is very prevalent during this festival. It represents the Blue Flame of Will and Power, the Will aspect of Divinity, which is directly connected with Shamballa, and the Power aspect of Creation. Together this depicts the qualities of the three forces of Restoration, Enlightenment, and Reconstruction that expresses the Light, Love, and Knowledge of God.
Essentially this Festival within the full moon of Gemini marks the moment when all souls then begin to use what has been acquired spiritually from the previous two festivals. Wesak moved all participants into a new dimensional reality which needs to be grounded within our four-body system and our lives. It may be incremental as a shift, but each moment adds up and now is called forth to be shared with the world.

I AM Master Djwhal Khul and I am so happy to relate to each of you how important this time of the year is for all of us, you upon the Earth, each of us in the Higher Realms, and especially those within the Agartha Network of the Inner Earth.
As we come towards the three festivals of Light, I become very excited with the prospect of more changes to come into the planet. These Festivals represents “Oneness” to continue to be centered upon these energies.
How do we equate Oneness within the scope of accessing the All?
That is a profound question and I want to assist you to bring forth the greatest light frequencies upon the planet.
To reiterate what has occurred upon this earth is the fact that as of 2018 Seven of the Rays of God have been grounded into Gaia. You may or may not be aware that some of these Rays are more easily accessible for you to work with in your own consciousness.
These Rays (or Flames) would be:
1st Ray of Will and Power within the Flame of Blue. It represents strength and courage, the ability to move forward.
2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom within the Flame of Golden Yellow. It brings forth Illumination into the Lower Mind to allow the Higher Mind to be heard more often; it allows an individual to feel more love coming from their Higher Self, the essence of God.
3rd Ray of Creative Actualization within the Flame of Pink. It is deep Compassion, Tolerance and Devotion to the Spiritual Self, holding Gratitude, Charity, and Reverence to embody within and assist to create manifestation of the desires of the higher spiritual self.
4th Ray of Harmony and Balance Through Conflict within the Flame of Crystalline. This Ray allows for the essence of purification to occur through Resurrection. It helps to make changes, break up lower thought forms in order to access harmonization while feeling the artistic effect within an individual’s life.
5th Ray of The Science of God within the Flame of the Green-Golden White bringing forth honorable intentions in all situations to exhibit devotion, compassion, and allowing open-mindedness with deep love and reverence in all situations. This Flame represents acquiring perseverance and true honesty.
6th Ray of Inner Devotion within the Flame of Ruby Red/God. This is when an Initiate will truly feel peace, love and a sense of understanding. It is the Ray of tranquil thoughts and emotions.
7th Ray of Ceremonial Structure within the Flame of Violet/Purple. Many understand that the 7th Flame of the Violet Fire is very transmuting and electrifying as that was the energy of Master Saint Germain to assist humanity. The Violet without the Purple is a very Masculine force of change. Now that the time of earth is evolving to embrace the Feminine Divine once again, it must be understood that the higher frequencies for humanity now allow for and include the Purple Flame into the 7th Ray. As Lord Saint Germain has grown to become the Maha Chohan of all the Rays of God and Lady Master Portia has taken over as being the Ray Chohan for the 7th Flame, the frequency evolves into a gentler vibration to create changes to occur and be grounded in a more graceful and balanced manner.
It is important to realize that each Initiate must work within these energies themselves to change their four-body system. Just because they are grounded into Gaia’s core does not mean that they will automatically make people change. Every individual needs to utilize these energies for themselves so that the world will change. You must remember that you are the conduits for change of this earth.
What this does mean though is that change is occurring. It is happening in small increments but with this Wesak coming upon all of us, we must all do our parts to allow it to become fully manifested.
Take time for the Festival of The Christ to allow the changes you need to make to be a reality in your world. Don’t hold back from anything or anyone as long as you have the Christed Light Within you. Allow it to shine, be one with it, and you will be able to make the necessary changes in your world. Be ready for the Wesak Festival and then act upon it in your world for the Festival of Humanity.

Divine Dispensations Given and Higher Soul Meanings Revealed
This is a very special time period in which initiates may work with the Karmic Board and the Spiritual Hierarchy to provide emotional, mental, and physical symptom healing through the etheric body by resolving any elements of karma impacting their challenges presently. The assistance is directly from the ascended masters who gather in the Royal Teton Retreat for this specific purpose at this specific time. It allows each of us that are initiates on the Pathway of Mastery to step into the Ascended Master State of Consciousness more fully.
We have now arrived when the retreat is open to all students to visit in their meditation and sleep state. It lasts for 30 days during each dispensation period. It is a Divine opportunity to work more closely with the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light.
The Brotherhood of the Teton Retreat provides assistance within an initiate’s pathway with understanding, encouragement, scientific knowledge, and wisdom by each of these wonderful masters. Twice a year the Royal Teton Retreat is Open to all initiates and students of the Light to work with the Ascended Masters and the Spiritual Hierarchy on their current pathway. The Royal Teton Retreat is the largest retreat in North America. Master Djwhal Khul is now considered the head master for this retreat. At first Lord Lanto, who was the Ray Chohan of the 2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom, led the Teton Retreat as did Master Confucius. (Many other sources still use the older writings which do not indicate the changing roles of the Ascended Masters but the information at Walking Terra Christa is the most up to date).
To clarify, in 1958 Master Confucius took over the role of the leader in the retreat from Lord Lanto; and Master Kuthumi became the Ray Chohan of Love and Wisdom. Both of these great masters walked alongside of Lord Lanto for generations of time. Master Kuthumi left the post of the Ray of Love and Wisdom as he is now working with Lord Maitreya in the Office of the Christ; as he has become Lord Kuthumi. Master Djwhal Khul assisted Master Kuthumi in the Ray of Love and Wisdom and in 2015 had taken on the role of Ray Chohan. He is now assisted by Master Joshua Stone in this role as Master Joshua is training to assume this post in the years to come.
Master Djwhal Khul is now the leader of the Teton Retreat as he has lived the life of Master Confucius in his prior incarnation, so their soul essences have blended together within the Unified Whole energies. In effect Master Confucius is not leaving the retreat, but is now an integrated energy with Master Djwhal being the Higher Self of his essence. Lord Lanto is continuing to work within the retreat along with Master Hilarion representing the 5th Ray of the Science of God representing Divine Wisdom. This ray is within the color of the Green merged with Gold and White.
The retreat is run by Master Djwhal Khul with Lord Lanto and Master Hilarion as they are dedicated to the radiation, expansion, and manifestation of the Divine Plan for this planet. The Karmic Board (whom all meet in the retreat twice a year at the times of winter and summer solstices to release new dispensations from the Alpha and Omega in response to the good will petitions from students within the mastery pathway. It may not be superseded except under exceptional circumstances. After consulting with Alpha and Omega, the Karmic Board renders a decision, which is final.
The Karmic Board opens up the Book of Life which is the summary of the experiences of the last embodiment for each individual who passed through the experienced known as death. The Book of Life shows how the individual used the energy of the last embodiment in a constructive way. They examine each individual who wants to come back into embodiment and decides whether or not to grant the individual the opportunity to re-embody at a certain place or time.
The members of the Karmic Board are not beings waiting to punish souls. Their service to God is to assist individuals to be given the greatest opportunity for spiritual progress, to balance out their debts, and to complete their ascension process. The Karmic Board is a merciful body of helpful intelligences, not to punish the bewildered souls.
They are here to assist us in various ways. For example, if you find that you are having issues with an individual bothering you psychically, you can put out a request to the Karmic Board to alleviate the interaction. In addition they are here to help remove any discordant chords that are impeding your progress for your Highest Good. They will tell you exactly what can occur if the chords are removed. In some cases it may be previous lifetime connections and you may want to open up the doorway for a better relationship with this person. Other times it could mean that the relationship would be severed. They will communicate exactly what the consequences can be when the chords are removed. These communications occur at the soul level most often so that an understanding from the higher realms filters into your physical existence.

If you are connecting in your own meditation, here is some guidance of what the retreat looks like. This information is excerpted from the I AM Series, “Unveiled Mysteries” in which Saint Germain took Guy Ballard into the Teton Retreat.
The retreat is below a huge waterfall which is in front of Jenny Lake. Call upon your Merkabah with the assistance of Saint Germain to take you to this spot. Walk behind the waterfall and there is a huge elevator that is going to take you down about 1500 feet below the mountain.
As you walk from the elevator into the entrance hall, you meet up with Masters Djwhal Khul, Confucius, Lanto, and Hilarion. The flame of this retreat is an Emerald Green embossed with Golden and White hues. Every initiate is given a beautiful robe that reflects these colors.
A soft white light floods the entire retreat. The walls of the retreat are composed of white onyx, blue and rose granite, and pure gold.
The audience hall or sanctuary is about 100 feet wide, 200 feet long and about 50 feet high, containing an arched ceiling. The great altar, which occupies the center of the vast audience chamber, rests upon a massive white marble base and is made of ivory. The base is square, 4 steps leading to the top on all 4 sides. On the altar blazes the Precipitation flame and is the color of Chinese green with a golden radiance. The flame in the shape of a calla lily, rises to the top of the vaulted ceiling. Around the base of the altar are large golden plaques, depicting the history of mankind’s evolution, beginning with Archangel Michael’s descent to Earth, accompanied by members of the First Root Race.
The audience hall contains a large-size panel, that is used as a Cosmic Screen, or Mirror. It is composed of precipitated material, of a mineral-type substance, not known on Earth. The panel is about 30’ high and 70’ long; it is velvety in texture and is deep indigo-blue color. On this cosmic mirror, live pictures, in all dimensions can be portrayed. Every past and present event can be made visible on this screen by a directing intelligence.
A magnificent cross of sparkling yellow diamonds adorns the ceiling of the audience hall of the Retreat.
There are seven (7) beautiful antechambers surrounding the audience hall which are used for smaller conferences throughout the year. They can be opened to the audience hall by drawing back the golden-mesh curtains at the entrance. On each curtain is portrayed the figure of each of the great Archangels, along with his divine complement.
The retreat can be extended to encompass the entire Teton Range if necessary giving students the opportunity to meet and to express themselves in their inner bodies.
There is one room where a complete record of every civilization that has existed on earth is kept. The room is 80’ long, 40’ wide, and 20’high containing an arched ceiling. These records are on 8” wide ribbons of thin gold, alloyed with a material that makes them tough and pliable. Yet they are no thicker than ordinary writing paper. These ribbons contain embossed hieroglyphs and are wound on spindles, 10” in width.
There are a number of other rooms in which gold, jewels, and treasures are kept. They are to be used for future beneficial purpose. In addition there are a number of council chambers and other rooms. In these rooms are stored musical instruments, art, inventions and formulas, all prepared and ready to be given to mankind for use in the New Earth.

Every spiritual Aspirant, Adept, or Initiate desires to Raise their Light Quotient. It is a proper and lofty noble goal. Yet, in practice, it is also one of the most misunderstood or under-managed aspects of Ascension Mastery. In fact, from the perspective or viewpoint of the physical self, it is a concept, and a process, that defies the imagination.
In this article we will do our best to assist your higher mind (the Abstract mind) to bring the understanding into the Concrete mind. This means you will not necessarily gain a “3d comprehension”, but instead an overall energetic knowing of what properly raising one’s Light Quotient entails.
It is akin to the adage that “if knowledge was the key, every person who had access to a library would be highly successful”. One really only begins to come to terms with what the process of Raising the Light Quotient is really like once they actually begin to do it.
Increasing your Light Quotient within the Four-Body System
As an individual awakens to their own potential, (meaning they realize a sense within themselves that their own reality of the physical world extends beyond the third dimensional reality), they actually have become awakened to their Spiritual Self. Yet with that, they most probably do not have the tools to know how to deal with the higher light energies as they begin to occur within their physical consciousness.
It is important to realize within the personality, the physical consciousness, that there has been a doorway that has opened up so that all that has previously only been experienced within the dream state now comes more into a physical existence. Sometimes this process can be overwhelming to an individual and they need to learn how to deal with the energies that are all around them.
When the Masters speak of when you Awakened, they are talking about the moment in your life when you felt differently but yet may have not been able to define what is occurring. This is the first step of your Spiritual Self, known as the Higher Self, becoming more aware within your physical consciousness.
Many souls have this awakening since birth or as a young child, and then it is lost due to the third dimensional energies. Others may have such a gift of knowingness that it stays with them through childhood into adulthood, and if they are lucky they will have a mentor that will assist them through the process.
It is important to know that every Initiate goes through a different experience in their awakening. It has to do with the Etheric Self and what timelines have been opened up within them, and how, they as a Soul, have adhered to the Laws of the Universe within the previous lifetimes.
What is the same for every soul is that they need to learn that healing must occur through the four-body system, physical, etheric (chakras), emotional, and mental in order for the Spiritual Body to become more acclimated within the four body system. It does not happen automatically; there must be a sense within the physical consciousness of all the bodies and their relative energies to each other.
On the average a soul that is awakened, has a Light Quotient of about 1-2%. This is due to the planetary existence and being in a human body. That body holds a density within its systems of each of the four bodies, and there are remembrances of many timelines within each of the Physical – Etheric – Emotional – Mental Selves.
There are many ways to increase your Light Quotient, but it must occur through each of the four levels in order to bring those bodies together to work in unison. Most lightworkers are not utilizing their potential within their four-body system due to the previous lifetimes and timelines that are still being held in the consciousness of each of the bodies.
When an Initiate, goes through a Lesson and accelerates themselves into a higher level of understanding and awareness, the Light Quotient can increase. It depends upon the type of lesson, which body(s) were affected, and how well does the Initiate hold the increased light within them.
Awareness is the key to every step of Mastery. In order to achieve the status of a 7th degree initiate within the physical body, each of the four bodies have to come to a place of unity. The Lower Ego can still be intact, but in such cases, the type of lessons that individual will experience are very earth-driven and not coming from a higher level of understanding.
This means the process of allowing the Lower Ego to become the Higher Ego (of the Spiritual Self) is the best gift any person can give to themselves. It also means that the Emotional Body becomes the Feminine Divine, while the Mental Body of the Concrete Mind becomes Abstract while igniting the Masculine Divine. The Etheric Self opens itself up to a depth of healing that is unmatched by any other way of acceleration allowing the Physical Self to accept the other bodies while creating a healing in all areas. (Overall, this is the what is termed the formal process of the Integrated Ascension path to become an Ascended Master, versus simply “Ascension” as a new age spiritual practice.)
Increasing Your Light Quotient is essential to allow all of these bodies to come together in Oneness. This means that your Heart Center becomes the Three-fold Flame of the Love (Pink), with the Will (Blue), to ignite the Power (Gold) which represents the Christ Consciousness to become active and the defining energy within the full body consciousness.
The Key to Integrated Ascension is to Build your Light Quotient so that all of the bodies can work together in unison. The Light Body is then accessed through both the masculine (mental) and feminine (emotional) essences. Every person receives energy through the Creative Source of Oneness via the Silver Cord through your higher Light Bodies known as your I Am Presence. Then, the way that you serve yourself through the lower self or the higher self depends on how much Light Quotient you hold within yourself.
Learning to utilize receptive ways of Building your Light is an essential component for you as an Initiate. If each of the four bodies are not working in unison, then your Light Quotient will be held at a low level within your entire system. When you access the higher light energies through accessing your Spiritual Self and the 12 Bodies of Light, then you will be able to increase your Light Quotient as you learn to ground it within your system.
In this way, your Light Quotient can then grow (or raise) such that it moves up to the 92% required to step into your status as Ascended while still being a physical being. (The passage from the end of the 6th Initiation into the 7th Initiation.)

Everyone knows about the Light Quotient and how it needs to be properly raised to bring about a New Earth. Few understand that there are many other Ascension Mastery Quotients that go along with the process. One of the more obscure ones is the understanding of Self Leadership*.
To create “Leadership” to the material world that is of a higher frequency of light (meaning it will not reproduce past karmic conditions to reoccur), one must first look to their own internal “leadership-of-the-self” state of being. This is because authentically holding a higher light frequency can only come from your higher essence. And for it to be the best it can be, it requires us to nurture that creation specifically in a newer manner that we have yet not done before as a physical being. (i.e., we must use instead the essence of our higher spiritual self-being”.)
The “action” of true leadership is to be of service to the greater good of humanity and earth, yet if we are not in a higher balanced state of being, we cannot be effective in that leadership towards or within the energies of co-creating a new earth, instead we risk just repeating the mistakes of the past.
Therefore, the most important understanding as an Initiate in Ascension (which really is anyone who desires a Golden Age of Gaia) is to realize within your physical consciousness that you cannot give service to another until you practice healthy service to yourself. This means becoming fully balanced at a higher frequency within each of your four bodies: the physical, the etheric, the emotional, and the mental.
“Nurturance” is a term to describe attaining self balance throughout the multi-faceted energies of the four-body system. It is not just acquired or obtained in one area of life but in all aspects of your living. This is truly how you create a strong psychological self that can progress into an Ascended Self.
To understand how to create real “Nurturance” it is important to first realize that your Etheric Self, or the non-physical energetic Body of your Soul, has traveled many places throughout time/space since it originated by the Creative Source of Oneness as your “self” coming into a spark of light. The images and thoughts that you have can be very much associated with many timelines within the Inner and Outer Plane. The Inner Plane being without a physical body traveling to many ashrams of light as a soul, while the Outer Plane is reflected of being within a body, the physical existence which can be experienced within any planetary system, not just the Earth.
So you have gathered many levels of understanding, some of which may or may not be of the Light. In fact, as a human upon Earth, you would not be incarnated here if you did not carry many dark timelines of prior experiences within you. These are part and parcel of what makes you human, and more specifically the makeup of your four body structure. You hold all these thoughts, feeling and energies within your unconscious self in addition to the ones of the Light.
Your role as an Initiate on Earth at this time is to realize that it is all okay; that whatever experience you have had previously, and those of this incarnation, must all now be experienced and understood for what they are, so that as an Initiate of Mastery, your journey as a soul can now take you into a new level of Self Awareness.
This includes the ability to totally work within your own energies to heal every aspect of yourself and become more totally aligned with the Light of God while inhabiting this physical incarnation you have chosen.
This process is not an easy one, but very necessary. As an Initiate of Mastery, you have chosen to walk through many doorways to feel the existence of your Light. It takes great responsibility to do so in a very personal way.
Diligence is the first acceptance that you must have within yourself. If you are not allowing the act of stepping forward with a focus of wanting to acknowledge all parts of your existence, then you will find that your soul will fall back into the old paradigm of your personality, which is not a truth of the Divine Self.
Giving Service to yourself must become a four-part journey. For example, the physical body needs “nurturance” in many ways. Movement is an essential component, so this means exercise in some form. Walking the body is also an important element as it helps the conditioning process of that feeling within yourself to be taking one step at a time. All parts of the body must be conditioned in order to achieve the ability to move into the anti-aging process. All parts need to be oiled consistently. This means that you must eat healthy foods that bring nurturing to the physical self.
The Etheric Body has many facets of elements within it and it is all held within the chakra system. It is the totality if each energetic footprint you have created each time you have been in a physical incarnation. The main component is working within your chakra system to purge old energies but also to align the positive elements within each of the chakras. They need to work together.
The best way to do so is through utilizing the Rays of God into each of the chakras so a balance can begin to occur just as if you were walking up a grand mountain. As you take such a walk, there will be times of rest for you to adapt to the changing conditions. In this way you slowly become acclimated to higher atmospheric levels. Likewise, throughout your chakra growth there may be a purging element that occurs but then the chakra will accept the higher light energies. These then assist your vibration to be accessed through the higher dimensions of light thereby charging up and preparing the physical body to then also receive the higher light energies.
The Emotional Body is truly the focal point of the physical consciousness as it represents the ability to feel the energies that enter into the four-body system. Nurturing the emotional self means to fully encourage it to feel all feelings, not just the good ones, and then allow the issuance of tears to help heal the process. Your Emotional Body has the ability to pinpoint outside energies and bring them into a sense of well-being.
The Mental Body is very complicated. It represents the three minds of the Conscious – Sub-Conscious – and Super-Conscious. The Subconscious is the guiding thought process but many times until one allows themselves to fully go through a rewiring of their thoughts, then the subconscious can create havoc for the conscious mind (physical-self consciousness). The Super-conscious represents the Higher Mind of the Spiritual Self. It is also called the Abstract Mind, whereas the physical consciousness is called the Concrete Mind. Giving positive feedback into the Mental Body is essential to assist the subconscious to change into the super-conscious.
As you can see, there is quite a bit of healing that needs to occur within the four body system. This is equated to the blending of the Spiritual Self or Higher Self into the four bodies. This process is what we like to call Self Actualizing the Self or Self Leadership.
Only you as the Initiate can know exactly which areas you need to focus upon as you begin to gain the higher spiritual guidance. This is absolutely essential in order to acquire a healthy psychological self. It means that you learn when you need to self-care and how you need to go about it in an informed focus for your own life upon this earth.
You are learning to blend the Spiritual Self with the Physical Self and it must go through each of the four bodies in order to achieve the ability to KNOW WHO YOU ARE”.

Twice a year the Royal Teton Retreat is Open to all initiates and students of the Light to work with the Ascended Masters and the Spiritual Hierarchy on their current pathway. The Royal Teton Retreat is the largest retreat in North America. Master Djwhal Khul is now considered the head master for this retreat. At first Lord Lanto, who was the Ray Chohan of the 2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom, led the Teton Retreat as did Master Confucius. (Many other sources still use the older writings which do not indicate the changing roles of the Ascended Masters but the information at Walking Terra Christa is the most up to date).
To clarify, in 1958 Master Confucius took over the role of the leader in the retreat from Lord Lanto; and Master Kuthumi became the Ray Chohan of Love and Wisdom. Both of these great masters walked alongside of Lord Lanto for generations of time. Master Kuthumi left the post of the Ray of Love and Wisdom as he is now working with Lord Maitreya in the Office of the Christ; as he has become Lord Kuthumi. Master Djwhal Khul assisted Master Kuthumi in the Ray of Love and Wisdom and in 2015 had taken on the role of Ray Chohan. He is now assisted by Master Joshua Stone in this role as Master Joshua is training to assume this post in the years to come.
Master Djwhal Khul is now the leader of the Teton Retreat as he has lived the life of Master Confucius in his prior incarnation, so their soul essences have blended together within the Unified Whole energies. In effect Master Confucius is not leaving the retreat, but is now an integrated energy with Master Djwhal being the Higher Self of his essence. Lord Lanto is continuing to work within the retreat along with Master Hilarion representing the 5th Ray of the Science of God representing Divine Wisdom. This ray is within the color of the Green merged with Gold and White.
The retreat is run by Master Djwhal Khul with Lord Lanto and Master Hilarion as they are dedicated to the radiation, expansion, and manifestation of the Divine Plan for this planet. The Karmic Board (whom all meet in the retreat twice a year at the times of winter and summer solstices to release new dispensations from the Alpha and Omega in response to the good will petitions from students within the mastery pathway. (The Board also meet monthly all year, but at these other times there gatherings are closed to initiates and only open to the Ascended Masters).
The Teton Retreat is representative of the Ray of Love & Wisdom with the Science of God. It brings forth illumination of the Higher Mind into the Heart Essence (blending with the Lower Mind); the Science of God represents Divine Truth within the Higher Mind to be able to access Divine Wisdom.
Each of these masters represents amazing qualities of mastery that we each need to incorporate within our pathways as initiates:
Mahachohan Lord Saint Germain – represents all of the Ray Chohans and Archangels within the retreat. He acts as a guide for each initiate to join the retreat.
Master Djwhal Khul – Ray Chohan for the 2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom; he is considered a master psychologist to help initiates see a perspective of their Soul Psychology from the soul level instead of the human level. His essence is now blended with Master Confucius who represents Truth, Justice, and Education of the Soul.

Master Hilarion – Accessing Wisdom through Spiritual Truth
In addition Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos, (an Ascended Master) oversees all souls that are entering Telos after exiting the body who have attained the proper level of advancement to enter into a 5th dimensional frequency. They are not only here to assist each of us but we can call upon them any time that we wish to assist in clearing away energies that are stopping us from having our full potential while in body. They also meet monthly at the Grand Teton Retreat to assist initiates in their pathway but the work done in the 6 day period is of a lesser degree than the twice-a-year conference. Initiates are invited to attend in both December and June during their meditation and sleep states.
The Karmic Board Members consist of:
Lady Portia (Goddess of Justice, Spokesperson for the Board),
Goddess of Liberty,
Lady Nada (Goddess of Love),
Lady Pallas Athena (Goddess of Truth),
Elohim Master Cyclopea (Concentration Representing the 5th Ray),
Lady Quan Yin (Goddess of Mercy),
The Great Divine Director (Unified Whole Command).
The petitions that are backed by the largest amount of energy, have the greatest chance of being approved. Generally, those petitions with the greatest amount of support from both the human kingdom and the ascended realm will be chosen. Note that Cosmic Law is very strict. It may not be superseded except under exceptional circumstances. After consulting with Alpha and Omega, the Karmic Board renders a decision, which is final.
The Karmic Board opens up the Book of Life which is the summary of the experiences of the last embodiment for each individual who passed through the experienced known as death. The Book of Life shows how the individual used the energy of the last embodiment in a constructive way. They examine each individual who wants to come back into embodiment and decides whether or not to grant the individual the opportunity to re-embody at a certain place or time.
The members of the Karmic Board are not beings waiting to punish souls. Their service to God is to assist individuals to be given the greatest opportunity for spiritual progress, to balance out their debts, and to complete their ascension process. The Karmic Board is a merciful body of helpful intelligences, not to punish the bewildered souls.
They are here to assist us in various ways. For example, if you find that you are having issues with an individual bothering you psychically, you can put out a request to the Karmic Board to alleviate the interaction. In addition they are here to help remove any discordant chords that are impeding your progress for your Highest Good. They will tell you exactly what can occur if the chords are removed. In some cases it may be previous lifetime connections and you may want to open up the doorway for a better relationship with this person. Other times it could mean that the relationship would be severed. They will communicate exactly what the consequences can be when the chords are removed. These communications occur at the soul level most often so that an understanding from the higher realms filters into your physical existence.
The doorway opens each year on June 15th at 12:01 AM (your timezone) and ends on July 14th 11:59 PM. This occurs two times per year. The other entryway into the Teton Retreat occurs on December 15th through January 14th each year.

I call upon the Unified Whole Command, of the 144th Dimension, to access my I AM Presence, Monad, and Higher Self, fully activating my Merkabah Vehicle of Light.

I call upon Mahachohan Saint Germain to guide me to the retreat so that I may meet with Master Djwhal Khul, Lord Lanto, and Master Hilarion along with the Karmic Board and the Chohans and Archangels of the Seven Rays to help me illuminate my Divine Heart Essence within my physical body. I ask to allow the Christed Being that I AM to be fully acknowledged.
I present to these beautiful beings of light the following request(s) for the acceleration of my Mastery Pathway within my Physical Body so that I may fully step into the ASCENDED MASTER STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS that I Am.

If you are connecting in your own meditation, here is some guidance of what the retreat looks like. This information is excerpted from the I AM Series, “Unveiled Mysteries” in which Saint Germain took Guy Ballard into the Teton Retreat.
The retreat is below a huge waterfall which is in front of Jenny Lake. Call upon your Merkabah with the assistance of Saint Germain to take you to this spot. Walk behind the waterfall and there is a huge elevator that is going to take you down about 1500 feet below the mountain.
As you walk from the elevator into the entrance hall, you meet up with Masters Djwhal Khul, Confucius, Lanto, and Hilarion. The flame of this retreat is an Emerald Green embossed with Golden and White hues. Every initiate is given a beautiful robe that reflects these colors.
A soft white light floods the entire retreat. The walls of the retreat are composed of white onyx, blue and rose granite, and pure gold.
The audience hall or sanctuary is about 100 feet wide, 200 feet long and about 50 feet high, containing an arched ceiling. The great altar, which occupies the center of the vast audience chamber, rests upon a massive white marble base and is made of ivory. The base is square, 4 steps leading to the top on all 4 sides. On the altar blazes the Precipitation flame and is the color of Chinese green with a golden radiance. The flame in the shape of a calla lily, rises to the top of the vaulted ceiling. Around the base of the altar are large golden plaques, depicting the history of mankind’s evolution, beginning with Archangel Michael’s descent to Earth, accompanied by members of the First Root Race.
The audience hall contains a large-size panel, that is used as a Cosmic Screen, or Mirror. It is composed of precipitated material, of a mineral-type substance, not known on Earth. The panel is about 30’ high and 70’ long; it is velvety in texture and is deep indigo-blue color. On this cosmic mirror, live pictures, in all dimensions can be portrayed. Every past and present event can be made visible on this screen by a directing intelligence.
A magnificent cross of sparkling yellow diamonds adorns the ceiling of the audience hall of the Retreat.
There are seven (7) beautiful antechambers surrounding the audience hall which are used for smaller conferences throughout the year. They can be opened to the audience hall by drawing back the golden-mesh curtains at the entrance. On each curtain is portrayed the figure of each of the great Archangels, along with his divine complement.
The retreat can be extended to encompass the entire Teton Range if necessary giving students the opportunity to meet and to express themselves in their inner bodies.
There is one room where a complete record of every civilization that has existed on earth is kept. The room is 80’ long, 40’ wide, and 20’high containing an arched ceiling. These records are on 8” wide ribbons of thin gold, alloyed with a material that makes them tough and pliable. Yet they are no thicker than ordinary writing paper. These ribbons contain embossed hieroglyphs and are wound on spindles, 10” in width.
There are a number of other rooms in which gold, jewels, and treasures are kept. They are to be used for future beneficial purpose. In addition there are a number of council chambers and other rooms. In these rooms are stored musical instruments, art, inventions and formulas, all prepared and ready to be given to mankind for use in the New Earth.
